The purpose of this research is to improve students' problem solving skills using Rigorous Mathematical Thinking (RMT) approach.  Qualitative research method with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted in class VIII H of SMP N 2 Sewon, Bantul. As a data collection technique used consists of tests, observations, and interviews. This research data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model according to Miles, Matthew B, Michael. Huberman (2014). The results showed that mathematics learning using rigorous mathematical thinking (RMT) approach could improve the problem solving abilities of class VIII H students of SMP N 2 Sewon.

AbstrakJurnal ilmiah adalah publikasi ilmiah yang memuat informasi tentang kegiatan dan hasil kegiatan bidang ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi , dan seni (IPTEKS) sebagai sarana komunikasi ilmiah antara piha-pihak yang berkepentingan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan gaya selingkung antar jurnal di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini berupa dokumen dari lima artikel jurnal ilmiah perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang telah terakreditasi yaitu : (1) KOMPOSISI terbitan UNIRA; (2) ARKHAIS terbitan UNJ; (3) KOMPOSISI terbitan UNP; (4) SELOKA terbitan UNNES; dan (5) PENA Indonesia terbitan UNESA. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 5 Jurnal ilmiah yang diteliti memiliki gaya selingkung yang beragam yang didasarkan pada analisis struktur judul, abstrak, kata kunci, pendahuluan, metode, hasil dan pembahasan, simpulan, dan daftar pustaka. The purpose of this study is to find out the similarities and differences between the styles guides of journals in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The source of this research data is in the form of documents from five accredited tertiary journal scientific articles in Indonesia, namely: (1) KOMPOSISI published by UNIRA ; (2) ARKHAIS published by UNJ; (3) KOMPOSISI published by UMP ; (4) SELOKA published by UNNES; and (5) PENA Indonesia published by UNESA. The data collection technique of this study used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model. The results showed that the 5 scientific journals studied had a variety of shelling styles based on the analysis of the structure of the title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results and discussion, conclusions, and bibliography.Keywords : scientific articles; style guide of writing; Indonesian journal

Problem solving is one of the basic abilities in mathematics learning. Problem solving skills can encourage students to think critically, creatively, and can develop other mathematical abilities. The research conducted aims to analyze students 'problem solving abilities in solving problems in mathematical problems and to determine students' self-efficacy towards mathematics. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The test given is a description problem and attitude scale to measure students' self-efficacy. Questions were tested on class VIII students in one of the junior high schools in the city of Bandung. The results of the study showed that as many as 1 student could not identify the adequacy of the data to solve the problem so that he got a score of 0, while 21 students were not precise in understanding the problem given, while 7 students could not complete the mathematical model and could not verify the correct solution, so it can be stated that the problem solving abilities of students in one of the junior high schools in Bandung are still low so that efforts need to be made to improve, but students have good self-efficacy in mathematics.

ABSTRAKGaya selingkung penulisan artikel ilmiah memiliki peran yang penting dalam membangun sebuah artikel ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gaya selingkung penulisan artikel ilmiah dalam jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh universitas di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa empat dokumen artikel ilmiah yang berasal dari jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan di Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teori. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa artikel ilmiah dalam jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh perguruan tinggi di Indonesia memiliki gaya selingkung yang beragam.Kata Kunci: gaya penulisan, selingkung, artikel ilmiah, jurnal IndonesiaABSTRACTThe style of writing scientific articles published in scientific journals has an important role in the assessment of an article. The validity of data used triangulation theory and data analysis technique in this research used interactive analysis model. Abstrak: Bahan  ajar yang digunakan oleh guru di SMP Negeri 3 Mataram dalam pembelajaran matematika adalah buku siswa dan LKS (Lembar Kerja Siswa). Pembelajaran matematika yang mendorong kemampuan pemecahan masalah masih kurang dan belum  dapat dikembangkan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya pengembangan bahan ajar  modul  matematika dengan menggunakan metode CPS  merupakan suatu solusi yang tepat  untuk  membantu  siswa dan guru  dalam  pembelajaran matematika yang bertujuan untukmeningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam bentuk kreative dan  dalam memecahkan  masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Modul Pembelajaran Dengan Metode CPS Pokok Bahasan Bangun Ruang Pada Siswa Kelas VIII SMP. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui kualitas kelayakan LKS yang dihasilkan berdasarkan aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan modul dengan model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, and Disemination) yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel dan Semmel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan berdasarkan (1) aspek kevalidan memenuhi kriteria valid dengan rata-rata total penilaian validator adalah 3,92. (2) Aspek kepraktisan memenuhi kriteria praktis dengan rata-rata total nilai siswa81,8 dan angket respon siswa dengan persentase sebesar 100% dan (3) aspek keefektifan memenuhi kriteria efektif dengan ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa yaitu 100%..Abstract: The teaching materials used by teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Mataram in mathematics learning are student books and LKS (Student Worksheets). Mathematical learning that encourages problem solving skills is still lacking and cannot be developed. Therefore, the need for the development of mathematics module teaching materials using the CPS method is an appropriate solution to help students and teachers in mathematics learning that aims to improve students' abilities in creative form and in solving problems.  This study aims to produce a Learning Problem Model with CPS Subjects in Building Space in Class VIII. In addition, this study was also conducted to determine the quality of the LKS feasibility based on the aspects of validity, practicality and effectiveness.  This type of research is module development research with the development model used in this study is 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, and Disemination) developed by Thiangarajan, Semmel and Semmel. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the products based on (1) the validity aspect meets the valid criteria with the average of the total validator assessment is 3.92. (2) Practical aspects meet the practical criteria with an average total score of 81.8 students and student response questionnaires with a percentage of 100% and (3) effectiveness aspects meet the effective criteria with classical completeness of student learning outcomes that is 100%.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, and adversity quotient on Physics problem solving. This research is based on the low problem solving of Physics, caused by self-efficacy and adversity quotient. The research used a quantitative approach, survey method with path analysis technique. A sample of 100 students selected at random. The data collection technique used questionnaires to measure self-efficacy, and adversity quotient, while the essay question was used to measure the Physics problem solving on the electric current matter. The result of the path coefficient calculation in the path analysis model is more than 0.05 which means significant. Physics problem-solving path coefficient on self-efficacy 0.222, with contribution 4.92%. Physics problem-solving coefficient on adversity quotient is 0.290 (8.41%). The contribution of self-efficacy to adversity quotient is 7.18% with path coefficient 0.268. The result shows that adversity quotient has a more dominant influence on Physics problem-solving.The results of the study show that: (1) self-efficacy has a positive effect on Physics problem solving, (2) adversity quotient has positive effect on Physics problem solving, (3) self-efficacy has positive effect on adversity quotient, and (4) self-efficacy gives an indirect effect on Physics problem solving through adversity quotient.</p>

This study aims to see the improvement of problem solving abilities of mathematical students of smp with the model of assisted PBL Geometer's Sketchpad, this study is quasi experimental because in this study subjects are not grouped randomly, but researchers accept the state of the subject as it aims to see the improvement of problem-solving skills and the ability of mathematical reasoning with PBL-aided model of Geometer's Sketchpad. The population of this study is all students of class VIII SMPN 2 Sindangagung Kuningan, the sample of the study is a class VIII students as much as two classes. The study consisted of two groups, the group with the learning of PBL with Geometer's Sketchpad and the group with conventional learning. Each group consists of thirty students. Research data were collected through problem-solving test, and observation. Data analysis is done qualitatively and quantitatively. Quantitative analysis was done by using t-test and nonparametric Mann-Whitney. Qualitative analysis is done by observing the observation data. From the plot diagram it can be seen that problem solving ability is increased in students with low category. The results of this study are (1) Improved problem-solving abilities that obtained a better learning model than students who received regular learning

<p><em>The form of this research is qualitative descriptive used an approach of sociology literature. Data collection technique used: (1) document analysis technique which is novel Pasung Jiwa; (2) interviews technique with informant which are teacher and student. The collected data analyzed by interactive analysis model. The result of the research are: (1) Intrinsic element analysis of novel Pasung Jiwa, the main theme are freedom and the struggle against injustice. The figures analyzed the main character that are Sasana and Jaka, and the additional characters that are Ayah, Ibu, Cak Man, Masita, Banua, Memed and Leman, the Marjinals, Elis, and Kalina . The plot of novel Pasung Jiwa is chronological plot. The background scene happen in Jakarta, Malang, and Batam. The background time happen in 1993-2003. The view point used first person perspective; (2) Social criticism in novel Pasung Jiwa includes social criticism of government because of Orde Baru repressive government. Social criticism of arbitrary power. Social criticism of the economy because of monetary crisis. Social criticism of human rights because of Sasana’s struggle as a transgender; (3) The education value contained within novel Pasung Jiwa are: religious; honest; tolerance; discipline; hard work; creative; independent; democratic; curiosity; the spirit of nationality; love the homeland; appreciate achievement; communicative/friendly; love peace; like to read; social care; and responsibility; and (4) Novel Pasung Jiwa has a novel suitability criteria that can be used as teaching material</em></p>

The purpose of this study is to describe the pattern of fostering the sports achievement of wushu martial arts in the KONI Kabupaten Semarang during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Sources of data in this study consisted of athletes, coaches, and administrators of the KONI Kabupaten Semarang. The data collection technique is an interview technique. The data analysis technique used an interactive analysis model. The results showed that the pattern of fostering the sports achievement of the KONI Kabupaten Semarang uses a talent scouting system, which means the process of scouting the talents of athletes from the recruitment stage to the final stage of coaching. The spirit of training and the athletes' efforts to achieve optimal performance are supported by the quality of the coaches which are already good, because all coaches have coach certification, and the training programs provided are in the good category. The management organization in good criteria is seen from the attention of the administrators to the athletes, and the management of Wushu martial arts. The facilities and infrastructure owned are included in the criteria both in terms of the completeness and quality of the existing facilities and infrastructure. Funding for the implementation of Wushu martial arts performance coaching is included in the criteria both seen from the source of funding and how to allocate funds for the coaching process. The conclusion obtained is that the pattern of fostering wushu martial sports achievements at the KONI Kabupaten Semarang is running well, has been programmed, tiered, and sustainable.

<p class="06IsiAbstrak">Every behavior cannot be freely valued, including religious behavior which has been carried out by the Shia community. This article examines the values inherent in the taqiyya carried out by the Shia community in Banjaran Village, Bangsri, Jepara Regency. The problems which are answered: how the concept of Taqiyya according to Shia community in Banjaran; how they practice it in socio-religious life; and what values are put forward from the implementation of taqiyya. Answering these problems based on a descriptive qualitative research. Data was collected from Shia figures, Shia believers, village chief and secretaries, as well as non-Shia residents. Data collection is carried out through non-participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Triangulation technique is used to check the credibility of the data. The analysis technique uses the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study indicate that taqiyya according to the Shia community in Banjaran is to refrain from revealing their Shia identity. They implement it, both in matters of worship and social interaction, when they are forced. Taqiyya is carried out by the Shia community in Banjaran within the framework of its function as an expression of obedience, as well as a strategy of self-defense and belief, as well as a strategy to adapt thus its existence is accepted and does not disturb society in general. This is where in the practice of taqiyya religious and social values are attached. These values contribute to the strengthening of harmony and tolerance in Banjaran. <strong></strong></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a difference in the average learning outcomes of mathematics and which one was the higher average of mathematics learning outcomes between students who used Problem Based Learning and Problem Solving learning methods. This type of research is experimental. The data analysis technique uses the ttes formula. The results show that: (1) there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of mathematics between students who use the Problem Based Learning and Problem Solving learning methods at SMPN 2 Metro, it is known that based on the calculation of the hypothesis test obtained thit = 2.60 and tdaf = 2 ,00 so thit > tdaf. (2) the average learning outcomes of students who use the Problem Based Learning learning method are higher than the Problem Solving learning method in mathematics learning for class VIII.
