The problem considered in the article is relevant for a post-industrial society, which sees a guarantee of self-preservation in the upbringing of professionally competent and highly spiritual technical specialists. The process of humanitarization of advanced training programs ensures the growth of spirituality in the educational environment of a technical university for faculty members. The development of the educator’s spirituality is a transcendence of the alienation of the technical from morality in education. The purpose of the study: to determine how to develop the spirituality of an educator in an advanced training system. Research method: culturosophical, allows us to consider spirituality as the development of the highest value senses of culture. The theoretical part of the study in relation to a technical university considers: the multi-dimensionality understanding of spirituality; humanization as the essence of the manifestation of ‘human spirit’ in education, and humanitarization as a way of its implementation; humanitarization as a factor in the development of spirituality and a strategy for the formation of an understanding of the moral meaning of the engineering profession; humanitarian environment as the basis for the formation of spiritual, moral and cultural qualities of a person; dialogue as an imperative of the development of spirituality. The practical part of the study describes the results of the introduction by the author of a new program with a humanitarian component at the Center for Advanced Studies of Scientific and Pedagogical Workers of the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University): humanization and humanitarization create a highly spiritual environment; the technocratic narrowness of engineering education is overcome by interdisciplinarity; the connection of all subsystems of the spiritual sphere of society is revealed. The complexity of realization the program is due to the difference in thinking styles (technical versus humanitarian) and the psychology of perception of unaccustomed information. Overcoming the antinomy of knowledge leads to dialogue and the development of the spirit.

Introduction. The development of students' ability to make informed and responsible decisions in the field of personal finance is an urgent problem. Young people must have the appropriate competencies, have the required level of financial literacy. This also applies to students of non-economic areas of training, in particular students of technical specialties. The purpose of the study is to analyze the financial literacy of students of a technical university. Materials and methods. The material of the research was the data of an anonymous sociological survey of 100 students of Stupino branch of Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) of the 3rd and 4th courses of full-time education by filling in Google forms. Results. Analysis of students' opinions showed a positive trend (65% of respondents) for the introduction of financial literacy in the educational process of a technical university. Students admitted (54% of respondents) that they are not aware of all kinds of risks when investing in NPFs, when buying a home, compulsory motor third party liability insurance, taking a loan, when calculating wages, etc. Based on the students' answers, it was found that 62% of the respondents had no experience in solving financial issues. At the same time, 67% of students are not interested in rates on deposits, loans, the key rate of the Central Bank, but daily use the financial services of the bank (plastic cards, payment for services via the Internet, e-wallet, etc.) 97% of students. Conclusion. Today, the financial literacy of the population is fraught with many vital issues and affects the effectiveness of decisions made and the associated risks.

Introduction. Learning foreign languages at a technical university is an integral part of the educational process. A highly qualified specialist must have both knowledge in his/her specialist field and the skills of mastering foreign language competence. The purpose of the study was an attempt to analyze the data obtained through a sociological survey of students regarding the holding of the annual Olympiad in a foreign language at a technical university. Materials and methods. The material of the study included the answers of 114 students of the Stupino branch of the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) from the first to third full-time courses by filling in Google forms. The use of the data obtained allowed revealing the attitude of students towards the English Olympiad held at the university since 2014. Results. The significance of participation in a foreign language Olympiad was assessed by 23% of the respondents. Among the respondents, there were 73% of the respondents who consider preparation for the Olympiad an important element reflecting the student’s knowledge and influencing the results of the Olympiad. Besides, 78% of respondents have already taken part in similar events. Thirty-nine percent of the surveyed students discovered new opportunities in continuing to learn the language. It is a fact that some respondents (36%) do not think that preparation for and participation in the Olympiad can increase the student’s motivation when learning a foreign language. Conclusion. Olympiad activities and preparation for this event make it possible to train a socially successful, creatively active, and demanded young specialist, acting as an activator of a competitive and developing educational environment.

In the context of a social and cultural situation of post-industrial society, and also in a social political situation of “the transformed society” the article examines the problem of an involvement and degree of the last in the processes happening in the organization. Authors suggest to look at system of relations from social and psychological interrelation between a corporate and organizational culture. Relevance of this consideration is caused by the fact that in cases of the small and growing organizations there is no side between organizational and corporate cultures owing to their formation. Using system approach, authors consider a corporate culture in the conditions of modern service that means from a line item of quality characteristics of the product received “at the exit”. On the example of activities of research university authors come to a conclusion that the corporate culture represents the system characteristic of the organization, creating service level as service qualities. In this sense transition on new education forms at the higher school predetermines new features and, in general, understanding of education as system of educational services. Improvement of training methods in view of a strong competition among higher education institutions for students are caused not by cynical conditions of crisis of education and culture, but by the real social and economic, and also demographic situation. All parameters of activity of the organization are connected among themselves and with the product, – in this case –with the result of training. So, fixed professional growth creates a favorable competitive environment in the organization for the staff of higher education institutions that promotes the fixed growth of advanced training (including defense of theses and getting degree etc.).

A project for the long-term strategy of Russian break-through into post-industrial society is suggested which is directed at transformation of the hi-tech complex into the leading factor of economic development. The thesis is substantiated that there is an opportunity to realize such a strategy in case Russia shifts towards the mechanism of the monetary base growth generally accepted in developed countries: the Central Bank increases the quantity of "strong" money by means of purchasing state securities and allocates the increment of money in question according to budget priorities. At the same time for the realization of the said strategy it is necessary to partially restore savings lost during the hyperinflation period of 1992-1994 and default of 1998 and to secure development of the bank system as well as an increase of the volume of long-term credits on this base.

The phenomenon of economic growth is studied by economists and statisticians in various aspects for a long time. Economic theory is devoted to assessing factors of growth in the tradition of R. Solow, R. Barrow, W. Easterly and others. During the last quarter of the century, however, the institutionalists, namely D. North, D. Wallis, B. Weingast as well as D. Acemoglu and J. Robinson, have shown the complexity of the problem of development on the part of socioeconomic and political institutions. As a result, solving the problem of how economic growth affects inequality between countries has proved extremely difficult. The modern world is very diverse in terms of development level, and the article offers a new approach to the formation of the idea of stylized facts using cluster analysis. The existing statistics allows to estimate on a unified basis the level of GDP production by 174 countries of the world for 1992—2016. The article presents a structured picture of the world: the distribution of countries in seven clusters, different in levels of development. During the period under review, there was a strong per capita GDP growth in PPP in the middle of the distribution, poverty in various countries declined markedly. At the same time, in 1992—2016, the difference increased not only between rich and poor groups of countries, but also between clusters.

One of the ways to achieve safety and comfort is to improve on-board air conditioning systems. The use of air cooling machine determines the air pressure high level at the point of selection from the aircraft engine compressor. Because of the aircraft operation in different modes and especially in the modes of small gas engines, deliberately high stages of selection have to be used for ensuring proper operation of the refrigeration machine in the modes of the aircraft small gas engines. Into force of this, most modes of aircraft operation have to throttle the pressure of the selected stage of selection, which, together with the low efficiency of the air cycle cooling system, makes the currently used air conditioning systems energy inefficient.A key feature of the architecture without air extraction from the main engines compressors is the use of electric drive compressors as a source of compressed air.A comparative analysis of competing variants of on-board air conditioning system without air extraction from engines for longrange aircraft projects was performed at the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University). The article deals with the main approaches to the decision-making process on the appearance of a promising aircraft on-board air conditioning system at the stage of its conceptual design and formulated the basic requirements for the structure of a complex criterion at different life cycle stages. The level of technical and technological risk, together with a larger installation weight, will require significant costs for development, testing, debugging and subsequent implementation, but at the same time on-board air conditioning system scheme without air extraction from the engines will achieve a significant increase in fuel efficiency at the level of the entire aircraft.

The accepted Sustainable Development Goals aim at reorienting the tourism industry to sustainable tourism and enhancing post-industrial tourism. In this case, it is necessary to identify the statistically significant determinants which affect post-industrial tourism development. In this paper, we aim to analyse: (1) the impact of economic and environmental dimensions, and of digital marketing on supporting post-industrial tourism development and (2) the difference between attitude to post-industrial tourism on the gender, age, and education dimensions and digital channels on post-industrial tourism development. The data was collected from questioning 2334 respondents during April–November 2020. The study applied the following methods: frequencies, percentages, t-test, and one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The findings confirmed the statistically significant impact of the economic and environmental dimensions, as well as digital marketing on post-industrial tourism development. The results of the analysis justified that digital marketing was a catalysator of post-industrial tourism development. In addition, the findings confirmed that there is no difference in attitudes towards post-industrial tourism with respect to the dimensions of age, gender, and education.
