The Role of the Teamwork in Developing the Knowledge Capital of Business Organizations

The main purpose of this study is to identify the role played by the teamwork in enhancing the knowledge capital of the work organizations. Depending on the teamwork, the coordination and cooperation between the human resources working in the organization will be strengthened. This will be reflected in the exchange of knowledge and the sharing of information among them. So, the problem of the study indicates that there is a clear shortage in the employment of the activation of the teamwork in the enhancement of knowledge capital. Accordingly, the significance of this research tries to present a set of proposals that will address the problems in the organization in question.  The researchers chose Uruk university as the field of application, and they adopted the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection , which is relied on the basis of a number of ready-made measurements, and perform tests of trust and constancy for a sample which consists of (49) teachers that represent (19%) of the entire number of teachers in the university mentioned above.          The statistical program (SPSS. V20) was adopted in accessing and analyzing  the data of the study. These courses produced a set of results confirming the validity of the hypotheses that emerged from the research, which indicate the existence of correlation and statistical significance between the variables investigated. Therefore , the researchers view that it is necessary to recommend to activate the role of teamwork in these organizations and employ their results in enhancing the knowledge capital.

A study entitled the challenges facing human resource management in applying the modern concepts of human resources management by applying to the hospitals in Khamis Mushait. This study aims to identify the challenges facing human resource management in applying modern concepts of human resources management. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, of the nature of the study, while the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection. The study population is from the private hospitals in Khamis Mushait. The sample of the study was 91 workers. The study reached a set of results. Maha: The challenges of the external environment are the most influential in the application of modern concepts of human resources management in the hospitals of Khamis Mushait, while the application of modern concepts of human resources management in private hospitals in Khamis Mushait medium degree with a relative weight (65.80%). The results showed no differences Statistical significance among the opinions of hospital staff in Khamis Mushait on their appreciation of the challenges facing human resource management in applying the modern concepts of human resources management due to the gender variable and the variable age, the variable of scientific qualification and the variable years of service. To study the need to apply modern concepts of human resources management as an essential part of the culture of the institution, and to create a permanent relationship between management and employees to promote the application of modern concepts of human resources management, and attention to continuous training to develop the skills of staff and develop their abilities to achieve development of the hospital.

This chapter introduces the role of Data Mining (DM) for Business Intelligence (BI) in Knowledge Management (KM), thus explaining the concept of KM, BI, and DM; the relationships among KM, BI, and DM; the practical applications of KM, BI, and DM; and the emerging trends toward practical results in KM, BI, and DM. In order to solve existing BI problems, this chapter also describes practical applications of KM, BI, and DM (in the fields of marketing, business, manufacturing, and human resources) and the emerging trends in KM, BI, and DM (in terms of larger databases, high dimensionality, over-fitting, evaluation of statistical significance, change of data and knowledge, missing data, relationships among DM fields, understandability of patterns, integration of other DM systems, and users' knowledge and interaction). Applying DM for BI in the KM environments will enhance organizational performance and achieve business goals in the digital age.

This article looks into the competence of second language acquisition investigating that how a language learner does learn English as a second language effectively by using his own abilities.Many studies have examined the function of Self-Efficacy in academic achievement, though as Pajares (2000) mentioned the relation of language achievement and Self-Efficacy has not been studied well and there has been small research in this regard. This made the researcher to investigate the relationship between Pakpattan ESL learners' language achievements and their Self-Efficacy. It also studies the variations of ESL learners’ Self-Efficacy and their majors. Besides, it explores the differences between ESL learners' majors and their language achievements. Population of this study was 200 ESL learners of The University of Lahore Pakpattan campus but 60 ESL learners from different departments of The University of Lahore Pakpattan campus selected for the sample of present study in order to measure ESL learners' language proficiency. Different types of tests applied for its measurement. A questionnaire was prepared and conducted. Computer statistical program SPSS XXII was used for statistics. Literature were reviewed and the work cited mentioned as well.

The aim of the research is to identify the impact of the Behavioral Financial dimensions represented by (financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and behavioral factors) on entrepreneurial confidence. Number of companies and exchange offices in Dohuk Governorate were selected to conduct the field side of the research and the sample included (73) of managers in these companies and offices. The questionnaire is a main tool for data collection in the field side, after analyzing by the statistical program (SPSS V. 21) the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important is that there are significant effect of the behavioral financial dimensions on the Entrepreneurial confidence, as well as the presence of an insignificant effect of behavioral factors on entrepreneurial confidence at the sub-level, the research suggested a set of proposals, the most important is to activate the mechanisms of acquiring financial knowledge and financial attitudes and adopting them as they contribute to enhancing entrepreneurial confidence.

The current research aims to identify the role of strategic prowess in strengthening the management of high commitment and the practice of the Iraqi media network of strategic ingenuity, and management of high commitment, and given the scarcity of studies that attempted to identify and recognize the nature of the relationships between the three research variables in their direct and indirect form in the Iraqi environment, in addition, the researcher’s attempt to study and address a real and realistic problem that directly affects the Iraqi media network.However, the research adopted the intentional stratified sampling method for a population of network managers 250 individuals. The researcher used the Thompson equation and Mascheran’s table for small samples and the size of the research sample was 160, And for this purpose, statistical tools and methods were utilized in analyzing the practical side of the search (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression methods, path analysis, Sobel test), and they were analyzed by the statistical program (SPSS V.26 & AMOS V 26), in addition to the descriptive and analytical approach through polling opinions and interviews, and it was the main tool in collecting data (the questionnaire). The theoretical part in an attempt to bridge the knowledge gap in explaining the variables.

   The study carried out to study bridge gap between higher education, and Community service. In addition, to highlight the output of higher education and its importance in fulfilling the requirements of the Libyan labor market, and examine policies to rationalize spending and the extent of its impacts on the quality of education output and suitability to the needs and requirements of the labor market in the future. The study relied on a method of descriptive statistical analysis to analyze the raw data obtained from the questionnaire using a statistical program (SPSS) to get to the results of the study premise and tested through correlation matrix and simple regression analysis The study resulted in the following findings: - - The university, like other public sector units to license its annual set of allocated to finance ongoing activities what you offer these units of accounting information funds. - Spending is not objective judgment on the efficiency due to the limited range of models and methods that are included in the plans in order to meet the requirements of the Libyan labor market. - The quality of accounting information to find a property in decisions making to contribute to the policy of fiscal spending on higher education as reflected positively on the economic return.

This community service is carried out by lecturers at the university, in order to participate actively in improving the quality of human resources through counseling and workshops. Counseling and workshops carried out are related to efforts to increase motivation, innovation and creativity in MSMEs, especially handicrafts made from beads. The results of MSMEs in the form of handicrafts from beads are still very much needed to be continuously improved. Besides that the market for bead creativity products is still very widely opened. The results of these beadsare  in the form of prayer beads and various women's jewelry such as bracelets and necklaces. The handicrafts are chosen because the method of making them is quite easy and the ingredients needed are easy to obtain. The method used in this service is participatory approach, and the respondents consist of the community as business actors. Respondents also participated directly in the focus group discussion, interviews, training, workshops, consuls, and executions. Through the implementation of this service it is hoped that it will be able to encourage the growth and development of MSMEs to improve community welfare and improve the quality of the active role of lecturers as a form of concern for improving the quality of human resources in the community.

This study aims to shed light on the role of strategic planning by utilizing the resource-based view (RBV) model to achieve an organization’s success. Through reviewing related literature it becomes necessary for organizations to prepare their financial or non-financial resources as success instigators. This applies mainly to tangible assets that can produce high-quality products and human resources and can attract potential customers to achieve competitive advantage. Hence, the ultimate finding articulates that using strategic planning through a resource-based view is the key to success. For future study there is a need to include more resources in a resource-based view like a relationship with key stakeholders that is also considered an essential asset.

The study aimed to examin the role of human resources information systems in their dimensions (Training Information Systems, Performance Appraisal Information Systems, Employment Information Systems, Incentive Information Systems, HRIS Information Systems), in enforacing knowledge management in its dimensions, (Knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination, knowledge application) in the Ministry of Transport in the Gaza Strip. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of all employees in supervisory positions in the Minstry of Transport. The questionnaire was used to collect the data required data. The number of respondents was of 62 respondents with a recovery rate (82.3%). Data was analyzed using SPSS statistical program. The study showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the application level of human resources information systems and knowledge management application in the Minstry of Transport. In addition, the application level of human resources information systems impacts the ?application level of knowledge management at a rate of (83.40%).

The study aim to examine the impact of educational leadership on human resources development of Jordanian university. The study is an analysis descriptive research and the methods will be use survey in order to collect information needed for get the results. The population of the study includes all Jordanian universities. The sample of the study will includes (200) professors working in governmental universities located in Amman city. The study results indicated that there are positive attitudes towards educational leadership, the study also indicated that there are positive attitudes towards variables: communication, learning, influence, confidence, and knowledge. The study results accept main hypotheses that states: There is a statistically significant impact of educational leadership on human resources development of Jordanian university. The study results also accept the first three sub hypothesis which related to the impact of (communication, learning, and influence) on human resources development of Jordanian university, but the study results reject the sub hypothesis which related to the impact of (confidence, and knowledge). The study recommended to identify best practices in leadership styles, for positive change at the university, and how to increase the absorption of the change points when their employees, and to support and provide all the resources that help educational leadership in order to achieve: communication, learning, influence, confidence, and knowledge.
