The activity of speaking or known as public speaking is a scary thing for students. Although they are often asked to practice presentations in front of the class, the technique of delivering public speaking is often not paid attention to. There are several techniques that should be mastered in public speaking so that the delivery can be conveyed well to the audience. This time, the implementation of PKM aims to provide knowledge about public speaking skills, improve speaking skills, mentally prepare students to speak in front of crowds, and equip students to enter lectures or work.  The method presented in this activity is lecture and practice.with 20 students from SMK Bina Nusa Slawi. Students are also provided with modules to make it easier when delivering and students can also repeat the material at home. Students are also given directions regarding the correct way of presentation in Indonesian and English in accordance with the rules of public speaking. In addition to theory and practice in the classroom. Students are also directed to observe several public speaking figures through Youtube channel. In general, community service activity at SMK Bina Nusa Slawi are going well. Students' enthusiasm is extraordinary, as evidenced by the fact that 80 percent of students believe that having public speaking skills and increasing self-confidence are important. Students feel helped by this activity because they gain knowledge about public speaking and presentation techniques that can be used to support presentations in class or as a provision for later in the world of work.

ABSTRAKSetiap Individu, khususnya orang muda dituntut untuk mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan mampu memiliki jiwa leadership guna membangun kehidupannya baik secara pribadi, maupun dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Jiwa kepemimpinan dan kemampuan seseorang dalam berbicara merupakan bagian dari komunikasi yang efektif, yaitu mampu merangkul dan merumuskan keputusan untuk mencapai musyawarah yang baik, serta menyampaikan pesan kepada khalayak dengan cara yang tepat dan menarik perhatian. Namun pada kenyataannya, pada Orang Muda yang tergabung dalam komunitas AMC Pu’urere Ende masih belum maksimal dalam memimpin suatu kegiatan serta berbicara didepan umum. Hal ini mendorong tim untuk melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepemimpinan dan public speaking pada Komunitas orang muda di AMC Pu’urere Ende. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk membantu orang muda sehingga dapat meningkatkan jiwa kepemimpinan dan rasa percaya diri saat berbicara. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, dialog aktif, diskusi dan rencana tindak lanjut yang digunakan sebagai kegaiatn inti yang ingin dicapai dalam pengabdian ini. Hasil yang didapat dari program ini adalah mampunya Orang Muda AMC Pu’urere dalam mempimpin kegiatan, dari tahap persiapan hingga pelaksanaan, dapat menyusun agenda program tertentu dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan kebutuhannya, serta memiliki kemampuan public speaking yang memadai. Kata kunci: orang muda; kepemimpinan; public speaking. ABSTRACTEvery individual, especially youth people, are required to be able to communicate well and be able to have a leadership spirit, to build his life both personally and in social life. Leadership spirit and one's ability to speak are part of effective communication, namely being able to embrace and formulate decisions to achieve good deliberation, as well as convey messages to audiences in an appropriate and attention-grabbing manner. But in reality, youth who are members of the AMC Pu’urere Ende community are still not optimal in leading activity and speaking in public. This encourages the team to conduct training and mentoring in leadership and public speaking for the youth community at AMC Pu’urere Ende. This program aims to help youth people to improve their leadership spirit and self-confidence when speaking. The methods used in this service activity are lectures, active dialogue, discussions and follow-up plans which are used as the core activities to be achieved in this service. The results obtained from this program are the ability of AMC Pu’urere Youth People in leading activities, from the preparation stage to implementation, being able to arrange certain program agendas properly and correctly according to their needs and having adequate public speaking skills. Keywords: youth people; leadership; public speaking.

Fertilization is an action in plant care. Fertilization provides additional nutrients for the soil. Fertilization has a large influence on plant growth and production. Fertilization consists of organic and inorganic fertilizers. Both of these fertilizers must be balanced so that the nutrient content can be maintained properly. The use of fertilizers an organic fertilizer that is widely used, but the use of chemical fertilizers on an ongoing basis will reduce the level of soil fertility. This must be balanced with organic fertilizer. One of the organic fertilizer is guano fertilizer. This fertilizer is fertilizer made from animal waste, namely bats. This fertilizer has a very good content including nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Knowledgethis fertilizer will still be low, so that an introduction and practice about guano fertilizer is needed. Therefore a community service activity was carried out on the development of the manufacture of guano fertilizer. Guano fertilizer development is carried out in the form of granules (granules). The targets of this service are vocational students who are related to agriculture. Vocational students are selected as the young generation to know about organic fertilizers and are able to contribute to the implementation of the agricultural industry. Community service activities were carried out with a presentation of the theory and practice of making guano fertilizer. As a result of this activity, students learned about organic fertilizer, namely guano fertilizer and its contents, nutrient content in the soil, balance in maintaining nutrient content in the soil, the practice of making guano fertilizer, and the creation of granule form from guano fertilizer.

The high unemployment rate is a fundamental problem in employment in our country, where the new workforce that is added is far greater than the increase in employment. Unemployment is a problem for countries with high population growth rates, and unemployment can also affect the level of the economy. At the beginning of 2020, world economic growth experienced a decline due to the coronavirus disease outbreak, this coronavirus (covid-19) had an impact on economic growth in the form of a decline in the level of the world economy, including Indonesia. Seeing conditions like this, special attention is needed for alumni to prepare students for the world of work. This community service is carried out in the form of training on strategies for finding and applying for jobs, the problem solving framework provided is by providing training so that it can increase knowledge and insight to job seekers college alumni about srategies for finding and applying for jobs.The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training to college alumni so that they have the readiness to find and apply for jobs. This community service activity is carried out virtually online online in the form of training and guidance. The target is college alumni who will definitely be involved in the activity of finding and applying for jobs, at the initial stage the presenter will deliver a theoretical presentation accompanied by realistic examples. Nowadays, solid and transparent soap is often used as a display of wedding souvenirs, air freshener, and handicrafts. With the presence of a solid and transparent soap in very unique display and interesting this can make the soap is sold at a relatively more expensive price in the market. Regarding with the development of solid soap products that can produce several good benefits, this activity needs to be trained, developed and empowered to the parties who have the potential to produce these products. One of the parties that has the potential to be trained is the housewives in the PKK group (Family Welfare Empowerment) at Rawamangun, East Jakarta. This community service activity is done by using lecture and simulation/demonstration method through innovative product development of souvenir soap by using palm cooking oil. The results of the training show the enthusiasm and willingness of the participants to be able to perform individually in the manufacture of solid soap souvenir products and they can produce in large quantities. With this training, the housewives can practice themselves at home and be motivated to open business opportunities through these product so it can be feasible for sale in the market

Public speaking skills for church community is very important in facing the new challenges in the digital age. Faculty of Social and Political Science Universitas Kristen Indonesia organized community service activity in the form of public speaking workshop to HKBP Karawang community member on Friday, 23 April 2021. The public speaking was conducted by the presentation and the simulation. After the training was completed, the participant filled the project satisfaction survey. The survey was analyzed using SPSS. The number of people with HIV/AIDS in the world is increasing. The introduction of HIV/AIDS in the early adolescent phase needs to be done with a language approach that is easy to be understood and remembered. One of them is the approach to vocabulary recognition in the field of HIV/AIDS. The purpose of this community service activity was to discover the application of HIV/AIDS introduction through HIV/AIDS vocabularies. The method used was pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design which began with pre-test, the provision of HIV/AIDS vocabulary materials through power points and distribution of HIV/AIDS vocabulary sheets. This experiment was ended by doing post-test. The final results showed an increase in the average score of 26.71% with significancy 0,00&lt;0,05.. Thus, the introduction of HIV/AIDS through HIV/AIDS vocabularies is an effective effort to facilitate the early introduction of HIV/AIDS on to students in their early adolescent to avoid the dangers of HIV/AIDS.<br /><br />

AbstrakCovid-19 yang saat ini mewabah di seluruh belahan dunia memberikan dampak yang cukup besar untuk perekonomian di Indonesia, khususnya bagi para pengusaha kecil. Keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki, ditambah tingkat penjualan yang menurun drastis, membuat para pengusaha harus berimprovisasi berbagai cara agar produk mereka tetap dapat terjual. Salah satu cara paling efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan bagi mereka pengusaha kecil yang memiliki modal terbatas, yaitu beralih dari pemasaran dan penjualan secara luring menjadi pemasaran dan penjualan daring. Pemasaran dan penjualan daring dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan media marketplace maupun sosial media.  Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan kepada UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya untuk mengembangkan saluran pemasaran dan penjualan dari luring ke saluran pemasaran dan penjualan secara daring, lalu dapat meningkatkan kesadaran merek lebih luas dari para calon konsumennya Setelah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan, UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran dan penjualan secara daring menggunakan marketplace dan media sosial. AbstractThe Covid-19, which is currently endemic in all parts of the world, has had a considerable impact on the economy in Indonesia, especially for small entrepreneurs. The limited capital they have, coupled with a drastic drop in sales, have forced entrepreneurs have to improve in various ways to make their products can still be sold. One of the most effective ways to increase sales for those small entrepreneurs who have limited capital is to switch from offline marketing and sales to online marketing and sales. Online marketing and sales can be done using the media marketplace and social media. The purpose of this service is to provide training to UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya to develop marketing and sales channels from offline to online, then can increase brand awareness more broadly from potential consumers After this community service activity was carried out, UD. Evario Mandiri Jaya can start doing marketing and sales activities online using the marketplace and social media.

The thesis of this article is simple: the primary function of political scientists is to nurture civic skills and political understanding within our students and those who read our literature. The principal component of both skill and understanding is the capacity to visualize and interpret events through several quite different metaphors. Sensitivity to alternate metaphors comes through liberal education, as traditionally defined. A capacity to recognize the limitations to any given metaphor depends, first, on puzzling life experiences, secondly, on a reservoir of alternate ways of viewing the world, and thirdly, on educational experiences that cultivate deep analytical thought and build self-confidence with thinking differently than other people do If it is true that a liberal education frees people to recognize perspective, predisposition, and prejudice, and if politics is indeed the art and science that must integrate into courses of action values about nature, humanity, society, and the Divine, then political scientists have an enormous stake in the general education curricula of our universities and colleges.

<p class="StyleAuthorBold"><strong><em>Abstract</em><em>. </em></strong><em>Vinyl crafts Jogja in Code hamlet, Trirenggo, Bantul district, still produces products according to orders and markets products traditionally. This service activity aims to provide knowledge to digital marketing, online media creation, and implementation assistance.</em><em> The method of implementing community service activities is carried out offline and online, by combining theory and practice, and showing assistance in program implementation until it is successful. A program that offers training and mentoring related to digital marketing, logo creation is the solution offered to solve problems that have been identified. The result of this activity is that producers are able to create online media for digital marketing, have company logos, create marketplace stalls on Instagram and Facebook. The conclusion of this activity is digital marketing can be a solution to increase the marketing reach of Vinyl Jogja crafts.</em><em></em></p><p class="abstrak" align="left"> </p><p class="abstrak"> </p><p class="abstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong>. Kerajinan Vinyl Jogja di dusun Code, Trirenggo, kabupaten Bantul, masih memproduksi produk sesuai pesanan, dan memasarkan produk secara tradisional. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengenalan tentang <em>digital marketing</em>, pembuatan media <em>online</em>, dan pendampingan implementasinya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan secara daring dan luring, dengan mengkombinasikan teori dan praktik, serta dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan implementasi program sampai berhasil. Program pemberian pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait <em>digital marketing</em>, pembuatan logo menjadi solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang sudah diidentifikasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah produsen mampu membuat media online untuk <em>digital marketing</em>, memiliki logo perusahaan, membuat lapak <em>marketplace </em>di Instagram dan <em>facebook</em>. One aspect that has changed due to the Covid-19 pandemic is the way humans communicate in public (public speaking). This impact was also felt by women who were members of the Fatayat NU (Nahdlatul Ulama) Ciledug organization. Fatayat NU is an Islamic women's organization which is one of the autonomous institutions within NU, which is religious, social and familial. The concept of Fatayat NU activities can be classified into three, namely in the field of regeneration and education, the field of da'wah or Islamic development, and the field of social society. The problems faced by Fatayat NU Ciledug, relating to public speaking are: (1) Lack of ability to appear and speak in public; and (2) Lack of public speaking skills, both face-to-face and online. The solutions offered to solve these problems are through community service activities, namely providing online training/workshops by utilizing the Zoom Meeting application to members of Fatayat NU Ciledug to provide tips and tricks regarding: (1) How to have the ability to appear and speak in public; and (2) Skills in public speaking both face-to-face and online. The implementation of this community service activity consists of 3 stages, namely; (1) The preparation stage, to identify problems, apply for permits to the Fatayat NU Ciledug management, and make preparations for the implementation of public speaking training; (2) the stage of implementing public speaking training; and (3) the evaluation stage, by providing evaluation test questions that must be done using Google Forms media, to find out how much the increase in knowledge, abilities, and skills of Fatayat NU Ciledug women regarding public speaking after participating in training activities.
