Workshop on Improving Skills Debate of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and 3 Ciputat. Which of course is very interesting for students. Through this method students do not feel patronized but they are expected to have their own way how to understand the implementation of an interesting debate because students find themselves an interesting debate style and presented in an interesting  way that teachers and students need to develop,  this can add self-confidence to students. At the time of implementation, the practice of the debate focused on students' activeness in speaking / arguing in the debate. Both groups who will argue either as a negation group or affirmation group play an active role and produce brilliant ideas. After the debate practice, the team will provide its assessment and commentary on the practice of the debate that has been done. Assessment is given as objectively as possible based on a prepared table. The aspects assessed include: The accuracy and authenticity of ideas, the ability to argue,  understanding,  accuracy of  words and sentences, and fluency in conveying ideas. The results obtained after the students were taught using inquiry method and interactive video learning media, there was an increase of results and according to what was expected. The results of the training activities were responded and the questions conveyed by the participants to the Community Service Team  (Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat = TPM). Responses and questions  indicate high interest and curiosity towards the improvement of student debate skills of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and 3 Ciputat. Thus this training activity is considered successful. The expected outcomes from this Community Service Activity are students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ciputat and SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Ciputat can improve their speaking ability through debate activities. In addition the team will create a scientific article that will be published in the journal ISSNKey word: Debate, Inquiry, Skills, Video Interactive

AbstrakSalah satu wujud pengembangan keprofesianalan guru adalah menulis artikel ilmiah dan publikasi artikel ilmiah. Oleh karena itu, hendaknya guru terus belajar menulis artikel ilmiah untuk diseminarkan maupun dipublikasikan di jurnal. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru belum mampu menghasilkan dan melakukan publikasi ilmiah. Tujuan kegiatan pengaabdian ini adalah meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan guru dalam menulis artikel ilmiah dari hasil penelitian yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu persyaratan pengajuan kenaikan pangkat sehingga berdampak juga terhadap profesionalitas guru. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan simulasi. Kegiatan pelatihan penulissan artikel ilimah yang telah dilaksanakan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru untuk menulis artikel ilmiah; guru memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan memilih tempat publikasi yang sesuai; guru memiliki pengetahuan tentang cara mencari sumber refrensi mutakhir melalui google scholar; guru memiliki pengetahuan tentang trik untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian; guru dapat mengetahui bagaimana membuat draft artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian sesuai dengan tamplate jurnal yang dituju; seluruh peserta pelatihan memiliki pandangan positif terhadap pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah dan memandang tingkat kebermanfaatan pelatihan pada tingkat bermanfaat dan sangat bermanfaat.AbstractOne form of teacher professional development is writing scientific articles and publishing scientific articles. Therefore, teachers should continue to learn to write scientific articles to be disseminated or published in journals. The reality on the ground shows that most teachers have not been able to produce and do scientific publications. The purpose of this service activity is toincrease the motivation and ability of teachers to write scientific articles from the results of research that can be used as one of the requirements for submission of promotions so that it also impacts on teacher professionalism. Community service activities carried out using lecture, question and answer and simulation methods. Purpose: This community service activity aimed to improve the skills or knowledge of lecturers in writing scientific papers as an urgent need in the academic world. Method: The coaching and training were conducted to lecturers/partners of the Kadesi Yogyakarta Theological College. The method used was coaching and training in scientific article writing. Results: The results of this activity showed that there was an increase of about 70% after coaching and training were carried out using the lecture, question, and answer, discussion, and simulation methods. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of the partners when making the article outline. Conclusion: Coaching and training activities for writing scientific articles have a very positive impact on partners in fostering interest in writing scientific papers in online journals. The Community service activities targeting students and teachers of Semen Gresik Vocational Schools are conducted to increase confidence in student competencies, including through the introduction, understanding, and strengthening motivation "Mindset Entrepreneurship" in the school environment. The purpose of the initial community service activity was aimed at responding to complaints about the problems of the school in academics (universities) that vocational student graduates were not working in the area of expertise possessed by students and also only a few students were able to create their jobs. The method used in community service uses an interpersonal approach to teachers and students using in-depth interviews with students and also teachers, interactive socialization, and discussion. The results of community service activities with Semen Gresik vocational partners provided positive results, both according to the perception of teachers and students, namely: (1) an increase in understanding of the problems along with finding solutions for teachers on the causes of low entrepreneurial interest for vocational students; (2) mental growth of students' confidence from their competence, after experiencing a strengthening of motivation on the principle of entrepreneurship (3) increasing insight and knowledge for students and teachers on the important role of entrepreneurship in the current digitalization era.

Posyandu is the center of community activities in the effort to provide health services and family planning. These trained Posyandu cadres are not only seen from the way they handle maternal and child health but also have to be supported by their ability to use computers in administrative management and data processing. The method used in this community service activity is a combination of tutorials, practice, and discussion or question and answer, as well as evaluation to determine the level of absorption of the training material. The office application materials provided are Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft powerpoint. Office application program training activities for cadres of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas Antang were carried out well and improved the skills of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas cadres in the use of information technology.

This community service activity is continuously carried out to develop the creativity of mothers in producing innovative and attractive products. This activity involves training and assistance in preparing financial and marketing reports. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the Sukolilo District and STIESIA Surabaya. MSMEs in Sukolilo District experienced several obstacles related to preparing financial reports, marketing that utilized social media, and other technical obstacles. After this mentoring activity, MSME managers gained several benefits, including having started compiling financial reports. Marketing training activities are carried out using Instagram social media as a means of producing products. In this activity, assistance was carried out to create an Instagram account, taking photos of products to be uploaded on Instagram, assisting in uploading product photos on Instagram accompanied by product descriptions so that they could attract consumers. This activity is carried out to improve the business carried out from the management aspect. The target to be achieved is that MSME players have financial reports that can be used to submit funds or capital to banks for business development, expand marketing networks, and increase sales.

Character formation should be done as early as possible. Early age is a time when a person gets the right to play with high intensity. One of the processes of character building can be done in the learning process of formal education. Moreover, the most economical form of a game is the traditional game. Therefore, efforts are needed to actualize traditional game activities for elementary school students. The socialization process was carried out using a demonstration method, both theoretically and practically. Moreover, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. As for the results of this Community Service activity, it can be concluded that the activity went well where the principal, teachers, and students were very enthusiastic in implementing a series of socialization activities for traditional games.

Ilomata Village is one of the villages in Gorontalo District which has the potential of banana farming commodities, but it has not been utilized optimally. The aim of this community service activity are empowering the Ilomata Village PKK group through training activities for making various flavors of banana chips, simple bookkeeping training and product marketing training. The method applied is training and mentoring, whose activities include 1) Training in making various flavored banana chips; 2) Simple bookkeeping training; 3) Product marketing training; and 4) Mentoring in determining the name of the product, making packaging labels, and handling PIRT distribution permit. The results of the activity showed that the PKK group members understood and had skills in making banana chips with various flavors, doing simple bookkeeping and marketing the product. The availability of a banana chip product named banana chips I-Bas (Ilomata-Banana chips) with No. distribution license for PIRT 214750201001324 and has been marketed both offline and online. Thus, the empowerment of the PKK groups through banana chips entrepreneurship can increase the utilization of the potential of the banana commodity in line with the increased understanding and skill of PKK group members in making and marketing various flavored banana chips products.

The activity of speaking or known as public speaking is a scary thing for students. Although they are often asked to practice presentations in front of the class, the technique of delivering public speaking is often not paid attention to. There are several techniques that should be mastered in public speaking so that the delivery can be conveyed well to the audience. This time, the implementation of PKM aims to provide knowledge about public speaking skills, improve speaking skills, mentally prepare students to speak in front of crowds, and equip students to enter lectures or work.  The method presented in this activity is lecture and practice.with 20 students from SMK Bina Nusa Slawi. Students are also provided with modules to make it easier when delivering and students can also repeat the material at home. Students are also given directions regarding the correct way of presentation in Indonesian and English in accordance with the rules of public speaking. In addition to theory and practice in the classroom. Students are also directed to observe several public speaking figures through Youtube channel. In general, community service activity at SMK Bina Nusa Slawi are going well. Students' enthusiasm is extraordinary, as evidenced by the fact that 80 percent of students believe that having public speaking skills and increasing self-confidence are important. Students feel helped by this activity because they gain knowledge about public speaking and presentation techniques that can be used to support presentations in class or as a provision for later in the world of work.

The problem faced by students is at the production stage, namely the problem of product labeling. Until now labeling was done simply or without labeling. If students can design their own product labels, of course this will add to the selling value of the product. The existence of labels and brochures also add value to the promotion of student products. The aim of this mentoring activity is to provide training and graphic design assistance to students of SMK. The steps of this community service activities are observations, socialization, graphic design training, assistance in making labels and brochures for student entrepreneurial products, as well as evaluating and reflecting on service activities. The result of this service activity was in the form of training and graphic design assistance for students. All of the activities was well done . This can be seen from the number of students who participated in training and mentoring for three days. In addition, there are positive responses from teachers and students that have an impact on the success of this graphic design training and assistance. This can be seen from the results of student designs that are attractive and can be used as a commercial tool.
