Objective: Autism and ADHD children were special need child that have to need their own diets. For autism gluten and casein patients are considered toxic, because the body with autism does not produce enzymes digest gluten. As a result, these undigested proteins are converted into chemical components called opoids. Opoid itself, like drugs such as opium, morphine, and heroin that works as toxins that can interfere with brain function and immune system, causing behavioral disorders. for this study aimed to describe the effect of green bean pizza for diet in children with autism and ADHD.Methods: The method used in this research is case study. The population studied were children with autism and ADHD. Cases used are children with autism. Data collection was done by observation to the respondent before and after givenGreen Peanut Pizza. Univariate data analysis technique using quantitative. Results: In the observation of hyperactive activity of children before and after intervention for 1 week showed improvement. The child's previous hyperactive level is often (almost daily) less frequent (approximately once a week). The child's mother reports that the child is only doing aggressive behavior while facing a situation that really makes his feeling emotionally. Conclusion: Green Bean Pizza is an alternative solution for children's diets with autism and ADHD as it proves to decrease the rate of hyperactivity in children with autism and ADHD.

We performed the first ever comparative analysis of modifications in the proteome, ionogram and some other blood plasma biochemical indices of 18 male cosmonauts (44 ± 6 years of age) before and after maiden or repeated long-term missions to the Russian segment of the International space station (ISS RS). Levels of proteins, substrates and ions as well as chemical components were measured using the LC-MS-based proteomics and routine biochemical techniques. A total of 256 to 281 indices were investigated with the methods of descriptive statistic, regression analysis, and access to bioinformatics resources. It was shown that blood indices recovery from the maiden and repeated missions reflects changes in the body systems and goes at a various speed. The results of measurements made prior to launch and on day 7 after landing are dependent on the number of missions. The bioinformatics techniques showed that after maiden missions both the mediator proteins of alkaline phosphatase (AP) and blood proteins with reliably changing concentrations are associated with the bio-processes including stress, metabolism and DNA reparation, apoptosis, catabolism and proteolysis. During early re-adaptation from repeated missions the AP level was affected by bone remodeling, phosphorylation, angiogenesis and coagulation cascade suggesting a distinct and urgent trigger of the processes of bone structure and mineralization.

Concentration disorders accompanied by hyperactivity in children with ADHD are conditions that show symptoms of lack concentration, hyperactivity and impulsiveness that causes an imbalance of most of their life activities. This makes parents have difficulty in providing prayer guidance to children who have ADHD. Starting from this problem, the researcher tries to make a scientific about Parents' Method in the Development of Child Prayers Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) (Case Study of ADHD Children in Kulam Kemukiman Syamtarail Village, North Aceh)." This study was conducted to describe the method parents in providing prayer services to children with ADHD in  Kulam Kemukiman Syamtarail Village, North Aceh. This thesis research method uses the case study method which is a study that tries to examine individuals or a unit in depth with a qualitative approach. In collecting data researchers conducted observations and direct interviews within formants who have been used as samples, as well as documentation. While the analysis of data through observations in this thesis uses a theme analysis model technique where all data after being collected will be processed one by one. The results showed that ADHD children's prayer guidance involved all family members, namely the father, mother, siblings and cousins of ADHD children. As for the methods carried out by the family in the guidance of prayers in children with ADHD can be concluded as follows:1. Intelegently; 2. Be haviour; 3. By monitoring.

Background: Hyperactive is behavior which demonstrates the attitude of more energy than normal behavior. Level of neurotransmitter dopamine and serotonin in the body may be the factor of this disorder behavior.  Level of phenylalanine and serotonin were found high in hyperactive children with autism. Level phenylalanine in the brain shows that it is not changed into tyrosine so dopamine can not be form. Serotonin derived from an amino acid tryptophan. Objective: To understand the association between phenylalanine and tryptophan intake to hyperactivity of  children with autism. Methods: A survey analytic research with cross sectional approach involving 20 subjects. Phenylalanine and tryptophan intake data was collected by Semi Quantitative-Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ), and hyperactivity disorder of children with autism was measured based on DSM-IV guidelines. Results: Eight (40%) children had low hyperactivity, 9 (45%) children had moderate hyperactivity, 2 (10%) children had severe hyperactivity, and 1 (5%) child had very severe hyperactivity. Mean phenylalanine intake was 4899.74mg (±1543.42) with maximum and minimum intake respectively 7735.42mg and 1843.88mg. Tryptophan intake was 1153.91mg (±384.99) with maximum and minimum intake respectively 1953.89mg and 367.69mg. There was significant association between phenylalanine intake (p=0,034; r=0,477) and tryptophan intake and hyperactivity (p=0,026; r=0,492).Conclusion: There is an association between intakes of amino acid phenylalanine and amino acid tryptophan with hyperactivity of autistic children

Periods of reentrant activation and effective refractory periods are correlated with dominant frequency or reciprocal of cycle periods during ventricular fibrillation (VF). In the present study, we used an analysis technique based on Wigner transforms to quantify time-varying dominant frequencies in electrocardiograms (ECGs) during VF. We estimated dominant frequencies within orthogonal ECGs recorded in 10 dogs during trials of 10 s of VF and in 9 dogs during trials of 30 s of VF. In four additional dogs, we compared dominant frequencies during 10 s of VF before and after administration of amiodarone. Our results showed the following. 1) There was substantial frequency variation or modulation within the ECGs during 10 and 30 s of VF, the average variation being ±15% from the mean frequency. Amiodarone decreased mean frequencies ( P < 0.05) as expected; however, amiodarone also decreased the variation in frequencies ( P < 0.05). 2) During 30 s of VF, the dominant frequencies increased continuously from 7.3 to 8.1 Hz ( P < 0.05). The increase in frequency was almost linear with a rate of 0.022 Hz/s ( r 2 = 0.93, P < 0.0005). 3) Modulation of frequencies during the first and the last one-half of 30 s of VF was not different. Average (in time) mean frequencies and modulation of frequencies were similar in all three ECGs. 4) Although the averages were similar, during any VF episode, dominant frequencies in ECGs recorded from different locations on the body surface were similar to each other at some times and markedly different from each other at other times. We conclude that during VF, 1) frequencies in ECGs vary considerably and continuously, and amiodarone decreases this variation; 2) mean frequencies increase linearly during first 30 s; 3) the variability in frequency does not change during 30 s; and 4) at any given time, the frequencies within spatially different body surface ECGs can be either similar or markedly different.

Abstract: Visual Strategy, Learning Social Skills, Autis Spectrum Disorder (ASD. Tantrum behavior is a behavior that often appears in children with autism spectrum, in the form of behavioral tantrums, anger outbursts, screams, cries, banging his head, banging, kicking, rolling and rigidity of the body. It often makes teachers and parents are confused about it. Usually teachers or parents are always trying to explain verbally to the child, but the results, the child remains tantrums if it wishes to buy food or toys when school is not met. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of visual strategies to address the tantrum behavior in children with autism condition Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. Sampling was done by sampling techniques with specific criteria (purposive sampling). Informants in this study is a teacher assistant (shadow teacher), parents and classroom teachers. The results showed that (1) the planning of learning social skills with visual strategy was well planned but the system documentation is still general, (2) the implementation of learning social skills with visual strategy done in the classroom and outside the classroom, using the drawings concerning a actions to be performed by children, (3) evaluation of learning social skills with visual strategies have been implemented during the learning process and at the end of the study, but has not been well documented, (4) the use of visual strategies in learning social skills in children ASD types Asperger syndrome rated very effective views of a significant change in behavior before and after learning social skills with visual strategy. The implications of this study that the TPP Al-Firdaus need to use visual strategies in learning social skills in autistic children and improve the quality of teachers and therapists to use visual strategies for learning and therapy for children with autism more optimal.

This study aims to find out what should be done to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Teaching subject matters (PAI) by using hypnoteaching method for students of grade VII C of State Junior High School 1 Limbangan Kendal in 2016/2017 ineven semester. This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the learning result of PAI in the classroom. The subject of the study were students of class VII C who had the lowest learning result. This research was conducted in three cycles. Each cycle used a model or research design Kemmis and Taggart which is consisting of four components namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Data completion technique used test learning result technique, where there are two tests result of learning. Those are pre-test and post-test. The test in this research used formative test in the form of objective test, the test question manifested in multiple-choice form. Data analysis technique by comparing average result of learning test before and after action is done. The results of this research showed that hypnoteaching method can improve PAI learning result with indicators, there is enhancement on the average PAI learning result from pre-test by 70.06 increased to 73.91 in cycle I, increased again to 76.79 in cycle II and increased again to 78.94 in cycle III. KKM achievement also increased from precycles of 36.36% to 60.61% incycle I, increased again to 72.73% incycle II and increased again to 81.82% during cycle III. From the result, there has been a significant improvement in the result of cycle III, so hypnoteaching method can be standardized into a model to improve the results of learning PAI with the following actions: 1. Affirmation by saying yells that involved the body movement and emotion, 2. Visualization by presenting something in the shadow alongside the members' body movement, 3. Reciprocation by peer tutoring in a group, 4. Invitation the students to be grateful for the knowledge Allah has given.

Burjo is an acronym from green bean porridge which is a food stall that initially provides green bean porridge. Burjo stalls are mushrooming around the main campuses in the alleys of boarding houses because at a relatively cheap price, we can already eat with full. This research is used to find out how often and the reasons underlying the boarding school children eat in a burjo stall. The method used is descriptive qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire and interviewing boarding school children who were randomly selected (sampling technique). From the research conducted, all students who live in the boarding school often eat at the burjo stall. The reason that students of boarding school children eat at burjo stalls is because the prices are relatively cheap and the menus are varied. The habits of the students of boarding school children cause the body to get insufficient nutrition because the food in the burjo stalls lacks nutrition. The solution to the problem is that boarding school students balance out by eating nutritious food.

In research about attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) there is growing interest in evaluating cortical activation and using neurofeedback in interventions. This paper presents a case study using monopolar electroencephalogram recording (brain mapping known as MiniQ) for subsequent use in an intervention with neurofeedback for a 10-year-old girl presenting predominantly inattentive ADHD. A total of 75 training sessions were performed, and brain wave activity was assessed before and after the intervention. The results indicated post-treatment benefits in the beta wave (related to a higher level of concentration) and in the theta/beta ratio, but not in the theta wave (related to higher levels of drowsiness and distraction). These instruments may be beneficial in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurobehavioral disorder that most commonly occurs in children. The number of ADHD events is getting more increase. Its handling takes a long time so that the use of Complementary Alternative Medicine (CAM) is increasingly in demand. CAM is used by 60-65% of parents with ADHD children to improve symptoms and reduce side effect of conventional medication. Avasin therapy is one the complementary treatments that we used to treat ADHD children. We conducted avasin therapy to 3 children with ADHD. Before and after avasin therapy, the three children were examined by Children's Color Trail Test to access cognitive nd function, BRIEF 2 to access executive function, as well asTOVA and QEEG Brain Mapping to assess attention function. The changes in values on Children's Color Trail Test, nd BRIEF 2 , TOVA, and QEEG Brain Mapping were obtained after a series of avasin therapy.
