MSMEs are an economic driving sector that can contribute greatly to the Indonesian economy. One of the weaknesses of MSMEs is that they still lack knowledge and understanding of financial management, especially when coupled with the Covid-19 epidemic, MSMEs are experiencing various problems, so there needs to be strengthening of MSMEs through various skills so that MSMEs can survive during pandemics and post-pandemics. One of the business groups that is quite affected by Covid-19, is MSMEs engaged in the culinary or food sector, which are indicated to still have weaknesses in the financial aspect. Our MSME partners in community service are handayani catering assisted groups. The PKM team makes efforts to assist the assisted catering groups through mentoring, empowerment and capacity building activities in financial management, starting with providing financial records and bookkeeping as well as various ways to mitigate financial risk. The result of this activity was that the participants began to prepare financial reports and began to implement financial management, especially cash flow, which was previously less of a concern. Participants were greatly helped by the preparation of financial reports as an indicator of business sustainability and health.

Understanding of duty as a supervisor of polling places certainly needs to be given a thorough of various materials ranging from regulations on the selection of regional heads, regulations on the supervision of regional head elections during the Covid-19 pandemic, the code of ethics and the use of the election surveillance system (SIWASLU) need to be clearly understood.  This activity is carried out in two stages, namely technical guidance phase 1 and technical guidance phase 2 starting from the preparatory stage, material briefing, practice, posttest and questionnaire filling.  The results of this activity resulted in understanding for members of the polling station supervisor (PTPS) in carrying out their responsibilities   from regulatory understanding, supervision of health protocols as supervisors, code of ethics and commitment to contribute to becoming PTPS.   PTPS commitment to be able to contribute back to become a member of the TPS election supervisor for the 2024 elections correspondents answered 28 people (47.5%) willing to return to become PTPS in the   upcoming   elections or local elections, 28 people (47.5%) answer still in doubt or maybe willing to return to become PTPS and 3 people or about (5.1%) do not want to join the PTPS for the 2024 regional elections or presidential elections.

The activity of speaking or known as public speaking is a scary thing for students. Although they are often asked to practice presentations in front of the class, the technique of delivering public speaking is often not paid attention to. There are several techniques that should be mastered in public speaking so that the delivery can be conveyed well to the audience. This time, the implementation of PKM aims to provide knowledge about public speaking skills, improve speaking skills, mentally prepare students to speak in front of crowds, and equip students to enter lectures or work.  The method presented in this activity is lecture and practice.with 20 students from SMK Bina Nusa Slawi. Students are also provided with modules to make it easier when delivering and students can also repeat the material at home. Students are also given directions regarding the correct way of presentation in Indonesian and English in accordance with the rules of public speaking. In addition to theory and practice in the classroom. Students are also directed to observe several public speaking figures through Youtube channel. In general, community service activity at SMK Bina Nusa Slawi are going well. Students' enthusiasm is extraordinary, as evidenced by the fact that 80 percent of students believe that having public speaking skills and increasing self-confidence are important. Students feel helped by this activity because they gain knowledge about public speaking and presentation techniques that can be used to support presentations in class or as a provision for later in the world of work.

The main factor for the success of the implementation of education in schools is the infrastructure in the form of completeness of facilities that become the benchmark in all learning activities. To produce students who have comprehensive knowledge must be supported by facilities and skilled teaching staff.   Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Mrisi still needs attention in terms of educational infrastructure facilities that are still lacking with a relatively small number of students. The purpose of this community service is to redesign the buildings, rooms, and the design of school facilities. The initial method used is a survey by measuring and calculating the area of buildings, columns, beams and assessing the existing physical condition and then developing it according to the available land, then it will be simulated using SAP 2000 software, 3D drawings using SketchUp, and calculating the budget plan. The result of the design is a two-level school building with larger beam and column sizes as well as a sturdy and earthquake-resistant structure. Furthermore, several redesigns of facilities such as warehouses, prayer rooms, and first-level classrooms, toilets, canteens, became cleaner and more attractive. The second level is designed for additional classrooms, halls, laboratories, libraries. Other supporting facilities in the form of guard posts, gates, parking lots become more attractive. With a planned budget of Rp 6,226,839,700. -, the school can raise funds to develop school facilities in accordance with the designs that have been made and mutually agreed upon.

Becoming a startup for mothers who are members of the recitation group is an effort to increase family income. However, if we don't have the courage to start a business, all of our wishes will just become a dream that won't come true. This service activity aims to stimulate courage and change the mindset of the women of the Raudhatul Jannah recitation group, Koto Rendah Village, Siulak District, Kerinci Jambi Regency to develop her potential from being a housewife who has daily gardening activities, becoming a startup by synergizing with her group members. Through the counseling and discussion method, how to start a startup business, determinants of startup success, the role of technology in business and opening access to online-based sales are given to them. The result achieved is the formation of a Joint Business Group (KUBE) which consists of similar business groups and collaborates in running businesses in groups.

The use of technology is very important in learning in the pandemic era. Various efforts were made to equip teachers to optimize the use of learning media. One of these efforts is to organize training on making interactive quizzes based on information technology which is held at SMP Negeri 1 Jaten. This training aims to provide insight related to learning media so that teachers are able to improve their abilities in making interactive quizzes and have a good impact on the future learning process. The method used in this training consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation.This training was conducted on May 6 – May 7, 2021 and was attended by 32 teachers for grades VII, VIII and IX consisting of subject teachers. The result of this training activity is that the teacher understands the training material well so that all the information obtained can be directly put into practice. Teachers get material that is very relevant to the needs in the classroom and can support learning activities. In addition, teachers get new insights related to learning media that can be applied in preparing interactive quizzes creatively and innovatively.

Vaccine is a biological product that used to stimulate the production of antibodies and provide immunity against infectious disease.  In he beginning of 2021, Indonesia has started vaccination program for COVID-19. The main purpose of the program is to prevent the massive spread of corona virus, which has caused pandemic since December2019. There are some steps of vaccination program based on the community target. Muhammadiyah University of Mataram as a formal educational institution that gives public service to society is included in the second step of vaccination. However, the variety of field at the institution causes the knowledge differences about vaccine. Therefore, education to help civitas academics to understand more about vaccine was needed. Education was done by audio visual method or video. The videos were made with two language, Indonesian and English. Some contents that included in the video were vaccine definition, type of vaccine, vaccine’s mechanism of action, vaccine’s benefit, COVID-19 vaccine, the possible effects after getting COVID-19 vaccine and how to overcome them. The videos was uploaded in the internet and distributed online to che civitas academics. Through this video, it is hoped that the civitas academics can understand the importance of their participation in COVID-19 vaccine.

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease caused by the pancreas not being able to produce enough insulin so that glucose levels in the blood cannot be controlled. Symptoms of this disease are characterized by polyuria, polydipsia, polyphagia and elevated blood glucose levels. Diabetes mellitus is a non-communicable disease that ranks 7th in the world's cause of death and Indonesia is a country with diabetes which is ranked 4th in the world. Prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus patients can be done through various efforts, one of which is traditional herbal medicine. Therefore, the community development team held a training event for preparation scientific herbs in the context of preventing diabetes mellitus for residents of Wonokromo Surabaya. The results showed that there was an increase in public understanding about the dangers of diabetes mellitus with an increase in the average value from 45% to 90% and an increase in skills in preparation scientific herbal medicine from 40% to 95%. So it can be concluded that this activity brings very good benefits for the residents of Wonokromo Surabaya.

Since the study from home system was implemented, several obstacles were found, especially for students at Elementary School of Leyangan in RT 004 RW 002 Dusun Krajan Desa Leyangan Kecamatan Ungaran Timur, Kabupaten Semarang. The students were difficult to learn the subjects by themselves, expecially for English subject. The main obstacles of study from home were lack of teacher’s direct explanation and lack of parents’ attention and mentoring. Based on this explanation, students needed face-to-face training and monitoring, especially the 'Self-Introduction' in English subjects. Through the USM’s Students Community Services Back to Village program, student focused on community service for face-to-face training and mentoring to improve the English skills for students at Elementary School of Leyangan. The community services method used was directly explanation and speaking practice for the given example sentences. The participants were required ro listen, rewrite and practice to speak for the given subjects. The mentoring was held in June 2021 with the COVID-19 health protocol face-to-face method. Evaluation results of the speaking pratice showed increment in students' knowledge and skill of 'Self-Introduction' subject and better pronunciation.

Covid-19 is still a health problem for the past two years. Various prevention strategies have begun to be implemented in Indonesia in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, namely from Work From Home (WFH), 3M's motto, and vaccination. Immunization coverage in Indonesia is still relatively small, which is below 50% until the second stage of vaccination. Therefore, an effort is needed to increase the coverage of COVID-19 vaccination in the third stage, which is targeting students. Students are the millennial generation who like creativity and get bored easily in learning something. This service activity aims to increase student knowledge about Covid-19 vaccination so as to increase vaccination coverage. The method used in this activity werw interactive education for 59 students from two different universities through zoom and distributing comic strip media related to three materials, including an introduction to the immune system, the covid-19 vaccine in Indonesia, and facts and hoaxes about the Covid-19 vaccine. The increase in knowledge was measured using a googleform questionnaire in the form of post-test and pre-test. The results of the activity was showed an increase in knowledge up to 70.82%. In addition, participants who have not vaccinated were willing to immunize after this activity with a percentage of 80%. The distribution of comic strip media was expected to help students remember the information and transmit it to the surrounding community groups.
