Corruption not only cause financial losses to the state but also violates the social and economic rights of society at large. Corruption always draws more attention than other criminal acts (Hartanti, 2005). This research aims to present a demographic portrait of corruptors in Indonesia based on the Decree of Supreme Court of 2015. This research used qualitative method with descriptive analytical approach. There were 92 cases of corruption in the Decree of Supreme Court of 2015 and the number of corruptors analyzed was 106. Informants in this research were psychologists and religious experts. Data collection method for the primary data was interview and the secondary data collection method was investigating decree of Supreme Court documents. The results showed that the majority of corruptors in Indonesia were male (87%), Muslim (74%), aged between 46 - 55 years old (51%), undergraduates (34%), working as civil servants (45 %), serving as government officials or employees (56%), and working within the scope of government agencies (57%).

This study aims to determine the amount of production and business acceptance  of clove nurseries CV. Nurhafiza in Pulias village ogodeide district tolitoli regency. The time of the study was conducted in November to December 2018. The determination of the data collection method was derived from primary data and secondary data and the analysis used was the break even point (BEP). The result showed that the principal return point value was reached during the production of 3,922 trees . this means that the production of 3,922 clove nursery business CV. Nurhafiza in pulias village, Ogodeide Tolitoli Regency, was not profitable and did not lose or TR=TC.  Break even point revenue is Rp. 15.689.990, which means that at Rp. 15. 689.990, CV. Nurhafiza in Pulias Village , Ogodeide Tolitoli Regency, was not profitable and did not lose or TR=TC.

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the service "Bakso Solo". This research was conducted from January to March 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 44 respondents using a questionnaire. The data collection method was carried out using accidental sampling techniques. Data collection regarding customer satisfaction is carried out using a Likert scale measurement. Secondary data obtained from these efforts which are related to this research. The results showed that, the level of consumer satisfaction of the restaurant "Bakso Solo" in the city of Manado was 78.64% or consumers were in the "Satisfied" category.

Network analysis represents a valuable and flexible framework to understand the structure of individual interactions at the population level in animal societies. The versatility of network representations is moreover suited to different types of datasets describing these interactions. However, depending on the data collection method, different pictures of the social bonds between individuals could a priori emerge. Understanding how the data collection method influences the description of the social structure of a group is thus essential to assess the reliability of social studies based on different types of data. This is however rarely feasible, especially for animal groups, where data collection is often challenging. Here, we address this issue by comparing datasets of interactions between primates collected through two different methods: behavioural observations and wearable proximity sensors. We show that, although many directly observed interactions are not detected by the sensors, the global pictures obtained when aggregating the data to build interaction networks turn out to be remarkably similar. Moreover, sensor data yield a reliable social network over short time scales and can be used for long-term studies, showing their important potential for detailed studies of the evolution of animal social groups.

IKEA is an internationally well-known largest furniture retailer. The purpose of this study is to study key determinants of IKEA's success. To reach the purpose of this research, we focused on the international strategy IKEA used to approach their customers and IKEA’s SWOT analysis. Besides, we also focus on how IKEA store layout influences consumer behavior. The primary data collection method was interviews conducted with IKEA customers by Google forms. This study found that IKEA’s unique management planning and marketing strategy attract customers to revisit the retail store.

The objectives of this study are: 1) To analyze the differences in motivation for further study without entrepreneurship by using the dimensions of entrepreneurial attitudes. 2) Analyze differences in perceptions of student professional workers using the dimensions of entrepreneurial attitudes. 3) Analyze the interaction of the dimensions of entrepreneurial attitudes towards motivation for further studies without entrepreneurship and the perceptions of professional workers. This research is a quantitative research. The object of this study were 121 students of MTs Pacet and SMP Rijan Pacet Mojokerto, Class VII, and 51 students. of the members of the population taken as a sample were as many as 93 students. Primary data is taken from the object of research. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. In SPSS calculations, validity and reliability are calculated together. The questionnaire is declared reliable if it has a Cronbach's Alpha value> 0.60. The classical assumption testing process is carried out in conjunction with the regression test process so that the steps taken in testing the classical assumptions use the same work steps as the regression test. The conclusions of this study are: 1) The dimensions of entrepreneurial attitudes affect the motivation for further study without entrepreneurship at MTs Pacet Mojokerto, the Fcount value is 616,286 (significance F = 0,000). And in SMP Rijan Pacet Mojokerto, the Fcount value is 655,544 (significance F = 0,000), then the Zero Hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the Work Hypothesis (H1) is accepted. 2) Dimensions of entrepreneurial attitudes affect the perceptions of professional workers at MTs Pacet Mojokerto, the Fcount value is obtained at 6,398 (F significance = 0.011). And at SMP Rijan Pacet Mojokerto, the Fcount value was obtained of 8,041 (significance F = 0.009), then the Zero Hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the Work Hypothesis (H1) was accepted, so there were differences in motivation for further study without entrepreneurship in MTs Pacet and SMP Rijan Pacet Mojokerto with using the dimensions of entrepreneurial attitudes. 3) There is an interaction of dimensions of entrepreneurial attitudes towards motivation for further study without entrepreneurship and perceptions of professional workers.The interaction of dimensions of entrepreneurial attitudes towards motivation for further study without entrepreneurship in MTs Pacet is 0.593 (59.3%), in SMP Rijan Pacet Mojokerto is 0.217 (21.7 %). Meanwhile, the perception of professional workers at MTs Pacet was 0.869 (86.9%), in SMP Rijan Pacet Mojokerto it was 0.334 (33.4%).

Abstrak  Reformasi pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Nganjuk dilakukan dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintah yang efektif dan efisien. Pelaksanaan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara esensial menunjang implementasi pelaksanaan otonomi daerah yang dilandasi oleh budaya kerja yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu penting sekali untuk dianalisis terkait bagaimana optimalisasi penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintah yang efektif dan efisien berdasarkan kinerja OPD di Kabupaten Nganjuk.  Analisis menggunakan indikator kinerja yang berorientasi pada hasil. Indikator kinerja berorientasi pada hasil dipilih karena kawasan prioritas berisi kinerjadan hasil kualitas pelayanan pubik. Aspek indikator kerja yang dipilih adalah efektivitas dan kepuasan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan kajian kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa teori-teori relevan diperoleh dengan metode telaah pustaka. The implementation of services to the community essentially supports the implementation of regional autonomy which is based on a high work culture. Therefore, it is very important to analyze in relation to how to optimize the implementation of public services in realizing effective and efficient government governance based on the performance of OPD in Nganjuk Regency. The analysis uses performance indicators that are results-oriented. Results-oriented performance indicators were chosen because the priority area contains the performance and results of the quality of public services. Aspects of the selected work indicators are effectiveness and satisfaction. The approach used in this paper is a qualitative approach based on literature review. The data collection method used is secondary data in the form of relevant theories obtained by the literature review method. The study of feminism is a literarytradition that leads tokan fokus analisis to female. One of the focuses of the study of feminism is the image of women. In the Qur'an there are many verses that tell about women, there is even one surah that tells the female character specifically, surah Maryam. The purpose of this research is to describe the image of women in the story of Maryam in the Quran including psychic imagery and social imagery. The data collection method that library studies use. The method of data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study are the text of surah Ali Imran, surah Maryam, and surah At Tahrim in the Qur'an. The result of this study is a psychic image ofa woman in the storyof Maryam in the Qur'an consisting of 1)a sincereperson,(2)a devout worshipter,(4)a worried person,(4)a fearful person,(5)a man who is inflicted in pain, and(6)a man who guards honor. The social image of women in the story of Maryamin the Qur'an in the family and community consists of (1)a nephew, (2a) mother, ( 3a child, (4) a sister, (5) a weak man rather than a man in worship (6) an exiled person, (7) a contested person, (8) an accused person, and (9) a man who is given to serve. Based on the analysis of the above imagery found gender injustice contained in this study in the form of stereotypes and violence

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of competence, training, and motivation on employee performance (a case study of a Surakarta municipal water company). This type of research is quantitative. This research uses primary data. The sample in this study were 112 respondents taken from Surakarta regional water company (PDAM) employees who had competence in their fields, and had received training and motivation from the company. The sampling technique uses simple purposive. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The results showed that competency had a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 4.381; a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. The training did not significantly influence the performance as evidenced by the t value of 1.232; a significance value of 0.221> 0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 3.074; significance value 0.003 <0.05.

Pada masa sekarang ini perjanjian yang memuat klausula baku antara konsumen dengan pelaku usaha dapat dengan mudah ditemukan. Harus dapat diakui bahwa klausula baku sangat membantu kelancaran perdangangan. Namun hal ini menutup proses negosiasi antara konsumen dengan pelaku usaha sehingga memungkinkan bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengalihkan tanggungjawabnya Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis empiris yaitu menganalisis permasalahan dengan cara memadukan bahan-bahan hukum dengan data primer. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) dengan menguji bahan-bahan dokumen dan bahan pustaka. Data dianalisis kualitatif-normatif, yaitu menafsirkan dan membangun pernyataan yang terdapat dalam dokumen peraturan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian yaitu bahwa Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen memberikan kewenangan kepada Badan Penyelesaian sengketa Konsumen (BPSK) selaku badan atau Lembaga yang bertugas dan berwenang dalam menyelesaikan sengketa konsumen serta melakukan pengawasan terhadap pencantuman klausula baku. Kata kunci: BPSK, Klausula Baku, Konsumen   Today, agreements containing standard clauses between consumers and business actors can be easily found. It must be admitted that standard clauses really help the smooth running of trade. However, this closes the negotiation process between consumers and business actors so that it is possible for business actors to transfer their responsibilities. Research uses empirical juridical methods, namely analyzing problems by combining legal materials with primary data. The data collection method uses the library research method by testing document materials and library materials. The data were analyzed qualitatively-normative, namely interpreting and constructing statements contained in statutory regulations documents. The result of the research is that Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection gives authority to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK) as the agency or institution in charge and authority in resolving consumer disputes and supervising the inclusion of standard clauses. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana tingkat kesiapan Kota Ambon untuk mendukung pelaksanaan Maluku sebagai Lumbung Ikan Nasional (M-LIN) yang dianalisis dengan metode RAPFISH yang dimodifikasi menggunakan Multi Dimensional Scalling (MDS).   Metode penelitian digunakan yaitu metode survey.  Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder.  Pengambilan data primer dilakukan terhadap responden melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner.  Data sekunder berupa laporan diperoleh dari berbagai instansi pemerintah dan perguruan tinggi.  Responden terdiri dari pelaku usaha, Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku (Badan Perencana Daerah, Dinas Kelautan Perikanan), Pemerintah Kota (Badan Perencana Daerah, Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan).  Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara umum Kota Ambon masuk kategori siap sebagai daerah pendukung M-LIN dimana dari 6 dimensi hanya dimensi ekologi dan kelembagaan dan kebijakan yang masuk kategori cukup siap. Untuk meningkatkan kesiapan di Kota Ambon maka dimensi kelembagaan dan kebijakan menjadi dimensi yang paling utama untuk diperhatikan agar jelas mengenai keberlanjutan program M-LIN ini selanjutnya.   Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan berimplikasi pada peningkatan sinkronisasi dan harmonisasi seluruh pelaku dan pemangku kepentingan  dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yang terkait dengan program Maluku sebagai Lumbung Ikan Nasional.  Selain itu juga perlu menyiapkan kebijakan berupa peraturan baik peraturan presiden (Perpres) maupun Keputusan Menteri (Kepmen) KP yang mendukung pelaksanaan program.  Title: Evaluation of Readiness To Support The City Ambon Maluku As “Lumbung Ikan Nasional”This paper was aimed to evaluate the readiness level of Ambon city serving as buffer for Maluku sebagai Lumbung Ikan Nasional (M-LIN) which analyzed with modified RAPFISH method using Multi Dimensional Scalling (MDS). The study uses survei as the data collection method. This study used primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews using a set of questionnaires. Examples of secondary data were report or study reports from universities and local governement offices. The respondents are fishery business entities, provincial and district  fishery offices, provincial planning office. This study finds that in general City Ambon is ready as support system for M-LIN. However, only two out of six categories of readiness are in good condition for readiness. The ready indicators  are the governance and policies put in place in Ambon. These two indicators serve as key aspect insuring the sustainability of M-LIN program.
