The training and community service activities about the Unborax healthy food were carried out at Nganjuk District Training Center, which was attended by the pioneer of health. The objective of the program is to introduce the health pioneers of Nganjuk district about the importance of healthy food and dangers from the use of food additives such as borax and formaldehydewhich is often circulated freely, to motivate people be able to make their own food without using harmful food additives. The making of Unborax noodles introduced to the community with yam fortification is also used to motivate people to love the local food that is functional value. The method used is a social mentality approach and provides guidance and direct participatory practice of direct participative to the target of the health pioneer in Nganjuk that can be delivered to the community in each village. This training and counseling program is conducted by providing education that provides knowledge about local food, recommended food additives and prohibited by the government. Then continue to practice making wet noodles fortification from yam. Hopefully the community is more conscious with healthy food and local resources. In addition, it can also be processed in the form of other products ready to consume. The achievement gained after the training in making wet noodle without borax is all participants are able to understand the importance of healthy food without any preservatives prohibited. In addition, this training is able to awaken the community initiative to serve healthy food it self and sell it so that it can increase the income in the family. Sauce is a complementary food, this food is usually coupled with fried foods, soupy foods and can also be used as a seasoning. Sauce made from tomatoes (if tomato sauce) is blended until smooth and cooked while adding spices to make it taste savory. The sauce's delicacy depends on the freshness of the fruit used, the right spice composition and the correct manufacturing procedure. Sauce in the market often does not include the composition of ingredients and food additives (BTM) such as food preservatives used not to mention we do not know the freshness of fruit and BTM doses added and the manufacturing procedures that are not necessarily clean and do not attach permits granted from the government . Fruits that are not fresh (rotten), doses of food additives (preservatives) added can cause various diseases in the body. Through this community service activity, it is expected that students can make their own tomato sauce by using fresh tomatoes, spices with the right amount and not using preservatives that are harmful to health. By making your own tomato sauce, besides being guaranteed cleanliness and health for your body, you can also save on spending money and be able to become skills for students to become entrepreneurs by producing home-made tomato sauce. In this community service activity there were 2 sessions conducted, the first was counseling about the danger of preservatives in food. The second session, the practice of making tomato sauce using fresh tomatoes, the right dosage of seasoning without using preservatives

This is an optimistic, and useful, book written at a pessimistic time. In an era when the nation faces many social problems - including alienation from the government and work, the fragmentation of the family, and an expanding materialism - this book promoting civic literacy approaches to service learning and seeks to help educators in their efforts to redefine the role of civics in contemporary society. The civic literacy approach to service learning is defined as pedagogy that combines community service and academic instruction and that focuses on critical, reflective thinking and civic responsiblity. The editors challenge community colleges to act as catalysts for a national movement of community renewal, suggesting that they may be our best hope for finding ways to solve our social problems.

One effort to improve children's health and nutrition is to provide the best food for ages under two years (Baduta). If babies and children aged 6-24 months do not get enough nutrition from MP-ASI, it will cause disruption of growth and malnutrition. Medan Sunggal Health Center is one of the health centers in the fostered village of F.Kep USU. Based on the results of the toddler nutrition study conducted previously, there were still some nutritional problems, especially in the age group of Baduta. The main cause is the limited knowledge of mothers about Baduta nutrition and the skills of mothers in preparing food to meet nutritional needs with locally available food. Posyandu cadres who have been actively involved are still weak in providing breastfeeding and MP-ASI education. Even though Posyandu cadres are very potential their role as agents of change. Community service activities counseling for local food-based WHO MP-ASI for Posyandu cadres and baduta’ mothers was held on August 24, 2018, with the number of counseling participants thirty-five people. The end result is an increase in participants' knowledge and skills to shape good nutritional behavior in the family.

Community service was carried out in Setia Budi Village, Bengkayang District, West Kalimantan. The event was held on February 18, 2019 with 97 participants as Pre-Prosperous Family beneficiaries of the Hope Family Program. The purpose of this activity is that the families of the beneficiaries of the family program hope to manage their wealth well so that the assistance in the form of cash received is right on target and managed well. The method used in the form of lectures and question and answer and the practice of directly preparing the family financial budget. The results expected in this activity are to assist the government in managing family finances so that beneficiary families can graduate independently from their participation as beneficiaries of family program expectations because economy has increased.

This activity is expected to help government performance in providing information on food and cosmetics that are safe to the community, especially mothers, so that the highest degree of public health can be realized. One of them was carried out by the Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya through the Community Service program. This activity is expected to help government performance in providing information on food and cosmetics that are safe to the community, especially mothers so that the highest degree of public health can be realized. The Aisyiyah Regional Administrators of Palangka Raya work on average outside the home as employees, teachers, private sector, and others. Households as the smallest community base need to get good guidance and primary attention, because national development relies on the success of human development, where the factors that influence one of them is the availability of safe and quality food. The method of implementing activities uses methods of counseling/awareness and education, as well as inspection simulations on Food Additives and cosmetics that do not meet the requirements. The purpose of this activity is to protect the family against Food Additives and cosmetics that do not meet health requirements. The family is the smallest community that plays a major role in determining the decision-making in nutritional intake every day and what cosmetics can be used by their families are housewives, so education and coaching for mothers is absolutely necessary.

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding to the community about the need to implement the Healthy Living Community Movement (Germas) by keeping the environment clean and consuming good and healthy food and drinks. The method used is the method of socialization, education, and community performance through community service activities. The results of the dedication show that this activity received the attention and support of the government and the community of Bulutellue Village. Based on observations at the community service location, the community has adopted a healthy lifestyle as an implementation of Germas.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mencarikan solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam menghasilkan aneka kudapan yang beranekaragam yang berbasis bahan pangan lokal. Wanita sebagai pengelola rumah tangga, haruslah mampu menggali potensi dan sumber daya keluarga yang ada. Jika sumber daya tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik, niscaya akan sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan taraf kehidupan dan ekonomi keluarga. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dipandang perlu untuk memberikan keterampilan boga untuk ibu rumah tangga, sehingga diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dapat digunakan untuk berwirausaha untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Berdasarkan analisis masalah di atas, maka usulan model kegiatan adalah : Pelatihan peningkatan kreatifitas membuat aneka kudapan berbasis bahan pangan lokal, serta pendampingan teknis bagi ibu –ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam PKK Sungai Kunyit Kecamatan Sangir Balai Janggo Kabupaten Solok Selatan, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, sampai pengelolaan usaha. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan PKM yaitu : Memberikan beberapa alat, bahan pelatihan, serta modul materi pelatihan yang akan dilaksanakan; Penyajian materi sesuai dengan isi buku resep ditambah mengenai materi gizi makanan, hygine dan sanitasi, manajemen dapur, dan kewirausahaan terkait usaha yang akan dijalankan; serta Pelatihan pembuatan beberapa jenis aneka kudapan berbasis bahan pangan lokal. Target luaran kegiatan adalah : Peserta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menghasilkan aneka kudapan; Peserta mampu menata dan mengelola usaha mereka dengan baik dan berkelanjutan; terdapatnya aneka kudapan khas berbasis pangan lokal yang dapat dijadikan sebagai oleh-oleh bagi konsumen; serta  dihasilkannya publikasinya ilmiah hasil PKM melalui jurnal nasional maupun media masa.Kata kunci: Kudapan, Pangan lokal, Ekonomi keluarga ABSTRACT This community service activity aims to give the good solutions which is faced by the community, especially housewives in producing a variety of snacks that are based on local potential resources. Women as household managers must be able to explore the potential and existing family resources. If these resources can be put to good use, it will undoubtedly be very helpful in improving the standard of living and family welfare. Related to this, it is important to provide skills to housewives, so that it is expected to be able to add knowledge and skills that can be used for entrepreneurship to improve the family welfare. Based on the analysis of the problem above, the proposed activity model is : Training to increase creativity in making various snacks based on potential local resources, as well as technical assistance for housewives who are members of housewife group in Sungai Kunyit. Starting from planning, implementation, and business management, by providing several tools, training materials, as well as modules that will be implemented; Presentation of material in accordance with the contents of the recipe book plus regarding food nutrition, hygiene and sanitation materials, kitchen management, and entrepreneurship related to the business to be run; and training on making several types of various snacks based on potential local resources. The target outcome activities are : Participants can increase their knowledge and skills in producing various snacks; able to organize and manage their business well and sustainably. One of The Community Service as an embodiment of the practice of Tri Dharma in College is the implementation of a Community Service Program (KKN). Thematic KKN held in Tanjung District, West Bangka Regency aims to achieve a local resource-based economy with high competitiveness, the realization of accountable local governance, and the creation of a quality and advanced society such as the mission which launched by the Government. The implementation method is carried out through survey, socialization and the community assistance. Students are divided into 3 (three) thematic groups, namely: (1) Tanjung Tourism and Creative Industries; (2) Tanjung Village Management; (3) Tanjung Education. The results include (1) The Training and development of creative industries, The Monument for culinary centers; The Revitalization of tourism objects, such making the signpost name for culinary kiosks; (2) The Application of Village Management Information System (SIMDes), Training of financial reports; (3) The Socialization of the education and eradicating illiteracy, The Socialization of adolescent health, The Revitalization of village libraries. The sustainability of cooperation with various cross-sectoral agencies is expected to be an effort to continue the community service towards the Great West Bangka in 2021.

We are currently faced with the problem of the Covid 19 pandemic and no cure has been found. One of the efforts made by the community is to implement health protocols to the recommendations from the government and increase the body's resistance to prevent this Covid 19 attack. Indonesia has a wealth of spices that are quite large in number and type. According to some studies that this spice can increase the body's resistance because it contains antioxidants and active compounds that can ward off free radicals. This is one of the business opportunities as well as an effort to increase the body's endurance if consumed. Community service activities organized by ATI Padang Polytechnic, Agro Industry Engineering Study Program aims to provide technology for processing instant spice drinks based on red ginger. The spices used are red ginger, cinnamon, cloves and lemongrass. The product produced is instant red ginger. Partners of this activity are UKM/communities in Bungo Pasang Subdistrict, Koto Tangah District, Padang. The method used is to deliver processing technology through virtual training and practice independently. After attending virtual training and independent practice using equipment and materials that have been assisted by team, participants submitted their products that have been packaged as evaluation materials. It is hoped that with this activity, UKM/communities can produce this product in order to increase the resilience of the family as well as their business choice. The processing of spices into instant beverage products is expected to be widely marketed, more durable and provide added value to spice commodities. Indonesia, which is dominated by poor communities, has also been seriously affected not only in the health aspect but also on job losses due to this pandemic. It is hoped that PKH beneficiaries will be able to survive these difficult times. Through the power of housewives who are considered to be able to help the family economy, online business is a new trend today. Therefore, the Sriwijaya University community service activity team provided training related to how to manage an online business. This activity was carried out on November 9, 2020 offline while adhering to health protocols. This training was attended by 40 PKH beneficiaries in Ilir Barat II District, Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. The methods used are presentation, tutoria and discussion. The results showed that 80 percent of participants understood the importance of online promotion through social media. The understanding related to the benefits of social media, types of social media, and downloading applications is quite good where the percentage obtained is above 70 percent. However, understanding regarding the use of Instagram is still lacking where the results only reach 65%. In this case, the government can provide special assistance to women in developing online-based businesses.
