The employee is a person who works at the company with a predetermined time and also with a fixed salary as well. Honorary employees have fewer facilities than employees but. A company is not responsible for providing various traditional employer benefits, including taxes, social security and workers' compensation. Like a wise in the village office of Babura, each village office has a number of temporary employees to help work from the village office, including in Babura village office. This village also has several people as honorarium employees. In a certain period, employee salaries will change and will be replaced by new people. But to choose employee salaries cannot also be done easily. There are several requirements that must be met so that the prospective employee is well received. Several criteria will be taken into account in the selection process for prospective employee employees. Decision support systems are a good method of determining which employees are appropriate or not. The Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method can assist the Babura village office in determining who will be selected to be an honorarium employee at the office. By applying this method, the Babura village office will be greatly helped in assessing prospective employee salaries to be employed in the village office

Every company has management providing wages or rewards to employees. This is because employees are one of the resources that are used as a driving force in advancing a company. Besides, many companies provide rewards to their employees with the aim of motivating employees to help more. There is management problem in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital for determining the number of rewards obtained by employees because many variables are determined. Therefore, the need of management information system can facilitate the Management of the PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital in determining decision making for providing rewards. One method that is often used in implementing decision support systems is Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM), focusing TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference with Similarities to Ideal Solutions). By the implementation of the decision support system, PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital can carry out the selection process more efficiently.The test results by matching the employee data results at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital obtained 95.83% accuracy so that this system can help the PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in determining employee rewards.

The need for clean livable houses complete with adequate infrastructure is the right of every citizen. The state in this case the government has clearly set it up in Law No. 6 of 2014 or known as the Village Law and Regents Regulation No.5 of 2016 concerning the allocation of village funds. In this law the spirit of the community to build a better village is not an impossible thing to achieve, moreover financial assistance from the center to the regions is given more than activities for other institutions. But the fact remains on the ground that many residents, especially in the villages, still do not have a place to live that can be said to be livable (prosperous). In this study a Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) model was built to determine the provision of assistance to villagers. The object of the study was conducted in the Cangkring Rembang Village, Karanganyar District, Demak Regency. The results of this study are a decision support system model with the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method to determine the assistance for restoration of unfit homes according to criteria for home ownership, home status, home wall status, home floor status, home roof status, building area status and income status

Admission eligibility decision support systems help small and medium enterprises loan capital was built for the village BUMDes Slorok in determining who is eligible to receive assistance capital loans. In the process for the selection of beneficiaries of loans has a lot of requirements or criteria which are ID cards, Letter of approval husband / wife, status, number of families, home ownership, income, dependents of school children, old business, assets owned. In this study the feasibility of beneficiary selection process will be conducted by the method Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) Is a multi criteria decision making methods. The research model development using the Waterfall model. The results can be concluded from this study, the value obtained by each candidate receiving debt relief will dinputkan to this decision support system and be counted. Then displays the calculation results based on the rank ordering of where the highest score will be on top.

PT. ISS INDONESIA is a company that already has employees, which is very big. With seven branches spread across Indonesia, PT. ISS INDONESIA has more than 500 workers. Recruitment will continue as the opening of supermarkets or PT. ISS INDONESIA requires additional employees to develop or fill in empty formations. Subjects in this study are the application of decision support systems used to assist employee selection process in accordance with the criteria set by the management PT. ISS INDONESIA. System design with modified waterfall process model includes the definition of requirements required by the user in order to design the system for process modeling, data modeling, and user interface. In this research, it is expected to produce Decision Support Candidate Selection Software System With ARAS Method that can be used to manage employee candidate data and computerized criteria ranging from weighting, calculation of dominance value, arithmetic preference, calculation of index value and ARAS calculation.

Employees are one important factor of a company. That's because many employees play a role in every activity of a company. Therefore, companies must carry out employee evaluation processes to be able to maintain and mature employee performance. In general, the employee assessment process requires a long time and the results obtained are not necessarily accurate. That is because there are many elements that must be assessed and also the calculation process is still done manually. These elements include work performance, honesty, cooperation, obedience, and loyalty. Based on the problem, a decision support system was created that could simplify and speed up the employee evaluation process. The method used is SAW and TOPSIS which can help to provide accurate results because both methods are suitable for processing data with many criteria or elements. To test the system that has been made, the authors conducted the activity of giving a questionnaire conducted or filled out by 15 users. Based on the results of testing and questionnaires that have been distributed and filled out by users, it was found that around 92% of respondents stated that they were very satisfied with the system as a whole. Then based on the data, this decision support system functions well and is beneficial for users because it helps and facilitates the company in the employee appraisal process and also helps employees know their potential.

Abstract A village is a legal community unit that has territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate and administer government affairs, the interests of the local community based on community initiatives, rights of origin, and / or traditional rights that are recognized and respected in the government system of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Village Government is the Village chief or what is referred to by any other name assisted by the Village apparatus as an element of Village Government administrators. To choose a candidate for village chief in accordance with the stipulated provisions that will be made as a candidate for village chief who will be elected, it must be adjusted to the feasibility of the village chief candidate's selection, so that the implementation of the village chief candidate selection can be aligned with the recipient's needs and avoid imbalances in selection and the selection process later. To assist in solving this problem, it is necessary to have a Decision Making System (SPK) so that any work related to decision making in the selection of prospective village chiefs can be helped in making a good decision according to the eligibility level of the participants to become candidate village chiefs. In the decision support system for selecting candidates for village chief, so that decision support is met, a decision support method for decision support systems is used, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of the calculation showed that the main priority to become a participant in the Pilkades was Hendri as the first rank with a value of 0.395 or 39.5%. The indicators used in this comparison are: can recite the Koran, can give speeches, interview tests, and written tests.   Abstrak Desa adalah kesatuan masyarakat hukum yang memiliki batas wilayah yang berwenang untuk mengatur dan mengurus urusan pemerintahan, kepentingan masyarakat setempat berdasarkan prakarsa masyarakat, hak asal usul, dan/atau hak tradisional yang diakui dan dihormati dalam sistem pemerintahan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Pemerintah Desa adalah Kepala Desa atau yang disebut dengan nama lain dibantu perangkat Desa sebagai unsur penyelenggara Pemerintahan Desa. Untuk memilih calon kepala desa yang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan yang akan di jadikan sebagai calon kepala desa yang akan terpilih nantinya haruslah disesuaikan dengan kelayakan hasil seleksi calon kepala desa tersebut, agar pelaksanaan seleksi calon kepala desa dapat diselaraskan dengan kebutuhan penerima dan menghindari ketimpangan dalam seleksi serta proses pemilihan nantinya. Untuk membantu dalam memecahkan masalah tersebut perlu adanya suatu Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan (SPK) agar setiap pekerjaan yang menyangkut pengambilan keputusan dalam seleksi calon kepala desa dapat terbantu dalam mengambil suatu keputusan yang baik yang sesuai dengan tingkat kelayakan peserta untuk dijadikan calon kepala desa. Pada sistem pendukung keputusan seleksi calon kepala desa ini agar pendukung keputusannya terpenuhi maka digunakan sebuah metode penunjang keputusan untuk sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil perhitungan yang didapat bahwa yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk dijadikan sebagai peserta pada pilkades yaitu Hendri sebagai peringkat pertama dengan nilai 0.395 atau 39,5%.  Indikator yang digunakan dalam perbandingan ini yaitu: bisa mengaji, bisa berpidato, tes wawancara, dan tes tertulis.

<p><em>Abstrak</em> - <strong>Sebuah perusahaan tidak akan berkembang tanpa ada dukungan dari karyawan sebagai salah satu aset perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan dituntut untuk merekrut calon karyawan yang berpotensi dan berbakat guna mendukung keberhasilan perusahaan. Tenaga kerja terampil yang dapat membawa perusahaan berkembang dan bersaing dengan perkembangan zaman, dan aspek perekrutan mulai mendapatkan pandangan khusus, karena proses perekrutan yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dapat menghalang laju berkembangnya perusaan itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk proses pemilihan karyawan tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Dalam hal ini para calon karyawan dibandingkan satu dengan yang lainnya sehingga memberikan output nilai intensitas prioritas yang menghasilkan suatu sistem yang memberikan penilaian terhadap setiap karyawan. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini membantu melakukan penilaian setiap karyawan, melakukan perubahan kriteria, dan perubahaan nilai bobot. Hal ini berguna untuk memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang terkait dengan masalah pemilihan karyawan, sehingga akan di dapatkan karyawan yang paling layak diterima di perusahaan.</strong></p><p><strong></strong><br /><em>Abstract</em><strong> – A company will not develop without support from employees as one of the company's assets, so that company is required to recruit potential and talented candidates to support the company. The skilled workers who can bring the company to grow and compete with the times, and the recruitment aspect starts to get a special view, because the recruitment process that is not in accordance with the needs of the company can hinder the development of the company itself. Therefore, a decision support system is needed for the employee selection process. This decision support system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. In this case prospective employees are being compared with to provide an output to provide an output of priority intensity values for an employee assessment that produce a system that provides an assessment of each employee. This decision support system helps assess each employee, changes criteria, and changes the weight value. Penjadwalan merupakan aspek yang sangat penting karena didalamnya terdapat elemen perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi bagi suatu perusahaan yang dapat mengirim barang sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan, untuk memperoleh waktu total penyelesaian yang minimum. Masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh PT. ML adalah keterlambatan penyelesaian order yang mempengaruhi delivery time ke tangan costumer karena pelaksanaan penjadwalan produksi dilantai pabrik belum menghasilkan makespan yang sesuai dengan order yang ada. Oleh kaena itu dituntut untuk mencari solusi pemecahan masalah optimal dalam penentuan jadwal produksi untuk meminimisasi total waktu penyelessaian (makespan) semua order. Dalam penelitian ini, penjadwalan menggunakan metode Simulated Annealing (SA) diharapkan dapat menghasilkan waktu total penyelesaian lebih cepat dari penjadwalan yang ada pada perusahaan.   Scheduling is a very important aspect because in it there are elements of planning and production control for a company that can send goods in accordance with a predetermined time, to obtain a minimum total time of completion. The main problem faced by PT. ML is the delay in completing orders that affect delivery time to customer because the implementation of production scheduling on the factory floor has not produced the makespan that matches the existing order. Therefore, it is required to find optimal problem solving solutions in determining the production schedule to minimize the total time of elimination (makespan) of all orders. In this study, scheduling using the Simulated Annealing (SA) method is expected to produce a total time of completion faster than the existing scheduling in the company.

The head of the environment is an extension of the head of the village head in assisting or providing services to the community both in the administration of administration in the village and to other problems. It is natural for a kepling to be appreciated for their performance during their special tenure in the kecamatan field area. Previously, the selection of a dipling in a sub-district was very inefficient and seemed unfair for this exemplary selection to use a system to produce an accurate value, and no intentional element. To overcome the process of selecting an exemplary kepling that experiences these obstacles by using an application called a Decision Support System. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can solve a problem, and this system is also assisted with several methods, namely the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method that can assign weight values to each of the criteria based on their priority level. And to do the ranking or determine an exemplary set using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method, this method provides decision making that takes decisions based on ranking or the highest value.Keywords: Head of Medan Area Subdistrict, SPK, Centroid Rank Order, Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS).

North Sumatra Office of education through the Directorate General of Teachers conducting the election of the head of the school is doing, with these activities the North sumatra Office of education hope school principals have success in education, so demanding to renew the social and professional attitude in managing education led. The election of the head of school is done to be able to improve quality and manage in school education so that it could be improved, so that it is able to answer the challenges of the global era-based excellence. The selection process should be free from the interests of religion, tribe or region. So that the final results of the election, do not cause harm to either party. But in pelaksanaanya there are some parties who feel aggrieved because of the lack of transparency of the assessment process and clear terms for the election of the head of school achievers. Resolve the problem then need to built a decision support system (SPK) which is able to provide the ability to solve problems with the condition of semi structured and unstructured. Use the perangkingan method, it is expected that it may facilitate in providing the principal election decision accomplished using VIKOR. The results obtained in this study is an alternative that has been dirangkingkan.
