Ketika gender menjadi sebuah alat untuk menganalisis dan mendeteksi fenomena ketidakadilan antara laki-laki dan perempuan di masyarakat, maka feminis dapat menggunakan teori gender untuk membantu menganalisis berbagai bentuk diskriminasi gender yang ada atau mungkin ada dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd salah satu tokoh ilmuan Muslim yang secara terang-terangan mengaku sebagai seorang feminis. Melalui gagasan-gagasannya, Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd berusaha membongkar hegemoni sektarian-rasialistik dengan melakukan dekonstruksi terhadap pemaknaan perempuan dalam ayat-ayat al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan model pembacaan kontekstual. Artikel ini bermaksud untuk memaparkan gagasan atau konsep dekonstruksi gender Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd, baru setelah itu mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek feminitas dan peran perempuan dalam Islam. Metode penilitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis kajian pustaka atau library research, data diperoleh dari berbagai literatur buku, artikel, jurnal, majalah, dan hasil kajian terdahulu lainnya. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa studi kasus atas pemikiran Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd tentang feminitas dan dekonstruksi perempuan dalam Islam telah memicu perdebatan di dalam konteks keagamaan, sosial, politik, dan historis. Oleh sebab itu, Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd berusaha untuk memaknai kembali ayat-ayat al-Quran yang berkaitan dengan kedudukan perempuan dalam Islam.   When gender becomes a tool to analyze and detect the phenomenon of injustice between men and women in society, feminists can use gender theory to help analyze the various forms of gender discrimination that exist or may exist in various aspects of people's lives. Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd is one of the leading Muslim scientists who openly claims to be a feminist. Through his ideas, Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd tried to dismantle the sectarian-racial hegemony by deconstructing the meaning of women in the verses of the Koran using model a contextual reading. This article intends to elaborate on Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd's ideas or concepts of gender deconstruction, only then to identify aspects of femininity and the role of women in Islam. This research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature review or library research, data is obtained from various literature books, articles, journals, magazines, and the results of other previous studies. This study finds that the case study on Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd's thoughts on the femininity and deconstruction of women in Islam has sparked debates in religious, social, political, and historical contexts. Therefore, Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd tried to re-interpret the verses of the Qur’an relating to the position of women in Islam.

AbstractPurpose of this study was to describe the meaning of ezer kenegdo and to know position and role of women in the family. The research method used is qualitative research methods (library research). The term of “ ezer kenegdo” refer to a helper but her position withoutsuperiority and inferiority. “The patner model” between men and women is uderstood in relation to one another as the same function, where differences are complementary and mutually beneficial in all walks of life and human endeavors.Keywords: Ezer Kenegdo; Women; Family.AbstrakTujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengertian ezer kenegdo dan mengetahui kedudukan dan peran perempuan dalam keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif library research. Ungkapan “ezer kenegdo” menunjuk pada seorang penolong namun kedudukannya adalah setara tanpa ada superioritas dan inferioritas. “Model kepatneran” antara laki-laki dan perempuan dipahami dengan hubungan satu dengan yang lain sebagai fungsi yang sama, yang mana perbedaan adalah saling melengkapi dan saling menguntungkan dalam semua lapisan kehidupan dan usaha manusia.Kata Kunci: Ezer Kenegdo, Prerempuan, Keluarga.

This research aims to test the role of zakat to reduce poverty in the East Java period 2015-2017 by using the index that was recently developed, Basic Needs Deficiency Index. The research method used is qualitative approach with case study strategy. This research formulated BNDI index to measure the deficiency and effectiveness of zakat in resolving poverty. Data required is the total population that its income was below the poverty line in every city of East Java, and also total zakat, which was distributed by BAZNAS East Java in every city of East Java. The results obtained from the BNDI calculation have been able to explain the effectiveness of zakat for reducing poverty and inequality in East Java. The result of calculation, which was a high value or approaching value 1, explains that zakat that was distributed by BAZNAS East Java is not effective in reducing poverty in East Java. Furthermore, the result of this research shows that some cities had the highest BNDI and lowest BNDI as well. Hopefully, this result could be considered to use by the policymaker to improve the effectiveness of zakat in reducing poverty.Keywords: Zakat, Poverty, Basic Needs Deficiency Index (BNDI)

This study aims at determining the role of country (Gampong) government in developing and managing Gampong bungets. The research method uses library research (secondary) and field research (primary) so it can be analyzed by using qualitative approach. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the role of country government in building and managing country budgets is still far beyond expectations caused by internal disharmony and external ignorance so that the existing resources are not able to carry out the existing tasks. Thus, the country government should be more active in the management and development of country’s budgets by participating in seminars and lectures held by the local government.

This study aimed to investigate the role of SMEs on local product positioning through image management in this current global competitive era. SME’s have played a role, particularly to local products to be globally well recognized as featured products. Jombang is one of region in East Java which has a lot of SMEs that has successfully produced various local products such as foods, beverage, handycrafts, and batik. For this far, a lot of their products have widely reached customers across the globe. However, some people remain unfamiliar with those local products, since many of the SME’s did their marketing indirectly. Therefore, it needs a management of image to build valuation and gain customers’ trust entirely. This present study applied a qualitative approach with case study as its research method by examining the conditions of SME’s in Jombang. The result showed that the SME’s played their role in positioning various local products in this current global competitive era through a management of image, both in brands and the SMEs. The management of image was conducted by communicating the marketing through various media, both electronic and non-electronic ones, in order to get better understanding about consumers. This present study, however, has limitation on the number of the entrepreneurs selected as the participants of this research. Thus, it is interesting for further studies to conduct their researches not only on limited particular enterprises, but more.

The purpose of the study was to find out the title role of Pesantren believer Cooperative Mandiri Sidoarjo towards economic empowerment and independence employee boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviews and direct observation to informants, namely those in charge of pesantren, cooperative and cooperative employees (santri). And secondary data collection comes from journals, text books and other literature. The result of this study is the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative plays a major role in enhancing the empowerment of cooperative employees (santri) and playing an optimal role in supporting the independence of the cottage. The economic empowerment of pesantren employees conducted by the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative is by making the Cooperative a work field, a place to apply knowledge and a place to increase income. As for the independence of the cottage, that is to become the main source of funding for Islamic boarding schools in carrying out operations and the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools. Going forward, the Cooperative will further optimize the empowerment of union employees (santri) to print better students in the field of entrepreneurship and religion.Keywords: Cooperative Boarding School, Economic Empowerment, Independence of Islamic Boarding Schools

<p><em>The emergence of various understandings around women who present new figures makes it seem as if they have lost the figure of Qudwah for Muslim women. </em><em>A</em><em>ll the roles that Islam has given to women, require them to have some special skills related to Islamic leadership</em><em>. The roles</em><em> will affect themselves, their families, and the communit</em><em>ies</em><em>. This study aims to revive the figure of Muslim women in the study of Islamic </em><em>h</em><em>istory in order to fill the Qudwah void in women t</em><em>hese days</em><em>. </em><em>By doing this study, </em><em>it is hoped that women will understand more about the nature and role of women in Islam. In the Islamic point of view, there is no prohibition for women to play a role in the publik scene. Even since the time of Rasulullah SAW, the role of women in the publik scene has occurred. Women at the time of the Prophet were present in the study attended by men, actively participating in spreading the religion of Islam, even women also participated in wars, treated and took care of sick, injured soldiers and provide for their eating and drinking needs. This shows the association of men and women in publik spaces is allowed. However, this does not mean eliminating barriers between men and women, and forgetting the restrictions of sharia prevailing in meetings that men and women participate in. Therefore, it is necessary to know the ethics for women when in the publik scenes, according to the guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah. This research uses library research method by reviewing the verses and hadis that discuss the issue of women ethics while in publik scenes.

Startups are sufficiently developed in Indonesia to become a trend in business incubators that include college or university students. This is due to the incubation concept and program offered to prospective entrepreneurs who have potential ideas in business. Thus, research was conducted to determine the role of business incubators in building startups in universities. But there are obstacles in developing startups, limited technology, leadership and management. The study was conducted at the Alphabet Incubator of Raharja University with a qualitative approach. The research method used is the method of observation and literature review by collecting data that aims to simplify the process. It can be seen how the government encourages business incubators in developing startups and introducing business through technology. The research objective is to increase innovation or creativity in developing successful new startups in higher education. Seen from students utilizing the facilities at the Alphabet Incubator to develop small businesses in the digital industry to increase workforce.Keywords: Business Incubator; Startup; Innovation or CreativityStartup cukup berkembang di Indonesia sehingga menjadi trend dalam inkubator bisnis yang mencakup mahasiswa atau mahasiswi di perguruan tinggi. Namun terdapat kendala dalam mengembangkan startup, terbatasnya teknologi, kepemimpinan dan manajemen. Penelitian dilakukan di Alphabet Incubator Universitas Raharja dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan literature review dengan mengumpulkan data yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pengerjaannya. Dapat dilihat bagaimana pemerintah mendorong inkubator bisnis dalam mengembangkan startup dan mengenalkan bisnis melalui teknologi. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan inovasi atau kreativitas dalam mengembangkan startup baru yang sukses di perguruan tinggi. Terlihat dari mahasiswa memanfaatkan fasilitas di Alphabet Incubator untuk mengembangkan usaha kecil dalam industri digital untuk peningkatan tenaga kerja.Kata Kunci: Inkubator Bisnis; Startup; Inovasi atau Kreativitas

Aim of scope this research is analysis the role of work motivation in employee performance in Tanjung Balai North Tanjungbalai District office Research method is a method used by researchers in collecting research data. In this study the method used is a qualitative research method which is a research method whose case study leads to a detailed and in-depth description of the portrait of what actually happens according to what is in the field of study. The results showed that the role of work motivation in employee performance in Tanjung Balai North Tanjungbalai District office that motivation is very influential is the work itself which it has if appropriate, but in reality there are still employees who find it difficult to carry out motivation due to the employee wanting to retire, this ditujukkan of employees in completing the work given is always not maximally done well, and the work given to employees in accordance with the expertise and ability of employees so that in the completion of the work will cause a feeling of dislike of the work with results that are not good too. So that it can be said that the work of the employee itself motivates them to work.

This study is motivated by the low understanding of the community towards waqf and the large potential of waqf. The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of the fundraising strategy carried out by four waqf management institutions. Namely the Surabaya Al-Falah Social Fund Foundation, the Comparison of the Selangor Waqf (PWS), the Indonesian Waqf Board and the Global Waqf. The research method used is through a descriptive qualitative approach with library research data collection techniques. The results showed that the waqf strategy implemented by the four institutions had progressed from the model that YDSF did to raise funds with the Research Funding method which promotes the creation of business results through the development of waqf assets. PWS and BWI are using the same method, namely picking up the ball and waiting for the ball by working together through the Islamic Financial Institution. And the fundamental strategy that can help waqf institutions in the development of information technology is carried out by the Global Waqf Institution, which applies online waqf with an online waqf strategy through the website, transferring accounts and not setting targets. So that the management of waqf can be said to be effective with the existence of several strategies that are best for the success of the institution to achieve its goals.
