Здійснено економічну оцінку результатів експериментальних досліджень з визначення ефективності застосування різних способів основного обробітку ґрунту в технології вирощування соняшнику в ґрунтово-кліматичних умовах Північного Степу України. Дослідження проводилися на базі Державного підприємства Дослідного господарства «Дніпро» ДУ Інституту зернових культур НААН. За результатами комплексної оцінки сформульовано рекомендації щодо підвищення врожайності та рентабельності виробництва насіння соняшнику на основі застосування найбільш ефективних способів основного обробітку ґрунту. The economic evaluation of results of experimental researches on determination of efficiency of different methods of basic soil tillage in technology of sunflower growing in soil and climatic conditions of northern Steppe of Ukraine was made. The researches were conducted on the basis of the State enterprise of experimental farm «Dnipro» of Institute of cereals cultures NAAS. According to results of comprehensive evaluation we formulated recommendations for improving productivity and profitability of production of sunflower seeds on the basis of the most effective methods of basic tillage.

The research object. The hydrological characteristics of the Gunt and Vanch rivers belonging to the Southwestern and Central climatic zones of the Pamirs and are tributaries of the transboundary Pyanj River are considered. Long-term average values of temperature and precipitation as the main factors affecting the formation of river flows are determined for the period 1944–2016. The state of glaciation in the basins of the respective rivers is estimated. Goal. A comparative assessment of the influence of climatic features and mountain orography on the formation of river flows. Determination of the trend of changes in the climatic conditions of the Gunt and Vanch river basins at different periods of more than 70 years (1944–2016). Research methods. Generalization, systematization of meteorological and hydrological characteristics and determination of their change compared with the base period 1960–1990. Statistical processing of meteorological and hydrological data and establishing a trend of changes in climatic and hydrological characteristics using a differentiated method. Research results. It is shown that the nature of changes in hydrological characteristics, namely the flow of rivers in different climatic zones of the Pamir can differ significantly. On the example of two rivers (Gunt and Vanch) - tributaries of the transboundary Pyanj river, it is shown that the trend of change in the flow of the Gunt river differs from the Vanch river due to the state of glaciation of the river basin. To explain the results the meteorological conditions of the respective river basins and their possible impact on river hydrology were studied. Conclusion. The hydrological characteristics of the Gunt and Vanch rivers in the Pamirs taking into account the meteorological conditions of the respective river basins show that a key factor in improving the state of glaciation and reducing degradation processes, as well as achieving positive trends in the mass balance of glaciers is the presence of sufficient air mass in the glaciation zone. Naturally, this is the key to ensuring a sufficient amount of runoff.

Objective: The aim of the work was to determine the validation characteristics for the designed procedure for quantitation of the (S)-2,6- diaminohexanoic acid substance, 3-methyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-5-thioacetate, by absorption spectrophotometry in the ultraviolet region.Methods: For study purposes, the substance (S)-2,6-diaminohexanoic acid of 3-methyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-5-thioacetate and a standard sample (SS) obtained from the State Enterprise “Chemical Reagents Plant” of the Scientific-Technological Complex “Institute of Single Crystals” of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, was used. In the course of our work, we used chemical, physical, physicochemical (absorption spectrophotometry in the ultraviolet region), and statistical methods of analysis. The study was carried out at the Laboratory for Standardization and Technology of Medicines at the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Zaporizhia State Medical University (Ukraine).Results: In previous studies, we have developed a technique for spectrophotometric determination of the quantitative composition of (S)-2,6- diaminohexanoic acid of 3-methyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-5-thioacetate. The results of the conducted studies showed that the absorption curve in the UV region of the substance solution has a maximum absorption, namely: λ = 238 nm. The results of the quantitation of the substance (S)-2,6-diaminohexanoic acid of 3-methyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-5-thioacetate prove that our technique is accurate and reproducible and meets the current requirements. In order for the developed methodology to ensure consistent and accurate analysis results, its validation was carried out. According to the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine (DFU) (2 editions), the developed method for the quantitation of the substance was checked for such validation characteristics as specificity, linearity, range of use, accuracy, correctness, and robustness.Conclusion: As a result of the work, it was proved that the developed method of the quantitation of the substance (S)-2,6-diaminohexanoic acid of 3-methyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-5-thioacetate by spectrophotometric method is valid.

Relevance. Sunflower plants are very demanding for the soil and require optimal moisture, especially for the development phase of 2-3 pairs of leaves. It is important to use herbicides at this stage of vegetation as weeds can lead to impoverishment of soil and nutrients, and contribute to the development of pests and diseases. Objective of the work is the hygienic assessment of the behavior of the new herbicide Stratos Ultra in the objects of the environment and the justification of the hygienic norms of its active substance cycloxydim in sunflower seeds and soils. Materials and methods. Natural research was conducted on the basis of the «Kremenne» farm in the Kyiv region, Brovarsky district, p. Gogoliv. The stability of cycloxydim in soils and plants was estimated according to the calculated half-life (τ50) and almost complete destruction (τ95) of the substance periods. Mathematical processing of the results obtained in the program Microsoft Excel. Results. After treatment initial concentrations of the cycloxydim in the soil and green mass of plants were 0,43±0,07 mg/kg and 0,5±0,04 mg/kg, respectively. At the same time, in the soil-climatic conditions of Ukraine, τ50 in the field conditions is on average 8 days (7,57-8,90 days), τ95 – 35 days (35,37-38,97 days), in other European countries cycloxydim τ50 is on average 5 days (1-10 days), and τ50 of the main metabolite – cycloxydim-sulfoxide (ВН 517-ТСО) – 16 days. MAC in water of water reservoirs – 0,06 mg/dm3. Conclusions. Cycloxydim can be attributed to the IV class (low hazardous), for resistance to water – to the first class of danger. Approximately acceptable concentration in the soil is grounded at the level of 0,3 mg/kg. Based on the results of the determination of the actual content of cyclooxydim in sunflower seeds, The maximum acceptable level in sunflower seeds is 0,4 mg/kg, and for sunflower oil is not substantiated.

Preeclampsia is one of the most common obstetric pathologies affecting the level of maternal and perinatal loss. Preeclampsia is manifested maladjustment state organ of the body for pregnancy, depending on the climatic conditions due to changes in temperature and atmospheric pressure. Objective: To identify the frequency of severe preeclampsia in the Far North and the determination of the most sensitive markers of the state of maladjustment pregnant. Results: the incidence of preeclampsia in the northern areas of the Irkutsk region is higher than in its southern region. The frequency of severe preeclampsia in these regions did not differ. The most sensitive markers of the state of maladjustment pregnant as a mild form of preeclampsia are the concentration ratios dienes and cortisol.

In the article the brought results over of experimental researches of influence of different methods and depth of soil basic tillage and doses of mineral fertilization on agrophysical properties and productivity of soybean. A purpose of researches is establishment of the most effective methods of soil basic tillage and doses of application of mineral fertilizers at growing of soybean in row croprotation on the irrigation of south of Ukraine and their influence on a height and development of plants, forming of harvest and quality of seed. During an experiment used the field, in-gravimetric, visual, laboratory, calculation-comparative, mathematically-statistical methods with the use of confessedly methods and methodical recommendations. For determination of efficiency of action of soil basic tillage and doses of fertilizers on the productivity of soybean five variants of methods of basic tillage were stopped up and three variants of fertilizer systems: organic and two organo-mineral with doses bringing of mineral fertilizers - N30P60, N60P60 on a background of post harvesting bits and pieces of cultures of crop rotation and optimal mode of irrigation. Results. The changes of agrophysical properties happened under act of the systems of soil basic tillage, nourishing mode, that stipulated creation of different terms for a height and development of culture and forming of harvest. The productivity of seed of soybean at plowing on a 25-27 cm averaged for five years on a background the dose of fertilizers of N60P60 of 4,22 t/ha. At the combined tillage which united disk loosening on a 14-16 cm with slotting on a depth a 38-40 cm, 4,12 t/ha of seed of soybean is got in the system of differentiated-1 soil tillage. On the average on a factor B (system of fertilizer), the productivity of seed of soybean at organic system of fertilize made 2,38 t/ha. Bringing of dose N30P60 assisted the height of harvest on 0,84 t/ha, and N60P60 on 1,39 t/ha, or on 35,2 and 58,4% accordingly. Conclusion. In the short row crop rotation on the irrigated lands of south of Ukraine the most favorable terms for a height, development and forming of harvest of soybean on dark-chestnut soils are created in the systems of plowing basic soil tillage with the turn of layer or differentiated- 1 tillage with the deep loosening under soybean or shallow on a background slotting on a depth a 38-40 cm under a previous culture.

Abstract This four-part series of papers addresses the problem of systematic determination of the influence of several tire factors on tire treadwear. Both the main effect of each factor and some of their interactive effects are included. The program was also structured to evaluate the influence of some external-to-tire conditions on the relationship of tire factors to treadwear. Part I describes the experimental design used to evaluate the effects on treadwear of generic tire type, aspect ratio, tread pattern (groove or void level), type of pattern (straight rib or block), and tread compound. Construction procedures and precautions used to obtain a valid and functional test method are included. Two guiding principles to be used in the data analyses of Parts II and III are discussed. These are the fractional groove and void concept, to characterize tread pattern geometry, and a demonstration of the equivalence of wear rate for identical compounds on whole tread or multi-section tread tires.

The seasonal changes in the skin thickness and structure of the horses’ coat, as signs of adaptation to environmental factors, were studied. The experiment was carried out with the livestock kept in a herd using winter-grazing technology without additional feedings in the climatic conditions of the Trans-Baikal Territory. The objects of the research were adult mares of Zabaikalsky breed of horses of the same age, class and fatness. The studies were carried out in the middle of each season (May, July, October, February). The length of the coat was measured with a caliper, the coat itself with the determination of the ratio of hair (fl uffy hair, heterotype hair and coarse hair) and the thickness of the skin fold were measured in accordance with the approved methodological recommendations. The minimum skin thickness in winter was detected in mares on the back and shoulder blade – 4.3 and 4.4 mm, the maximum – on the side and thigh – 4.5 4.6 mm. When compared with the summer period, the increase on the side was 0.8 mm, whereas on the back, shoulder blade and thigh – 0.4 mm (p ≤ 0,001). In spring, thickening of the skin was noted within 0.1-0.3 mm in the same topographic areas, compared to autumn. The quantitative indicators of the coat changed depending on the season of the year. In winter, the coat contained more fl uffy hair (23.10%), and less coarse hair (68.24%), in summer there was a lower content of fl uffy hair (4.33%), but more coarse hair (94.01%.) Sharp seasonal changes were noted with regard to the length of the hair. The longest hair was found in winter and spring – 4.96 and 4.26 cm, whereas the shortest – in summer and autumn – 0.94 and 1.90 cm, respectively.

Soil tillage and fertilization level are important in the system of agro-technical measures that increase soil fertility and sugar beets productivity. Today the cultivation of this crop requires a great deal of expense, therefore, there is a need for a wider study of the use of cheap soil cultivation, soil protection, energy-saving soil tillage technologies and appropriate ferti-lization levels. Under western Forest-Steppe of Ukraine conditions, investigations were conducted on dark grey podzolic light loamy soils where the influence of tillage models and fertilization levels on the formation of sugar beets root crops was studied. Shallow no-plow tillage of the soil on 14-16 cm is expedient to use as a main tillage under sugar beets. Under favorable weather and climatic conditions, it can provide yielding capacity at the level of deep fall plowing. The use of shallow no-plow tillage helped to increase the yielding capacity of sugar beet roots relative to plowing by 28-30 cm for 1.3 t / ha and the biological sugar output – for 0.2 t / ha. Then the sugar content was by 0.1% higher in the application of deep fall plowing on 28-30 cm. The optimization of the system of sugar beets fertilization allows ensuring the growth of the yielding capacity of root crops. It is established that the application of fertilizer norm N300P225K350 provides the yielding capacity at the level of 90 t / ha. The sugar content of root crops at the given fertilizer rate was the lowest in the experiment - 16.5 – 16.6%. Thanks to the high yielding capacity of root crops in terms of N300P225K350, the sugar harvesting was the highest and depending on the method of basic soil tillage was 14.95 – 14.79 t / ha. That is in 3.2 times more as to the control, in 1.3 times more than the norm of N180P135K210 and in 1.1 more than the fertilization level N240P180K280.

Мета: Відповідно до сфери діяльності служби радіаційного контролю ДП «38 ВІТЧ» території колишнього уранового виробництва ВО «ПХЗ» необхідно виявити загальні та специфічні особливості несення служби підрозділу та запропонувати розробку універсальної інструкції при здійсненні вихідного дозиметричного контролю на режимній території ВО «ПХЗ». Методика: аналіз дослідження дозволив виявити характерні закономірності впливу природних і антропогенних джерел іонізуючих випромінювання на величину ефективної дози опромінення населення та сучасна концепція радіаційного захисту людини. Результати: встановлені завдання вихідного радіаційного контролю, вихідного радіаційного експрес-контролю, проведення другого рівня радіаційного контролю, оптимізовані права та обов’язки співробітників служби дозиметричного контролю. Розроблений порядок та інструкція проведення вихідного радіаційного контролю вантажів та транспортних засобів. Регламентовані радіаційні параметри, що підлягають контролю. Обґрунтований раціональний перелік обов'язків дозиметриста, щодо переміщення через КПП режимної території. Наукова новизна: підвищення рівня безпеки на території колишнього виробничого об’єднання ВО «ПХЗ», що відображають усі аспекти діяльності служби радіаційного контролю. Практичне значення: При наявності на підприємстві затверджених інструкцій (особливо щодо перетину периметру режимної території), всі ланки (служби) підприємства ДП «38 ВІТЧ» ясно розумують, які обов’язки повинні виконувати, що в свою чергу поліпшує атмосферу в колективі та зменшує вірогідність похибки при вхідному або вихідному радіаційному контролі. Ключові слова: вихідний та вхідний радіаційний контроль, контрольно-пропускний пункт (КПП), дозиметрист, інструкція, вантаж, транспортний засіб, дозові рівні.
