PREVENTION OF DEVIANT BEHAVIOUR DUE TO DRUG ABUSE IN MILLENIAL ADOLESCENTS IN UNTUNG JAWA ISLAND. The changing times are so rapidly that youth are susceptible to deviating behaviors, one of which is drug abuse among adolescents. The existence of tourist attraction becomes an attraction for tourists in Pulau Untung Jawa, the tourists can bring influence to the youth in Untung Jawa island including drug use. The purpose of this devotion is to provide knowledge to the youth to make precautions against deviant behavior due to drug abuse. Method of community devotion in the form of counseling to adolescent youth organization Untung Jawa Island which amounted to 30 people. The results of devotion to the community showed that there was increased understanding of participants related to drug hazards of 82%. The participants were also very enthusiastic to follow the activities that took place. With the activity of devotion to the community can provide awareness for adolescents to do prevention of the impact of the drug by conducting a variety of positive activities such as: following entrepreneurial training, attending sports activities, attending the arts, following religious activities, becoming a janitor, and developing tourism objects in the Untung Jawa Island. This effort is a preventive measure of deviant behaviour due to adolescent drug abuse. The youth of Untung Jawa Island has proved to be a healthy generation without drugs and a young generation that is useful to the surrounding community.

Recently, Involvement of young people in different criminal activities is evidence of increased deviant behaviour in young people in Malaysia. Over the past decade, the figures for deviant behaviours among young people in Malaysia continue to increase every year. Many theories have been presented over the years to investigate the factors that are linked to the juvenile’s deviant behaviour. The current study aims to review the existing theories on the Juveniles deviant behaviour to identify the possible caused of the deviant behaviour among juveniles in Malaysia. The results indicated that there are many factors that lead young generation to the deviant behaviour like, lack of parental attention, lack of education, drug abuse and media influence, membership in gangs and urbanization. The results of the current study provided insights of the factors that lead young generation to the criminal activities in Malaysia. It will be helpful for the government for policy making to avoid these factors that lead young people to deviant behaviour in Malaysia.

Educational institutions are faced with the rapid development of millennial times, so that the impact of the progress of the era has positive and negative impacts, the negative impact issues that concern the public include actions and deviant behavior from the community, such as immorality, gambling, robbery, consuming drugs, drinks hard and so on.The deviant behavior is expected not to poison the young generation as the successor of the nation's life. The youth is the relay holder of the nation's future leadership, therefore the Irsyadul Mubtadiin High School educational institution strives as much as possible to educate and nurture the mental health of the young generation. Youth is a generation that is capable of achieving the nation's ideals to be proud of by all levels of society. Religious education taught by professional religious teachers is sought to be able to fortify the souls of the younger generation so that they are not affected by the current and negative effects of the changes and progress of the times. This paper investigated the impact of interpersonal deviant behaviour on organizational performance of oil servicing companies in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The measures of organizational performance utilized in this paper are productivity, growth and survival. The research design used was a cross-sectional survey. Using purposive sampling, five companies were drawn from the oil servicing sector and a total of eight hundred and two (802) employees from the five companies constituted the study population. A sample size of two hundred and sixty-six (266) employees was drawn using the Taro Yamane’s formula. Instruments for the variable were assessed for reliability using the Cronbach Alpha at a 0.7 threshold. The Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient as used to test the postulated hypotheses. The results revealed that interpersonal deviant behaviour has negative but significant correlation with the measures of organizational performance. Although interpersonal deviant behavior may start as a conflict between co-workers, it often mutates into other dimensions of deviance and spills over to the organization impacting on property, production system and organizational processes to the detriment of the performance of oil servicing companies. The study concluded that interpersonal deviant behaviour in the workplace is an issue of serious concern to management and recommended that strategies be put in place to control and mitigate conditions that trigger them. This period is a period prone bynegative influences, such as drugs. Drug relationshipwith teenagers nowadays is very tight. This means thatmany cases involving drug abuse teens. The biggestfactor that becomes the cause is psychological instabilityof the teenager in the face of the problems of life infamily, school, and community, in addition to otherfactors such as environmental influences or powerfuldrug syndicates. Drug abuse provides a very broadimpact. Not only for the teenagers themselves, but alsofor people in the surrounding area include the socialimpact to psychological. Various methods of recovery fordrug abusers into alternative areas such as IntegratedCounselling Methods. However, once caught the drugthen it will be hard to break free from it. Therefore, howimportant countermeasures that include preventive(precautionary), cure (eradication), and construction(socialization-promotif). Need the participation andawareness of all parties, parents and family untiladolescence itself.

This article deals with the current issue to develop the phenomena and processes, which characterize the transition to new social reality in a global course for the universal digitization of human life. Referring to the existing polemical and negative discourse in the academic circles as to digital technology influencing man, the author’s focus turns to the question of how digital technology influences an average member of society. To answer this question, one should take into account not only “liquid” social reality, but digital trends. The paper presents the author’s definition of theirs. Further, the author refers to deviance study as part of sociological knowledge through which it is possible to make a comprehensive analysis of the social destruction. By using a historiographic analysis it is concluded that, not rejecting the described theories, in the transition to digital social reality there is a need for specifying and conceptualizing the theory of deviant behaviour adequate to the changing times in society. The reasons given for deviant behaviour the author provides the fundamental and system-creating processes of society as a whole. Among the reasons of no small important analyzed by the author, for instance, the impact of globalization or the substantial transformations of science and education, the changes in happening to modern man under the influence of the digital environment are emphasized. The author notes that modern man has new social-psychological traits, conditions, characteristics. The paper gives their description classified according to their influence on the member of society. When being more approximately studied by researchers, these new conditions, reactions and traits blend in the new forms of deviance. The article also theorises the author’s definition of digital deviance (digital deviant behaviour), its peculiarities and typology. An empirical study on measuring digital deviance by computing the relevant indicators is intended to be conducted.

The mosque is a building or an environment surrounded by a fence, especially built for the worship of God Almighty and most commendable. The mosque will function and will be very meaningful if there is proper management and good. Mainly using management science, and one of them is religious propaganda management. It is one of the Islamization of education all because it is a kenyatan that education and development as a process of intensive, to make someone to be able to optimize the physical and non physical aspects. Purpose writing  this is to describe the management of the mosque and its application to ensure that drug abuse does not occur in the younger generation. Today, this problem becomes a reality in cities and villages almost become a culture, as we all know that genersi youth as part of the religion, country and product of the nation if it was not in physical condition is good and fit will take them on social action, crime such as theft, drug abuse. One solution is the mosque's activities. Based on these problems, the authors really want to know the role of propaganda bagimana done to address the drug problem in the younger generation. Writing is supported by literature and field research. And the authors get the data through observation, interviews and documentation. Then analyze the data from a reduction, to see the data and conclusions. While the subject of research is the mosque of Abu Bakr As-Sidiqdesa Grujugan Kemranjen districts Banyumas in Central Java province of Indonesia. Based on the results there are: (1) Masjid Abu Bakar As-Sidiq using good management on the physical plane and function. (2) Management of religious proselytizing by DKM and Ikrima to ensure to prevent drug abuse in rural districts Grujugan Kemranjen Banyumas regency, Central Java Province using religious activities such as youth activities in the field of sports, the call of young people or youth build character.

Corporate Social Responsibilityis a concept that a company has various forms of responsibility to all stakeholders including consumers, employees, shareholders, communities and the environment in all aspects of the company's operations that include economic, social, and environmental aspects. Therefore CSR is closely related to "sustainable development", in which a company, in carrying out its activities must base its decisions not only on the impact on economic aspects, such as the level of profits or dividends (profits), but also must consider the social and environmental impacts that arise from that decision, both for the short term and the longer term.Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor (PMDG), in managing its Productive Waqf by establishing business units which mostly involve workers from the local society around PMDG. They are employed according to their skills. This is a form of implementing CSR in order to help advance and improve the welfare of the local society. The existence of these various business units is one of the educational facilities and as a form of CSR application which is actually intended to educate in the fields of independence, entrepreneurship, sincerity and sacrifice.PMDG involvement in social activities that are useful for the local society such as infrastructure development and village facilities, regeneration of students who are from around PMDG to be able to get higher education with funding from the PMDG, doing guidance to the local society through various religious activities, educational and economic activities is a form of PMDG responsibility to the local society environment and also to all stakeholders such as students, Ustadz, employees, so as to provide social and environmental impacts for the short term and the longer term.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibilityandproductive waqf.
