A school is a place for students to meet and learn, as well as to improve and refine their behavior to be excellent in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. To realize this, students try to highlight all their abilities. However, slight friction appeared, which impacted individual and even group conflicts. The abuse attitude is performed in disrespectful action, mocking, unrespectful debating. They are happened both inside and outside the school. This study describes the importance of Christian Religious Education Teachers' (PAK) Role in preventing and resolving conflicts. The method used in this research was the descriptive qualitative research method. Data were collected through observation, interview, literature study. After that, they are analyzed in-depth and described descriptively. The result shows that Christian Religious Education Teachers' role as communicators is an effective way to resolve student conflict.

Timorese culture is patriarchal in that men are more dominant than women. As if women were not considered in traditional rituals so that an understanding was built that valued women lower than men. However, in contrast to the article to be studied, this would like to see the priority of women’s roles in traditional marriages in Belle village, South Central Timor. The role of women wiil be seen from giving awards to their parents called puah mnasi manu mnasi. This paper aims to look at the meaning of the rituals of puah mnasi maun mnasi and the role and strengths that women have in traditional marriage rituals in the village of Belle, South Central Timor. The method used for this research is a qualitative research method using interview techniques with a number of people in the Belle Villa community and literature study to strengthen this writing. Based on the data obtained this paper shows that the adat rituals of puah mnasi manu mnasi provide a value that can be learned, namely respect for women, togetherness between the two families, and brotherhood that is intertwined due to customary marital affrairs.

Abstract: The purpose of writing this article is to explain learning strategies that are relevant in the 5.0 era of society in learning Christian religious education. The author observes that the learning strategy is a means to achieve the learning objectives that have been set. Because one of the challenges faced by teachers today is the development of technology. The era of society 5.0 demands a teacher to be more creative, innovative and informative. That's why, the author reviews this paper to provide some tricks and tips so that teachers are able to compete and use appropriate learning strategies in the era of society 5.0. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method by examining the learning strategies of Christian religious education in the era of society 5.0. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method by examining the learning strategies of Christian religious education in the era of society 5.0. The results obtained in this study show that one of the learning strategies for Christian religious education in the era of society 5.0 that are still relevant are participatory strategies, inquiry strategies, discovery learning strategies, cooperative strategies, and blended learning strategies. Thus, the era of society 5.0 is a community concept that was developed to apply and balance the use of technology in everyday life so that access occurs in virtual space and physical space to solve social problems in order to create super smart humans.Abstrak: Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah menjelaskan strategi pembelajaran yang relevan di era society 5.0 dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Penulis mengamati bahwa strategi pembelajaran merupakan sarana untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang sudah ditetapkan. Karena salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru saat ini adalah perkembangan teknologi. Era society 5.0 menuntut seorang guru untuk lebih kreatif, inovatif dan informatif. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengkaji tulisan ini untuk memberi beberapa trik dan tips agar guru-guru mampu bersaing dan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat di era society 5.0. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengkaji strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di era society 5.0. Hasil yang dapatkan dalam kajian ini menunjukan bahwa salah satu strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di era society 5.0 yang masih relevan adalah strategi partisipatif, strategi inkuiri, strategi discovery learning, strategi koorperatif, dan strategi blended learning. Dengan demikian  bahwa era society 5.0 adalah sebuah konsep masyarakat yang dikembangkan untuk mengaplikasikan dan menyeimbangkan penggunaan teknologi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga terjadinya akses dalam ruang virtual dan ruang fisik untuk memecahkan masalah sosial agar terciptanya manusia yang super smart.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fenomena berbahasa Indonesia pada peserta didik, bagaimana pandangan rekonstruksionisme dan peran metode komunikatif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa pada peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dilakukan dengan teknik. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini, yaitu peserta didik masih kesulitan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar pada situasi formal. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari pemerolehan dan pembelajaran bahasa yang diperoleh peserta didik sebelumnya. Dengan berpijak pada teori rekonstruksionisme dan metode komunikatif, peserta didik dapat memperoleh dan menggunakan suatu bahasa dengan baik jika bahasa itu sering digunakan atau bersifat komunikatif. Hal ini mengimplikasikasikan bahwa seseorang dapat membangun kemampuan berbahasa dari pengalaman-pengalaman yang diperolehnya, artinya peserta didik harus sering mengalami atau menggunakan bahasa tersebut. Adapun peran dari metode komunikatif itu sendiri, yaitu meningkatkan atau mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa peserta didik. Peran sekolah dan guru adalah mendorong anak untuk menggunakan bahasa-bahasa tersebut dengan mencipatakan situasi-situasi tertentu (situasi komunikatif) agar kemampuan berbahasa peserta didik berkembang dengan baik, baik itu berbahasa Indonesia maupun berbahasa Asing.</p><p><em>This study aims to find out the phenomenon of Indonesian language in learners, how the views of reconstructionism and the role of communicative methods in developing language skills in learners. The research method that I use is qualitative research method. Descriptive qualitative research method is done by technique. The results of this study, namely learners are still difficult to use the Indonesian language is good and true in the formal situation. This can not be separated from the acquisition and learning of language obtained by previous learners. Based on the theory of reconstructionism and communicative methods, learners can acquire and use a language well if the language is often used or communicative. This implies that a person can build the language skills of the experiences he / she obtains, meaning that learners should often experience or use the language. The role of the communicative method itself, which is to improve or develop the language skills of learners. The role of schools and teachers is to encourage children to use these languages by creating specific situations (communicative situations) so that the language skills of learners develop well, be it Indonesian-speaking or foreign languages.  </em></p>

The focus of this study is the role of communication media in improving students achievement at Faculty of Da'wa and Communication, Al-Aziziyah Samalanga. To answer the focus of the study thoroughly and in depth, in this study used a descriptive qualitative research method that is useful to provide facts and data about the communication media of students at Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, IAI Al-Aziziyah. The data obtained were analyzed using the theory of usage and satisfaction in order to obtain several activities when communicating. From the results of the study it was found that: (1) communication media used by students  of Da'wah and communication Faculty, IAI Al-Aziziyah namely books, newspapers, magazines, television, BBM, Line, Whatsapp, Facebook, Youtube and kompas.com (2) the way how to use media student communication of Da'wah and Communication Faculty, IAI Al-Aziziyah namely; join the Whatsapp, BBM, Line group with the aim of exchanging information between friends, faculty, or even between campuses, watching the training videos related to lectures, following a kind of toefl school on Facebook. The role of the communication media in improving the achievements of students of Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, Al-Aziziyah Samalanga is to make it easier for them to look for references because wherever and whenever they can access them. So as to shorten and save time and place.

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap penggunaan deiksis persona, tempat, waktu, wacana, dan sosial dalam novel Rahwana karya Anand Neelakantan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik Pemerolehan data dengan menggunakan studi pustaka/dokumentasi. Objek Penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah deiksis dalam novel Rahwana karya Anand Neelakantan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) deiksis persona menyebabkan tokoh-tokoh dalam novel Rahwana berpindah-pindah peran menjadi pembicara seperti aku, kita, dan kami. Peran menjadi lawan bicara atau yang diajak bicara seperti kau dan kalian. Peran menjadi yang dibicarakan seperti dia dan mereka. 2) Deiksis tempat menyebabkan rujukan tempat berpindah-pindah jaraknya� berdasarkan peristiwa bahasa dan konteksnya 3) Deiksis waktu dapat menyebabkan rentang waktu berpindah-pindah rujukannya. 4) Deiksis wacana dapat menyebabkan rujukan dapat berpindah-pindahnya keterangan dari rujukan� dalam bentuk sebelum atau bisa menjadi setelahnya 5) Deiksis sosial dapat menyebabkan perbedaan tingkatan seseorang, seperti jabatan atau kasta yang berubah-ubah berdasarkan pelaku peristiwa bahasa dan konteksnya.KATA KUNCI: Analisis deiksis persona, deiksis tempat, deiksis waktu, deiksis wacana, dan deiksis sosial. �������������� ��ABSTRACT: This study aims to reveal the use of persona, place, time, discourse, and social deixis in Rahwana's novel by Anand Neelakantan. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Data acquisition techniques using literature study / documentation. The object of research in this study is deixis in the novel Rahwana by Anand Neelakantan. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Deixis persona causes the characters in Rahwana's novel to move into the role of speakers like me, us, and us. The role of being the person you're talking to or being talked to as you and you are. The role of being talked about like him and them. 2) Deixis of place causes a reference to a place to move its distance based on language events and context 3) Deixis of time can cause a span of time to move its reference. 4) Deiksis discourse can cause references can move information from references in the form before or can become after 5) Social deixis can cause differences in a person's level, such as position or caste that changes based on the perpetrators of language events and context.KEY WORDS: Analysis deixis persona, deixis place , deixis time , deixis of discours,and deixis social

This study deals with Persuasive Technique of Commercial Advertisement on Billboard in Medan. This study is aimed at analyzing: (1) persuasive technique applied in the commercial advertisement on billboard in Medan, and (2) the reason of using the persuasive technique in the billboard commercial advertisement. It employs descriptive qualitative research method to conduct this study with. The data of this study are pictures and writings in 33 the commercial advertisements which were displayed at Jl. Gatot Subroto and Jl. Gadjah Mada, Medan. The data is analyzed by using the theories from Keraf (1991) about the persuasive techniques. There are seven techniques were applied in the billboard commercial advertisements, they are Rationalization (10 of 33 advertisements), Identification (13 of 33 advertisements), Suggestion (20 of 33 advertisements), Conformity (7 of 33 advertisements), Compensation (9 of 33 advertisements),  Displacement (1 of 33 advertisements), and Projection (7 of 33 advertisements). One advertisement could use more than one persuasive techniques. Furthermore, the reason why the persuaders applied the persuasive techniques is to make their readers believed what they said and wanted to buy and consume the products.

This study aims to describe the representation of sex education in the film Dua Garis Biru by director Gina S. Noer. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method uses Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis with two-way significance and the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The subjects of this study are Dara and Bima, the object of this study is a sign of sex education represented in scenes, dialogues, and characters in films. Methods of data collection by observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The film Dua Garis Biru tells the story of how Dara and Bima, two teenagers, must be responsible for the consequences that they did not think of before due to free sex. This film also illustrates the important role of parents in communicating information about sex to children. The results of this study indicate that there is a picture of sex education in the film Two Blue Lines. It was concluded that the side or form of sex education is displayed in scenes, dialogues, or characters that insert the importance of knowing sex education and knowing the consequences of every action related to sex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan representasi pendidikan seks  dalam Film Dua Garis Biru karya sutradara Gina S. Noer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes dengan signifikan dua arah dan pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dara dan Bima, objek penelitian ini adalah tanda pendidikan seks yang direpresentasikan dalam adegan, dialog, dan karakter dalam film. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Film Dua Garis Biru bercerita tentang bagaimana Dara dan Bima, dua remaja harus bertanggung jawab atas konsekuensi yang tidak mereka pikirkan sebelumnya karena melakukan seks pranikah. Film ini juga menggambarkan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengkomunikasikan informasi tentang seks kepada anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gambaran tentang pendidikan seks dalam film. Sisi atau bentuk pendidikan seks ditampilkan dalam cuplikan adegan, dialog, atau karakter tokoh yang menyisipkan pentingnya mengenal pendidikan seks dan mengetahui konsekuensi dari setiap perbuatan yang berhubungan dengan seks.

Libraries have used media development as part of the culture to influence people to use the library. An example of the use of media as a means of mediation is the PerpuSeru program. Previously, this program partnered with 34 libraries, but currently, the PerpuSeru program has partnered with more than 400 libraries and reading parks in Indonesia. One of the media used in transferring information is Instagram; PerpuSeru has an Instagram account namely @perpuseru in which various information about the PerpuSeru program is available and the extent to which the program is running. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the followers’ perceptions in receiving information provided on the @ perpuseru Instagram by decoding-encoding theory, to examine the extent this theory developed in a media in the present era, and the role the theory played in the media. This study used the descriptive qualitative research method by interviewing some followers of the @perpuseru account. The result found two different views from followers, namely followers with a hegemonic dominant point of view who accepted all the content of information conveyed, and others with a negative perspective who had other considerations in receiving information on the posts of @perpuseru account. However, there were no followers with optional viewpoints. It can be concluded that the two perspectives of @perpuseru Instagram followers are the hegemonic and negative perspective.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan Tempat Pembuangan Sementara (Sampah) yang ada di kecamatan pamekasan. Manfaat pada penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya kebersihan dilingkungan sekitar dan tershindar dari segala penyakit dan dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan untuk memberikan pelayanan lebih baik lagi terhadap masyarakat. Khususnya untuk membangun Tempat Pembuangan Sementara (Sampah) yang ada dikecamatan pamekasan. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini dengan pengumpulan data, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian berupa tempat sampah sementara, pembuangan samentara (sampah) berdasarkan hasil penelitian kriteria penempatan TPS / TPS 3R sudah sesuai dalam pasal 20 permen PU nomer 03/PRT/M/2013, maka di temukan 12 desa untuk  penempatan TPS yang ada di kecamatan pamekasan, dengan jumlah tempat sampah 77 TPS. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan; Penentuan;  SIG; (Sampah) TPS  Abstract: This study aims to determine the Temporary Disposal Place (Garbage) in Pamekasan sub-district. The benefits of this study can increase public awareness about the importance of cleanliness in the surrounding environment and avoid all diseases and can be taken into consideration to provide better service to the community. Especially to build Temporary Disposal Sites (Garbage) in the Pamekasan sub-district. This descriptive qualitative research method uses data, observation, and documentation. The results of the study were temporary trash cans, waste disposal based on the results of the research, the criteria for placing TPS / TPS 3R were in accordance with article 20 of the PU Candy number 03 / PRT / M / 2013, so 12 villages were found to place TPS in Pamekasan sub-district , with the TOTAL 77 TPS trash cans. Keywords: determination; environment; of GIS; TPS (waste)

The presence of big companies holding the certificate of cultivation right on lands or <em>hak guna usaha</em> in Mesuji, Lampung has triggered numerous land conflicts. Various efforts have been made, but in fact, they have not been able to resolve the conflicts. A new approach in resolving the conflicts is, thus, needed. This article, using descriptive-qualitative research method, tries to present a new model of resolution of land conflicts in Mesuji, Lampung Province, based on local wisdom called <em>piil pesenggiri</em>, the philosophical values of Lampung people. Piil pesenggiri itself is a sense of self-esteem; it is principles the Lampung people must follow in order to live in dignity. The article argues that the values contained in piil pesenggiri can be used to resolve the land conflicts in Mesuji since they have been inherent in the life of Lampung society. The values are such as <em>juluk adek</em> (principles of success), <em>nemuin yimah</em> (principles of respect), <em>nengah nyappur</em> (principles of equality), and <em>sakai sambayan</em> (principles of cooperation). All those values are a manifestation of peace culture that can be used as a medium of conflict resolution.
