Abstrak: Pengelolaan Arsip Dinamis di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kabupaten Klaten.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan arsip dinamis di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan kunci (key informant) penelitian yaitu Kepala Subbagian Tata Usaha. Informan pendukung terdiri dari satu pegawai Subbagian Tata Usaha dan tiga pegawai kearsipan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan diakhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data ditentukan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip dinamis meliputi, pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar. Sistem penyimpanan arsip menggunakan sistem wilayah, nomor, dan tanggal. Asas penyimpanan arsip menggunakan asas kombinasi antara sentralisasi dan desentralisasi. Peminjaman dan penemuan kembali arsip dilakukan ketika ada pegawai yang hendak meminjam arsip. Pemeliharaan arsip belum dilakukan dengan baik. Abstract: The Management Of Dynamic Archives In The Office Of National Land Agency (NLA) Klaten Regency. This research aims to know the management of dynamic archives in the Office of National Land Agency (NLA) Klaten. This research belonged to descriptive research by applying qualitative approach. Key informant of this research is the Head of Sub Administrative Division. Supporting informants of this research are an employee of sub administrative division and three employee of management records. The techniques of data collection of this research were observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed by using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing a conclusion. The reliability of the data of this research were resource triangulation and method triangulation. The findings reveal that: the management of dynamic archives include, the management of inbox and outbox. The system of archives storage uses a geographical system, a numerical, and a chronological. The principle of archives storage uses a combination between centralization and decentralization. The borrowing and re-finding system are carried out when there is an employee who will borrow the archives. This study aims to discuss the teacher's strategy in the character building of environmental care for students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Negeri (MIN: State Islamic Elementary School) 2 Lombok Tengah. This research is qualitative-descriptive research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data sources were obtained from the principal, teachers, staff, and students. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion verification. The findings of the study include: (1) the teachers have used a very good strategy in building character for students to environmental care. The intended teacher strategies include, such as setting class assignments (picket schedule), sticking/putting up posters about cleanliness/keep clean, adding to the means of garbage disposal. The strategies that have been implemented by the teacher can make students maintain a good school/classroom environment. (2) The concern of the teachers in shaping the character of students caring for the environment in MIN 2 Lombok Tengah is seen in the form of approaching and advising students, as well as being involved in mutual cooperation activities (gotong-royong). Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui startegi guru dalam pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan bagi siswa di MIN 2 Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru, staf, dan siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi. Hasil temuan penelitian antara lain: (1) para guru telah menggunakan startegi yang sangat baik dalam membangun karakter bagi siswa untuk peduli lingkungan. Strategi guru yang dimaksud antara lain, seperti: penetapan jadwal piket kelas, menempelkan gambar tentang kebersihan, menambah sarana pembuangan sampah. Strategi-strategi yang telah diterapkan oleh guru dapat menjadikan siswa menjaga lingkungan sekolah/kelas dengan baik.  (2) Kepedulian para guru dalam pembentukan karakter siswa peduli lingkungan di MIN 2 Lombok Tengah terlihat dalam bentuk mendekati, dan menasehati siswa, serta terlibat dalam kegiatan gotong royong.

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of curriculum modification in components of purpose, content, process, and evaluation of the subjects of natural sciences (IPA) in class VI SD 1 Trirenggo Bantul. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques are performed with observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model by using data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/ verification. The results showed that modification of the curriculum of science subjects in class VI SD 1 Trirenggo Bantul on components of objective aspects of basic competency has not been modified and indicator aspects have been modified. The components of the content of science’s lesson have not been modified or have not adjusted with the ABK (children with special needs). In the components of the teaching process, the teaching techniques, environment/settings of learning, and learning time have been modified and aspects of teaching methods, learning media, and learning resources have not been modified. On the evaluation components, aspect of evaluation time, the evaluation technique, place of evaluation, approval criteria, and the class upgrade system have been modified and aspects of the test, the form of results, and the form of diploma have not been modified.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi kelompok dalam metode pembelajaran sentra di TK Zaid bin Tsabit. Penelitian ini mendiskusikan tentang proses komunikasi kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti ada dengan studi pustaka, penelusuran data secara online, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi dengan 3 orang informan kunci yaitu guru di TK Zaid bin Tsabit serta 3 informan pendukung yaitu Kepala TK Zaid bin Tsabit dan 2 orang tua murid. Uji keabsahan data dengan peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat, teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan evaluasi.Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Proses komunikasi yang terjadi merupakan komunikasi langsung yang terjadi dua arah dan dilakukan terus menerus untuk membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi dalam kelompok metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh guru kepada anak dilakukan dengan memberikan arahan-arahan kepada anak serta contoh dari arahan yang telah disampaikan oleh guru.Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak lewat komunikasi yang dilakukan guru secara terus menerus, karna melalui pembelajaran sentra anak diminta untuk melakukan segala sesuatunya sendiri dalam pengawasan guru. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru harus lebih kreatif dalam memberikan materi pada metode pembelajaran sentra serta bersikap lebih tegas dalam mendidik anak dan melakukan komunikasi yang berkelanjutan dengan orang tua murid. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This study was conducted to determine the process of group communication in the center learning method at TK Zaid bin Tsabit. This study discusses the process of group communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques carried out by the researcher were with literature studies, online data searches, interviews, observation and documentation with 3 key informants namely the teacher at TK Zaid bin Tsabit and 3 supporting informants namely TK Head Zaid bin Tsabit and 2 parents. Test the validity of data by increasing perseverance, triangulation and discussion with colleagues, data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and evaluations.The results of this study that the communication process that occurs is direct communication that occurs in two directions and carried out continuously to form the independence of children. The communication process that occurs in a group of central learning methods shapes children's independence. The process of communication carried out by the teacher to the child is done by giving directions to the child as well as examples of directions that have been delivered by the teacher.The conclusion of this study is that the central learning method shapes children's independence through continuous communication by the teacher, because through central learning children are asked to do everything themselves in the supervision of the teacher. The advice given is that the teacher must be more creative in giving material to the central learning method and be more assertive in educating children and making ongoing communication with parents.

Abstract: Gender issues must be resolved immediately. The study aims to describe: 1) Implementation of gender-based class segregation policies; 2) Inhibiting factors and solutions in implementing gender-based class segregation policies and school efforts in overcoming the problems faced in implementing gender-based class segregation policies. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research was carried out at Islamic junior high school Maarif 01 Singosari. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis phase used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data using data and source triangulation. The results showed that 1) The implementation of the gender-based class segregation policy process of its implementation was carried out by separating classes between male and female classes, from grades VII, VII and X but in one building, one organization and supported by the implementation of orderly. 2) Barriers and solutions faced by schools in carrying out policies are: attitudes of male students disagree with the existence of policies that have an impact on the class structure when learning hours are less conducive. The solution that is done by the school, by providing approaches and direction to students, and every teacher and especially the counseling guidance teacher and subject teachers must know all the problems that often occur to Al Maarif SMPI students to be evaluated on an ongoing basis.Keywords: Gender, Segregation, Policy Implementation Abstrak: Permasalahan mengenai gender harus segara dituntaskan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender; 2) Faktor penghambatdan solusi dalam implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender dan upaya sekolah dalam mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi dalam implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPIslamAl Maarif 01 Singosari. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk mengecek keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender proses penerapannya dilakukan dengan cara pemisahan kelas antara kelas laki-laki dan kelas perempuan, mulai dari kelas VII, VII dan X akan tetapi dalam satu gedung, satu organisasi dan didukung dengan diterapkannya tata tertib. 2) Kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi sekolah dalam menjalankan kebijakan yaitu: sikap siswa putra kurang setuju adanya kebijakan hal tersebut berdampak pada suasana kelas pada saat jam pembelajaran kurang kondusif. Solusi yang dilakukan sekolah, dengan memberikan pendekatan dan arahan terhadap siswa, dan setiap guru dan khususnya guru BK dan guru mata pelajaran harus mengetahui segala problem yang sering terjadi pada siswa Islamic junior high schoolAl Maarif untuk dievaluasi secara berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Segregasi, Gender, Implementasi Kebijakan

Education in Indonesia is currently undergoing a significant improvement. Particularly in welcoming the revolution era of the 4.0, which is required learning model with high level-thingking  or commonly known as HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills). In addition to thinking critically and creatively, problem solving is also included as thinking characters in high-level skills. Solving problems in the learning process trains learners to resolve problems in real life. In fact, not all teachers can simply apply it. Therefore, HOTS learning using the problem based learning model requires strategy for more effective and efficient study.  The research methods used in this study are qualitative descriptive, data collection techniques used by conducting observations, interviews in-depth and document research. The key informant in the study was a class III teacher at SDN Lengkong Bojonegoro, while the informant was a class III student. The data obtained is analyzed using interactive models (data collection, data presentation , reduction, drawing conclusions). The results of this study show that the teacher's strategy in implementing HOTS learning is a good problem based learning model. Visible from the indicators used through deep interview to the key informant and the informant. The obstacles experienced are differences in understanding, characteristics, learning style of students when learning, teachers are required to always be creative and innovative packing learning and the limitations of school facilities and infrastructure.

Abstrak: Beberapa tahun terakhir eksistensi Pancasila dalam fungsinya sebagai dasar negara (philophische grondslag) dan pandangan hidup bangsa (weltanschauung) dipertaruhkan. Banyak tantangan dan rintangan yang dihadapi oleh Pancasila dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya. Kemerosotan nilai-nilai bangsa menjadi tantangan tersendiri yang dihadapi oleh Pancasila. Terorisme, radikalisme, narkoba, korupsi, hilangnya toleransi serta melunturnya rasa nasionalisme dan patriotisme sudah menjadi bukti merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Mahasiswa sebagai agent of change harus peka dalam melihat situasi ini dan diharapkan mempunyai solusi dalam memecahkan masalah merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap fungsi Pancasila sebagai weltanschauung dalam upaya menghadapi merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Lokasi penelitian di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Mataram. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tahap penelitian melalui tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) mayoritas mahasiswa masih percaya bahwa Pancasila sebagai weltanschauung masih mampu menghadapi berbagai persoalan tentang merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. (2) diperlukan penanaman nilai-nilai pancasila melalui pendekatan multiapproach, multimedia, multidiscipline dan multistake holders dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Pancasila, Philosopische Grondslag, Weltanschauung, Nilai-Nilai BangsaAbstract: The last few years of the existence of Pancasila in its function as the basic of the state (philophische grondslag) and the way of life (weltanschauung) were at stake. Terrorism, radicalism, drugs, corruption, loss of tolerance and the weakening of the sense of nationalism and patriotism have been proof of the decline of national values. Students as agents of change must be sensitive in seeing this situation and expected to have a solution in solving the problem of declining national values. This study aims to determine students' perceptions the function of Pancasila as a weltanschauung in an effort to deal with the decline of national values. The research location in the Universty of Mataram, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Research phase through the planning and implementation stages. The results of the study show that: (1) the majority of students still believe that the Pancasila as a weltanschauung is still able to face various problems regarding the decline of national values. This article aims to describe the leadership strategies of village guardian at PandaiSikek village and society’s participation in achieving village achievement at national level in 2014. The approach from this research is descriptive with qualitative research type. Data collection was done through interview and documentation in the form of interview guides, cell phones, and notebooks. The informants of this research were village guardian, staffs of village guardian, jorong guardian, customary figures, chairman of KAN, chairman of Bamus, chairman of LPM, BundoKanduang, chairman of youth and society at PandaiSikek village. Next, the triangulation data sources is the valid testing technique of data and the last data analysis techniques which are used by using data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of research indicate that the strategies which are used by village guardian of PandaiSikek village for the first is cooperating with the set and high institutions of village in making decisions by ways of deliberation and consensus; second, involving society in every activity by spreading the invitation formally; third, motivating society to improve the quality of human resources by conducting useful training; and fourth, improving communication among jorong society by creating events which can improve communication in society.Meanwhile,the society’s roles of PandaiSikek village in reaching village achievement are : first, participating in the development process by cooperating and working together; second, following village’s activities by attending known activities through formal invitation; third, taking part in the training which was held by becoming part of the training and fourth, establishing good communication among the society by following the events held by village. Pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi melalui alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman wawancara, handphone serta buku catatan. Kemudian Informan penelitiannya adalah Wali Nagari, Staf-Staf Wali Nagari, Wali Jorong, Tokoh Adat, Ketua KAN, Ketua Bamus, Ketua LPM, Bundo Kanduang, Ketua Pemuda dan Masyarakat Nagari Pandai Sikek. Selanjutnya teknik pengujian keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dan yang terakhir teknik analisis data dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi-strategi yang digunakan oleh Wali Nagari Pandai Sikek yaitu pertama, bekerjasama dengan perangkat dan lembaga tinggi nagari dalam mengambil keputusan dengan cara musyawarah dan mufakat; kedua, melibatkan masyarakat dalam setiap kegiatan nagari dengan cara menyebarkan undangan secara resmi; ketiga, memotivasi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan yang bermanfaat; dankeempat, meningkatkan komunikasi antar masyarakat jorong dengan cara membuat acara yang dapat meningkatkan komunikasi masyarakat. Adapun peran serta masyarakat Nagari Pandai Sikek dalam meraih nagari berprestasi adalah: pertama, berpartisipasi dalam proses pembangunan dengan cara bekerjasama dan bergotong royong; kedua, mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan Nagari dengan cara menghadiri kegiatan yang sudah diketahui melalui undangan resmi; ketiga,mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan yang diadakan dengan cara menjadi bagian dari pelatihan tersebut dan keempat, menjalin komunikasi yang baik sesame masyarakat dengan cara mengikuti acara-acara yang diadakan oleh nagari. This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of the competence of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya subdistrict, Kubu Regency. The study was conducted in Sungai Raya Subdistrict with 29 elementary school teachers. Data collected are pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competencies using data collection tools in the form of interview sheets, non-participant observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis uses a checklist matrix technique with several stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions. The results showed that: First, the implementation of pedagogical competencies by public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya Subdistrict, Kubu Raya District, was interpreted that the teacher's ability to educate reached an average of 3.37 with a good category. Second, the personality competency of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency, averaged 3.30 in the good category. Third, the social competency of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya District is an average of 3.37 with a good category. The four professional competencies of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya District reach an average of 3.30 in the good category. The results of this study, it is suggested to be a reference for similar research related to teacher competencies, which should be part of the teacher to dedicate himself to serve especially elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya District Kubu Raya District.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing of graduates in vocational education units, as well as supporting factors and inhibiting marketing of graduates in vocational education units. This study used a qualitative model with a case study design. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. In analyzing data using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that graduates from these schools are absorbed into the world of work even before they graduate from school and have obtained jobs. This is supported by good marketing management starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing of graduates. The obstacle is when the parents of students do not want their children to get jobs in long distances. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pemasaran lulusan dalam satuan pendidikan kejuruan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pemasaran lulusan di satuan pendidikan kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lulusan dari sekolah tersebut banyak terserap ke dunia kerja bahkan sebelum mereka lulus dari sekolah sudah memperoleh pekerjaan. Hal tersebut didukung dengan manajemen pemasaran yang baik mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pemasaran lulusan. Kendalanya adalah ketika orangtua peserta didik tidak ingin anaknya memperoleh pekerjaan dengan jarak yang jauh.

The Honorary Board of the Indonesian Notary Association as the organ of the Indonesian Notary Association issues a regulation regarding the Fairness of the Deed Making Certificate per Notary for 20 deeds per day. Based on pre-research, there are still many notaries who do not know about the regulation in Padang. Why a Notary is prohibited from making a deed exceeding the fairness limit, what factors becomes the reasons for a Notary in Padang to make a deed exceeding the fairness limit and the legal consequences of a deed exceeding the fairness limit will be the topic of discussion in this paper. The research method used is a type of empirical juridical research and the nature of analytical descriptive research; data collection is done by using data in the form of primary material as primary data, supported by secondary and tertiary materials. The data obtained are then processed, analyzed, and interpreted qualitatively. Compliance is a virtue that moves people to act rationally in using what is fair, it is important for Notary to be given reasonable limits on the deeds that they can make per day so that the Notary does not exceed their physical ability to make daily deeds. The Law of Notary Position does not limit the number of deeds that can be made by the Notary per day, so that there are still notaries who make the deed exceed the reasonable limits set especially Fiduciary deed in Padang. Notary Deed that exceeds the fairness limit determined by the Honorary Board of Notary will not be degraded to privately-made deed, provided that what is done by Notary in making the deed is in accordance with the Law of Notary Position. The reasonable limit of making a daily deed issued by the Indonesian Notary Association Honorary Board should be included in the Minister Law or Regulation because basically the DKP.INI 1 regulation in 2017 only binds members of the association. Had the notary been expelled from the association, it would not have had any effect on his position.
