This study analyzed the relationship between humans as users of the system and application software as object an inseparable relationship. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of variable quality system to the perception of the quality system, the effect of perceived quality system and quality of information on the intensity of use and user satisfaction, and the influence of the intensity of use and user satisfaction of the impact of individual performance. This research is an empirical study using purposive sampling technique in data collection. Data were collected through  questionnaires to 39 BMT’s operational employees. Then, performed an analysis of the data obtained used path analysis. This included: testing hypotheses through path analysis. The results of tests performed using path analysis to get the results that each variable in the model of equation 4 had a coefficient with a positive direction. This means that the improvement of the quality of the system will be able to improve the quality of information for the individual impact of the use and satisfaction of employees through the use of the system.

Nowadays technology grow extremely fast and it is helpful in communication and transactions, this effect to human behavior that people consider using technology intentively in daily activites cause of its facilities, one of facilities is digital economic transactions or e-money. Due to increasing of technology, there are some companies run their business form e-money based applications, one of the applications is the PayTren. The purposed of this research is to examine the satisfactory of the user who apply PayTren applications, such as the influence of information quality, system quality, service quality and security. The method of the research is based on DeLone and McLean models, then it will be modified. The research’s data is quantitative data. researchers collected 89 questionnaires from the population of PayTren application users in Batam by using a purposive sampling technique.  The conclusion of the research show that there is an influence between the quality of information, service quality and security on the satisfaction of e-money users based on the PayTren application, while it is found that there is no influence between the quality of the system on the satisfaction of e-money users based on PayTren applications.

Based on the regulations of the Act – Act number 44-year 2009 about hospitals, where each hospital is obligated to do the recording and reporting of all activities of the Organization of the hospital in the form of hospital management information system (SIMRS). Therefore, every hospital is obligated to run SIMRS with the use of open source as has been set in the Year 2013 No. 82 Permenkes about SIMRS. The purpose of the study in order to evaluate the management information system in hospital medical record Installation was RSUP. Adam Malik. Quantitative research method withcross sectional design to measure the research variables model HOT Fit: Human (the use of the system, user satisfaction), Technology (quality system, the quality of information and service quality), Organization (structure), against a Net benefit. Population is the entire staff of medical record that uses SIMRS of 69 people, sampling techniques are the total sampling. The data analysis done in a multiple regression. The purpose of the study to find out the influence of the factor of human technology is preferred, and the organization 's response to the net benefit. The results of the research there is the influence of human factors and technology against a net benefit to mean Ho denied and Ha was accepted, while to factor the organization has no influence on the net benefit, meaning that Ho and Ha accepted rejected. Simultaneously all the independent variables have significant effects on the dependent variable i.e. factors human, technology and organization, the impact on the net benefit. The R-squared value of 0.635 which means all variables the dependent variable may affect independent of 63.5%. Conclusion the research need to craft a careful planning for the development of SIMRS in order to get a quality system, quality of information and service quality, and poured in the master plan, and strategic plan of the hospital.

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of information systems (ISs) Success Factors the user of (AISs) satisfaction on the Kuwaiti governmental organizations. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed and developed a questionnaire for data collection from the study population and distributed (160) questionnaires. There were (149) retrieval for data analysis which was used for further analysis using SPSS v26. After an appropriate analysis, the study found no significant impact for the success factors (ISs) including the quality of information, the quality of the system and the quality of services on the user satisfaction (AISs).

This study aimed to analyze the effect quality of information system and quality of information on  user satisfaction of e-filing system. The object of the research is conducted at the Tax Services Office (KPP) Pratama Karanganyar, using sample of 100 respondent with purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaire techniques, data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of each hypothesis test results show that (1) quality of information system have significant effect on user satisfaction of e-filing system. (2) quality of information have significant effect on user satisfaction of e-filing system. Implication of this study, increased the quality of information system and quality of information can influencing increased on user satisfaction of e-filing system. Keywords: quality of information system, quality of information, user satisfaction of e-filing system

This writing is done to determine the effect of information quality and service quality on attitudes in the use of application systems with the ease of use of the system as an intervining variable in online transportation services (gojek) in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is customers who use online motorcycle transportation services in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires through the Goegle form and distributed with social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram on a 1-4 scale to measure 4 indicators. The results of this study show 1) the quality of information affects the ease of use, 2) the quality of service affects the ease of use, 3) the quality of information influences attitudes in use, 4) the quality of services does not affect attitudes in use, and 5) ease of use attitude in use.

Purpose – This paper aims to add to the understanding of knowledge sharing in online communities through an investigation of the relationship between individual participant’s motivations and management in open source software (OSS) communities. Drawing on a review of literature concerning knowledge sharing in organisations, the factors that motivate participants to share their knowledge in OSS communities, and the management of such communities, it is hypothesised that the quality of management influences the extent to which the motivations of members actually result in knowledge sharing. Design/methodology/approach – To test the hypothesis, quantitative data were collected through an online questionnaire survey of OSS web developers with the aim of gathering respondents’ opinions concerning knowledge sharing, motivations to share knowledge and satisfaction with the management of OSS projects. Factor analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to explore the survey data. Findings – The analysis of the data reveals that the individual participant’s satisfaction with the management of an OSS project is an important factor influencing the extent of their personal contribution to a community. Originality/value – Little attention has been devoted to understanding the impact of management in OSS communities. Focused on OSS developers specialising in web development, the findings of this paper offer an important original contribution to understanding the connections between individual members’ satisfaction with management and their motivations to contribute to an OSS project. The findings reveal that motivations to share knowledge in online communities are influenced by the quality of management. Consequently, the findings suggest that appropriate management can enhance knowledge sharing in OSS projects and online communities, and organisations more generally.

Purpose Traditionally, it has been held that strong attitudes are a result of the conscious cognitive process of elaboration where one engages in effortful issue-relevant thinking. The purpose of this study is to show that attitude strength can follow from processes not just limited to elaboration – as a function of certain embodied states. This study examines bodily manipulations that could alter perceptions about the quality of the information describing a target (e.g. notion of “hard/soft” evidence), and, find that such an embodiment leads one to have strong attitudes toward the target object. This study proposes an attitude-rehearsal-based mechanism to explain the phenomenon. Design/methodology/approach This study have relied on lab experiments as a methodology – undergraduate students and American residents served as participants. This study have conducted a pre-registered study as well. Findings In the work, the study shows that strong attitudes can result from processes not just limited to elaboration, as a function of certain embodied states. This paper examines bodily manipulations that could alter perceptions about the quality of information describing the target (e.g. notion of “hard vs soft”; “converging vs diverging” information), and, find that such an embodiment leads one to have strong attitudes toward the target. This study consistently observed that the bodily manipulations influence attitude accessibility, a direct and operational indicator of attitude strength. This study further validates an attitude-rehearsal-based mechanism to explain the observed phenomenon. Originality/value While much work has investigated the impact of embodiment on attitudes, little attention has been paid to whether, and, how embodied states can impact the “strength” of the attitude without impacting the attitude itself – to the knowledge, this paper is the first to document this. In this era, the major challenge faced by any organization is to maintain a peaceful as well positive culture and climate inside the organization. The human resource development climate of an organization plays a significant role in ensuring the competency, motivation, and development of its employees. Here the term climate denotes the quality of the internal environment. It influences morale and the attitudes of the individual toward his work and his environment. Culture refers to the deep structure of organizations, which is rooted in the values, beliefs, and assumptions held by organizational members. The study was aimed to analyze the Human Resource Development culture and climate of chemical-based public sector enterprises in Kerala. The results indicated that the Human Resource Development climate in an organization is average and the perception of employees regarding Human Resource Development culture and climate does not differs significantly based on age, job approval status, and qualification. But it differs significantly based on gender and experiences.

In the current scenario quality control became mandatory for all the sectors .This study is intended to examine the impact of internet facilities on students’ performance through a Blended Learning as a medium in an academic institution. It was examined, how the Blended Learning encompasses a variety of tools to create flexible, rich learning environments that stimulate learners and maximizes the potential for learning? Another objective is Application of Six Sigma methodology in this study is to improve the medium of learning i.e. internet connectivity through a set of procedures in an effective way. Six Sigma can be again viewed as a discipline or an approach driven by data and methodology for eliminating defects in any process- from manufacturing to transactional and from product to service.Keeping the aforesaid two objectives in mind, data was collected from a sample of 119 students residing in various hostel blocks using stratified random sampling technique. Questionnaire was developed after an extensive literature review to measure the impact of internet connectivity in Blended Learning of the students. The questionnaire to measure was based on the model developed by Shawn M. Glynn (2011).The scale was developed by referring to previous models developed by various authors to measure the impact of internet connectivity in the Blended Learning of the students. The statistical analysis used was reliability statistics, KMO, Bartlett’s test and Factor Analysis. The data was analyzed by SPSS version 20). Abstract The main purpose of this paper is to apply and to test the performance of a new method, based on belief functions, proposed by Dezert et al. in order to evaluate the quality of the individual association pairings provided in the optimal data association solution for improving the performances of multisensor-multitarget tracking systems. The advantages of its implementation in an illustrative realistic surveillance context, when some of the association decisions are unreliable and doubtful and lead to potentially critical mistake, are discussed. A comparison with the results obtained on the base of Generalized Data Association is made.
