Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kinerja guru dan kesiapan belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA Hidayatullah Bontang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 100 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah nilai rapor untuk prestasi belajar dan skala untuk persepsi siswa tetang kinerja guru dan kesiapan belajar. Analisis data dengan uji analisis regresi berganda menggunakan bantuan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa tentang kinerja guru dan kesiapan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA dengan nilai diperoleh F hitung > F tabel (11.059 > 3.09) dan nilai p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). Kontribusi pengaruh (R2) sebesar 0.323 (32.3 persen); (2)Terdapat pengaruh signifikan persepsi siswa tentang kinerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar dengan koefisien nilai beta = 0.496, t hitung > t tabel (3.176 > 1.984) dengan nilai p = 0.000, (p < 0.05); (3) ada pengaruh signifikan kesiapan belajar dengan prestasi belajar dengan koefisien nilai beta = 0.520, t hitung > t tabel (2.102 > 1.984) dan nilai p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). This study aims to determine the effect of student perceptions of teacher performance and student learning readiness on student achievement at Hidayatullah Bontang High School. The research uses a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 100 students who were selected using total sampling technique. Data collection methods are report cards for learning achievement and a scale for students' perceptions of teacher performance and learning readiness. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant effect between students' perceptions of teacher performance and learning readiness on high school students' learning achievement with the value obtained by F arithmetic > F tabel (11.059 > 3.09) and p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05) . The influence contribution (R2) is 0.323 (32.3 percent); (2) There is a significant effect of students' perceptions of teacher performance on learning achievement with a coefficient of beta = 0.496, t count > t tabel (3.176 > 1.984) with p value = 0.000, (p < 0.05); (3) there is a significant effect of learning readiness with learning achievement with a coefficient of beta = 0.520, t count > t tabel (2.102 > 1.984) and p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05).

Background: Environmental awareness (EA) is a part of character education ignored by most students. This indifference tends to affect other students’ by not only in protecting and preserving the current environment but also in preventing and repairing the damage that occurs in the environment. This research analyses students' EA profile, based on the findings of LISREL 8.8 Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Methods: Research subjects included 131 students from Senior High School State 1 Selomerto Wonosobo, Central Java Province, Indonesia. Based on the Slovin formula, the number of samples is representative of the total population (N: 185; error tolerance: 0.05). Data were collected through non-test questionnaires and observation of Strategic Environmental Awareness (SEA). Quantitative descriptive data analysis on EA indicators (Care, Curiosity, Critical, Dependability, Responsibility, and Local Wisdom). Results: The EA profile of high school students was categorised sufficiently. This revealed the following results: a) the SEA instrument is effective in identifying students’ awareness about current environmental issues and meets model fit criteria (P-value 0.25>0.05; RMSEA 0.095; NFI 0.67); b) the SEA instrument is valid and reliable in accurately determining students’ EA profile; c) although the Responsibility profile was significant (t >1.96), other variables did not meet this significance criteria (EA 1a: ‘Care towards environmental damage’ under the Care profile; EA 3b: ‘Contributing towards preserving the environment’ under the Critical profile; and EA 6b: ‘Aware of local potentials’ under the Local Wisdom profile); d) evaluation of the expected changes in SEA is modified through an ethnoscience approach and the socioscientific issues strategy. Conclusions: Students’ lack of awareness of the environment and understanding of their regional potential fails to contribute towards creating a sustainable environment. Profile analysis in exploring attitudes, values, and ethics towards the environment are important, as it helps recognize students’ behaviour.

This research is to study the competencies of teachers and student achievement. Data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, with PNS teacher participants in the Makassar City Education and Culture Office, as for the sample of 183 teacher respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the research results obtained positive and significant competence on the performance of high school teachers in Makassar City, while the evaluation of competencies on student achievement has positive and not significant results on the learning achievement of high school students in Makassar City. Intervening variable test results obtained positive and significant assessment competence on student achievement in high school in Makassar through teacher performance, direct competency complaints against student learning achievement when teacher performance is significant on student learning achievement.

The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of implementation of cooperative learning with group investigation and audiovisual media learning to improve student learning achievement and student`s attitude of love the homeland at junior high school students. The classroom action research was used as research approach. The subjects of research subjects were teachers and 32 students of class VIIIA. The data were analyzed by interactive analysis technique and comparative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate the improvement of learning achievement with an average value of 70 in cycles I, 77 in cycles II, and 81.75 in cycle III. Meanwhile the attitude score for love of the homeland shows improvement with the average yield of 72 in cycles I, 82 in cycles II, and 85 in cycle 3. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the learning model for study Group Investigation with audiovisual learning media had proved to improve the learning achievement and attitude of love the homeland of student in the class VIIIA Sambirejo 2 State Junior High School.

Therefore,</span><span lang="IN">this study aims to describe the influence of mathematics teacher performance and principal managerial competence </span><span>on</span><span lang="IN"> student mathematics learning achievement. The approach in this study is a quantitative (survey). The population was all mathematics teachers and public high school students in Central Lombok, about 793</span><span lang="IN">people. Using the purposive sampling technique obtained a sample </span><span>of</span><span lang="IN"> this study were all mathematics teachers in one of the public high schools in Central Lombok, totaling 187 people. The instruments used were mathematics teacher performance and principals managerial competency questionnaires</span><span>,</span><span lang="IN"> and computer-based national exam tests to measure student mathematics learning achievement. Data analysis was performed using a regression test, namely the t-test </span><span>and </span><span lang="IN">the F-test</span><span>,</span><span lang="IN"> to see the effect </span><span>of </span><span lang="IN">mathematics teacher performance and principal managerial competence (individually and together). The results showed that mathematics teacher performance affected mathematics learning achievement with a t</span><span>-</span><span lang="IN">value of 16.295, and principal managerial competence affected mathematics learning achievement with a t</span><span>-</span><span lang="IN">value of 18.831. Kejadian dismenorea primer di Indonesia sekitar 54,89%, sisanya 45,11% dismenorea sekunder. Dismenorea primer  pada siswi SMP X dari 35 siswi 25 siswi mengalami disminor bila haid. Salah satu pengobatan dismenorea secara non-farmakologis yaitu hipnoterapi. Hipnoterapi merupakan salah satu cara yang mudah, cepat, efektif, dan efisien dalam menjangkau pikiran bawah sadar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hipnoterapi terhadap dismenorea pada siswi SMP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre Eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian one group pre-test-post-test. Jumlah populasi yang didapat 117 orang dan jumlah sampel yang diambil 20 orang, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh secara langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan alat ukur Verbal Descriptor Scale (VDS). Analisis data melalui dua tahapan, yaitu univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji t-dependen. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai rata-rata skala dismenorea sebelum diberikan intervensi adalah 6,50 dan nilai rata-rata sesudah diberikan intervensi adalah 1,35, terdapat pengaruh hipnoterapi terhadap dismenorea (t=17,596, p-value= 0,001). Hipnoterapi dapat disarankan untuk diterapkan sebagai tindakan nonfarmakologis untuk mengatasi dismenorea.Kata kunci: Dismenorea primer, hipnoterapi, SMP.Effect of Hypnotherapy on Alleviating Primary Dysmenorrhea in Junior High School StudentsAbstractThe incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in Indonesia amounts to approximately 54.89%, while another 45.11% is secondary dysmenorrhea. 25 out of 35 female students at SMP Patriot Bangsa (Patriot Bangsa Junior High School) experience primary dysmenorrhea when menstruating. One of nonpharmacological treatments for dysmenorrhea is hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is an easy, fast, effective, and efficient way to treat dysmenorrhea by reaching the subconcious. This research aimed to identify the effect of hypnotherapy on dysmenorrhea in junior high school students. This research used a pre-experimental method with one group pretest- posttest design. The population of this research was 117 students and 20 students were chosen as sample with purposive sampling technique. Data were collected from respondents using Verbal Descriptor Scale (VDS) instrument. Data were analyzed in two steps, univariate and bivariate with t-dependent test. The results showed that the average value of dysmenorrhea before intervention is 6.5 and after intervention is 1.35. Hypnotherapy was found to have an effect on dysmenorrhea (t=17,596, p-value 0,001). It was suggested to the school that they should conduct nonpharmacological interventions such as hypnotherapy as treatment of dysmennorhea.Key words: Dysmenorrhea primer, hypnotherapy, SMP.

The purpose of the study is to improve teacher performance in SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau, how is the principle of increasing teacher permormance. The research method used is descriptive study, observation and documentation, and this study also uses a type of procedure to develop materials. The results of research on principals have implemented leadership strategies well, by discussing the conditions and conditions of teachers, creativity in applying leadership styles, having tips and having motivations that improve to improve teacher performance. The conclusion of this study is that this study is used to improve the performance of high school students, and have high motivation to improve teacher performance. The purpose of quantitative correlational study was to determine the relationship between demographic profile, the parenting styles, and classroom social interaction of the respondents. This study included 209 senior high school students of Quinapondan National High School. The respondents accomplished the questionnaire pertaining to assess parenting style and classroom social interaction of the respondents. Quantitative data analysis methods were used including mean, frequency count and percentage as well as correlational analysis. Age has no significant relationship with the parenting styles. It reflects an index of correlation at .137 and p-value .270. Sex also shows no correlation with the parenting styles. It has an index of correlation .068 and p-value .033. Grade level shows no significant relationship with the parenting styles.  There is an index of correlation of .027 and p-value of .694. Strand shows no significant relationship with the parenting style. There is an index of correlation of .137 and p-value of .141. Family income has a low correlation with the parenting style but has no significance with the index of correlation of .223 and p-value of .141. Lastly, educational attainment of parents has also a low correlation and has significance with the parenting styles in the index of correlation of .241 and p-value of .016.

This study aims to reveal (1) the construct and (2) the characteristics of the developed instrument for assessing Physics cognitive learning achievement of high school students in outdoor learning models through local wisdom-based fieldwork. This research was a research and development using the approach developed by Mardapi (2012: 110). The steps taken included (1) preparing instrument specifications, (2) writing the instrument, (3) reviewing the instrument, (4) doing instrument trial, (5) analyzing the instrument, (6) improving the instrument, assemble the test (8) implementing the test, and (9) interpreting measurement result. The results of the study showed that the  Instrument of cognitive skills consisted of 50 items with two-tier multiple choices focused on indicators of cognitive skills. The instrument was categorized fit the PCM 1PL and the difficulty level of the items ranges from -1,00 to 1,22 which means the items were in a good category. The reliability of the items was 0,89 for the ability ranging from -2 to 2 with standard error measurement 0,23, which means it was in a very high category.

The implementation of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) based on lesson study aimed to determine its effect on the biology learning achievement of high school students. This referred to quasi-experimental research by applying CTL learning based on lesson study to the experimental class and conventional learning in the control class. The population in this study amounted to 286 students (Science X class students of SMA Negeri 2 Jember). The sample in this study was determined through homogeneity test, normality test, and random sampling to determine the control class and the experimental class. The students' affective learning achievement was analyzed by using the independent sample t-test, while their cognitive learning achievement was analyzed by using ANAKOVA test. Based on the test results of the independent sample t-test, it was found that the students' affective learning achievement differed significantly between the students in experimental class and control class. Based on the results of ANAKOVA test, it was known that the application of CTL learning based on Lesson Study has a significant effect on students' cognitive learning achievement.
