The majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim. Ideally, the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia runs significantly, but the facts show that the market share of Islamic banks is still relatively small. This article aims to analyze the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the non-communication method, namely in the form of observation, literature review and experimentation through secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it shows that the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia is still relatively low. The factors causing the low market share of Islamic banks and the improvement strategy are focused on three sides: Islamic banks' internal elements, aspects of government, regulators, and characteristics of society. In the future, there is a need for strategic steps from all parties to increase the market share of Islamic Banking in Indonesia.

Sharia banking has been growing in many countries since the birth of post-neo revivalist movement in the mid-20th century. The development of Indonesian sharia banking began with a workshop related with interests and banking held by MUI in Cisarua on 18th to 20th of August 1990. Since 1992 to 2013 it has been established 11 sharia commercial banks and 24 sharia conventional banks that open sharia business units and 156 Islamic Financing Bank. In terms of existing office, Islamic banks in Indonesia have reached 1737 bank offices and also Islamic bank units. Moreover, the market share of Islamic banking has almost reached 5% of the total market share banking in Indonesia. Islamic banking also has a mortgage product that is essentially different from the existing mortgage in the conventional banking. It is expected that the Islamic mortgage product will result a profit. The product is a product released for customers who require financing from Islamicbank to have a house. This early study used literature review method and secondary data. This study built an analysis of the mortgage program issued by Islamic banks in Indonesia. Research concludes that the notion of Islamic banking on mortgage product, especially Islamic financing mortgage, from the internal party has not well distributed yet.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital and asset structure on the risk of financing and profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that explains the relationship of the influence of the independent variable on the influence of the dependent variable through a hypothesis test using path analysis. The data used in this study is secondary data on capital structure, asset structure, risk, and profitability in Islamic banks for the 2014-2018 period. The data collection method used in this research is the documentation method. The results of the study conclude that capital structure has a significant effect on risk but does not have a significant effect on profitability, asset structure has no significant effect on risk and profitability and risk has a significant effect on profitability. The results of analysis and discussion can be advised the management of Islamic banks to improve the performance of Islamic banks, so the management of Islamic banks must be able to establish an efficient capital structure, namely by using temporary syirkah funds that use an efficient profit-sharing system and loans with the wadiah system.

Abstrak  Reformasi pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Nganjuk dilakukan dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintah yang efektif dan efisien. Pelaksanaan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara esensial menunjang implementasi pelaksanaan otonomi daerah yang dilandasi oleh budaya kerja yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu penting sekali untuk dianalisis terkait bagaimana optimalisasi penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintah yang efektif dan efisien berdasarkan kinerja OPD di Kabupaten Nganjuk.  Analisis menggunakan indikator kinerja yang berorientasi pada hasil. Indikator kinerja berorientasi pada hasil dipilih karena kawasan prioritas berisi kinerjadan hasil kualitas pelayanan pubik. Aspek indikator kerja yang dipilih adalah efektivitas dan kepuasan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan kajian kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa teori-teori relevan diperoleh dengan metode telaah pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Nganjuk dalam peningkatan pelayanan publik sudah dilakukan secara optimal. Dimana target dalam rencana kerja semua terpenuhi. Selain itu program peningkatan pelayanan publik sudah sesuai dengan visi, misi, tujuan dan sasaran di Kabupaten Nganjuk. The implementation of services to the community essentially supports the implementation of regional autonomy which is based on a high work culture. Therefore, it is very important to analyze in relation to how to optimize the implementation of public services in realizing effective and efficient government governance based on the performance of OPD in Nganjuk Regency. The analysis uses performance indicators that are results-oriented. Results-oriented performance indicators were chosen because the priority area contains the performance and results of the quality of public services. Aspects of the selected work indicators are effectiveness and satisfaction. The approach used in this paper is a qualitative approach based on literature review. The data collection method used is secondary data in the form of relevant theories obtained by the literature review method. Industri keungan syariah dari tahun ketahun menunjukan tren yang sangat positif. OJK merilis market share perbankan syariah diangka 5%. Salah satu faktor bertahannya perbankan syariah adalah produk pembiayaan. Pembiayaan sebagai jantung dari suatu perbankan. Dan pembiayaan mikro menjadi andalan perbankan dalam menjamah nasabah sampai kepada pelosok desa. Namun, masih kurangnya pendampingan yang dilakukan Bank Umum Syariah menjadikan pembiayaan ini diujung tanduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana optimalisasi pembiayaan mikro di bank umum syariah dalam pengembangan bisnis UMKM nasabah mikro. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penulisan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan studi pustaka dan dokumenter.Hasil dan pembahasan adalah dengan melakukan teknik COD (Community Orginizing Development) yaitu adanya mentoring bisnis yang dilakukanoleh perbankan syariah itu sendiri atau dengan lembaga mitra bank umum syariah kepada nasabah pembiayaan mikro. Sharia financial industry shows a very positive trend from year to year. FSA (Financial Service Authority) has released Islamic banking market share of 5%. One of the persistence factors of Islamic banking is financing products, which is the heart of banking, and microfinance becomes a mainstay in serving its customer in the countryside. However, the lack of mentoring run by sharia division of convensional banks has made it not well developed. This study was aimed at analyzing the optimization of micro-financing in syaria division of conventional bank in the business development of SMEs micro customers. This is a descriptive qualitative research and the data used in this research were secondary data. Data were collected through literary and documentary study. This research found that the optimalization of micro financing in Islamic banks was done through COD (Organizing Community Development), i.e., the business mentoring done by the Islamic banking itself or by a partner institution of syaria division of conventional bank to microfinance customers.

At the end of 2016, the Islamic banking market share stood at 356.5 trillion Indonesian rupiahs ($26.7 billion), equivalent to 5.03 per cent of the total banking sector’s assets. Islamic banking assets have risen faster year-on-year compared to conventional banking, registering a growth of 8.8 per cent in 2015 and 20.3 per cent in 2016. The performance of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia has yet to satisfy the public’s expectations. Although with a market of more than 200 million Muslims, Islamic banks in Indonesia still face difficulties luring more customers and increasing their assets. For three consecutive years, the market share of the sharia banks in the country stood still at less than 5 per cent. According to the Global Advisors Islamic Finance Outlook Report for 2016, no Indonesian Islamic banks were ranked in the top five largest banks based on assets in Southeast Asia. This is an alarming situation for the industry and regulators. Thus, it evokes a question: Is the market becoming saturated for Islamic finance? This study aims to determine the factors that affect the market share of Islamic banks in Indonesia. With a focus on four main items, Islamic banking regulations, Islamic banking inclusion and literacy are still low from conventional banks, Islamic banking still does not have sufficient capital and the number and quality of Human Resources (HR) that are inadequate. This study uses an analytical descriptive study is to describe and analyzed data obtained based on primary and secondary data. While the method used is normative and focused on the study of literature, which is then analyzed qualitatively juridical.

The act of accuracy and prudence is very important in the company because is the factor that determines the sustainability of companies such as banking. This study aims to analyze the effect of Shariah Complaints towards the profitability of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection method used is the documentation method and library study method. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the criteria of Islamic commercial banks that publish annual-reports from 2013 to 2017 from 13 Islamic commercial banks (BUS) in Indonesia. The results of this study show that the Funding and Investment, Products and Services, Employees, Community or Social, Environmental, Corporate Governance simultaneously does not have influence significantly the ROE variable, but it does significantly influence to ROA. Means that the wider the Islamic social reporting of Islamic banking, the greater the profitability of Islamic banking. In addition, high profitability will encourage managers to provide more detailed information, because they want to convince investors of company profits and its compensation for management.

Recent developments in the online distribution and consumption of audio-visual content have brought relevant changes to the transnational flow of content. Thus, the need for a theoretical and methodological rejuvenation of flows research has been signalled. The aim of the present study is to analyse the different flow studies throughout time, following a series of parameters such as research question, methodology and scale of study. This article is a systematic literature review of 30 flow studies on film and television programmes, published between 1974 and 2014. The methods used by the studies are brought into focus and discussed thoroughly, in light of the method of data collection, the type of data used and the method of data analysis. Main findings show an evolution towards more detailed research, to include more contextual factors, an increased use of secondary data, as well as more focused regional and comparative studies.

<p>This study aims to analyze the performance of Islamic banks and conventional banks before and after the implementation of Islamic Banking Act 2008. The performance will be measured using CAMEL ratio selected. This research is considered essential in examining the positive contribution of the application of the Act to improve the performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. By using secondary data, this study compared the performance of Islamic banks with that conventional bank selected as samples during the study period. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test for inter-temporal and Mann-Whitney test for inter-bank. Inter-temporal Tests conducted on Islamic Banking showed that a significant difference was only seen in the NPF ratio of 2 years before and after implementation of Islamic Banking Act. As for conventional banks showed a more diverse ie for 1 year before and after the application of the Law on Islamic Banking there are significant differences for the ROA and ROE, two years before and after implementation of the Law Islamic banking there are significant differences for the CAR, ROA, ROE and NIM and for the overall test a significant difference to CAR, ROA, ROE, NIM and efficiency. Inter-bank testing showed that prior to the application of Islamic Banking Act there are significant differences between conventional banks and Islamic banks to CAR, ROA and efficiency. Furthermore, after the application of Islamic Banking Act there is a significant difference for the CAR and LDR / FDR.</p>

PT. Bank BNI Syariah is one of the best Islamic banks, which obtained the best award as the most efficient bank and first ranked in the category of best good corporate governance report. So, this study aims to explore the extent of implementation of good corporate governance in PT. Bank Syariah Branch Tasikmalaya. This study is field research using the inductive method and content analysis approach. Data collection is using primary and secondary data through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that PT. Bank Syariah Branch Tasikmalaya has implemented good corporate governance principles by well according to the Islamic perspective. Described about it that bank has implemented “anti-graft” accordance with al-Amanah}-al-Jama>’ah}-al-Hasanah} as a slogan in doing work; al-Tawhi>d and al-Rid}a as the basis for forming personal character; every Dhuhur and Ashar prayer, the office is temporarily closed; Tarhib Ramadhan as routine program every June 19 by holding an MHQ competition.

The purpose of this research itself is to determine the market position PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia in the BCG matrix (Boston Consulting Group) and formulating strategies to maintain market share. This type of research used in this research is to use descriptive methods. While this research data collection technique uses secondary data based on written documents in the form of sales results and market share PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia. The calculation result of BCG Matrix owned by PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia shows that the company is in the position of Cash Cows where the position has a medium market growth with high market share.
