ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was finding the relationship between religiosity and adolescent aggressiveness at Madrasah Aliyah Assalaam Temanggung. The instruments are the religiosity scale and aggressiveness scale. Data was collected from 100 adolescence subjects ages 16-18 years, sitting in class X and XI MA Assalaam. Data analysis techniques used Pearson Product Moment Correlation (2-tailed). The result showed that the correlation coefficients obtained for (r) = -0.468 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01). The conclusion, there is a negative significant relationship between religiosity to adolescent aggressiveness. The negative coefficient showed correlation to the both variables was negative. This means that increasing religious level can make decreasing aggression level, and converse, decreasing religious level can make increasing aggression level. Thus, the hypothesis in this study is acceptable. Keywords: religiosity, aggressiveness, adolescence

ABSTRACTThe problem in this research is motor educability and agility with dribbling skills in soccer games at the BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. The formulation of the problem in this study is “is there a relationship between motor Educability and agility with dribbling skills in soccer games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM?”. The research objective was to determine the relationship between Motor Educability and agility with dribbling skills in games at the BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. The research approach is a quantitative approach that is descriptive in nature. While the research focus is Motor Educability and agility with dribbling skills in games at the BKMF Futsal FIK UNM, the data used are tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions. The results of the study (1) Motor ability has a significant relationship with dribbling skills in futsal games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (2) Agility has a significant relationship with dribbling skills in futsal games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (3) Motor ability and agility have a significant relationship with dribbling skills in futsal games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. ABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Motor Educability dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada Mahasiswa BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah terdapat hubungan Motor Educability dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada Mahasiswa BKMF Futsal FIK UNM?”. Tujuan penelitian yaitu Untuk mengetahui hubungan Motor Educability dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada Mahasiswa BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. Pendekatan penelitian yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sementara  fokus penelitian adalah Motor Educability dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada Mahasiswa BKMF Futsal FIK UNM data yang digunakan yaitu  tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, paparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian (1) Motor educability memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (2) Kelincahan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (3) Motor educability dan kelincahan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada BKMF Futsal FIK UNM

This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 49 pelanggan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kompetensimemiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,010 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensisecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

The purpose of this study to determine (1) the learning achievement of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Sekarpuro; (2) The parent's attention Elementary School fourth grade students Sekarpuro; and (3) the relationship between parents' attention to student achievement Sekarpuro Elementary School fourth grade. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 41 levels of parental attention fourth grade students of SDN Sekarpuro and retrieve data class IV student achievement based on the SDN Sekarpuro Middle Semester Exam (UTS). Data analysis was performed with data analysis techniques assisted Pearson Product Moment correlation SPSS 2.1 for windows. The result showed that the level of parent,s attention of fourth grade students of SDN Sekarpuro level of attention from their parents as much as 92.7% at the high category, and 7.3% were in the moderate category. Achievement of fourth grade students of SDN Sekarpuro showed excellent criterion 68.3% and 31.7% better. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, after being tested by using SPSS 21 for windws known that r-count of 0661. The analysis results greater than r table for N = 41 with significant level of 5% ie 0,308. Because the value of r count is greater than r table (0.661> 0.308) it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is received, or in other words there is a significant relationship between parent's attention to student achievement Sekarpuro fourth grade SDN subdistrict of Pakis, District of  Malang.

Data analysis of this study was carried out using correlation techniques. The data collection process is done using critical thinking test instruments and test instruments writing editorial texts. The relationship between variables was analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between critical thinking skills and the ability to write editorial texts at a significance level of 0,000. That is, one of the determinants of the success of writing editorial texts is that students must have high critical thinking skills.</p><p class="Default"><strong>A</strong><strong>bstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Analisis data penelitan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi. Adapun proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes berpikir kritis dan instrumen tes menulis teks editorial. Hubungan antar variabel dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi <em>Pearson P</em><em>roduct </em><em>M</em><em>oment.</em><em> </em>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan<em> </em>bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemampuan menulis teks editorial pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Artinya, salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan menulis teks editorial adalah siswa harus memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis yang tinggi.</p></td></tr></tbody></table></div>

This study examines the existence of a logical-mathematical intelligence relationship to the learning discipline of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District. To answer the relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence on learning discipline, researchers use a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The sample in this study was 40 fifth grade students of Pagar Air Elementary School. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and learning discipline of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Pagar Air. This is indicated by the value of Fcount Ftable at the 5% significance level of 5.98 4.10 and the regression equation Ŷ = 76.02 + 0.99X which can predict the ups and downs of students' learning discipline. The magnitude of the influence of logical-mathematical intelligence with student learning discipline can be seen from the value of rxy = 0.370, r count is greater than rtable at a significance level of 5% ie 0.370 0.320, meaning that logical-mathematical intelligence contributes 13.69%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and the discipline of learning of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Motivation and Discipline Work simultaneously or partially affect the performance of employees at the village office in the District Mantikulore Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a research that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 99 employees and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05. This means that the variables of Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance variable. (2) based on the regression test results obtained motivation variable has significance level t sig. 0.033 <α 0.05. It means that partially motivation variable has significant effect to employee performance variable. (3) based on regression test results obtained by motivation variable has significance level t sig. 0,000> α 0.05. It means that partially variable of Work Discipline have significant effect to employee performance variable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kelurahan di Wilayah Kecamatan Mantikulore Kota Palu. Hal ini bermakna bahwa secara parsial variabel Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (3) Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Motivasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 > α 0,05. Hal ini bermakna bahwa secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai.

This research is motivated by the many years of young married behavior in adolescents in Mandahiliang Kenagarian Koto Laweh, Lembang Jaya District, Solok Regency. This is caused by social control of parents of young married behavior in adolescents in Mandahiliang Kenagarian Koto Laweh, Lembang Jaya District, Solok Regency. This research also purpose to describe of parents' social control, describe of young married behavior in adolescents, and the relationship between the two variables.This research is a correlational quantitative research using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of statement sheets. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula and Product Moment. Based on this research, show some indication that (1) parents' social control of adolescents was still low, (2) young married to adolescents are high category, (3) there is a significant relationship between social control of parents and young married behavior.Keywords: Parental Social Control, Young Married Behavior

The background of the research is the use of parenting that is wrong from parents to children. The purpose of this research is to look at the relationship between parenting parents and the aggressiveness of students. This type of research is quantitative with a correlation approach. The sample in this study was 32 students and data collection techniques using a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using correlation analysis. Based on the analysis of the data it was revealed that 1) the aggressiveness of students in SMA Negeri 2 Indra Jaya was in the high group with a percentage of 43.7%, while the level of parenting (authoritarian) with a percentage of 40%, there was a significant relationship between parenting parents with aggressiveness students namely 0.608 with a strong correlation r value

This study aims to determine the relationship between scout extracurricular activities on student discipline. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all students who joined the Scout extracurricular at SDN 2 Way Huwi, namely 24 students. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 10 students was obtained. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the correlation Pearson product-moment with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between scout extracurricular activities and student discipline in SDN 2 Way Huwi with a significance value (0,000 <0.05). Discipline does not only come from parents, teachers, or students themselves, but student discipline can also be trained through scout extracurricular activities.
