In this study, there are four variables, namely Social Media (X1), Word Of Mouth Marketing (X2), Trust (X3) and Purchasing Decision (Y) variables at Mutimuv Store Samarinda Distro. The purpose of this study was to determine and test the effect of the use of social media, word of mouth marketing and trust on purchasing decisions at the Mutimuv Store Samarinda distribution, either partially or simultaneously. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of statistical software SPSS version 25.0. The sampling technique in this study is an accidental sampling technique based on who was found when the author conducted the research and the sample used was 75 consumers at the Mutimuv Store Samarinda Distro. This research is a survey research, in which the information collected from respondents using a questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results showed that Social Media, Word of Mouth Marketing and Trust together had a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Mutimuv Samarinda Distro. These results mean that variations in purchasing decisions are jointly influenced by Social Media, Word of Mouth Marketing and Trust. Partially, individual Word of Mouth Marketing has no significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mutimuv Samarinda Distro. Of the three independent variables that have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions are social media variables.

This study further finds out about the influence of instagram social media and electronic word of mouth (EWOM) as promotional media on buying interest and consumer purchase decisions on Somethinc skincare products. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling by purposive sampling. As for the background of this research is the role of the use of social media Instagram and how influential electronic word of mouth (EWOM) on buying interest and consumer purchasing decisions. The research was conducted for skincare products with the SomeThinc brand. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling by purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were 105 respondents. The respondents in this study were required to be at least 17 years old, have an instagram social media account and have purchased SomeThinc skincare products. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS analysis using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that instagram social media has a significant effect on buying interest, instagram social media has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, electronic word of mouth (EWOM) has a significant effect on buying interest, electronicword of mouth (EWOM) has an effect on consumer purchasing decisions, buying interest has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, social media instagram has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest,  electronic word of mouth (EWOM) has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest.

<div><div><p class="1eAbstract-text"><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing through instagram on purchasing decisions on clothing linkswear products. </em><em>The result of the study found that all research, namely social media marketing through instagram and purchase decision, were declared valid and reliable. To test for normality that the value of all variables is declared to be normally distributes.</em> <em>The research method used is a quantitative method with explanatory research techniques using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The sample used is 100 consumers of clothing linkswear products. The data collected was then analyzed using a simple regression technique with SPSS version 25. The results showed that social media marketing through instagram had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This finding implies that to improve online purchasing decisions, companies need to pay more attention to instagram account quality indicators so that consumers can be more interested in seeing instagram social media accounts which ultimately increase good sales for the company.</em><em></em></p></div><p class="1eAbstract-text"><em><br /></em><em></em></p></div>

This research aims to find out and explain the effect of store atmosphere, promotion on social media and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions at the Habbit Eatery Coffee either partially or simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were 100 consumers of cafe omah root using non probability sampling method and accidental sampling technique. The instrument of this study uses a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere partially has no effect on purchasing decisions, promotion on social media and word of mouth partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, store atmosphere, promotion on social media and word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh bauran pemasaran 4P terhadap keputusan pembelian pupuk eceran di toko Tani Makmur kota Pagar Alam Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive nonprobability sampling. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi, dengan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, berdasarkan uji F, variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji t, hanya variabel harga yang disimpulkan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan variabel produk, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil interpretasi nilai koefisien korelasi (R Square 0,731) menunjukkan variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) menunjukan bahwa pengaruh produk, harga. Tempat, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 53,4%, sedangkan sisanya 46,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Variabel produk adalah variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan berdasarkan dari nilai t hitung yang paling tinggi yaitu 7,913. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the 4P marketing mix on the decision to purchase retail fertilizer at the Tani Makmur shop, Pagar Alam city, South Sumatra. This research is a quantitative associative study, with a total sample of 93 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive nonprobability sampling. The independent variables in this study are product, price, place, and promotion, with purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate, based on the F test, product variables, price, place, and promotion have a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, based on the t test, only the price variable is concluded to have a positive but insignificant effect, while the product, place, and promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the interpretation of the value of the correlation coefficient (R Square 0.731) show that product, price, place, and promotion variables have a strong influence on purchasing decisions. And the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) shows that the effect of product, price. Place and promotion on purchasing decisions amounted to 53.4%, while the remaining 46.6% was influenced by other factors. The product variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence based on the highest t value, namely 7.913.

This study aims to analyze the effects of satisfaction, quality, andexperiential marketing on the creation of word of mouth in theapplication WhatsApp. This study uses three independent variables ofsatisfaction, quality, and experiential marketing with one dependentvariable ie word of mouth. The use of variables in this study is expectedto know how the process occurs and what are the factors driving thecreation of word of mouth in WhatsApp application. The sample of thisresearch is user of WhatsApp application from student of Faculty ofEconomics and Business of University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang.Samples were taken with non probability sampling technique. Dataanalysis of 160 respondents was done using Structural EquationModeling (SEM) as an analysis tool using LISREL 8.8 software. Based onthe results of data analysis, shows that: experiential marketing variableshave a positive influence and the greatest influence on word of mouthWhatsApp applications, satisfaction variable has a positive influence onword of mouth WhatsApp applications. The quality variable has theleast positive effect on word of mouth WhatsApp applications.

This research do the analyzes afterwords several factors that can affect purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul. The research objectives will be achieved from this study: (1) to find out the effect of word of mouth, brand awareness and region of origin partially and simultaneously as well as the most dominant factors on purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul. The population in this study were 34.,322 people in Purwomartani village. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling as many as 100 samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression method. The results of the study are as follows: (1) factors consisting of Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Region Of Origin simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul, (2) all factors consisting of Word Of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Region Of Origin partially have a significant influence on purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul, (3) factors that have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions in lesehan bebek goreng asli gunung kidul are regions of origin.

This study used an associative quantitative method that measured the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The purpose of this research was to determine the significance of the gadget reviews by YouTubers, word of mouth, and product features on the buyers’ interest in Samsung smartphone product. The method used in this study was non-probability sampling method which used the purposive sampling technique. The data were obtained through a questionnaire in the form of google form which was distributed to 100 people. The result showed that; the gadget reviews by YouTubers had no effect on the buyers’ interest where the significance level was 0,068, word of mouth had an effect on the buyers’ interest and it was significant where the significance level was 0,019, and product features also had a significant effect on the buyers’ interest where the significance level was 0,001.Keywords :Gadget Reviews by Youtubers, Word of Mouth, Product Features, Buying Interest

ABSTRAKEra digital telah mengubah gaya hidup masyarakat menjadi pengguna media sosial. Penggunaan media sosial menjadi meningkat dalam menyebarkan berita maupun dalam mencari berita. Informasi pariwisata dan berbagi pengalaman berwisata sering dilakukan oleh wisatawan melalui media sosial yang memicu ketertarikan calon wisatawan untuk berkunjung di suatu destinasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak media sosial dan word of mouth terhadap over-tourism dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan alat analisis Smart PLS 3. Metode survey digunakan untuk menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 106 mahasiswa yang menggunakan media sosial dalam mencari informasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dan word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap over-tourism. Artinya semakin banyak pengguna media sosial serta pelaku word of mouth memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan jumlah wisatawan yang mengakibatkan terjadinya over-tourism. Pemangku kepentingan pariwisata harus mengelola media sosial dengan baik supaya tidak terjadi kesalah-pahaman baik dari pemberi informasi maupun penerima informasi, karena media sosial merupakan salah satu cara dalam membangun hubungan dengan wisatawan dan calon wisatawan.Kata Kunci: media sosial, word of mouth, over-tourism, pariwisata, wisatawanABSTRACTThe digital era has changed people's lifestyles into social media users. The use of social media is increasing in spreading the news as well as in searching for news. Tourism information and sharing of travel experiences are often done by tourists through social media which triggers the interest of potential tourists to visit a destination. This study analyzes the impact of social media and word of mouth on over-tourism with a quantitative approach using the Smart PLS 3 analysis tool. The survey method was used to distribute questionnaires to 106 students who used social media to find information. The results of this study indicate that social media and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on over-tourism. This means that more and more social media users and word of mouth actors contribute to the increase in the number of tourists which results in over-tourism. Tourism stakeholders must manage social media well so that there are no misunderstandings from both information givers and recipients of information, because social media is one way to build relationships with tourists and potential tourists.Key words: Social media, word of mouth, over-tourism, tourism, tourists

The purchase decision is the final stage that determines the viability of a product, because when the consumer has decided, it means the product was purchased by the consumer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, impulse buying, and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions for OPPO brand smartphone products in Denpasar. The sample in this study were 135 respondents with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that each of the independent variables, namely the effect of product quality, impulse buying, and electronic word of mouth parisally and simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for OPPO brand smartphone products in Denpasar.

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing including facility, discount, and word of mouth to customer purchasing decision at NAV Family Karaoke Dr. Soetomo Surabaya, branch.The type of research is quantitative. The research data is primary data obtained from the sample with the number of 140 respondents who member in NAV Family Karaoke Dr. Soetomo Surabaya, branch. Sampling technique was done by using questionnaires. The data analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Data processed using SmartPLS 3.The results showed that facility, discount, and word of mouth were affected significant simultaneously and partially to purchasing decision and customer loyaltyThe limitation in the exploration of independent variables which affect the level of consumer purchasing decisions for karaoke. In addition, the use of questionnaires as the technique of data collection occasionally provides inaccurate data to researchers.
