This study aims to determine the main criterion used in marketing strategies and  the strategies marketing appropriate and effective in marketing black tea brands “Alam Dempo’’ on CV. Karya Sejahtera. The primary data was obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from the data from of the company, regulations, and others data from the related agencies. The data was analyzed by using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) with Application Expert Choice 11. The results of research show that the criteria becomes main priority election marketing strategies black tea was is competitor with weight 0.385. This occurred due to large number of business contractors packaging black tea other products. To alternate top priority marketing strategies was chosen by method AHP is promotion strategy with weight 0,360. Keywords: blacktea, marketing strategy, AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process)

This study aimed to design priorities of strategies for the development of earthenware craft business in Kasongan Tourism Village, Bantul Regency. To pursue this objective, the method used in this study was qualitative descriptive. Moreover, primary and secondary data were used in the data analysis of this study. The primary data were collected from the results of observation result, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the secondary data were obtained from literatures, articles, journals, and internet websites related to the recent study. The technique of analysis used was Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). In this study, there were three criteria analyzed using AHP, namely the government policies, human resources, and institution. The results showed that the most prioritized criterion of the strategies for the development of earthenware craft business in Kasongan Tourism Village was the government policies with the weight value of 65 percent. The next criterion was institution with the weight value of 23 percent, and the last prioritized criterion was human resources with the weight value of 12 percent. From the calculation of AHP through expert choice 11 software, it was known that the results of inconsistency ratio was 0.035, meaning that the answers given by the key persons were consistent.

Gerbangmas-Taskin is a poverty alleviation program in South Kalimantan province with the concept three (human empowerment, economic and the environment). This study aims to analyze the implementationof Gerbangmas-Taskin effectiveness, to evaluate the sustainability of Gerbangmas-Taskinand prioritize participatory empowerment strategy for effectiveness and sustainability of Gerbangmas-Taskin at PandakDaun Village, Banjar Regency. The methods used include descriptive analysis, RAPfish modification (RAPGerbangmas-Taskin) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The data consists of primary data obtained from the results of in-depth interview and a questionnaire given to Poor Households (RTM), while the secondary data obtained from the publication of the relevant agencies. The result showed that Gerbangmas-Taskin program did not impact earnings accretion for the beneficiaries of capital. Gerbangmas-Taskin sustainability index is 34.79 % (less sustainability), consist of :Infrastructure by 62.39% (sustainable enough) while economic, social and environmental showed less sustainable, respectively by 36.85%; 30.22% and 27.11%. The main priority in the strategy of the effectiveness and sustainability of Gerbangmas-Taskin program are the coordination and synergy with the section / SKPD (19%) and increasing the capacity of human resources (16%).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sektor unggulan apa saja yang merupakan sektor dasar pembangunan ekonomi maritim dan merumuskan strategi kebijakan dalam pembangunan ekonomi maritim di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif denga metode yang digunakan adalah survey. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yakni kuesioner dan data sekunder yakni data Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan dan PDRB provinsi Maluku Utara tahun 2013-2017 menurut lapangan usaha dan harga konstan. Analisis digunakan dengan metode Location Quotient (LQ) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sejumlah sector merupakan sektor basis kabupaten Halmahera Selatan selama lima tahun. Analisis strategi kebijakan pembangunan ekonomi maritim Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga kriteria yang dapat dikembangkan untuk peningkatan pembangunan ekonomi maritim.Kata Kunci: Sektor Ekonomi Unggulan, Pembangunan Ekonomi Maritim This study aims to analyze what leading sectors are the basic sectors of maritime economic development in South Halmahera Regency. This research is descriptive study with method used is survey. The data used in this study are primary data namely questionnaires and secondary data namely Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of South Halmahera Regency and GRDP of North Maluku province periode 2013-2017 according to business field and constant prices. The analysis is used by the Location Quotient (LQ) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. The results showed that a number of sectors were the base sectors of South Halmahera district for five years. Analysis of the maritime economic development policy strategy in South Halmahera District shows that there are three criteria that can be developed to increase maritime economic development.Keywords: Leading Economic Sectors, Maritime Economic Development

The research aimed to identify internal factors that become strengths and weaknesses as well as external factors that become opportunities and threats, formulate alternative development strategies, and formulate priority strategies that can be applied in the development of organic dragon fruit agribusiness in Wonogiri Regency. The basic method used is descriptive and analytical. Determination of the location of the study was carried out purposively, namely the Beji Makmur Farmers Group Association in Beji Village, Nguntoronadi District, Wonogiri Regency, the method of determining the Key Informants was chosen purposively. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is internal and external factor analysis, IFE and EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and Analytical Hierarchy Process. The results of the research concluded that (1) The main factors of internal strength, namely marketing of organic dragon fruit have reached exports to Germany while the main weakness is the absence of the Beji Makmur Farmers Group Association secretariat, the main opportunity external factors namely the demand for organic dragon fruit in the form of fresh fruit while the main threat is erratic weather changes, (2) The alternative strategies for developing organic dragon fruit in Wonogiri Regency are SO, WO, ST, and WT strategy. (3) The development strategy priorities that can be applied in developing the Beji Makmur Farmers Group Association is to innovate by using radiation technology in the cultivation of organic dragon fruit so that productivity is more optimal.Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Development Strategy, Dragon Fruit, Organic, SWOT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kriteria-kriteria penentuan negara prioritas untuk pengembangan Atase Perdagangan (Atdag)/Indonesia Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC), dan mengidentifikasi negara-negara prioritas untuk mengembangkan Atdag/ITPC yang sudah ada atau mendirikan Atdag/ITPC yang baru. Metode pengkajian yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Data sekunder bersumber dari BPS, Fragile States Index, UN COMTRADE, World Bank dan CEPII. Sedangkan data primer diperoleh dari kegiatan FGD dengan para pelaku ekspor, akademisi dan pejabat Disperindag Jakarta dan Yogyakarta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kriteria yang digunakan dalam pemilihan negara prioritas Atdag dan ITPC secara berturut-turut adalah country risk; commercial infrastructure; market growth; trade complementary index; market intensity; trade openness; dan trade cooperation. Keberadaan Atdag dan ITPC sebagai perwakilan perdagangan berperan penting dalam peningkatan ekspor, sehingga perlu penguatan dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan Atdag dan ITPC di 16 negara prioritas serta pembentukan Atdag dan atau ITPC baru di tiga negara prioritas, yaitu Myanmar, Swedia dan Austria. This study aims to develop the main criteria to determine priority countries for new Trade Attaché/ITPC Representatives and to identify priority countries for further development of the Trade Attaché/ITPC Representatives.This study employs an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology. The secondary data were collected from the BPS, Fragile States Index, UN COMTRADE, World Bank and CEPII. The primary data were collected from qualitative research using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the stakeholders in Jakarta and Yogyakarta. The results showed that the main criteria for choosing countries for establishing Atdag and ITPC in sequence were country risk, commercial infrastructure, market growth, trade complementary index, market intensity, trade openness, and trade cooperation. The presence of Trade Attaché/ITPC Representative in many countries has an important role in increasing Indonesia’s export. However, further efforts are required to strengthen their roles, particularly in 16 countries. This study recommends to establish trade attaché and or ITPC in three potential countries: Myanmar, Sweden and Austria.

This research is intended to identify successful organizational e-marketing strategies in order to assist small businesses in proactively formulating their marketing strategies. The use of a sequential explanatory research design is intended to accommodate the exploratory nature of the research and confirmatory for initial findings simultaneously. At the qualitative method, data is collected using semi-structured interviews to four owners of small fashion businesses at the success stage and already use e-marketing. The question outline has been prepared based on the marketing mix framework. The result of the qualitative data processing reveals 40 factors considered important in running a small business. A quantitative method to determine the level of importance of each factor is conducted using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The questionnaire is designed to collect the paired comparison data. Promotion strategy is placed at the highest priority, followed by product, place, and price.


The development of a country is directly proportioned to its growing infrastructure needs. One of the most needed infrastructure in Indonesia is medical facility. The construction of public hospital especially in its tendering phase needs to refer to the stated presidential decree that includes a specific rule and policy. The tender process needs to be done carefully to ensure the most beneficial offer is selected. This research will utilize e-tendering method to select the right construction partner. The criteria for the tender requirement will be chosen with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which finally would be evaluated to determine the tender winner. AHP should help to elaborate the problem into multiple complex criteria, forming a hierarchy. The AHP implementation requires primary data from questionnaire and secondary data from existing research and policies. AHP calculation process is then used to process the data in the form of scores from the distributed questionnaire. The result of the AHP calculation was used to evaluate each offer from the goods and services providers, while finally done using the method of knockout by passing grade. The dominant factors that influenced the final decision making includes financial power (30.79%), Materials and equipments (8.55%), health and safety (4.59%), technical competence (8.91%), and experience (2.9%). AHP was proven to be very effective when utilized to evaluate e-tendering offer documents

Act No. 23 of 2007 on the Railways, in Article 91 paragraph (1) mandates that the intersection between the rail and roads made no plot. Exceptions to the provisions referred to in paragraph (1) can only be done while ensuring safety and smooth running train rides and road traffic. I71e study tries to review the drafting of the concept of the licensing process the intersection and railroad intersection with another building of effective and efficient, and recommendations for improvements of licensing. As a tool used for analysis is a method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), with secondary data collection in related institutions and primary data collection through questionnaires to the experts as respondents in the field of railway infrastructure in some instances. I71e results obtained from the study indicate the priority that need attention include reducing the processing time, one-stop, telecommunications, information communication, shorten theprocess and delegation of authority, determination. Coffee is an important export commodity for Indonesia, which contributes a sizeable foreign exchange. Indonesian coffee production is still fluctuating. Simalungun is a regency in North Sumatera province which have significant potential for the development of Arabica coffee commodity. However, there are some obstacles in the development of arabica coffee farming including land resources utilization, aspects of cultivation, harvest and post-harvest, and institutional aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate business development strategies for arabica coffe agribusiness. This study aims to determine priority strategies from various alternatives in developing Arabica coffee. Determination of the location of the study was done purposively. Respondents in this study were experts or key people who understoodarabika coffee agribusiness. The method used in determining respondents is purposive sampling. Primary data is obtained through direct interviews conducted with respondents and secondary data obtained from books, journals and books of the agricultural service report. Several alternatives in this study were determined based on the results of discussions with the experts and also based on the literature and previous research. Some of these alternatives are then compared in a questionnaire for the respondents. The comparison is then processed using the analytic hierarchy process method (AHP). Data processing is done using the expert choice application so that a priority alternative appears. The study oncludes that based on analytic hierarchy process, the priority strategy is developing the capacity of human resources (HR) of agribusiness actors

Abstrack Good University Governance is needed by all higher education institutions that want to compete in producing good quality colleges. One of them is STT PLN which has a vision of realization of modern universities, independent and superior in the field of energy and electricity. To achieve good management governance, an objective, accountable and transparen,t assessment is required in recommending a lecturer to occupy a structural position. The process of determining attribute criteria, sub criteria and alternatives using the input of expert respondents in the form of questionnaires are processed by using statistical methods Cochran Q Test to obtain the decision attributes used in the study.
