The present study intended to test a model in which performance management practice and Islamic� values� predict� work� attitude� and employee performance. A total of 100 respondents completed questionnaires on performance management practice, employee work attitude, Islamic values, and employee performance. The results from structural� equation� modeling� based� smartPLS� 3.0� confirmed that 1) performance management practice is positively related to work attitude and employee performance; 2) work attitude is positively related to employee performance; and 3) Islamic values moderates the relationships between work attitude and employee performance. The purpose of this research is 1) to describe leadership, personality, age, education, motivation and the employee performance 2) to know the influence of leadership, personality, age, and education motivation employees to 3) to know the influence of leadership, personality, age, and education against the employee performance 4) to know the motivation to performance employees and 5) to know the influence of leadership, personality, age, and education on performance through motivation. Respondents in this study by the 107. These respondents are civil of technical execution Bina Marga Region Tegal. The methods of this research use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) who run through AMOS as a means of the analysis. Is the between leadership, personality, age and education for employees at the motivation bina marga the tegal. This is evidenced of the value of the terstandar regression (beta) leadership motivation to obtain value of 0,11, to obtain personality motivation value of 0,32, my motivation to obtain value of -0,19 and education motivation to obtain value of 0,23 and more tender testing obtained value p-value very small (< 0,001). There are relations between leadership, personality, age and education of the performance of employees in city bina marga areas tegal. This is evidenced of the value of the regression coefficient terstandar (beta) leadership of the performance of have value of 0,06, personality of the performance of have value of 0,48, age of the performance of get value 0.01 and education on performance have value of 0.09 and from the testing obtained value pvalue very small (< 0,001). the incentives on performance in city bina marga areas tegal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak iklim organisasi terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dimana subjek penelitiannya adalah para 45 karyawan PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah pengaruh tidak langsung melalui stres kerja.This study aims to examine the impact of organizational climate on job stress and employee performance. The data used in this study was primary data in the form of a questionnaire in which the research subjects are 45 employees of PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. To test the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. The result suggest that organizational climate influence on job stress and employee performance. In addition, result also suggest that the effect of organizational climate on employee performance is indirect influence through job stress.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Empowering Leadership on the performance Employees of District X Maybrat Regency. The study used Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to analyze 45 employees. The results showed there was a positive and significant influence between Empowering Leadership on employee performance with a value TStatistic greater than Tsabel (Tstatistic 31,692 1,679 Ttabel) at a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study indicate that the higher Empowering Leadership that the organization has, the more it will improve the performance of Employees in District X Maybrat regency of West Papua

Many studies have linked knowledge management and human resource development to create standardized services. However, the relationship between the two in the hospitality industry is still lacking as an object of research. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of knowledge management on the development of hospitality HR in South Sulawesi. This research uses a quantitative approach with inferential statistical analysis. This research was conducted in three selected districts, namely, Bone Regency, Soppeng Regency, and Wajo Regency, which were the research locus. The population in this study were all-star and non-star hotel employees in the three districts. The total sample is 200 hotel employees and respondents are selected using the accidental method. Data collection using a questionnaire that was built based on previous research. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling, which is processed in Linear Structural Relation software (LISREL 8.5). The results indicated that there was a significant influence on the development of human resources in hospitality. This means that to improve the outcome of hospitality HR including education, training and the development of the hospitality industry is required to be able to maintain and maintain knowledge management through the implementation of job procedures, able to transfer personal knowledge and technological mastery. Knowledge management directly has a little positive and significant impact on employee performance, but simultaneously Knowledge Management has a very positive and significant effect on employee performance through HR development. This research implies that performance-based training and development and application of knowledge management should be carried out simultaneously in the hospitality industry to produce standardized services in each district.Keywords: Employee Performance; Human Resource Development; Knowledge Management; Linear; Structural Equation Modeling; and Structural Relation software.

The purpose of this study is to reveal employee competencies and compensation received by employees, as well as their implications for employee performance. This study was analyzed descriptively and verificatively through a survey method of 329 marketing managers in retail companies in Indonesia. The technique of data collection is done by indirect communication, through instruments in the form of questionnaires. Data were analyzed by weighted means score (WMS) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that employee competency was good, but not optimal, indicated by the indicator of the employee's need for the company and the employee's priority scale in the work was still weak. Furthermore, the compensation strategy is relatively good, indicated by indicators of salary/wages, incentives and cooperative facilities that are still weak. On the other hand, competencies and compensation strategies partially and simultaneously have positive and significant impact for employee performance which requires serious handling.

The purpose of this study is to see whether recruitment, training, work experience affects job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. The approach used in this research is descriptive analysis and data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Techniques. The sample of this study was 115 employees. The results show that recruitment, training, and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a full mediating effect (full mediation) between training and employee performance. This company can increase the variables that need to be used in the future.

This research starts from the fundamental problems of low performance of employees at the Agency of Empowerment of Community and Village, Nation Unity and Politics at City of Banjar. Its thought to have been came by Controling System and Organizational Structuring towards Employee Performance at the Agency of Empowerment of Community and Village, Nation Unity and Politics at City of Banjar, not yet implemented. The approach in this study refers to the context of the theory of Controling System and Organizational Structuring also Employee Performance as part of the scope of Public Administration. The method of research used explanatory survey with technical analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), while the population is Agency of Empowerment of Community and Village, Nation Unity and Politics at City of Banjar. The results of the study showed the need for further research on the optimization of the increasing influence of Controling System and Organizational Structuring on Employee Performance at the Agency of Empowerment of Community and Village, Nation Unity and Politics at City of Banjar, viewed from the perspective of Public Administration. This is indicated by the existence of other variables that influence the Employee Performance at the Agency of Empowerment of Community and Village, Nation Unity and Politics at City of Banjar.

<p><em>The decline in employee performance at UP PTSP Makasar District is characterized by a decreased level of service time efficiency in the area of KRK and IMB licensing. In addition, the cause of the decline in employee performance is due to the behavior of employees who like to postpone work and come late to work intentionally, and also employees lack the determination of high morale at work. The achievement of the duties of UP PTSP employees in Makasar Sub-District was not in accordance with the determined time standard. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and workload on the performance of UP PTSP Makasar District employees and to know the factors that had to be prioritized to become better. The data used for research is questionnaire data which is processed by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. This study analyzes the factors of work environment and workload using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS applications. Based on SEM output regression weights value states that there is no significant effect between work environment on employee performance. While there is a significant effect between workload on employee performance. The main priority in improving employee performance through the work environment is cleanliness in the workplace. The main priority in improving employee performance through better workloads is with work conditions at the workplace.</em></p>

Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, new culture organization terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pegawai. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 145 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pegawai di dinas perindustrian dan tenaga kerja kota Bandung. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan program AMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership merupakan faktor – faktor yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai.
