The sample of thisresearch is user of WhatsApp application from student of Faculty ofEconomics and Business of University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang.Samples were taken with non probability sampling technique. Dataanalysis of 160 respondents was done using Structural EquationModeling (SEM) as an analysis tool using LISREL 8.8 software. Based onthe results of data analysis, shows that: experiential marketing variableshave a positive influence and the greatest influence on word of mouthWhatsApp applications, satisfaction variable has a positive influence onword of mouth WhatsApp applications. The quality variable has theleast positive effect on word of mouth WhatsApp applications.

In this study, there are four variables, namely Social Media (X1), Word Of Mouth Marketing (X2), Trust (X3) and Purchasing Decision (Y) variables at Mutimuv Store Samarinda Distro. The purpose of this study was to determine and test the effect of the use of social media, word of mouth marketing and trust on purchasing decisions at the Mutimuv Store Samarinda distribution, either partially or simultaneously. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of statistical software SPSS version 25.0. The sampling technique in this study is an accidental sampling technique based on who was found when the author conducted the research and the sample used was 75 consumers at the Mutimuv Store Samarinda Distro. This research is a survey research, in which the information collected from respondents using a questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results showed that Social Media, Word of Mouth Marketing and Trust together had a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Mutimuv Samarinda Distro. These results mean that variations in purchasing decisions are jointly influenced by Social Media, Word of Mouth Marketing and Trust. Partially, individual Word of Mouth Marketing has no significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mutimuv Samarinda Distro. This research was conducted to examine the effect of menu variations and tastes, perceptions of price, cleanliness on customer satisfaction at Duta Minang Restaurant Jln. Brig. Gen. Katamso. This study uses the dependent variable namely menu variation and taste, price perception, cleanliness and independent variables, namely customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used is Simple Accidential Sampling. Simple Accidential Technique Sampling, which is known as opportunity sample or free sampling, was chosen because of comfortable accessibility and proximity to the researcher. Samples are only taken at consumers of Duta Minang Restaurant Jln. Brigadier General Katamso totaling 100 people. The procedure for collecting data uses questionnaires that are distributed to be filled by Duta Minang consumers. Data processing uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS 16.0 tools. Based on data analysis and the results of hypothesis testing in this study it can be concluded that menu variations and tastes have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction with a significance level of 0,000. Price perception has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance level of 0,000. Cleanliness has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction with a significance level of 0.016. This gives the implication that companies with good hygiene can increase customer satisfaction. And simultaneously the variable variations in menu and taste, price perception, and cleanliness positively influence consumer satisfaction with the value of F obtained at 207,528 and an error rate of 5%, the ability of the regression equation in this study, to explain the magnitude of variation that occurs in the dependent variable of 86 , 2% while 13.8% is explained by variables that the researcher cannot explain.

The purpose of this research was to develop, evaluate, and test antecedent model with trust as an intermediary variable of Technology Acceptances Model (TAM) and Virtual Experiential Marketing (VEM) for buying intention. It used purposive sampling technique with 300 respondents. The questionnaire results were evaluated and analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the analysis tools (the third version of SmartPLS). The research result shows that there is no effect between TAM and trust. In addition, there is a direct and positive influence of VEM on trust. The trust and TAM have a positive effect on buying intention. However, VEM does not affect buying intention. The results indicate that the trust cannot mediate TAM and buying intention. Meanwhile, trust can mediate between VEM and buying intention.

While the sample in this study is GO-JEK users more than once in the city of Yogyakarta.  The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. While the data used in this study are primary data by  obtaining the data needed by  using information techniques, namely by distributing  questionnaires.  The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression, and doing a partial test  knowing  whether the independent variables individually have a significant effect on the dependent variable, do the r-test to measure the ability of the model to explain the ability of the dependent variable. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Price does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Promotion does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Service quality does not have a positive effect on user decisions. User decisions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction.
