ABSTRACTThis study is a correlation research that is intended to determine whether there is a correlation between emotional intelligence and resilience of the junior nuns. The method used is the Pearson Product-moment method of correlation studies. The sample was 85 nuns who live in the city of Yogyakarta. This study used two scales as a measurement tool, namely the scale of emotional intelligence and resilience were prepared by the researcher in the form of Likert Scale. Number of all items is 55 items consisted of 38 items from resilience and 17 items emotional intelligence. The scale emotional intelligence has a reliability of 0.790 resilience andscale of resilience has reliability of 0.899.The results were analyzed using SPSS for windows version 16 release. The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience, with a coefficients correlation of 0.870 and significance level, 0.00 (p<0.05). With this it can be said that the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience acceptable. Effective contribution to the study of 75.7%, amounting to 75.7% meaning that resilience is determined by emotional intelligence. Higher emotional intelligence also increasingly steeper resilience. Keyword: Recilience, emotional intelligence, the Junior Nuns

This study aims to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning in class VII at SMPN 1 Bogor City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. The sample in this study was 25% of the total population of 288 (72 respondents) using simple random sampling technique. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Emotional intelligence using a questionnaire with the results of the validity test of 15 statement items, there are 14 statements that are proven valid and the reliability test results of the coefficient of 0.750 are declared reliable. While the ability to adapt in online learning using a questionnaire with the results of a valid test of 15 statements proved valid and a reliability test result of 0.762 was declared reliable. Prerequisite test is done by normality test and linearity test. Data analysis used the analyze correlate-bivariate technique on SPSS 26 with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning as indicated by the r-count value of 0.623 which means it has a strong correlation. And r-count is greater than r-table (0.623 > 0.232), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the two variables also have a significant relationship because the significant value (p-value) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The study was conducted to determine the significant relationship between emotional intelligence and Civics learning outcomes of students of SMA Negeri Sipahutar Tapanuli Utara in 2020. This type of research is correlational descriptive. The population in this study is all students of SMA Negeri Sipahutar Tapanuli Utara, consisted of 117 students. The sample used in this study is by using Krecji Table Sampling with a total of 5% of the total population so that the number of samples is 90 people. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 34 items that had 4 options (a, b, c, d) which have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the normality test results of students' emotional intelligence data are normally distributed with the results of the calculation of x2hitung <x2table (59.175> 516). Normality data of student learning outcomes is normally distributed with the results of the calculation of x2hitung <x2tabel (2,225> 516). The results of the linearity test of emotional intelligence data with Civics learning outcomes are linear with the equation Y = 0.535 +0.878 with Fhabel obtained Fh> Ft (Fh> Ft (27.73> 4.20. Tendency test of students' emotional intelligence (Y) is categorized as moderate 31.11 %. `Civics learning outcomes of students (Y) category tends to be moderate (28.88%. The results of the product moment correlation test obtained are (rcount 0.446) and r table = 0.207 then r count> r table (0.446> 0.207), then this shows that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and Civics learning outcomes of students of SMA Negeri Sipahutar Tapanuli Utara in 2020. To test the significance level of the two variables above followed by a statistical test (t test), it is obtained tcount = 4.674 and t table = 1.661 then tcount> ttable, (4,674>, 1,661) because tcount> ttable, this shows that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and Civics learning outcomes of Sipahutar Tapanuli Utara Senior High School students in 2020, the hypothesis is accepted.

Introduction: With regard to the importance of the environment in sustainable development along with environmental literacy among citizens, the present study aimed to assess the levels of environmental literacy (i.e. awareness  , attitudes, and practices) among citizens residing in the city of Yazd, Iran, on the subject of environmental issues and challenges. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive--analytical study, the sample size was determined by 410 individuals as citizens aged over 18 years living in the city of Yazd based on the Cochran formula. The data selection tool was also a researcher-made questionnaire comprised of items on demographic characteristics information as well as levels of awareness, attitudes, and practices concerning the environment such as air pollution, waste management, water resources scarcity, soil pollution, etc. in 2017. Face validity verified by 10 qualified individuals as the faculty members and Reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.93. The collected data was analyzed using the   SPSS 22 software through descriptive statistics along with Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and Chi-Square test in addition to Spearman’s correlation coefficient (r). In this study, significance level was considered as 0.05. Results: awareness score was statistically significant in terms of age, level of education, and employment status (p-value<0.05). However, attitudes were only in a significant relationship with employment status (p-value=0.004). The relationship between practice score was also statistically significant with regard to age, marital status, and area of residence (p-value<0.05). A significant relationship was further observed between age and level of income and level of awareness, but there was no significant relationship considering attitudes (p-value>0.05). Moreover, a positive correlation was found between awareness, attitude, and practice scores (0.323≥ r ≥0.28, p-value=0.000). Conclusion: Although awareness among Yazd citizens on some environmental issues was at low levels, in general, their awareness specifically regarding health issues stemming from air pollution was proper. In view of the importance of environmental factors, it is necessary to conduct various research studies to identify and control these factors and to carry out further intervention studies to find right and proper solutions before their implementation.

This study aims to determine the effect of work value, emotional intelligence, and work life balance on career commitment. The population in this study is the Y generation in the city of Semarang. Non-probability sampling techniques are used to determine the research sample and data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires to 150 respondents. In this study, the method used is multiple linear regression. From the results of the analysis found that (1) the value of work does not affect career commitment with a significant level of 0.288> 0.05 (2) emotional intelligence affects the career commitment with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 (3) work life balance does not affect the career commitment with a significance level of 0.814> 0.05. Adjusted R2 value is 0.475, which means 47.5% of variations in Career Commitment can be explained by the independent variables work value, emotional intelligence, and work life balance while the remaining 52.5% career commitment can be explained by other factors.
