For some people batik is only a cloth that is a characteristic of Indonesia, especially the area of Java, but not everyone knows that every motif on batik cloth has its own philosophical meaning where each meaning is closely related to human life. As the people of Indonesia it helps us to know the meaning behind the beauty of batik motifs, but not everyone knows the name of batik motifs and can search for meaning on the internet or what we often call browsing. The solution that can be done is to create an Android-based batik meaning search system that can provide convenience in searching for the meaning of batik motifs. Search is designed in an application that helps word search using string matching, the Galil Seiferas search algorithm. With the implementation of Seiferas Galil Algorithm on the Android-based batik meaning search system, it is expected to be able to carry out the right search process in displaying the meaning of batik motifs as well as being easier and faster. The system built is also very practical because it is based on Android, so it can make it easier for users to access anywhere

Dictionary is a reference book that contains words and expressions which are usually arranged alphabetically and contain meaning and meaning. The dictionary serves as a person's tool to understand the meaning of words or new terms. The number of Gayo tribes who migrate and marry other tribes has resulted in many children of their descendants not understanding gayo language, so many of the descendants of the Gayo tribe do not understand Gayo language because in their daily lives they do not speak gayo but speak Malay Indonesia. This is the reason for gayo people who live outside the gayo area to have a dictionary of the terms gayo language to make it easier for them to understand the meaning of the gayo language when they return to the gayo area. In previous studies, AsepIrnaYuliana developed a dictionary application for the term psychology based on mobile psychology by applying a sequential search algorithm. Sequential search algorithm is a data search technique in an array of 1 (one) dimension that will trace all array elements from beginning to end, where data does not need to be sorted first. The author considers the search process using sequential search to be a problem because it has to do one by one matching of each character in the array elements which causes a long time needed in word search. To overcome the above problems the writer applies the zhu-takaoka algorithm. The zhu-takaoka algorithm is one of the string matching algorithms that can do a word search with many shifts with an array of 2 (two) dimensions. The core process of the zhu-takaoka algorithm is to do a word search with the Right-to-left scan rule technique.

UNSTRUCTURED Over half of Americans report looking up health-related questions on the internet, including questions regarding their own ailments. The internet, in its vastness of information, provides a platform for patients to understand how to seek help and understand their condition. In most cases, this search for knowledge serves as a starting point to gather evidence that leads to a doctor’s appointment. However, in some cases, the person looking for information ends up tangled in an information web that perpetuates anxiety and further searches, without leading to a doctor’s appointment. The Internet can provide helpful and useful information; however, it can also be a tool for self-misdiagnosis. Said person craves the instant gratification the Internet provides when ‘googling’ – something one does not receive when having to wait for a doctor’s appointment or test results. Nevertheless, the Internet gives that instant response we demand in those moments of desperation. Cyberchondria, a term that has entered the medical lexicon in the 21st century after the advent of the internet, refers to the unfounded escalation of people’s concerns about their symptomatology based on search results and literature online. ‘Cyberchondriacs’ experience mistrust of medical experts, compulsion, reassurance seeking, and excessiveness. Their excessive online research about health can also be associated with unnecessary medical expenses, which primarily arise from anxiety, increased psychological distress, and worry. This vicious cycle of searching information and trying to explain current ailments derives into a quest for associating symptoms to diseases and further experiencing the other symptoms of said disease. This psychiatric disorder, known as somatization, was first introduced to the DSM-III in the 1980s. Somatization is a psycho-biological disorder where physical symptoms occur without any palpable organic cause. It is a disorder that has been renamed, discounted, and misdiagnosed from the beginning of the DSMs. Somatization triggers span many mental, emotional, and cultural aspects of human life. Our environment and social experiences can lay the blueprint for disorders to develop over time; an idea that is widely accepted for underlying psychiatric disorders such as depression and anxiety. The research is going in the right direction by exploring brain regions but needs to be expanded on from a sociocultural perspective. In this work, we explore the relationship between somatization disorder and the condition known as cyberchondria. First, we provide a background on each of the disorders, including their history and psychological perspective. Second, we proceed to explain the relationship between the two disorders, followed by a discussion on how this relationship has been studied in the scientific literature. Thirdly, we explain the problem that the relationship between these two disorders creates in society. Lastly, we propose a set of intervention aids and helpful resource prototypes that aim at resolving the problem. The proposed solutions ranged from a site-specific clinic teaching about cyberchondria to a digital design-coded chrome extension available to the public.

ISLAM is the religion that emphases on the overall human life. It covers all aspects of the physical body, the soul or the spirit, the emotion and the intellect. The Almighty Allah has stated that, True believers those who, if we give them power in the land, establish regular prayer and give zakat, enjoin the right and forbid wrong. That So, we can highlight from these directives of the holy Quran that the religious responsibilities of the Muslim rulers are that they protect the Divine bounds; defend the religion and invite the people to Allah by means of argument and good advice. A ruler is a trustee of the people and vicegerent of Allah. The ruler of a Muslim state has, among other things, to enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. What could be right and wrong has been clearly identified in the Quran and sunnah. Some of the acts and behaviors identified which can be promoted more appropriately through positive measures like counselling, motivation, preaching, guidance, creation of appropriate environment, and other similar measures. The most effective of these measures could, however, be what is called exemplifying. It would mean that the ruler should do himself what is right and refrain from doing what is wrong and thereby set an example. Leading by exemplifying has deep psychological and substantial effect on others to follow and emulate. Therefore, the Seerah of the prophet PBUH is the best source for us in this regard. However, it encompasses the efforts made to develop human-being or individual who is pure of heart, pure in mind and pure in deeds where he can function as a member of society, who is civilized and has a high self-esteem. An individual’s awareness towards one’s responsibilities and a high self-esteem can bring for a peaceful and harmonious nation. Thus, the establishment of the Islamic society base on the voice of development together with material values and humanity. Because of which, the role of leaders of Islamic society must be proactive in plotting the path of educational system of the nation based on piety and faith. As for the obligations of ruler in the light of Seerah, I shall refer to the principles which Al-Mawridi r.a has discussed: The preservation of the Faith, true to its origin and in keeping with the consensus of those who participated in the founding of the Ummah, Defense of the Realm. He must carry out the Hadd punishments to ensure the limits prescribed by Allah and so that the rights of general public shall be protected. The other responsibilities are implementation of the principles of Islamic Law, governing disputes, The active propagation of the Faith, The collection of various taxes required by the Shariah, The provision of financial assistance and the assessment of claims against the Treasury, To be solicitous of the public confidence, and to consider fully the council of his advisors in their areas of responsibility, To actively oversee all aspects of government, and to keep himself well and widely informed. This paper thus discusses on the responsibilities of a ruler from the Seerah perspective.

String matching is an algorithm for matching a text to another text or also known as a text search. There are several algorithms that can be used for string matching, including the Boyer-Moore algorithm and the Brute Force algorithm. The Boyer-Moore algorithm is a string matching algorithm published by Robert S. Boyer and J. Strother Moore in 1977. This algorithm is considered the most efficient algorithm in general applications. The Boyer-Moore algorithm starts matching characters from the pattern on the right. While the Brute Force algorithm is an algorithm that matches a pattern with all text between 0 and n-m to find the existence of a pattern in the text. These two algorithms have different patterns in the search process. In this article, a comparative analysis of the performance of the Boyer-Moore and Brute Force algorithms is carried out in a case study of the search for the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) based on Android. The search process is carried out by searching based on words and word descriptions. The results of this study indicate that the criteria for running time, the Brute Force algorithm is faster than the Boyer-Moore algorithm with the total running time of the Brute Force algorithm is 168.3 ms in words, 6994.16 ms in word descriptions, while the Boyer-Moore algorithm for running time reached 304.7 ms on the word, 8654.77 ms on the word description. In the testing criteria based on related keywords, the two algorithms can display the same list of related keywords.

The library is a place that provides various types of reading books as reference material for students, students, educators and the general public. The library certainly provides various types of books that are different according to their needs. Finding books that are needed in a library with a large number of books certainly takes a long time and energy. In supporting library services and providing convenience for visitors, an application is built that helps visitors find the books they need to not need a long time and effort. In the book catalog application it is necessary to apply a search algorithm (string matching). Search algorithms help enders in finding the books they need. The search algorithm applied to the library book catalog application is the Horspool algorithm. Horspool algorithm is one algorithm that is widely used in the search process. By applying the Horspool algorithm in the library book catalog application can be faster and facilitate the process of finding the title of the book.

The public right to know is of particular significance when considering the reporting of crime and criminal justice. The internet has demonstrated strong influences upon crime reporting in mainstream media, including the range of material it provides to audiences. In addition, the internet has exposed journalists to new legal and ethical ramifications that accompany reportage on an international scale and, while it may be ‘giving the people what they want’, it has also exacerbated the controversy surrounding the perennial question of how much the public has a right to know.

Our life as the Christen in the community ecclesial is the announcement about God, which gives the people the gifts of love, freedom, friendship and truth. Through the forgiveness and the activity of the salvation of God, love and friendship in man’s life makes the human world more divine. This Jesus accents in His proclamation about the kingdom divine, specially in the parables, where He presents the model of the world based on love, hope, faith and freedom as the world of deeds based on God. Therefore, with the power of God’s Spirit, man has to make his life based on the norm of divine, because only in God, with God and through God exists for man the possibility to life now on earth, and afterwards in the future in heaven. In this situation, the answer of the man of faith has to be the motivation to take up the “deed” of the renovation of self-life and the imitation of God. This constitutes as the Christian thought that the central point of the theological interpretation of the value of salvation is realized – hic et nun – as the historical and existential value of the human life in the right of the kingdom divine. The proclamation of Jesus about the “new life”, presents to man the values of the divine existence in the spiritual of the Church. On one hand, it is the gift of freedom and the liberation from sin, where the love of God is absolutely necessary. On the other hand, the “new life” opens for man the space of liberty of life, where God forgives the human offences and the sins, both past and present. Well now the resume of the call to imitate God is the acceptance of the divine gift, which changes the man himself, and all the people, who seek the help and good councils to live the norm divine. These witnesses in the human mentality the consciousness of the existence based on the divine laws, which have in themselves the dimension eschatological.

The Qur'an is the revelation of God with the absolute truth that is the source of Islamic teachings. The Qur'an is a holy book for Muslims who give clues to the right path. It serves to provide welfare and happiness for people, both personally and in groups. He was also a place of grievances and outpouring of hearts for those who read it. The Qur'an is like an ocean that never dries its water, its waves never subsides, the riches and treasures that it contains never run out, can be crossed and interrown in various ways, and provide tremendous benefits and impacts for life Human. In his position as Scripture and miracles for the Muslims, the Qur'an is a source of security, motivation, and inspiration, the source of all legal resources that are never dry for the one who imfew it. It contains historical documents that record socio-economic, religious, ideological, political, and cultural conditions of human civilization until the VII-century AD. If that is the case, then the understanding of the verses of the Qur'an through interpretation, having a very large role for the development of the people, guarantees the key term to open the warehouse of the Simsimpani that is buried in the Qur'an. As a living guideline for all ages, and in many aspects of human life, the Qur'an is an open ended scripture to understand, interpret and be offered in the perspective of the interpretation method and the perspective of the dimensions Human life. From here there came the sciences to study the Qur'an from various aspects, including the science of interpretation. This paper will discuss about the science of Tafsir covering its history and development, as well as patterns and methods in interpretation.
