Among the seven "Ss" in the Ukrainian language - Sweets, Sports, Sleep, Sex, Smile, Communication and Relationships - the last two components are perhaps the most important. Communication shapes the human essence. The modern features of human communication, associated with the era of digitalization, when gadgets replace natural human communication are especially interesting. According to a study by Columbia University led by Maya Rossignac-Milon, the common reality is seen as a "third partner" in any relationship. The pinnacle of a relationship is a good family. Healthy relationships in the family are characterized by communication and the desire to maintain a high level of respect and trust. Every personality is a builder of their Happiness and therefore has the right to choose what they want in their life! Communicate, build relationships and stay well! Article is devoted to the analysis of A.I. Solzhenitsyn’s views on the phenomenon of nation and ethnic issue, which were reflected in his publications in 1960–1970-ies. At that time Soviet theories of nation and ethnos were taking shape and on their basis the national policy of creating of the new historical community – the Soviet people, – was pursued. Those questions were actively discussed by dissidents and emigrants. That’s why Solzhenitsyn's publications are considered in this article in the context of those discussions and on the basis of the performed analysis the following points can be singled out. Solzhenitsyn linked the existence of nation with the development of the living literary language, but language was not one of the markers of nation. Each nation is the personality of high level, which is manifested in individuals, each of whom embodies the whole nation. And preservation of national variety is the condition of further mankind development. It follows that the task of preserving the Russian nation against its transformation into the Soviet people is very important. Therefore differentiation of «Russian» and «Soviet» becomes one of the key points in Solzhenitsyn's publicism. The common issue in Solzhenitsyn's works and the concurrently held debates was their failure to see the nation as political community of citizens. In general Solzhenitsyn's views can be described as consistent Russian nationalistic while he recognized the right of all nations on self-determination.

Abstrac The aim of this research is to dscribe concept of the position of women in the worship according to 1 Thimothy 2:11-12 and to formulated what can be reflected in this time? Is the interpretation of this chapter still relevant in the midst of contemporary life? This research is used by descriptive qualitative research methods with using literature (library research). The interpretation that is use in this research is exegesis method with the right step to get the right interpretation. With the literature that have a relation with the title, the writer try to review 1 Thimothy 2:11-12 to get the clear meaning, point out view that was said by the writer of this hook about the position of women in the worship. In this chapter Paul said a women can't teach and she is better keep silence. Paul said these case have a corelation with the patriarch culture at the time. Paul aim to prevent women from teacher heretical at the time. This teaching is actually addressed to the woman who was involved in the heresy/ false, who have abuse the ercercise of power that is true in the church. So Paul said that such matter is not to be understood universally. From this research or exegesis the writer conclude that the woman also be used in God's work, a woman also can be a servant of God because nor only man can serve God woman also called to do the same thing. Proper or not is not about gender. Because man or women are same in the presence of God So. it's not true when this chapter be a reason to limiting the space of woman in the service both in the church and in the family and society. Many people consider the term common sense to be undefinable yet it is recognizable when one sees it in action. The same holds true for the word leadership, which has several thousand opinions on what it represents yet there is no a clear and acceptable classification or definition from theorists or practitioners.   The third term, emerging manager, also is mystifying because the people it really applies to do not always comprehend that someone is talking about them.  Let’s first define what we are talking about when using these expressions so we are all on the same page for further discussion.Common sense in the vernacular of this chapter relates to something that is a recognizable best practice that if not performed would indicate to others that person is lacking the ability to understand how to handle an issue in the proper business way.  An example of this would be if a certain repeat visit Diamond level player had requested a certain type of room every time he came to your casino and for some reason the online system does not have that request shown on the screen then the common sense decision would be what? To accommodate that person so they can spend more time at the tables instead of arguing with staff over items that neither party can resolve at that moment. You certainly would not want to have them move to another hotel using their other high level loyalty card over an entry error, would you? The right decision on your part would be what we would call common sense.

Examination of the common properties in the three Ss (i.e., speech, script, and sign languages) of human communication suggests that duality of patterning is the key feature in the development of these communication systems. This feature is in essence a sequential strategy that serves as an interface between the increasing number of messages and the limited capacity of our signal production-reception systems. It is argued that since the left hemisphere has a much finer temporal resolution than the right hemisphere, both language and movement systems might have made use of this advantage provided by the left hemisphere to fulfill the requirements of sequential strategy in their early evolution.

The purpose of this qualitative, phenomenological study was to understand how owners of family businesses select and develop life goals. Findings indicate life goals are substantially influenced and impacted by parents, mentors and influential "others". The selection and development of life goals required a high level of self-confidence in their own knowledge, skills, and abilities with the attitude to make things happen. A faith in a higher being contributed to the belief and feeling that they were at the right place at the right time and possessed the correct knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitude to take advantage of the opportunities placed before them. A strong desire for personal independence influenced the selection and development of the family business as a life goal.

The role of the family in the career choice process is important. From the article "The psychological influence of family types on the career choice of adolescents" it follows that the process of choosing a career in adolescents who grow up in families of a democratic type is more successful than in other families. In such a family, a teenager always feels the support of the family when making his decision and confidently dominates his profession. In indifferent and overly gentle types of families, parents do not pay attention to their children and leave them alone with the problem. In an authoritarian, overprotective and cultivating family, parents do not give their children the right to speak, and the teenager is forced to choose the profession of their choice. Teens raised in an inconsistent family are often reluctant to make the right decisions when choosing a career. This creates some problems for them in the future. Nullity law in Australia and Fiji provides that marriages can be void on various grounds, including duress and fraud. Despite some differences, United Kingdom (UK) law says marriages can be void or voidable on similar grounds. Courts in each jurisdiction have granted annulment in cases of forced marriage where duress “threatens life and limb”. Courts now say lesser force or threats, including pressure to comply with religious or traditional duty, can nullify marriage. Yet courts continue to require high level force such as passport confiscation, physical abuse, threats of eviction from the family home, and economic harm. This, as with allegations of fraud which receive short shrift, results from returning to common law authorities decided before migration resulted in significant demographic changes, particularly regarding culture and religion. UK authority draws a distinction between “forced” and “arranged” marriages, saying nullity is granted rightly in cases of the former, yet because “culture” “sanctifies” the latter, refusing nullity is right. Yet is this distinction valid? Should such marriages be recognised by Australian, Fijian and UK courts as contracted with full and free consent of the parties? An exploration of contemporary cases against the common law background to fraud and duress as nullity grounds indicates that allowing culture to be the measure denies women’s (and sometimes men’s) entitlement to contract marriage with full and free consent according to international human rights law.

The article on the basis of extrapolation of system laws of management of social and economic development illustrates the system reason of the Cobra effect, that is, a situation where, despite the rather attractive goals that managers formulate, the result of the activities of subordinates is opposite to what was intended. The main problem of management is the development of a system of indicators, in which, working on the indicator, employees would change the state in the right direction. The reason for the Cobra effect is the manifestation of systemic patterns of socio-economic development. The main system regularity is the desire of the system for stability and self-preservation. This state of the system is achieved using the least energy-consuming way. It is shown that any worker, realizing system regularities, aspires to stability and self-preservation. Therefore, the employee is always forced to work for achieving the indicator. The article analyzes the manifestation of these laws at the level of enterprises and state. When managers understand these patterns explicitly or covertly, changes in the economic system are moving in the right direction. It is shown that the existing system of target indicators used as indicators to assess the effectiveness of management does not meet the goals and objectives of socio-economic development. At the meso- and macrolevel, absolute, volumetric indicators, such as gross national product and others, reduce the range of benefits to the population. The article defines the vector of change in the system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of management at the regional and state levels, based on the fact that the key element is the family. At the same time, the targets should be indicators to assess the availability of benefits for households.

No one wants to be treated like an object, regarded as an item of property, or put up for sale. Yet many people frame personal autonomy in terms of self-ownership, representing themselves as property owners with the right to do as they wish with their bodies. Others do not use the language of property, but are similarly insistent on the rights of free individuals to decide for themselves whether to engage in commercial transactions for sex, reproduction, or organ sales. Drawing on analyses of rape, surrogacy, and markets in human organs, this book challenges notions of freedom based on ownership of our bodies and argues against the normalization of markets in bodily services and parts. The book explores the risks associated with metaphors of property and the reasons why the commodification of the body remains problematic. The book asks what is wrong with thinking of oneself as the owner of one's body? What is wrong with making our bodies available for rent or sale? What, if anything, is the difference between markets in sex, reproduction, or human body parts, and the other markets we commonly applaud? The book contends that body markets occupy the outer edges of a continuum that is, in some way, a feature of all labor markets. But it also emphasizes that we all have bodies, and considers the implications of this otherwise banal fact for equality. Bodies remind us of shared vulnerability, alerting us to the common experience of living as embodied beings in the same world. Examining the complex issue of body exceptionalism, the book demonstrates that treating the body as property makes human equality harder to comprehend.
