The objective of the research is to actualize the reinforcement in the national logistics system, to encourage the creation of reliable and competent logistics human resources and to have the standard of needs set. The fundamental issues in ASEAN regional trade are eliminating existing problems and obstacles, among others (1) the absence of integrated policies and laws and regulations; (2) the limited number and qualification of Logistic and Supply Chain Management (SCM) human resources (3) the high cost in loading and unloading activities at ports; (4) inadequate infrastructure of deep sea transportation in supporting port activities; (5) there are still many less relevant licenses; (6) the excessive licensing time. The research is qualitative descriptive, with concept analysis method. Focusing on a pre-existing concept, to be better understood, described, explained and implemented in the field.

Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. Sea transportation is seen as the most effective means of responding to the high demand for a commodity. The development of industry 4.0 and society 5.0 has a big influence on the economic growth of a country. Loading and unloading must go well, so efforts are needed to ensure its implementation. Delay in unloading due to hydraulic leakage. The captain and guard officer as more experienced parties are expected to make efforts to prevent it. Coordinating work when unloading shows that the ship has followed procedures and efforts to repair hydraulic leaks. The method used by researchers to analyze problems is the fishbone analysis method. Research data obtained from primary data and secondary data, while data collection was obtained from observations, interviews, descriptive and literature. Fishbone analysis aims as an effort made to change the data from the results of a study into simpler information, so that it is easy to use to draw conclusions. Based on the results of this study, hydraulic maintenance was further improved and procurement of spare parts continued to be pursued by the ship. In addition, the company's management also affects the performance of the crew on the ship so that there is a need for improvement in the company's management of the ship.

The problem of this research is explore licensing dan non-licecensing policy services in Bekasi Regency. That must be carried out properly to the community. but in practice, the implementation of licensing in Bekasi Regency is still not going well, this condition actually keeps the concept of licensing away from the ideal concept, standard rules regarding the institution and authority of the Investment Agency and One Stop Integrated Service which are not yet clear have triggered various problems in the permit processing process. existing businesses in Bekasi Regency. The researcher conducted an in-depth analysis using a qualitative descriptive analysis method where the results of this study concluded that efforts to improve and improve licensing and non-licensing services in Bekasi Regency were divided based on several series of priority choices. Determination of priority options based on parameters of depth of resolution efforts, length of time for problem handling and readiness of human resources executing policies, programs and government activities in Bekasi Regency. Errors in the interpretation of national regulations related to licensing and non-licensing policies will result in the unclear function of permits. The same function is regulated in different regulations so that it is over regulated. It is necessary to improve the licensing and non-licensing policies, where based on the results of this study there are still many permits that were born because of the discretion of the regional government, or were born in the daily practice of governing. This research aimed at providing a new perspective on the fundraising strategy of zakat through its opportunity and challenge approach in the digital era, by analyzing and identifying existing problems in the previous zakat fundraising strategy, as an effort to reduce the gap between the potential and realization of zakat fundraising in Indonesia. This was a literary study by using a qualitative descriptive analysis method based on library research. This research succeeded in finding and identifying the problem of zakat fundraising strategies in zakat institutions, namely; 1) the need to improve organizational governance; 2) institutional strengthening; and 3) seizing opportunities and challenges in the digital era by transforming digital fundraising technology. The findings of this study can be a recommendation in perfecting zakat fundraising strategies to be applied to zakat institutions. This paper also recommends the perpetrators of Islamic philanthropy to work together with the government in formulating various efforts to optimize the fundraising of zakat and its distribution on target.

Freight grawth lately is remarkable progress, so we need measures to optimize the transport of goods. In order to support the national logistics system the government has issued Government Regulation No. 8 of 2011 on Transport Multimioda which is the mandate of the Traffic Act and Road Transport, Shipping, Aviation and Railways. Problems in multimodal transportation is not a business entity licensing guidelines multimodal transport. With the approach of qualitative descriptive analysis of the utilization of multimodal transport in the Port of Tanjung Priok Jakarta and Medan Belawan port indicated that the licensing guidelines Multimodal Transport Enterprises really need to be designed. The draft guidelines for licensing Multimodal Transport Entity shall have permanent offices, transport equipment, loading and unloading equipment, and human resources that have a certificate of competence.Keywords: Buam licensing guidelines. Pertumbuhan angkutan barang akhir-akhir ini sangat luar biasa perkembangannya, sehingga perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah uiltuk mengoptimasikan angkutan barang tersebut. Dalam rangka mendukung sistem logistik nasional pemerintah telah menerbitkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 8 Tahun 2011 tentang Angkutan Multimioda yang merupakan amanat dari Undang-Undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, Pelayaran, Penerbangan dan Perkeretaapian. Permasalahan dalam angkutan multimoda adalah belum adanya pedoman pemberian izin badan usaha angkutan multimoda. Dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif terhadap pengusahaan angkutan multimoda di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Jakarta, dan Pelabuhan Belawan Medan diperoleh gambaran bahwa pedoman pemberian izin Badan Usaha Angkutan Multimoda sangat perlu untuk dirancang. Rancangan pedoman pemberian izin Badan Usaha Angkutan Multimoda wajib memiliki kantor tetap, peralatan angkut, peralatan bongkar muat, dan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki sertifikat kompetensi.Kata Kunci: Pedoman Pemberian izin BUAM.

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

Tourism Thematic of Level II Leadership Training and Education organized by the Agency for Human Resource Development of Bali Province is intended to improve leadership competence as the Regulation of the Head of Nasional Institut Public Administration (NIPA) Number 15 Year 2015 which also has a tourism mindset, which ultimately increases the competence of adaptive leadership. The question in this study is how is the effectiveness of the theme of tourism in improving managerial competence and adaptive leadership? By using qualitative descriptive explanatory analysis method can be concluded learning process of thematic training of tourism effective in developing competency of adaptive leadership of training participants with some things that still need to be improved. Furthermore, it can be recommended to prepare the standard implementation of Thematic Leadership Level II Training of Tourism, which provides reinforcement of substance and material insertion process of tourism into the existing curriculum according to Regulation of the Head of NIPA Number 15 Year 2015 Number 15 Year 2015. Keywords: training, tourism, adaptive leadership

The purposes of this research are to find out the types of politeness strategies used to save the face of the characters in Once Upon A Time season 1 and to identify the dominant scale of social dimensions when using politeness strategies in Once Upon A Time season 1. This research uses qualitative-descriptive analysis method and to get the data needed in this research the writer did the following steps: watching the movies, transcribing the speech, searching the data, classifying the data, analyzing the data and drawing a conclusion related to the types of politeness strategies and the dominant scale of social dimensions. The source of the data used is taken from the serial film Once Upon A Time season 1 by Edward Kitsis dan Adam Horowitz. The results of this research show that there are four types of politeness strategies found in the serial film Once Upon A Time season 1. They are 10 data of bald on-record (28,6%), 8 data of positive politeness strategies (22,9%), 13 data of negative politeness strategies (37,1%) and 4 data of off-record consists (11,4%) and the most dominant scale of four social dimension scales is social distance scale 14 data (40%).

<p>in Indonesia is a region bordering the sea region of Indonesia determined by the law which included sea bed, land under it and water above it with the limit of 200miles. This is measured from Indonesian line of the sea.This whole time a lot of people see the shoreline as the sea border. This perspective makes us alienated and lack of knowledge to take advantage of the sea. This understanding also conjures the idea sea toll, to confirm that Indonesia is maritime country. Sea toll means building sea transportation with ships or sea logistic system which will serve nonstop back and forth from Sabang to Merauke. One of the factors to support this is by building ports (deep sea port) order to give faraway to big ships. A course that spreading as far as 5,000 kilometers or an eighth circumference of the earth One of the purposes of sea toll is to move the economy as efficient and evenly as possible. With the hope that, there will be ships back and forth on Indonesian water, so logistics cost will be cheap. That is why; sea toll is one of President Joko Widodo’s priorities which are also meant to develop Indonesia as maritime country and develop Indonesia as national unity. Current supply chain methods are having difficulties in resolving problems arising from the lack of trust in supply chains. The root reason lies in two challenges brought to the traditional mechanism: self-interests of supply chain members and information asymmetry in production processes. Blockchain is a promising technology to address these problems. The key objective of this paper is to present qualitative analysis for blockchain in supply chain as the decision-making framework to implement this new technology. The analysis method used Val IT business case framework, validated by the expert judgements. The further study needs to be elaborated by either the existing organization that use blockchain or assessment by the organization that will use blockchain to improve their supply chain management.
