AbstrakSalah satu wujud pengembangan keprofesianalan guru adalah menulis artikel ilmiah dan publikasi artikel ilmiah. Oleh karena itu, hendaknya guru terus belajar menulis artikel ilmiah untuk diseminarkan maupun dipublikasikan di jurnal. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru belum mampu menghasilkan dan melakukan publikasi ilmiah. Tujuan kegiatan pengaabdian ini adalah meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan guru dalam menulis artikel ilmiah dari hasil penelitian yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu persyaratan pengajuan kenaikan pangkat sehingga berdampak juga terhadap profesionalitas guru. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan simulasi. Kegiatan pelatihan penulissan artikel ilimah yang telah dilaksanakan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru untuk menulis artikel ilmiah; guru memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan memilih tempat publikasi yang sesuai; guru memiliki pengetahuan tentang cara mencari sumber refrensi mutakhir melalui google scholar; guru memiliki pengetahuan tentang trik untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian; guru dapat mengetahui bagaimana membuat draft artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian sesuai dengan tamplate jurnal yang dituju; seluruh peserta pelatihan memiliki pandangan positif terhadap pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah dan memandang tingkat kebermanfaatan pelatihan pada tingkat bermanfaat dan sangat bermanfaat.AbstractOne form of teacher professional development is writing scientific articles and publishing scientific articles. Therefore, teachers should continue to learn to write scientific articles to be disseminated or published in journals. The reality on the ground shows that most teachers have not been able to produce and do scientific publications. The purpose of this service activity is toincrease the motivation and ability of teachers to write scientific articles from the results of research that can be used as one of the requirements for submission of promotions so that it also impacts on teacher professionalism. Scientific articles are scientific papers from research results communicated in scientific publications, such as journals, magazines, or other publications. Librarians as functional personnel are required to make a positive contribution to the nation's change, one of which is to produce scientific papers published in scientific publications. The community service activities aim to provide understanding, improve and provide the ability to compile research results and the ability to write scientific articles to librarians in Pekanbaru. The method used in this activity is in the form of workshops delivered with lecture techniques, question and answer, and practice. To find out the extent of participants' acceptance and understanding, as well as the ability of participants, at the beginning and end of the training an evaluation or evaluation is carried out by filling in the pretest and post-test sheets. Based on the results of the tests that have been conducted, it is known that the participants experienced an increase after training in writing scientific articles. On the understanding of the concept of scientific articles increased by 30.75%, while the ability of strategies and scientific article writing techniques increased by 29.64%. in the training participants were very enthusiastic and active in participating in training activities writing scientific articles from beginning to end.

Workshop on Improving Skills Debate of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and 3 Ciputat. Which of course is very interesting for students. Through this method students do not feel patronized but they are expected to have their own way how to understand the implementation of an interesting debate because students find themselves an interesting debate style and presented in an interesting  way that teachers and students need to develop,  this can add self-confidence to students. At the time of implementation, the practice of the debate focused on students' activeness in speaking / arguing in the debate. Both groups who will argue either as a negation group or affirmation group play an active role and produce brilliant ideas. After the debate practice, the team will provide its assessment and commentary on the practice of the debate that has been done. Assessment is given as objectively as possible based on a prepared table. The aspects assessed include: The accuracy and authenticity of ideas, the ability to argue,  understanding,  accuracy of  words and sentences, and fluency in conveying ideas. The results obtained after the students were taught using inquiry method and interactive video learning media, there was an increase of results and according to what was expected. The results of the training activities were responded and the questions conveyed by the participants to the Community Service Team  (Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat = TPM). Responses and questions  indicate high interest and curiosity towards the improvement of student debate skills of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and 3 Ciputat. Thus this training activity is considered successful. The expected outcomes from this Community Service Activity are students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ciputat and SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Ciputat can improve their speaking ability through debate activities. Purpose: This community service activity aimed to improve the skills or knowledge of lecturers in writing scientific papers as an urgent need in the academic world. Method: The coaching and training were conducted to lecturers/partners of the Kadesi Yogyakarta Theological College. The method used was coaching and training in scientific article writing. Results: The results of this activity showed that there was an increase of about 70% after coaching and training were carried out using the lecture, question, and answer, discussion, and simulation methods. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of the partners when making the article outline. Conclusion: Coaching and training activities for writing scientific articles have a very positive impact on partners in fostering interest in writing scientific papers in online journals. Posyandu is the center of community activities in the effort to provide health services and family planning. These trained Posyandu cadres are not only seen from the way they handle maternal and child health but also have to be supported by their ability to use computers in administrative management and data processing. The method used in this community service activity is a combination of tutorials, practice, and discussion or question and answer, as well as evaluation to determine the level of absorption of the training material. The office application materials provided are Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft powerpoint. Office application program training activities for cadres of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas Antang were carried out well and improved the skills of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas cadres in the use of information technology.

This community service activity is continuously carried out to develop the creativity of mothers in producing innovative and attractive products. This activity involves training and assistance in preparing financial and marketing reports. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the Sukolilo District and STIESIA Surabaya. MSMEs in Sukolilo District experienced several obstacles related to preparing financial reports, marketing that utilized social media, and other technical obstacles. After this mentoring activity, MSME managers gained several benefits, including having started compiling financial reports. Marketing training activities are carried out using Instagram social media as a means of producing products. In this activity, assistance was carried out to create an Instagram account, taking photos of products to be uploaded on Instagram, assisting in uploading product photos on Instagram accompanied by product descriptions so that they could attract consumers. This activity is carried out to improve the business carried out from the management aspect. The target to be achieved is that MSME players have financial reports that can be used to submit funds or capital to banks for business development, expand marketing networks, and increase sales.

Ilomata Village is one of the villages in Gorontalo District which has the potential of banana farming commodities, but it has not been utilized optimally. The aim of this community service activity are empowering the Ilomata Village PKK group through training activities for making various flavors of banana chips, simple bookkeeping training and product marketing training. The method applied is training and mentoring, whose activities include 1) Training in making various flavored banana chips; 2) Simple bookkeeping training; 3) Product marketing training; and 4) Mentoring in determining the name of the product, making packaging labels, and handling PIRT distribution permit. The results of the activity showed that the PKK group members understood and had skills in making banana chips with various flavors, doing simple bookkeeping and marketing the product. The availability of a banana chip product named banana chips I-Bas (Ilomata-Banana chips) with No. distribution license for PIRT 214750201001324 and has been marketed both offline and online. Thus, the empowerment of the PKK groups through banana chips entrepreneurship can increase the utilization of the potential of the banana commodity in line with the increased understanding and skill of PKK group members in making and marketing various flavored banana chips products.

Abstract   The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide physical condition training to novice athletes, training programs for physical trainers at Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). This training needs to be done because the training process is still minimal. Trainers have the obligation to provide training and make athletes excel, but there are still limitations in doing so. Training for novice athletes is still very much needed because of the lack of planning and maturity in carrying out training activities both in terms of training material and from the intensity given. Higher education as an institution that produces trainers and educators, as well as an organization that organizes community service activities, has a moral obligation to carry out coaching and training. For this reason, community service programs providing athlete training are the way to be taken to overcome this problem. Activities include physical condition training. The material discussed is the judo training program. Pelatihan bagi atlet pemula masih sangat diperlukan karena kurangnya perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Untuk itu program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menghadirkan untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet adalah cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan kondisi fisik. The website can be a center of information and communication for them. It is accelerating the flow of information and communication on oil palm growers. The purpose of this service activity is to create an android-based KUD website which contains information about cooperatives and information about oil palm plantations. Community service activities are carried out in Bukit Lingkar Village, one of potential villages in oil palm. In this village, an oil palm village cooperative with the name KUD Milik Bersama has also been established which is a partner in this activity. Activities are integrated with the Student project. Implementation of training activities is socialization and discussion activities. then practice making websites, assistance and coaching. The technical implementation of the activity is a combination of offline and online meetings. It is because Covid 19 pandemic. The implementers in the field are students. The results of this activity include the formation of a cooperative website with the name http: //www.koperasi kudmilikbersama.com, increasing farmers' knowledge and skills regarding media use, including a website with information related to oil palm farming. The establishment of a website manager, which is equipped with a website module.

This community service activity was held in SMA Hang Tuah 3 Mataram, NTB Province.  This school is located approximately 6 km from the location of the team. Located in the center of Mataram city. The purpose of this activity is to make the teachers in SMA Hang Tuah 3 Mataram know the ways of writing and the forms of a paper and ultimately be able to automatically express their ideas, ideas and experiences during the teaching and learning process into a scientific writing eligible to be published in an ISSN journal. The training activities were held because to the collaboration of both parties namely SMA Hang Tuah 3 Mataram and the dedication team from IKIP Mataram.
