Human Resources (HR) occupies a strategic and important place among other resources. In this case the company needs to pay attention to the security of employees while working in the company. One form of protection is to provide Occupational Safety and Health (K3) employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the most dominant factors affecting work accidents in CV. Pacific Harvest Muncar Banyuwangi. The research design used was cross sectional.  The research population is All employees in the production department CV. Pacific Harvest of 273 people and a large sample of 162 people. The sampling technique using Simple random sampling anddata collection using questionnaires and then analyzed using multiple linear regression.The results showed that between attitudes to work accidents no significant effect with significant value = 0.001 <0.05).Between knowledge of accidents of work there is significant influence with significant value = 0,000 <0.05 and there is a behavioral effect on work accidents with significant value = 0.025 <0.05.Based on the research, it is necessary to make the knowledge about K3 more enhanced to form a safe attitude and behavior in working and obeying all regulations and SOP K3 applied by the company.

Workplaces always have various hazard factors that can affect the health of the workforce or can cause work-related disorders or illnesses. Accidents, the essence is an unexpected event and certainly not expected by anyone. These unexpected events, obviously not a form of intentional and not planned in advance. Accidents arise as a result of managing potential hazards and risks to low occupational safety and health. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence employee work accidents at PT. Windu Blambangan Sejati (WBS) Banyuwangi Regency. The research design used was cross sectional. The research population is all employees of PT. Windu Blambangan Sejati (WBS) Banyuwangi Regency and a large sample of 81 people using simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaire sheets was then analyzed using logistic regression tests. The results showed that there was an influence of skills on workplace accidents (p-value = 0.027 <0.05). There is an influence of experience on workplace accidents (p-value = 0.043 <0.05). There is an influence of discipline on workplace accidents (p-value = 0.040 <0.05). There is an influence of Technical factors (availability of equipment) on workplace accidents (p-value = 0.003 <0.05). There is no effect of lay out on work accidents (p-value = 0.420> 0.05). There is no effect of lighting on work accidents (p-value = 0.944> 0.05). There is no noise effect on work accidents (p-value = 0.084> 0.05). Based on these studies, company management pays more attention to these three factors, namely human, technical and environmental by conducting periodic and periodic maintenance

Occupational health and safety is a component of the hospital that must be considered by the hospital. The purpose of his research was to find out related to the occurrence of work accidents based on knowledge of occupational safety and health and the behavior of workers at the Muhammadiyah Hospital. The sampling technique was done by proportional cluster random sampling with a cross sectional approach. The population of all employees working at the Muhammadiyah Hospital. The independent variable is knowledge of occupational safety and health and worker behavior, the dependent variable is work accident, the data is collected by being analyzed by logistic regression test. The results showed that there was an effect of occupational safety and health knowledge on the incidence of workplace accidents (significant value = 0.002 <0.05), there was an influence of behavior on the incidence of workplace accidents (significant value = 0.004 <0.05. all aspects of occupational safety and health, and it is recommended that workers comply with the operationalstandards of occupational safety and health procedures at the Muhammadiyah Hospital

Occupational accident is one of the most frequent problems with workers in the company. This work accident usually occurs because of the factor of the worker himself and the working environment which in this case is from the employer. The purpose of this study is to analyze the most dominant factors that affect the workplace accident prevention efforts on the occurrence of work accidents in CV. Pacific Harvest Muncar Banyuwangi. The research design used was cross sectional. The research population is All employees in the production department CV. Pacific Harvest of 273 people and a large sample of 162 people. The sampling technique using Simple random sampling and data collection using questionnaire then analyzed using logistic regression. The results showed that there is influence of K3 assurance against work accident (p-value = 0,022 <0,05); there is effect of K3 training to work accident (p-value = 0,039 <0,05); there is influence of APD to work accident (p-value = 0,023 <0,05); no effect of workload on work accident (p-value = 0,938> 0,05); and There is no effect of working hours on work accidents (p-value = 0.699> 0.05). The conclusion is expected for the respondent to pay more attention to health and safety while doing his job because of the many factors that can cause the work accident, the use of personal protective equipment according to the rules and always pay attention to the condition of the field and safe action in work will decrease the risk of accident work.

Objectives To determine the health status and the factors affecting health seeking behavior of the senior citizens aged 60years and above.Materials and methods A descriptive cross-sectional study based on household survey was adapted. The sample consisted of 400 senior citizens resident of Dharan. Simple random sampling technique was employed to select the study subject. Individuals were interviewed through self- developed semi-structured pre-tested questionnaires. Descriptive and inferential statistics (chi-squire test) were used.Results Among 400 respondents, the most frequently reported illness were hypertension(29.3%), diabetes mellitus (8.3%), arthritis/joint pain (24.8%), eye problems (19.0%), hearing problems (3.3%), oral health problems (17.5%), digestive system problems (17.8%), respiratory problems (11.0%), heart disease (3.8%), renal problem (5.3%), skin diseases (7.5%), tuberculosis (3.0%), liver disease (3.0%), mental illness (5.75%),fracture (1.0%), Gynecological problems (7.3%) and male genital (6.3%) problems were also noted. Faith healers were the first treatment choice (97.2%) irrespective of age, gender or ethnicity. After that they visited BPKIHS (36.3%), private practitioner (26.3%), self treatment (11.3%) and self drug-use (6.8%). Half of the respondents utilized formal health institutions only in major chronic conditions. Poverty emerged as a major determinant of health seeking behavior and treatment was considered waste of money (indirect effect 64%) and lack of money (35 .5%) followed by poor attitude of health worker (41%).Conclusion The use of faith healer as first treatment provider, self-treatment, drug over counter shop were indicative factors of the inefficient utilization of health facilities in meeting the health needs of the senior citizens, were ranked the major determinants of factors affecting health seeking behavior of the senior citizens. Mothers’ regularity of weighing their children aged <5 yo at Posyandu is crucial to monitor the growth, nutritional status, and health of the children. Several factors could affect mothers’ regularity in weighing their children at Posyandu. This study aimed to identify factors affecting mothers to regularly measure the weight of their children <5 yo at Posyandu in Toobaun Village Kupang District. The study used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study design. The sample was 57 mothers who had under-five children obtained by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews using questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test. The result showed that knowledge (p= 0,002) and distance home-posyandu (p=0,000) associated with mothers’ regularity of weighing their under-five children, while mother’s occupation had no association with mothers’ regularity of weighing their children( p=0,091). Health workers should encourage mothers to measure regularly the weight of their under-five children at Posyandu.

Stunting is condition of nutritional status based on length for age or height for age with Z-score value that equal to or less than minus two standard deviation (-2 SD). Therefore, the purpose this study to analyze the factors affecting of stunting. This cross sectional study done in Dlanggu primary health care. Sample taken with simple random sampling technique amounted to 88 respondents. Colectting data with check list and questionnaire or analyze with chi square and logistic regression. Result of bivariat shows length of born (PR=1,676; 95%CI=1,060-2,651), family income (PR=2,333; 95%CI=1,297-4,199), size of upper arm circumfence of the mother (PR=2,288; 95%CI=1,492-3,508), and complication of pregnant (PR=2,154; 95%CI=1,297-3,578) was risk factor of the stunting in children under five years. The most factor has influenced of stunting based on multivariate thas education of mother, family income and complication of pregnant. Prevention of stunting with successful movement of the first 1000 days of life through improved mutrition of pregnant, given exclusive breast feeding and balanced nutrition in the family.

K3 program aimed to provide security for employees in carrying out their work and reduce company costs. If work accidents and illness arise due to work relations, occupational safety and health (K3) must be a top priority in all companies in order to achieve satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of the level of workforce satisfaction with the K3 program in the AMP (Asphal Mixing Plant) section of PT. Kerinci Development in 2017. The design of this study was descriptive. The population is all labor in PT. Prima Pembangunan Kerinci AMP section with 30 samples. The method of sampling with total sampling technique, the study was conducted in March - August 2017 and the research instrument using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study as many as 13 workers (43.3%) were not satisfied with work safety and as many as 17 workers (56.7%) were not satisfied with the work health of the K3 program in the AMP (Asphal Mixing Plant) PT. Prima Pembangunan Kerinci in 2017. It is hoped that the company leaders will conduct routine health checks every month and also leaders pay more attention to employee safety by providing training on awareness of using personal protective equipment and introducing personal protective equipment and ways of using it, so that employees can use at any time in the event of a work accident.

Work accidents are unwanted and unexpected events. Based on the Loss Caution Model theory, the direct causes of accidents are unsafe action and unsafe conditions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between personal factors and work supervision and unsafe action in welding workers at the Abun Las Workshop. This research type is quantitative with cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all welding workers, amounting to 34 people. The sampling technique was using the total sampling technique. The research instruments used in this study were questionnaires and observation sheets. The data obtained were processed by using the chi square statistical test with the degree of significance (α) = 0.05. The results of the analysis of the relationship between personal factors and work supervision with unsafe action on welding workers at the Las Abun Workshop are described as follows: personal factors (p value = 0.002) <α (0.05), this means that there is a significant relationship between personal factors (knowledge) and unsafe action on welding workers at the Las Abun Workshop, work supervision (p value = 0.038) <α (0.05), this means that there is a significant relationship between work supervision and unsafe action on welding workers at the Las Abun Workshop. Suggestions for the Abun Welding Workshop industry It is better if the Welding Workshop Industry has Occupational Safety and Health (K3) experts who can control and supervise all activities of welding workers at any time.

Abstrak Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan gembiraloka zoo Yogyakarta. Pada penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan yaitu karyawan gembiraloka zoo sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa variabel keselamatan, kesehatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen kinerja karyawan. Ada pengaruh secara simultan pada variabel independen keselamatan bersama kesehatan kerja terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan. Dari kedua variabel independen yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu kesehatan kerja, kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi variabel independen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sebesar 64,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 35,1% dipengaruhi factor lain.Kata Kunci :  Keselamatan kerja, Kesehatan kerja, kinerja karyawanAbstrackThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of employees of Yogyakarta Zoo. In this study the sample used was 45 respondents from gembiraloka zoo. The sampling technique used for this study was simple random sampling. The results of the analysis indicate that the variable safety, occupational health partially significant effect on the dependent variable of employee performance. There is a simultaneous influence on the independent variable with occupational health on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Of the two independent variables that were most dominant on employee performance, namely occupational health, employee performance was influenced by the independent variable occupational safety and health by 64.9%, while the remaining 35.1% was influenced by other factors.Keywords :  Work safety, Occupational health, employee performance
