This article discusses the process of automating the assessment of the effectiveness of software and hardware information protection by creating an automated system. The main functions of the proposed system are: conducting an audit of information security, forming a model of information security threats, forming recommendations for creating a software and hardware system for protecting information, and creating organizational-technical documentation. The developed automated system for evaluating the effectiveness of software and hardware protection of information allows in an automated way to build a model of information security threats, to form organizational and technical documentation governing the protection of confidential information, and also to make recommendations for improving the software and hardware system for protecting information. The use of this system will significantly reduce the time and material costs of auditing information security and developing additional measures to protect information.

Рассмотрена автоматизированная система мониторинга воздушной среды с использованием технологий беспилотных летательных аппаратов, оснащенных датчиками для выявления вредных веществ. Представлены алгоритм функционирования системы и программно-аппаратная часть решения. Показано, что канал связи на основе методов шифрования обеспечивает безопасную передачу данных с беспилотного аппарата на сервер. Результаты исследования найдут практическое применение в мониторинге уровня загрязнения воздуха в городах. An automated system for monitoring the air environment using technologies of unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with sensors for detecting harmful substances is considered. The algorithm of the system functioning and the software and hardware part of the solution are presented. It is shown that a communication channel based on encryption methods ensures secure data transfer from an unmanned vehicle to a server. The results of the study will find practical application in monitoring the level of air pollution in cities and in predicting the direction of movement of polluting air masses.

Aim. To investigate the state of systemic hemodynamics (SHD) in young people to assess the potential impact of its disorders in the formation of arterial hypertension (AH) and to carry out preventive measures.Methods. A random sample of 91 young people from 17 to 25 years old was examined; 27 of them were men (average age 23.7±1.6 years) and 64 women (average age 20.4±1.1 years). The study involved clinical residents and students who, according to preliminary and periodic medical examinations, excluded the presence of cardiovascular diseases. The indicators of SHD were investigated by the method of volumetric compression oscillometry using a portable automated software and hardware complex for non-invasive research of central hemodynamics (Device “CAP TsG osm-“Globus”).Results. AH was detected in 4.4%; “white coat” AH in 8.79%; arterial hypotension – in 5.49%. In individuals with normal blood pressure (BP) (75 people), an increase in specific peripheral vascular resistance was most often revealed in 30.6%. An unchanged hemodynamic profile in the group with a normal BP level was recorded only in 28.0% of the examinees.Conclusion. The obtained results indicate that even among “healthy” young people aged 18- 25 years with a normal BP level, the proportion of people with impaired SHD values is 72%. People with hypertension and with altered SHD indicators should be included in the regular medical check-up observation group.

The main objectives of the study are: analysis of similar software products presented on the mobile application market, identifying shortcomings and functionality, as well as developing a concept for a prototype application.

It is shown that quality assurance of block-modular electronic systems is achieved on the basis of reliability of control. It is necessary to provide control and diagnostics in full at all stages of the life cycle in the practice of developing and manufacturing programmable block-modular controllers. New results on the creation of the necessary means for automated control systems of serial-capable controllers are presented. Such systems can be used in preliminary and acceptance tests, as well as during adjustment in the production process. The algorithmic, software and hardware of the automated control system have been developed for functionally complete sets of modules (electronic panels). The development is performed for controllers in the tasks of the electric drive and can be used in other applications. The features of structural and circuit solutions and the layout of an automated control system are given.

The main purpose of this work is to study the applicability of the hardware and software complex “Monitoring system for the technical condition of track equipment” to monitor the performance of track operations. The methodological base of study is formed on the basis of the analysis of scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists and the systematization of statistical data on the organization of the system of technical operation of track machines at enterprises of the West Siberian Railway. As a result of the study, it was proved that the functional of the system for remote monitoring of the technical condition of track equipment, which was developed by the specialists of the Siberian State Transport University, allows for continuous monitoring of the performance of track operations. Quality control of works is carried out on the basis of an estimation of parameters of functioning of working elements of the track equipment involved in the process of work performance. The application of the developed software and hardware complex allows significantly reducing the financial losses of railway transport enterprises associated with the repeated performance of track operations. The problems to be solved with the help of the proposed control system correspond to the priority areas of the Strategy for the Development of Railway Transport in the Russian Federation until 2030 in the development and implementation of means for automating control of infrastructure.

Fires, accidents and incidents of various types require rapid localization, elimination and therefore full information about emergencies. In these conditions, there is an urgent task to develop and implement an automated system that allows accounting and analyzing fire data. The authors consider a software and hardware complex for automating the process of recording and analysis of fire data on the territory of the Vologda region. Applying the method of functional modeling, weak points of information transmission were identified; the system of operational dispatching control “SODU - Vologda” was developed. The proposed data collection system would improve the organization of activities aimed at involving forces and means in the event of an emergency.

Medicine stands for 10-12% of students’ health safety. The article covers the polyclinic’s role in students’ health strengthening. In this regard the legislation amendments have already produced some positive results. The article focuses on the medical backup under the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of January 9, 2010 № 3 “On rules of the higher education programs enrolment for 2014/2015 academic year”. Applicants undergo medical examination in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Social Affairs of April 12, 2011 № 302 N. Binding diagnostic testing to the age of applicants led to higher quality of annual physical exam and medical examinations. University’s health retreat helps reduce the negative social and economic impact on students’ health and provides after hospital stay treatment. Students are divided into health groups in accordance with their medical condition. Students’ health im-provement shows positive dynamics. The final part of the article is dedicated to the problems related to medical care for students at Lomonosov MSU that are common for universities.
