The role of museums in Indonesian society is still very minimal. From a marketing perspective, it can be said museum in Indonesia have not been utilizing the concept of marketing communication. One of the museum in Surabaya is the Museum of Health Dr. Adhyatma, MPH. For the manager of the museum 's need to pay attention to the factors that can stimulate consumers are sourced from marketers or often called the marketing mix, such as: product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence, so as to improve customer service visit the visitor's interest Health Museum of Dr. Adhyatma, MPH Surabaya. This research was conducted in order to determine and analyze the influence of eight factors of marketing mix to interest visitors to visit the Museum of Health Dr Adhyatma, MPH Surabaya. In terms of the method used, this study is a conclusive studies with statistical hypothesis testing coupled with the aim to test the hypotheses put forward. Form of survey research design, the research conducted by distributing questionnaires. The samples were 135 visitors Museums of Health Dr. Adhyatma, MPH Surabaya. The scale of measurement in this study is using a Likert Scale. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ). The conclusion that can be drawn from this finding is variable product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence, and customer service significant positive effect on the interest of visitors to the Museum of Health Dr. Adhyatma, MPH Surabaya. In connection with the matter, the manager of the museum needs to provide training to employees on a regular basis and in accordance with their respective sectors, respectively, so that later an employee is able to provide fast service and appropriate expectations of visitors.Keywords: product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence, customer service and visitor interest

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix consisting of product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence against the decision of consumers to buy services superior rooms at Hotel Santika Pontianak. Descriptive method used in this study, with data obtained through observation, interviews, and questionnaires to all consumers who ever bought a superior room service at Hotel Santika Pontianak. Sample of 100 people were selected using purposive sampling technique taken from consumers who ever bought a superior room service. Variables used in this research consisted of independent variables and the dependent variable, independent variable used consists of the product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), where (X4), people (X5), process (X6), and evidence physical (X7). The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis of regression. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix consisting of product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence simultaneously significantly influence the consumer's decision to buy services of superior rooms at Hotel Santika Pontianak, whereas only a partial and processes influence the consumer's decision to buy services. Factor of product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence influence the consumer's decision to buy services of superior rooms at Hotel Santika Pontianak by 44.3% while the remaining 55.7% is influenced by other factors outside of this research

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran (marketing mix 7-p) yang meliputi product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, procces terhadap keputusan pembelian Thiwul Ayu Mbok Sum; 2) menganalisis rumusan strategi pemasaran di Thiwul Ayu Mbok Sum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Metode pelaksanaan penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus. Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan secara sampling incidental yang berjumlah 120 orang. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis dan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan variabel eksogen meliputi Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Physical Evidence, Procces, sedangkan  purchase decision sebagai variabel endogen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ini bahwa bauran pemasaran 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, procces) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan pengaruh tertinggi didominasi oleh variabel physical evidence dengan nilai estimate 0.112 dan pengaruh terendah adalah variabel price dengan nilai estimate 0,095. Rumusan strategi pemasaran yang didapatkan yaitu mempertahankan desain tata ruang di Thiwul Ayu Mbok Sum.

This study examines the analysis of marketing mix (7P) effect to buying decision at Sentra Snack Store. Marketing mix (7P) are product, price, place, and promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. The main theory used is Theory of Reasoned Action by Fishbein and Ajzen (1975). The method used by this research is a quantitative research method, where the data is measured numerically and used Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square. Theprogram used SmartPLS 3.3.3. The research was held at Sentra Snack Store, located in Surabaya with seventy samples of Sentra Snack Store customers. The results are Product and Price have a significant effect to Buying Decisions at Sentra Snack Store, while Promotion, Place, People, Process, and Physical Evidence do not. These results can be used as a basis for developing related strategies because they will further affect the company's sales and profit turnover.

Tujuan penelitian – Penelitian ini membahas tentang Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Keputusan Mahasiswa Memilih Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Palembang. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Personal traits, Process, dan Physical Evidence terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Palembang.Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang kuliah di lima perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Palembang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 mahasiswa yang dijadikan sebagai responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Temuan – Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa: 1). Secara parsial didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif Product, dan Promotion terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Palembang, sedangkan Price, Place, Personal traits, Process, dan Physical Evidence tidak berpengaruh secara segnifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Palembang. 2) Secara simultan didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Palembang.Keterbatasan penelitian – Penelitian ini fokus meneliti tentang faktor bauran pemasaran yang mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa, terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang dapat dikembangkan untuk penelitian lanjutan seperti branding, jasa maupun faktor perilaku konsumen lainnya.Originality/value – Penelitian ini membandingkan bauran pemasaran dari organisasi yang sejenis yaitu perguruan tinggi swasta di kota Palembang.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This research focuses on the effect of marketing mix on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the city Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were 150culinary customers in the city of Banda Aceh. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) or models structural equation modeling with program AMOS 4. The results showed that the marketing mix of product, price, location and service variables had an effect on customer loyalty, only location and service have an effect on customer loyalty for purchasing culinary products in the city of Banda Aceh.</span></em>

Customers 'interest in owning a house through a KPR, apart from the urge to fulfill their need for a comfortable and nice place to live, is also related to how the KPR is marketed so that it attracts customers' interest. Or in other words, how is the marketing mix strategy implemented to attract buyers to the mortgage offered. The marketing mix includes products, prices, promotions, locations, people, processes and physical evidence.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of factors including: product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence on customer interest in KPR at PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch. The research data comes from a questionnaire distributed to 86 respondents who are KPR BNI Griya customers, using probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The analytical tool used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test.The results of this study indicate that the results of the t test on each research variable concluded that partially accepting the hypothesis point 1 and rejecting some of the hypothesis point 1, because it is proven that the location factor has a significant influence, while the product, price, promotion, people, process and Physical evidence does not have a significant effect on customer interest in the KPR PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch. The results of the F test on all the variables studied conclude that accepting the hypothesis point 2, because it is proven that the factors which include: product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence together have a significant influence on customer interest in KPR PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada Kozko Digital Printing Surabaya. Variabel bauran pemasaran jasa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, dan process. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh pelanggan yang pernah menggunakan jasa Kozko Digital Printing pada tahun 2020 dan telah tercatat dalam database. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan model Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan diolah dengan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasildari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel product, price, place, people, dan process berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Kozko Digital Printing, sedangkan variabel promotion dan physical evidence tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Kozko Digital Printing dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kozko Digital Printing ke depannya diharapkan dapat memperluas variasi produknya dengan memasuki produk berbasis digital dan juga menambah platform penjualannya memasuki online platform.

<p>This research was directed to decide the impact of the seven parts of the marketing mix on inpatient satisfaction. This research was conducted at XYZ Hospital Bekasi, involving 100 inpatients. Information assortment was done by appropriating questionnaires containing 40 questions related to marketing mix and satisfaction with a Likert Scale of 1-5 based on convenience sampling method. Data were analyzed by SEM method based on PLS. The aftereffects of this examination found that the seven P marketing mix components (product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, and process) was proven to have a positive impact on patient fulfillment.</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of product, people, process and physical evidence on customer loyalty St PT. Samudera Shipping Services - Surabaya. The variables used in this study are the independent variable ( X ) consisting of the Product ( X1 ) , People ( X2 ) , Process ( X3 ) , and Physical Evidence and the dependent variable ( Y ) that is customer loyalty. The theory used is Kotler & Keller ( 2009 ) marketing mix refers to the concept of the traditional marketing mix consists of 4Ps , namely product , price , place / location and promotion expanded with the addition of non- traditional elements , namely people , physical facilities and processes to be seven elements (7P) . However, the study was taken 4 P, which are product, people, process and physical evidence. And the Sheth theory on Tjiptono (2012:482) customer loyalty is a deeply held commitment to re- buy or subscribe to a product / service consistently preferred in the future, giving rise to a series of purchase of the product or the same product over and over, despite situational influences and marketing efforts have the potential to cause switching behavior to similar competitors. This study of causal research is looking for a research and describe the relationship (cause and effect) and the effect of study variables to be concluded (Maholtra , 2005 , p.100 ) . The population that will be used and examined in this study are customers of PT. Samudera Shipping Services Branch Office Surabaya in 2011-2013. Data analysis techniques used in this research is to use the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). The study results showed that the product variable significant positive effect on loyalty , the value of t - statistic greater than 1.96 indicates that 3,020 . These results indicate that the first hypothesis , H1 : Product effect on loyalty , is accepted . For people variable has no effect on customer loyalty , the value of t - statistics that show less than 1.96 which is 1,163 . So the second hypothesis ( H2 ) "The effect on customer loyalty " , be rejected . Process Variables significant positive effect on customer loyalty , the value of t - statistic greater than 1.96 indicates that 2,420 . These results indicate that the third hypothesis ( H3 ) " Process effect on customer loyalty " stated diterima.Variabel physical evidence significant positive effect on customer loyalty , the value of t - statistic greater than 1.96 indicates that 5,335. These results indicate that the fourth hypothesis ( H4 ) " Physical evidence effect on customer loyalty " , is accepted.Keyword : product, people, process ,physical evidence, customer loyalty

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh produk, harga, promosi, lokasi, orang, proses dan bukti fisik terhadap peningkatan penjualan tenaga listrik pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pinrang, serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel bauran pemasaran yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan tenaga listrik pada perusahaan PT PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pinrang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa produk, harga, promosi, lokasi, orang, proses dan bukti fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan tenaga listrik pada PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pinrang. Dari hasil pengujian regresi maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan tenaga listrik pada PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pinrang adalah harga. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence on the increase in electricity sales at PT PLN (Persero) Pinrang Service Implementation Unit, as well as to identify and analyze the marketing mix variables that have the most dominant influence on the increase in sales of electricity at the company PT PLN (Persero) Pinrang Service Implementation Unit. The technique of collecting data is through distributing questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence have a positive and significant effect on the increase in electricity sales at PT. PLN (Persero) Pinrang Service Implementation Unit. From the results of regression test, it can be concluded that the variable that has a dominant effect on the increase in electricity sales at PT. PLN (Persero) Pinrang Service Implementation Unit is the price.
