The article discusses interactive learning and constant psychological support as a factor in the development of the personality of a younger student. The analysis of literary sources and empirical research have shown that it is interactive learning as a specific form of organizing cognitive activity that contributes to the creation of a favorable and safe environment, and helps younger schoolchildren to reveal their inner potential in the process of those activities that naturally ensure the self-development of a child's personality. It is proved that the use of new methods of interactive learning and constant psychological support increases the effectiveness of learning, develops the creative abilities of the individual, has a positive effect on the development of mental processes and mental development of students. In the process of empirical research, it was confirmed that in accordance with organized and selected in accordance with age, interactive forms of education and psychological games have a positive effect on such external factors as learning activity, communication, and the students' own activity. And accordingly, the organization of a favorable and safe environment makes it possible to realize the potential of a junior schoolchild as an active subject who learns the world and himself. A rather weighty argument of the experimental study was to confirm that a preliminarily thought out and planned favorable psychological learning environment allows children to feel completely safe, which in turn has a very positive effect on the significant and accelerated development of all mental processes in primary schoolchildren. The methods we used contributed to the conclusion that interactive learning, including psychological games with constant psychological support, allow the theoretical means of orientation in the surrounding reality to turn into the personal abilities of students. This confirms the hypothesis that interactive learning is indeed a factor in the development of the personality of a younger student. Considering the above, it was established that interactive learning has a significant effect on the development of all mental processes in primary school children, in particular attention, memory, imagination, and creativity. Based on the results obtained, we have developed and tested methodological recommendations for primary school teachers, GPA educators, practical psychologists in order to create a safe environment to ensure the positive impact of interactive learning on the development of the personality of a younger student. Summing up the results of the conducted empirical study of the influence of interactive learning on the development of the personality of primary schoolchildren, it should be noted that our creation of a safe and supportive environment using new methods of interactive learning has a positive effect on the development of mental processes in primary schoolchildren. The prospects for further research are the improvement of interactive teaching methods, in particular psychological games and their further implementation in the educational process.

The experiment involved 366 junior high school students, namely: 111 students of the experimental class of parallel "B" of the primary school of the first stream, 129 students of the experimental class of parallel "B" of the primary school of the second stream and 126 students of the control class of parallel "A" of the second stream. The following methods were used: 1) Phillips school anxiety test; 2) sociometric method (J. Moreno); 3) proofreading test "Ring of Landolt" (selectivity of attention); 4) methods for studying the concentration and stability of attention (modification of the Pieron-Roser method); 5) methods for determining the mental development of junior high school students EF Zambatsevichene. It is determined that modern children need a completely different approach to education and upbringing. learning, in which each student feels his success and intellectual ability. The influence of interactive learning on: the formation of a high level of motivation to learn and the level of cohesion of class groups; to improve selectivity and concentration; to improve logical and mechanical memory, reduce anxiety in younger students. Introduction. The authors investigate the problem of developing self-regulation skills in primary schoolchildren with cognitive impairments within the education system. The purpose of the article is to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the program of psychological support aimed at developing self-regulation as a way of enhancing adaptive strategies of behavior and components of self-regulation. Materials and Methods. The study employs a formative psychological and educational experiment (the action research). The collected empirical data were analyzed and summarized. The sample consisted of 456 students, aged between 8 to 11 years, who were divided into three groups: NID (normal intellectual development), ID (intellectual disability), and MID (mild intellectual disability). The data obtained were interpreted and subjected to statistical analysis using various methods of mathematical and statistical processing: the reliability of differences according to statistical criteria, the F * angular transformation, the criterion for comparing the distribution of Pearson χ2 levels, correlation analysis, the method of correlation pleiades. Results. The research findings have shown that program of psychological support aimed at formation of self-regulation developed and implemented by the authors has proven to be effective. It contributes to successful formation of self-regulation in children with cognitive impairment. The program is a socio-psychological resource for improving cognitive health in primary schoolchildren. Conclusions. The article concludes that the implementation of the program of psychological support has led to a significant increase in the indicators of self-regulation components in the subjects. The obtained data can be used by educational settings teaching children with cognitive disabilities to increase the effectiveness of classroom and extracurricular activities and their successful integration into society.

Unfavorable forecasts of environmental scientists regarding environmental changes actualize the problem of environmental values importance in the process of children upbringing. The article theoretically substantiates that emotions caused by perception of ecological situations of their region leave unconscious "imprints" in the child's life and therefore can serve as a psychological foundation for the formation of these values in primary school children.  For children of primary school age, when they assess environmental situations, circumstances, events they encounter in their lives, the emotional reaction often outstrips the cognitive one, reflects the personal meaning, value attitude of a child towards them. The aim of the article is to study the emotional component of primary school children’ value attitude to the ecological situation of his region in order to introduce core value of "ecological safety" into his/her system of values. The study was based on the analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literary sources, testing, interviewing primary school children and pedagogical experiment.Managing the emotional development of primary schoolchildren can significantly change their value attitude to nature. Under conditions of the experiment, 61% of children began to realize their need for vigorous activity, and 17% of junior schoolchildren became psychologically ready for joint environmental protection activities.

Parents were surveyed in order to establish their opinion about the use of Internet resources. The attitude of teachers to the use of COR in extracurricular work with younger students is determined. The conclusion is made that it is necessary to use the COR in the extracurricular activities of primary schoolchildren for developing cognitive interests.
