Abstrak  Reformasi pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Nganjuk dilakukan dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintah yang efektif dan efisien. Pelaksanaan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara esensial menunjang implementasi pelaksanaan otonomi daerah yang dilandasi oleh budaya kerja yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu penting sekali untuk dianalisis terkait bagaimana optimalisasi penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintah yang efektif dan efisien berdasarkan kinerja OPD di Kabupaten Nganjuk.  Analisis menggunakan indikator kinerja yang berorientasi pada hasil. Indikator kinerja berorientasi pada hasil dipilih karena kawasan prioritas berisi kinerjadan hasil kualitas pelayanan pubik. Aspek indikator kerja yang dipilih adalah efektivitas dan kepuasan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan kajian kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa teori-teori relevan diperoleh dengan metode telaah pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Nganjuk dalam peningkatan pelayanan publik sudah dilakukan secara optimal. Dimana target dalam rencana kerja semua terpenuhi. Selain itu program peningkatan pelayanan publik sudah sesuai dengan visi, misi, tujuan dan sasaran di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Dengan demikian, program capaian kinerja pada peningkatan pelayanan masyarakat dapat dikatakan efektif Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Publik; Kinerja; Kabupaten Nganjuk Abstract Public service reform in Nganjuk Regency is carried out in realizing effective and efficient government governance. The implementation of services to the community essentially supports the implementation of regional autonomy which is based on a high work culture. Therefore, it is very important to analyze in relation to how to optimize the implementation of public services in realizing effective and efficient government governance based on the performance of OPD in Nganjuk Regency. The analysis uses performance indicators that are results-oriented. Results-oriented performance indicators were chosen because the priority area contains the performance and results of the quality of public services. Aspects of the selected work indicators are effectiveness and satisfaction. The approach used in this paper is a qualitative approach based on literature review. The data collection method used is secondary data in the form of relevant theories obtained by the literature review method. The allocation of village fund is expected to be more optimal in increasing equitable development of village welfare through improving public services in the village, advancing the village economy, overcoming the development gap between villages and strengthening village communities as subjects of development. This paper intends to review and analyze the village fund management in 2017 in Manunggang Julu Village, Padangsidimpuan Sub-district, Southeast Padangsidimpuan. The method used in this writing is a literature review of secondary data collection techniques derived from books, research and journals. This paper concludes that village fund management is carried out on the priority of using funds with the principle of justice, community priority needs and village typology.

The majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim. Ideally, the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia runs significantly, but the facts show that the market share of Islamic banks is still relatively small. This article aims to analyze the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the non-communication method, namely in the form of observation, literature review and experimentation through secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it shows that the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia is still relatively low. The factors causing the low market share of Islamic banks and the improvement strategy are focused on three sides: Islamic banks' internal elements, aspects of government, regulators, and characteristics of society. In the future, there is a need for strategic steps from all parties to increase the market share of Islamic Banking in Indonesia.

Corruption not only cause financial losses to the state but also violates the social and economic rights of society at large. Corruption always draws more attention than other criminal acts (Hartanti, 2005). This research aims to present a demographic portrait of corruptors in Indonesia based on the Decree of Supreme Court of 2015. This research used qualitative method with descriptive analytical approach. There were 92 cases of corruption in the Decree of Supreme Court of 2015 and the number of corruptors analyzed was 106. Informants in this research were psychologists and religious experts. Data collection method for the primary data was interview and the secondary data collection method was investigating decree of Supreme Court documents. The results showed that the majority of corruptors in Indonesia were male (87%), Muslim (74%), aged between 46 - 55 years old (51%), undergraduates (34%), working as civil servants (45 %), serving as government officials or employees (56%), and working within the scope of government agencies (57%).

Prior research has explored qualitative studies in relation to the paradigms used. This paper enriches the literature by investigating the quality of qualitative studies in relation to the data collection method and participants' selection. In this study, we collected SNA qualitative paper proceedings from 2007 to 2017. Guided by the minimum criteria of the data collection method described in the literature review sections, we analyze those proceedings. We found the three most common methods used in the studies: interview, observation, and documentation. The majority of the paper clearly stated their data collection method. However, only a minority of them provides a clear description of how the data were collected and how to obtain participants/data used in their studies and why invite dthem in the research. Thus, it is suggested that researchers provide a detail explanation of their methods to show the rigour of the study that they conducted

<p>Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang <em>fasakh </em>perkawinan dalam Putusan Nomor 1899/Pdt.G/2013/PA.Pt. dan dasar pertimbangan Hakim dalam Putusan Nomor 1899/Pdt.G/2013/PA.Pt dalam mem-<em>fasakh</em>-kan perkawinan. Jenis/tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif/doktrinal, spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder yang dianalisis secara normatif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian <em>fasakh </em>perkawinan dalam Putusan Pengadilan Agama Pati Nomor 1899/Pdt.G/2013/ PA.Pt,  alasan  Pemohon  mengajukan  permohonan  <em>fasakh  </em>terhadap  Termohon  karena  Termohon mengalami gangguan jiwa atau stres termasuk ke dalam alasan-alasan perceraian. Dalam pembuktian cacat badan atau penyakit yang ada pada Termohon, Majelis Hakim hanya berdasarkan pada saksi-saksi yang dihadirkan Pemohon, tanpa adanya alat bukti pendukung lain seperti surat keterangan dari Rumah Sakit Jiwa dan Majelis Hakim dalam mem-<em>fasakh</em>-kan perkawinan karena rumah tangga Pemohon dan Termohon sudah tidak harmonis dan sudah tidak mencapai tujuan perkawinan sebagaimana Pasal 1</p><p align="center">Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 <em>juncto </em>Al-Qur’an surat Ar-Rum ayat 21, dan telah terdapat alasan bercerai sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 19 huruf (e) PP Nomor 9 Tahun 1975 <em>juncto </em>Pasal 116 huruf</p><p align="center">(e)  Kompilasi  Hukum  Islam,  dan  Pemohon  dapat  membuktikan  dalil-dalil  permohonannya  dan</p><p>permohonan Pemohon tidak melawan hukum.   Dasar pertimbangan Hakim dalam mem-<em>fasakh</em>-kan perkawinan antara Pemohon dan Termohon berdasar pada dasar faktual, dasar hukum dan Majelis Hakim sependapat dan mengambil alih pendapat ahli <em>fiqh</em>.</p><p><em>This research analyzed about fasakh marriage in court rulling 1899/Pdt.G/2013/PA.Pt and the basis of   judge’s   consideration   in   court   rulling   Number   1899/Pdt.G/2013/PA.Pt   in   making   fasakh marriage.Type of research used is normative/doctrinal,specification of descriptive analitycal research, Data collection method using secondary data, obtained from primary legal materials and secondary law material which then analyzed normatively qualitative.Based on the result of research fasakh mariage in court rylling of religion court of Pati Number 1899/Pdt.G/2013/PA.Pt.the reasons of the Petitioners filed a petition for the fasakh against the Respondent because the Respondent suffered a mental or mental disordersincluding the reasons for divorce.In the proof of disability or disease existing in the Respondent, the Panel of Justices is based only on the witnesses presented by the Petitioner, without any other supporting evidence such as a letter from thepsychiatric hospitaland the Panel of Judges in making the fasakh because the Applicant and the Respondent's household have been out of harmony and have not achieved the purpose of marriage as Article 1of Law Number 1 Year 1974 juncto Al-Qur'an letter Ar- Rum  verse  21,  and  there  have  been  reasons  for  divorce  as  referred  to  in  Article  19  letter  (e)  of Government  Regulation  Number  9  Year  1975  juncto  Article  116  letter  (e)  Compilation  of  Islamic Law,and the Petitioner may prove the arguments of his petition and the Petitioners' petition is not against the lawThe basis of judge's consideration in making the fasakh marriage between the Petitioners and the Respondent based on the factual basis, the legal basis and the Panel of Judges agree and take over the opinion of the fiqh experts.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the business feasibility of the dried scad mackerel (Decapterus spp.) processing At UD. Mutiara Laut. This research uses the case study method and was conducted in February 2020. The data collection method uses observation and interviews with business owners. The data used are primary and secondary data. The results showed that the profits of the dried scad mackerel processing at UD. Mutiara Laut in one month amounting to IDR 63,887,479. R / C ratio of 1.08. This means that the dried scad mackerel processing at UD. Mutiara Laut is profitable and feasible to be developed.

This study analyzes three variables, namely Gianyar Regency PAD, PHR and retribution for recreation and sports. The analytical tool used in this study is contribution analysis, linear regression. This study uses secondary data, so that the data collection method used is the method of non-participant observation. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the contribution of tourism sector revenues from PHR and retribution for recreation and sports reached an average of 44.71 percent during 2002-2017. The results of this study can be a reference for the Gianyar Regency Government that revenue from the tourism sector has a large contribution to the Gianyar Regency PAD, so the Gianyar Regency Government is increasingly motivated to continue to improve facilities and infrastructure in the tourism sector that can support increased income from the tourism sector. Abstract, This study aims to determine what factors affect the governance of Puluhan Village in realizing good governance and know what are the obstacles or obstacles in the implementation of good governance in the Puluhan Village Geyer District,Geyer Purwodadi Grobogan Regency. This research focuses on the governance of Puluhan Village in realizing good governance. The methodology of this research is qualitative and data collection method is done by literature review and in-depth interview on key informants in village government circle. Researchers found that governance should be improved in several aspects: transparency in the use of village funds and disclosure of information; Accountability of village apparatus performance performance.Keywords :  Village administration, Village Governance, Good Governance, Principles of good governance. Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi tata kelola pemerintahan Desa Puluhan dalam mewujudkan good governancedan mengetahui apa saja kendala atau hambatan dalam pelaksanaan good governance di Desa puluhan Kecamatan Geyer Kelurahan Ngrandu Kabupaten Purwodadi Grobogan. This study aims to determine the amount of production and business acceptance  of clove nurseries CV. Nurhafiza in Pulias village ogodeide district tolitoli regency. The time of the study was conducted in November to December 2018. The determination of the data collection method was derived from primary data and secondary data and the analysis used was the break even point (BEP). The result showed that the principal return point value was reached during the production of 3,922 trees . this means that the production of 3,922 clove nursery business CV. Nurhafiza in pulias village, Ogodeide Tolitoli Regency, was not profitable and did not lose or TR=TC.  Break even point revenue is Rp. 15.689.990, which means that at Rp. 15. 689.990, CV. Nurhafiza in Pulias Village , Ogodeide Tolitoli Regency, was not profitable and did not lose or TR=TC.
