Research objectives to be achieved from this study are to analyze and prove: Transformational leadership influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Jam-sostek (Persero) Branch Surabaya. Organizational culture influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Branch Surabaya. Transformational leadership influence on the performance of employees of PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Branch Surabaya. Organizational culture influence on employee performance PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Branch Surabaya. Job satisfaction influence on the performance of employees of PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Branch Surabaya.The study subjects taken as many as 111 people, this number is expected to have a minimum number of eligible study sample. Data analysis technique used is to use the software SPSS and AMOS-SEM.The results showed that: Transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant and positive influence on job satisfaction.Transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance . Organizational culture has a significant and positive impact on employee performance.   Human resource plays important role and the most dominant factors in organization. Employee performance can be measured by various indicators, one of which is job satisfaction. This research employs descriptive approach with collected primary and secondary data in describing the effect of carrier development and culture organization on teacher performance through job satisfaction. The population of this research include all teacher are 46 respondent. Data analysis technique use path analysis. The result of this research found that carrier development through job satisfaction indirectly has positive influence or significance toward teacher performance. Besides that, organizational culture through job satisfaction indirectly also has positive influence or significance toward teacher performance. <p>The researcher aims to know how the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction with employee performance (Case Study of PT. STATE<br />ELECTRIC COMPANY (Persero) Distribution Jakarta Raya). Hypothesis used in this research: Organizational culture have an effect on to job satisfaction, work motivation influence to<br />job satisfaction, organizational culture influence to employee performance, work motivation influence to employee performance, job satisfaction influence to employee performance. The data were collected by using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study is 1780 employees, with sampling used in this study is probability sampling, with the technique of sample random sampling from the total of the existing population then the<br />sample of the study of 327 respondents. Instrument calibration was performed to test the validity of grain and product moment and reliability was calculated using the coefficient of<br />cronbach's alpha. The hypothesis used in this research is to use the tenure of Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The results of this study conclude that the organizational<br />culture variables affect the job satisfaction, while organizational culture affects the performance of the rich. It can be concluded that organizational culture and job satisfaction have an influence on employee performance. Motivation of work has an influence on job satisfaction, while work motivation has an influence on employee performance. It can be concluded that the motivation of work more influence on job satisfaction when compared to employee performance. Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. Overall, which has the most influence on employee performance is job satisfaction. Based on the results of these studies, in improving employee performance requires an individual attitude that is emotional to the job with job responsibilities.</p>

Good human resource management in a company not only imposes leadership power on its employees, but how a leader can also wisely receive complaints or suggestions conveyed by his employees for the common good, so that employees feel at home and comfortable while working improving employee performance is through improvements in leadership and work environment. These improvements are expected to foster job satisfaction for employees. Increased job satisfaction is also expected to have an impact on increasing the performance of employees themselves. Leadership and work environment have an influence on job satisfaction and employee performance in the finance company PT. Adira Denpasar 1 Branch, involving a number of respondents. Respondent data will be processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method through the Smart PLS 2.0 M3 program. The results found that leadership has a positive impact on job satisfaction but the relationship does not have a significant effect while the work environment has a significant and positive influence on performance, and job satisfaction has a positive impact on performance but does not have a significant effect. The results of statistical tests that show no significance are caused by indicators of lack of leaders in carrying out their roles in carrying out their duties and ordering their employees to achieve goals.

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable on employees of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents with the sampling technique saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research includes regretion analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. Furthermore, processing the data that has been obtained is processed with SPSS tools. Based on the results explains that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, 4) OCB has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, 5) organizational culture has no effect on ocb, 6) transformational leadership style has no effect on OCB, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 8) ocb does not mediate the effect organizational culture on employee performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 10) OCB is able to mediate the influence of commitment or ganization of employee performance.

The purpose of this research is (1) to know how much influence of motivation to job satisfaction, (2) to know how big influence of transformational leadership style to job satisfaction (3) to know how big influence of organizational culture to job satisfaction, (4) (5) to find out how big influence of leadership style of trasnformasional to employee performance, (6) to know how big influence of organizational culture to employee performance, (7) to know how big influence collectively between variable On employee performance with through job satisfaction variable. Respondents in this study as many as 115 people, the respondents are employees CV. Sinar Jaya Tegal. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run through AMOS program as its analysis tool. The result of data analysis proved that motivation influence to job satisfaction by 32% while for the transformational leadership style to job satisfaction get 6% and for organizational culture have no effect to job satisfaction is proved with minus value equal to (-14%). And for the relationship of motivation to employee performance have significant influence with 34%, transformational leadership style to employee performance have significant influence with value 17%, and for organizational culture to employee performance have significant influence with 4% and to influence collectively between motivation, Transformational leadership style and organizational culture to employee performance where through job satisfaction fulfillment got influence 39%, and the rest influenced by other factors which not in carefully in this research.  Keywords:  Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

This study examines the influence of organizational culture, labor relations, work environment, leadership and compensation to employees satisfaction John Gabriel Foundation at Kornit, Rembang. The hypothesis in this study are the organizational culture influence on employee job satisfaction, labor relations influence on employee job satisfaction, work environment influence on employee job satisfaction, leadership influence on employee job satisfaction and compensation effect on employee job satisfaction John Gabriel in Kornit, Rembang. Based on the analysis of data it can be seen that the organizational culture, labor relations, work environment and leadership had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. While compensation significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

This research is motivated by the performance of PDAM employees in Banten Province which is not yet optimal. One of the factors is the low level of employee satisfaction which is caused by the lack of transformational leadership, the low of organizational culture and the low of employee work motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and employee work motivation on employee satisfaction and its implications on the performance of PDAM employees in Banten Province. This study use descriptive and verification approach. The sample used in this research is 284 PDAM employees in Banten Province with population size 1,092 employees. The analysis method of this study is the Path Analysis. The results of this study found that there is a direct influence of transformational leadership on employee satisfaction (23.32%), the direct influence of organizational culture on employee satisfaction (8.12%) and the direct influence of employee work motivation on employee satisfaction (10,28%). Simultaneously, the influence of independent variable on employee satisfaction is 69,02%, and the other factors that is not studied in this research but also affect the employee satisfaction is 30.98%. The effect of employee satisfaction on employee performance is 81.70%, while the other factors that is not studied in this research but also affect the employee satisfaction is 18.30%.Keywords: Transformational leadership, organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance.

This paper examines organizational culture, leadership, employee performance and job satisfaction at Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia. During the two periods of the current incumbent dean leadership, there are still many unresolved problems mainly problems related to human resources quality, employee discipline, low performance and others. This situation might occur due to the absence of clear written organizational culture in the Faculty of Humanities. Based on the background above, this paper will discuss how organizational culture and job satisfaction mediate leadership and job performance in order to support the implementation of academic activities at Universitas Indonesia, especially the Faculty of Humanities. The results show that (1) leadership has positive influence on employee performance, organizational culture, and job satisfaction (2) organizational culture has positive influence on employee performance (3) job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance (4) organizational culture becomes the mediator between leadership and employee performance (5) job satisfaction becomes the mediator between leadership and employee performance.

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Transformational Leadership Styles on Employee Performance With Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal.This study aims to test the influence of organizational culture (X1), work motivation (X2) and transformational leadership style (X3) on employee performance (Y2) through job satisfaction (Y1) in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal. This study took a sample of 62 respondent. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis.The results show the influence of organizational culture on positive but insignificant job satisfaction, the influence of transfomasional leadership motivation and style on positive and significant job satisfaction; the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is insignificant and positive; the influence of motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance is significant and positive; and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is significant and positive.Keywords: Job Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is influence of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, procedural fairness to employee performance with moderation variable that is Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Source of data is primer using the questionnaire taken on the object of research of Bank Syariah Batam with the number of samples as much as 150 respondents of Bank Syariah employees. The research used quantitative descriptive analysis and processed data with SPSS 22 that is regression analysis and path analysis. The results show that there is a positive influence of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, procedural justice on employee performance. Transformational leadership, job satisfaction affects OCB, but procedural justice has no effect on OCB. OCB mediates transformational leadership on employee performance, OCB also mediates job satisfaction on employee performance, but OCB does not mediate procedural justice
