This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, and adversity quotient on Physics problem solving. This research is based on the low problem solving of Physics, caused by self-efficacy and adversity quotient. The research used a quantitative approach, survey method with path analysis technique. A sample of 100 students selected at random. The data collection technique used questionnaires to measure self-efficacy, and adversity quotient, while the essay question was used to measure the Physics problem solving on the electric current matter. The result of the path coefficient calculation in the path analysis model is more than 0.05 which means significant. Physics problem-solving path coefficient on self-efficacy 0.222, with contribution 4.92%. Physics problem-solving coefficient on adversity quotient is 0.290 (8.41%). The contribution of self-efficacy to adversity quotient is 7.18% with path coefficient 0.268. The result shows that adversity quotient has a more dominant influence on Physics problem-solving.The results of the study show that: (1) self-efficacy has a positive effect on Physics problem solving, (2) adversity quotient has positive effect on Physics problem solving, (3) self-efficacy has positive effect on adversity quotient, and (4) self-efficacy gives an indirect effect on Physics problem solving through adversity quotient.

The objective of this study is to determine whether there is a direct or indirect effect of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on the performance of IAIN Curup lecturers. Based on pre-observation, the low frequency of lecturers' attendance which did not reach sixteen meetings, the difficulty to meet the Academic advisor for consultation, inappropriate expertise of lecturers, and some of the incompetent lecturers became the background leading the researchers to examine the performance of the IAIN Curup lecturers. In this study, there were three variables. A purposive sampling was used to involve all official lecturers as the participants, and they were 112 people. This study used a quantitative approach as the research methodology by applying a survey method with path analysis technique. This study used questionnaire as the data collection technique. The researchers had analyzed the instrument before it was distributed to the participants. The instrument was tested by using validity and reliability tests. Three hypotheses were tested. The results showed that transformational leadership had a direct, positive effect on job performance; self-efficacy had a direct, positive effect on the lecturers’ job performance; and the transformational leadership had a direct effect on self-efficacy.

The objective of this causal research is to obtain information concerning the effect of communication and achievement motivation on PPs UNJ student satisfaction. The research was conducted by using a survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, PPs UNJ students of the school year 2009/2010 has been choosen as a unit analysis and 211 samples of student were selected in random. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a direct positive effect of communication on achievement motivation indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0.404; (2) there is a direct positive effect of communication on PPs UNJ student satisfaction indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0,223; (3) there is a direct positive effect of achievement motivation on PPs UNJ student satisfaction indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0,304. Therefore, student satisfaction can be improved by optimizing the communication made by the director and staff, lecturers and administrative staff to students using a variety of appropriate media to get positive feedback from students. Furthermore, by constantly increasing the motivation of the students themselves.

The results of the study of goal orientation and self-efficacy on audit judgment found inconsistencies that are suspected because there are other factors that influence the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The gender variable as a moderating variable is expected to explain the inconsistency. This study aims to test gender to moderate the effect of goal orientation and self-efficacy on audit judgment. The population of this study were all auditors who worked at public accountant office in the Bali region who were registered in Indonesian Institute of Public Accountant 2020 as many as 110 people. The method of determining the sample is non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, while the method of data collection uses survey method with questionnaire technique. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis. The results showed that goal orientation and self-efficacy had a positive effect on audit judgment. Gender strengthens the effect of goal orientation on audit judgment while Gender weakens the effect of self-efficacy on audit judgment. Keywords: Goal Orientation; Self-Efficacy; Gender; Audit Judgment.
