Abstract:This study aims to examine the effect of risk perception on household preparedness in dealing with landslides in Sukaraja District, Bogor Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. The samples in this study were 30 people using purposive sampling technique. Based on the calculation results of a simple linear regression analysis can be obtained the equation Y = 16,308 + 1,006X. This shows the perception of risk has a positive effect on household preparedness in dealing with landslides in the District of Sukaraja, Bogor Regency. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the effect of risk perception on household preparedness is 47.1%, seen from the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.471.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi risiko terhadap kesiapsiagaan rumah tangga dalam menghadapi longsor di Kabupaten Sukaraja, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier sederhana dapat diperoleh persamaan Y = 16.308 + 1.006X. Hal ini menunjukkan persepsi risiko berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapsiagaan rumah tangga dalam menghadapi longsor di Kecamatan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Bogor. Sementara itu, besarnya pengaruh persepsi risiko terhadap kesiapan rumah tangga adalah 47,1%, terlihat dari koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,471.

Lake Toba is one of the priority tourism destinations which has natural, cultural, and spiritual wealth. In realizing Lake Toba as the Monaco of Asia, it is necessary to pay attention to various aspects, one of which is the tourism image of Lake Toba in the eyes of tourists. This study aims to determine how the influence of brand image in increasing the number of tourists in Samosir Regency. The sample used in this study were 100 tourists who were visiting in Samosir Regency. This research is descriptive and quantitative research. Data collection techniques using observation and distribution of questionnaires to tourists. The sampling technique was random sampling with a simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that brand image has a significant positive effect on tourist visits. Where the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.628, which means that brand image has an influence of 62.8% on the decision to visit tourists to Lake Toba, Samosir Regency, while the remaining 37.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as service quality, tourism performance. and others.

This study aims to investigate (1) the ecotourism perception of tourists visiting Monkey Forest Ubud; (2) the visitor satisfaction level on Monkey Forest Ubud attraction; and (3) the influence of ecotourism perception on visitor satisfaction level at Monkey Forest Ubud. The result of this research carried out descriptive statistic by using an importance-performance analysis (IPA) and inferential statistic by using a simple linear regression analysis. The technique of determining sample size is incidental sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 170 tourists visiting Monkey Forest Ubud. The result showed that tourists which visit Monkey Forest Ubud strongly agree on the implementation of ecotourism concept. On the other hand, the calculation results of concordance rate showed 89.59% which means that the overall tourist is satisfied with the Monkey Forest Ubud attraction. Moreover, based on the hypothesis testing by using t-test statistical significance showed that there is a significant influence of independent variable (perception of ecotourism) on the dependent variable (tourist satisfaction).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, safety, service quality, and risk perception on online purchasing decisions. The population in this study are all consumers who have made purchases through online Tokopedia. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. The requirements to be sampled in this study are those who have made purchases through online Tokopedia. In the sense that the sample is consumers who have made purchases through online Tokopedia within the Indonesian Islamic University students as many as 96 samples. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results show that simultaneously the four variables of trust, security, service quality, and risk perception simultaneously have an influence on Online Purchase Decisions on the Tokopedia Website, partially trust has a significant positive effect on Online Purchase Decisions on the Tokopedia Website, partially security has a significant positive effect on Online Purchase Decisions on the Tokopedia Website, partially service quality has a significant positive effect on Online Purchasing Decisions on the Tokopedia Website, and partially risk perceptions have a significant positive effect on Online Purchasing Decisions on the Tokopedia Website

<span lang="IN">This study aimed to analyze the influence of <span>murabahah</span> financing and <span>mudharabah</span> in BMT Mu’amalah Syari’ah Tebuireng Jombang on customer’s micro business development. This study used quantitative methods. The datas were analyed using simple linear regression analysis to know the influence between the independent variables and dependent variabels. The research population were 30 <span>murabahah</span> financing’s customers and 19 customers of <span>mudharabah</span> financing. Thus, the entire population of <span>murabahah</span> and <span>mudharabah</span> financing customers were used as the research sample. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation to obtain data on the number of customers and about the development of small business. The results showed that <span>murabahah</span>financing and mudharabah had a significant positive effect on the development of small business customers BMT Mu’amalah Syari’ah Tebuireng Jombang.</span>

This study was conducted to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on students’ entrepreneurship interest at semester VI Department of Information Systems Study Program Information System of Sampit Darwan Ali University Academic Year 2016/2017. This study used quantitative methods using survey technique. The subjects of the study were 92 students. Data collection techniques use a questionnaire fulfilled the requirements of validity and reliability. The technique of validity test used correlated item-total correlation and reliability test of Cronbach's alpha. In this study, the instrument used was questionnaire by using the likert scale. The data analysis technique used was a simple linear regression analysis fulfilled the analytical prerequisite, such as the test of normality, linearity and autocorrelation. This study revealed that emotional intelligence was moderate 70.65% and entrepreneurship interests were also moderate 67.39%. The result of analysis showed that there was  an influence of emotional intelligence to student entrepreneur interest. Coefficient of determination (r2) was  0.265. It meant that emotional intelligence could foster interest in entrepreneurship student.

Currently event marketing is increasingly recognized as one of the effective ways to build brand image of a company. one of the companies that use event marketing as one of the strategies is Mizone. therefore, this study aims to investigate the influence of event marketing to the brand image. Limitation of the studyis the respondents who attend the event or who purchase the product when the event took place. The samples were used as much as 210 people. using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument that used was a questionnaire, and simple linear regression analysis. This study shows there is positive effect between event marketing to brand image Mizone isotonic water

<p><em>To achieve the desired product quality, a quality standardization of the product is needed. This method is intended to ensure that the products produced meet the predetermined standards so that consumers will not lose confidence in the product concerned. Consumers will make a purchase decision if the product is considered to have high quality. </em><em>The quality of the product will be felt after the item is consumed or used so that consumers will feel satisfied with the product purchased</em><em>. </em><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of product quality on purchas</em><em>e</em><em> decision</em><em> </em><em> at the </em><em>Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok. The Method of research used is quantitative methods in order to obtain more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. The sample consists of 100 visitors who visited the Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok, selected based on the Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique. The factor and simple linear regression analysis were used for the data analysis with SPSS 22.0.</em><em></em></p><p><em>                </em><em>The results of the study showed that product quality has a positive influence significantly contributed</em><em> </em><em> to the purchas</em><em>e</em><em> decision </em><em> </em><em>at the </em><em>Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok (</em><em>t = 11.955 &gt; t <sub>table</sub> with a significance of 0.000 (ρ &lt; 0.05) and that is proved by the score of R = 0.770.</em><em> From the coefficient of determination, it can be concluded that the Purchas</em><em>e</em><em> Decision is influenced by the Product Quality variable by 59.3% and the remaining 40.7% which is influenced by other variables.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Product Quality, Purchase Decision</em><em></em></p>

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of efficiency on bank performance. The population used is all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. 81 samples were obtained using a purposive sampling method. While the data analysis method used is the classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis test and t test (partial test). The results of this study indicate that the efficiency variable does not have a positive effect on bank performance, which in this study is calculated using ROA (return on assets which is seen from the significance value above 0.05) or seen from the t value < t table -1,326 < 1,667. So H0 cannot be rejected, which means Ha is accepted. Keywords: Efficiency ratio, Return on assets Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efisiensi terhadap kinerja bank. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh bank yang terdaftar di bursa efek indondesia periode 2014-2016. Diperoleh sampel sebanyak 81 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji t (uji parsial). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel efisiensi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bank yang dalam penelitian ini dihitung menggunakan ROA (return on asset) yaitu dilihat dari nilai signifikansi diatas 0,05 atau dilihat dari nilai t hitung < t tabel sebesar – 1,326 < 1,667 sehingga dipotesis H0 tidak dapat ditolak yang artinya Ha diterima. This study aimed to determine the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress partially and simultaneously on performance. This research was a quantitative, and data used in this study were primary data with a questionnaire technique. The population in this research are all employees of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara regency, amounting to 51 people. The sampling technique in this research was saturated sampling technique. This study used data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study indicated that role conflict partially had no effect on performance. Partial role ambiguity had a positive and significant effect on performance. Job stress had a negative and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress simultaneously had a positive effect on performance. Result the coefficient of determination in this study of 36.9% means that performance of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara employees was influenced by role conflict, role ambiuigity and job stress and the rest was influenced by other variables outside the study.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of accounts receivable turnover on the liquidity of the company PT. Astra Agro Lestari, TBK which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By collecting the company's annual financial reports from 2015 to 2019. The data used in this study are secondary data using quantitative methods, while data analysis uses Simple Linear Regression Analysis which is preceded by the Classical Assumption Test which consists of a normality test and an autocorrelation test, Hypothesis testing was carried out with the coefficient of determination and partial t test using the SPSS 21 computer program. The results showed that the receivable turnover variable did not have a significant effect on the liquidity variable but had a strong correlation with a negative direction of 0.862. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the variable receivables turnover is 74.3%, while the remaining 25.7% is explained by other variables not examined.
