Prior research has explored qualitative studies in relation to the paradigms used. This paper enriches the literature by investigating the quality of qualitative studies in relation to the data collection method and participants' selection. In this study, we collected SNA qualitative paper proceedings from 2007 to 2017. Guided by the minimum criteria of the data collection method described in the literature review sections, we analyze those proceedings. We found the three most common methods used in the studies: interview, observation, and documentation. The majority of the paper clearly stated their data collection method. However, only a minority of them provides a clear description of how the data were collected and how to obtain participants/data used in their studies and why invite dthem in the research. Thus, it is suggested that researchers provide a detail explanation of their methods to show the rigour of the study that they conducted

Abstrak  Reformasi pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Nganjuk dilakukan dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintah yang efektif dan efisien. Pelaksanaan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara esensial menunjang implementasi pelaksanaan otonomi daerah yang dilandasi oleh budaya kerja yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu penting sekali untuk dianalisis terkait bagaimana optimalisasi penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintah yang efektif dan efisien berdasarkan kinerja OPD di Kabupaten Nganjuk.  Analisis menggunakan indikator kinerja yang berorientasi pada hasil. Indikator kinerja berorientasi pada hasil dipilih karena kawasan prioritas berisi kinerjadan hasil kualitas pelayanan pubik. Aspek indikator kerja yang dipilih adalah efektivitas dan kepuasan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan kajian kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa teori-teori relevan diperoleh dengan metode telaah pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Nganjuk dalam peningkatan pelayanan publik sudah dilakukan secara optimal. Dimana target dalam rencana kerja semua terpenuhi. Selain itu program peningkatan pelayanan publik sudah sesuai dengan visi, misi, tujuan dan sasaran di Kabupaten Nganjuk. The implementation of services to the community essentially supports the implementation of regional autonomy which is based on a high work culture. Therefore, it is very important to analyze in relation to how to optimize the implementation of public services in realizing effective and efficient government governance based on the performance of OPD in Nganjuk Regency. The analysis uses performance indicators that are results-oriented. Results-oriented performance indicators were chosen because the priority area contains the performance and results of the quality of public services. Aspects of the selected work indicators are effectiveness and satisfaction. The approach used in this paper is a qualitative approach based on literature review. The data collection method used is secondary data in the form of relevant theories obtained by the literature review method. The purpose of the research is to analyze and identify the effect of the service quality and satisfaction variables toward customer loyalty. the data collection method used in this researchi uses the survey method with questionnaires. This research population is the customers of Indosat Unlimited in Depok. From the results of the analysis, it shows that the service quality significantly influences the customer loyalty, proven by the t significant value of 0.000 smaller that α 0.05 with the coefficient of 2.537. Quality of service has a significant effect on the customer loyalty ishown by the t significant value 0.000 less than 0.05. service quality and satisfaction significantly influence the customer loyalty shown by F value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 and are able contribute to the customer loyalty variables of 0.504 or 51.7%. the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other variables that are not analized in this research.

AbstrakPara pencipta karya keramik di Indonesia terlihat telah berusaha mengangkat muatan tradisi khas Indonesia untuk mengimbangi dominasi kuasa produk keramik image Cina yang ada di Indonesia. Wayang khas Bali adalah salah satu motif tradisi yang sering dipilih dalam menciptakan karya-karya kriya keramik ini. Penulisan atikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas penciptaan karya-karya keramik yang terinspirasi dari motif wayang khas Bali. Penelitian ini memfokuskan bahasan pada jenis-jenis karya yang diwujudkan, teknik pembentukan, teknik penerapan ornamen, tokoh-tokoh wayang khas Bali yang divisualkan dan kualitas garapan dari karya-karya tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan dokumentasi, analisis data dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karya-karya yang diwujudkan pada penciptaan keramik ini jenisnya terdiri dari guci dalam berbagai variasi dan ukuran, tempat lampu, dan dalam bentuk lukisan. Teknik pembentukan karya dikerjakan dengan teknik putar dan slab, dan penerapan ornamen dikerjakan dengan teknik lukis, ukir, dan toreh. Tokoh-tokoh wayang yang dominan dipilih dalam penciptaan ini, diambil dari seri ceritera Ramayana maupun Mahabrata, misalnya tokoh Rama, Sinta, Laksmana, Anoman, Bima, dan Arjuna. Kualitas garapan karya masing-masing pencipta cukup baik. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari kerapian garapan dan kerumitan bentuk ornamen. Simpulan yang dapat disampaikan bahwa karya-karya keramik hasil ciptaan ini mampu menjadi pembeda ditengah maraknya keramik bernuansa Cina di Indonesia.Kata Kunci: ornamen; wayang; penciptaan; seni; keramik.AbstractThe ceramic creators in Indonesia seems to have tried to lift the content of the typical Indonesian tradition to offset the power dominance of the Chinese image ceramic products in Indonesia. The Balinese puppets were one of the traditional motifs often chosen to creating these ceramics crafts. The article writing aims discussed the ceramic work's creation inspired by Balinese puppet motifs. This research focused on the types of works that are realized, the formation techniques, the applying ornaments techniques, the character figures that visualized and the quality of the works. The data collection method was done by observation and documentation, data analysis done with qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the ceramic works embodied consisted of jars in various variations and sizes, places of lights, and in the form of paintings. The technique forming work is done with swivel and slab techniques, and the ornaments application was done by painting, carving, and incising techniques. The dominant puppet characters chosen in this creation were taken from the Ramayana and Mahabharata stories, for example, the characters Rama, Sinta, Laksmana, Anoman, Bima, and Arjuna. The work quality of each creator was quite good. This can be seen from the neatness of the claim and the form complexity of the ornaments. The conclusions that can be conveyed were that the ceramics produced were able to make a difference in the midst of the rise of Chinese nuanced ceramics in Indonesia.Keywords: ornaments; puppet; creation; art; ceramic.

Abstract, This study aims to determine what factors affect the governance of Puluhan Village in realizing good governance and know what are the obstacles or obstacles in the implementation of good governance in the Puluhan Village Geyer District,Geyer Purwodadi Grobogan Regency. This research focuses on the governance of Puluhan Village in realizing good governance. The methodology of this research is qualitative and data collection method is done by literature review and in-depth interview on key informants in village government circle. The paper presents the main aspects of the formation of migration attitudes and the implementation of migration strategies of residents of the Primorsky Territory. The research was carried out using quantitative and qualitative sociological methods. The analysis of official statistics data was supplemented by the results of interviews. The main data collection method is informal interviews; fieldwork was carried out in the spring of 2021. Our research has shown that the migration outflow from Primorye continues. The main centers of attraction are the cities of central Russia, which are capable of providing a higher level and quality of life and having a more developed infrastructure. Further development of Primorye, which could stimulate return migration, should be associated with the functioning of large enterprises, the availability of jobs with decent wages, and the development of a recreational complex.

At this moment the Indonesian people has experienced many changes expected to the globalization change. With the varying developments in this stage of globalization, it suggests a trying for the Indonesian people to go on to appropriate up and adhere to the flow of innovation. In the present cycle of globalization, the position of Pancasila is absolutely highly remarkable in conduct to preserve the survival of the identity of the Indonesian societies, because the affect of globalization of borders between states seems invisible, so that various foreign cultures easily penetrate into community. The fundamental issue in this investigation is to internalize the values of Pancasila in developing consciousness of safeguarding the state in the millennial generation and struggles to internalize the values of Pancasila in enhancing awareness of fighting for the country in the millennial ages. In this view, the researcher used interview as data collection method, and backed by literature review on secondary documents. The results study, the relevance of internalizing the values of Pancasila because Pancasila has a serve and position in the nation and state and can develop appreciation of safeguarding the state by practicing Pancasila values in workaday life in order to keep the existence of the nation and state of Indonesia and reinforce awareness of maintaining the state, specifically the millennial generation. The development of state defense information is given lines to overcome understandings, ideologies, and cultures that are opposed to the identity values maintained by the Indonesian nation. The state defense is brought out on going support through education, training and socialization so that it can support the authority for the opportunity of defense systems.

This research aims to formulate marketing strategy to increase visitors of Gembira Loka Garden and Zoo (KRKB Gembira Loka) in Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research and uses interview, observation, and documentation as data collection method. The data is analyzed by using SWOT analysis with internal and external variable identification. The internal variable shows that location is the main strength of Gembira Loka KRKB with 0.17 by value and 5 by rating. From external variable, the result of EFAS table shows that Gembira Loka KRKB has good enough chance while the thread has less result than the chance. Gembira Loka KRKB is in quadrant 1, which is the position in which a company is considered to be in a beneficial situation due to its chance and strength. In such case, the company can utilize the chance by maximizing the strength. The following strategy to go through in this condition is supporting aggressive planning.

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.
