The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of Think Pair Share (TPS) Cooperative Learning Models and improvement of social studies learning outcomes through Think Pair Share (TPS) type Cooperative learning models for Grade V students of SD Inpres Punranga, Pujananting District, Barru Regency.The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach. The type of research is classroom action research conducted based on the four stages of the research method from Arikunto (2010: 58), namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 22 teachers and fifth grade students of SD Inpres Punranga. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets for teachers and students, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique obtained was analyzed qualitatively descriptive. the results of the study in cycle I reached 72% and in cycle 2 reached 100% showed that the application of the Think Pair Share (TPS) type of cooperative learning model can make a positive contribution in achieving student success and can improve student social studies learning outcomes, both individually and individually classical

The research objective was to describe the improvement in social studies learning outcomes of grade V SD Inpres 12/79 Macope students after using the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model. The approach used is a qualitative approach that is descriptive, this type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The focus of research is the social studies learning outcomes of grade V students and the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model. The research setting was class V SD Inpres 12/79 Macope. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis which is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and verification. The results of data analysis indicate that learning using the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model can improve social studies results for fifth grade students of SD Inpres 12/79 Macope.

The purpose of the study was to describe the application of cooperative learning methods in improving student learning outcomes of Physical Education subjects in the volleyball sport in fifth-grade students of SD Inpres Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency. The research approach is a descriptive qualitative approach with Classroom Action Research (CAR) and four Cycle I and Cycle II meetings. It consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data source for this research is the fifth-grade students of SD Inpres Bercepat Gowa, as many as 24 students consisting of 9 male students and 15 female students. Data collection uses observation, tests, and documentation, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique. The results of the quantitative analysis of learning the game of volleyball showed that out of 24 students, only 13 students with a percentage of 54.17% completed in Cycle I with an average score of 72.96, while of 24 students, only 23 students with a rate of 95.83% achieved in Cycle II with an average score. Average 80.56. So it can be concluded that this research is through a cooperative learning model that can improve volleyball games' learning outcomes

<p><em>This report is motivated by the findings in the field where the condition of the fifth grade students of SDN Negla 03 has the characteristics of relatifely low learning outcomes in science learning in the basic competency “Describe the Properties of Light”. One alternative to help improve learning outcomes. The authors make improvements through the applications of eksperimental methods and cooperative learning models. This report describes the implementation and results of research onimproving learning on the use of eksperimental methods and cooperative learning models.The research used the CAR method which was carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages including planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is the fifth grade student of SDN Negla 03. The instruments used in this research are qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data obtained trough student and teacher activity observation sheets, while quantitative data were obtained through formative tests. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes along with the increase in student activity, motivation and cooperation in learning. Thus, the application of cooperative learning models can improve student learning outcomes.</em></p>

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar IPS siswa melalui pembelajaran kooperatif  model permainan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan desain spiral Kemmis & Taggart. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa pada kelas VIII B SMPN 1 Bantarsari Cilacap. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester pertama tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Peneliti sebagai pelaksana tindakan sedangkan kolaborator (guru IPS setempat) bertindak sebagai observer. Penelitian ini terlaksana dalam tiga siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri atas dua pertemuan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan tehnik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: keaktifan siswa pada siklus pertama memperoleh skor rerata 61,61 (sedang), pada siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 72,58 (baik), dan pada siklus ketiga meningkat menjadi 80,65 (sangat baik). Hasil belajar IPS siswa pada akhir  siklus pertama 48,48 % dengan skor rerata 63, pada akhir siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 80,65 % dengan skor rerata 72, dan pada akhir siklus ketiga meningkat menjadi 96,78 % dengan skor rerata 81. Kata kunci: pembelajaran kooperatif, permainan, keaktifan, dan hasil belajar. ______________________________________________________________ IMPROVING ACTIVENESS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES IN SOCIAL STUDIES THROUGH COOPERATIVE LEARNING OF THE GAME MODEL OF STUDENTS OF SMPN 1 BANTARSARI CILACAP Abstract This study aims to improve the students’ activeness and learning outcomes of Social Studies through cooperative learning of the game model. This was a classroom action research study employing a spiral design by Kemmis & Taggart. The research subjects were grade VIIIB students of SMPN 1 Bantarsari, Cilacap. The study was conducted in the first semester in academic year of 2013/2014. The researcher was the action implementer whereas the collaborator was the Social Studies teacher, who acted as the observer. The study was conducted in three cycles, each of which consisted of two meetings. The collected data were analyzed by means of the descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study are as follows: the students’ activeness in Cycle I attained a score of 61.61 (moderate), in Cycle II it improved to 72.58 (good), and in Cycle III it improved to 80.65 (very good). The class mastery of the students’ learning achievement in Social Studies at the end of Cycle I was 48.48 % with a mean score of 63, at the end of Cycle II it improved to 80.65 % with a mean score of 72, and at the end of Cycle III it improved to 96.78 % with a mean score of 81. This study aims to describe the application of the traditional utangklek game and examine the improvement of student learning outcomes on the theme of 5 sub-themes of ecosystem balance class V SDN Widorokandang. Classroom action research was conducted in class V SDN Widorokandang Pati with 20 students as research subjects. This research consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The independent variable in this study is utangklek media. While the dependent variable is learning outcomes. The research instrument consisted of tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results showed there was an increase in completeness of the learning outcomes aspects of students' knowledge of social studies in the first cycle by 60% and the second cycle by 80%. The completeness of learning outcomes for Indonesian content in cycle I was 65% and cycle II was 80%. Learning outcomes aspects of social studies students' skills in the first cycle by 65% in good qualifications increased in the second cycle by 80% in good qualifications. The completeness of learning outcomes of Indonesian content in the aspect of skills in the first cycle by 55% in the qualifications is good enough to 80% in the good qualifications. It proves that the application of the traditional utangklek game can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Widorokandang.

This study aims to determine the cognitive achievement of students before using cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) and to know the learning activities undertaken by teachers and students using the NHT model on science subjects. The research describing the picture of the process of learning science by using cooperative learning model NHT, and describe the cognitive learning outcomes of students after using NHT. The methodology in this research is the Classroom Action Research comprising the steps of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection that lasted for two cycles, with the subject of fifth-grade students of Islamic primary school Sirojul Subang district West Java Indonesia with 27 students, consisting of 13 girls and 14 boys. Based on the results of research analysis that the implementation of NHT model is well-implemented student cognitive learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average value of 76 with 74% learning completeness and in cycle II obtained an average value 91 with 100% complete learning. Thus there is a significant improvement in the learning process using cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together on science subjects.

The purpose of this study was to describe the application of think pair share type cooperative learning models to improve the activeness and learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Tapadaka. This research uses classroom action research methods. The result of the research shows that the cooperative learning model think pair share type can increase the activeness and learning outcomes of students in class V SD Negeri 1 Tapadaka, because in its application the teacher positions the student as the center of learning and maximizes its function as a facilitator. Increased activeness and learning outcomes achieved are also inseparable from the advantages of think pair shair cooperative learning models that are applied that is able to make students solve problems and carry out academic tasks on time and the collaborative process created is able to foster motivation that increases learning activeness and work together on achieving optimal learning outcomes.Keywords: learning activeness, learning outcomes, cooperative models of think pair share type

The problem in this research is found in Indonesian subjects that of the 30 students with KKM 75, which has already reached KKM as many as 15 people (41.7%), while that has not reached the KKM as many as 21 students (58.3%). The situation was caused by the teacher in explaining the lesson Indonesian still using a model of lectures and familiarize students to memorize, so that students can develop their ideas. The problems of this study as follows: Is the learning model application role playing can improve learning outcomes Indonesian fifth grade students of SDN 032 Kualu Kecamatan Tambang? This study aims to improve learning outcomes Indonesian grade students of SDN 032 Kualu Kecamatan Tambang through the application of learning models role playing. This research was conducted one month from the month of April 2015. The research was conducted 2 cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings as well as twice daily tests. Classroom action research in order to succeed, the researchers set the stage that action planning, action, observation and reflection. Based on the research results, it could be concluded that the activity of teachers in learning implementation role playing, in the first cycle average teacher activity amounted to 62.50% in the category of less pretty, and the activities of teachers in the second cycle of 84.72% in both categories once. Thus there is increased activity of teachers by 22.22% from the first cycle to the second cycle. The average activity of students in the first cycle the percentage of student activity in learning tends to increase. At the first meeting with the average student activity that is 61.25% with the category enough. At the second meeting increased by an average of student activity that is 81.25% with the category enough. The average increase in the activity of the students from the first cycle to the second cycle of 20.00%. The class classically considered complete when a class has achieved a score of 85% of the amount due or to KKM 75 then the class is said to be completed (90.00%). From the above shows that the application of learning models can improve outcomes role playing learning Indonesian grade students of SDN 032 Kualu Kecamatan Tambang, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted as true action.

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning models and studentlearning styles on the results of learning Social Sciences. Conventional learning models thatrely on reading books, multiplying practice exercises, teacher explanations in the classroom,students are expected to be more diligent in practicing questions suspected of influencingsocial studies learning outcomes. Conventional models are considered to be less than optimal,because basically students will easily feel bored because they have to open sheets per sheetby understanding the contents of the book and listening to the teacher's explanation in frontof the class verbally.This study uses an experimental comparison method containing activities planned and carriedout by researchers, 2x2 factorial design in this study to find out whether there are differencesin social studies learning outcomes between students who obtain learning with cooperativelearning models and students who obtain conventional learning. The population in this studywere all eighth grade students of Al-Kamil Middle School Islamic Boarding School in CianjurRegency, West Java. Affordable population there are eighth grade students of Al-KamilMiddle School Islamic Boarding School District. Cianjur numbered 120 students. The resultsof this study indicate that there is an interaction effect between learning models and learningstyles on the results of social studies learning at Al-Kamil Middle School Islamic BoardingSchool. Learning outcomes of students who have independent learning styles and followcooperative learning models are higher than students' learning outcomes that followconventional learning models. Likewise the learning outcomes of students who havedependent learning styles and follow cooperative learning models are higher than students'learning outcomes that follow conventional learning models

This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes in fifth grade students of Inpres 4/82 elementary school Walian through the Implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Divission Model. This study uses a classroom action research method consisting of 4 stages: planning, implementing / acting, observing and reflecting. Then to determine student learning outcomes can be calculated using the mastery learning formula. The results obtained in the first cycle reached 65.4% while in the second cycle the results obtained reached 87.8%. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the Student Achievement Achievement Divission model can improve the social learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Inpres 4/82 Walian..
