Improving teacher competencies in teaching process have to supervice by competent supervisor. Supervisory means monitoring what’s teachers did and did not in classroom and encourage them to reach the best performance. The purpose of this study is mainly to describe the performance of primary school teachersin the unit of education technical implementation in Banyumanik, Semarang. This researchwas conducted in January- August 2017. The sample of this research is 162 primaryschool teachers selected by random sampling technique in order to get the same opportunityas sample. The instruments used in this study were the assessment sheets, the RatingSheet consisted of 64 items of question, and 3 indicators of Primary School TeacherPerformance. The results show that each of Implementation of lesson plans is categorizedvery well (90, 9%), the execution of the learning is 83.4%, assessment of learning is good(82.8%). The Overall performance of primary school teachers is categorized good( 85 , 7 % ). In other words, the primary school teachers of the unit of education technicalimplementation in Banyumanik Semarang can arrange the lesson plans, carry out learningand teaching process and assess the learning process in elementary school.

This article presents an investigation into how primary-school pupils imagine a good teacher and what characteristics of teachers they appreciate. The teacher’s personality is a quality of central importance to the teaching process. Teachers find themselves in many diverse situations and they cannot always remain the same. Each situation requires different qualities, attitudes and knowledge. In different situations, the teacher can achieve the same educational outcome in various ways, by using a range of methods. No teacher can be expected to have the ideal personality and cannot possibly have all the desired qualities, so some qualities compensate for the lack of others. However, the crucial aspects of a good teacher’s personality is authenticity, naturalness and positive relationship with pupils.

Corporal Punishment yields negative impact on the behaviors of students and thus their learning achievements remain lower. Sometime, in a particular situation, students’ exhibit relatively better results but they actually get fed up with the learning enrolment and intrinsically intend to go away from teaching learning process. This study was under taken to get the opinion of primary school teachers and their practical behaviors towards corporal punishment at primary level in the Govt. Schools of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. In order to collect data, a questionnaire containing 35 questions was developed in Urdu for seeking opinion of primary school teachers. The questionnaire had two parts; the first part pertained to information about different aspects related to the classroom situation while the second part contained an open-ended question asking for suggestions.  Stratified random sample technique was used but only those school were selected which were willing to respond and easy to approach.  Data collected through questionnaire were tabulated and analyzed.  Although difference of opinion was found among the teachers on all issues yet an overall majority opined that corporal punishment must not be there as it was the greatest negative variable for creating a conducive environment for teaching learning process. The article substantiates the necessity of understanding mathematical text in the process of training of students – future primary school teachers. The features of the understanding of the subject area of "mathematics" on the basis of the analysis of the specificity of mathematical texts. The article presents the didactic conditions of understanding mathematical texts with students in order to improve the quality of mathematical and pedagogical education of future primary school teachers. Describes the tools and methods to ensure understanding of mathematical content by the students. The conducted research allowed to establish the effect of implementing the selected conditions on the overcoming of formalism in the assimilation of mathematics by students.

The task of vocational education at the present stage of development of society is to train competitive professionals with professional mobility, skills of rapid adaptation to changing conditions of society, methods of self-education, improving the quality of their own professional activities and its product. The article analyzes the modern model of practical training of teachers, namely: future educators of preschool education and primary school teachers in the educational process of the Pedagogical Institute of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. The current modernization of the domestic education system creates increased requirements for the quality of training of modern teachers, which is not only to modernize the content of profile-oriented disciplines, but also requires appropriate organization of various types of pedagogical practice. The authors investigate various aspects of training future teachers to carry out professional activities in preschool and primary schools. In particular, the activities of the Center for Self-Knowledge and Self-Development, the Center for Innovative Educational Technologies (ICR), the Educational Laboratory of Creative Pedagogy are substantiated, providing a combination of scientific achievements and practice in the educational process. It is in the process of training in these centers that students have the opportunity to model different components of future pedagogical activities and choose different ways to solve them given the proposed features of the pedagogical situation, which will further contribute to the formation of future teachers holistic perception of professional activity. all participants in the educational process, the ability to make independent decisions and respond quickly to the challenges of everyday teaching. The peculiarities of students’ work in the centers in classroom and extracurricular classes are revealed, in the process of which future preschool educators and primary school teachers have the opportunity to participate in interdisciplinary projects, trainings, master innovative and digital teaching tools. component of the educational process and ensures the competitiveness of young professionals. The article identifies tools for information and educational environment that should be used in working with students (STEAM-education, storytelling, kahoot, answergarden), which will promote the development of future teachers’ ability to self-presentation, the effective formation of their professional competence. The paper presented the current situation of forecasting the number of children and students attending school in Ca Mau Province, Vietnam. A random survey of 89 primary school teachers in Ca Mau province with a questionnaire about the situation of the work of forecasting the number of children and students attending to school in Ca Mau Province showed that: The mean score of forecasting the number of children and students attending to school is 3.93 - corresponding to often level; the average point of the quality of the task of forecasting the number of children and students attending to school is 3.96 - at a fair level; the ensuring the development of education based on the results of forecasting the number of children and students attending to school with the mean of 2.92 - at a sometimes level. There is no correlation between forecasting the number of children and students attending school and ensuring conditions for education development based on the results of forecasting the number of children and students attending school.

Educational progress is determined by how teacher’s way to arrange the learning process that occurs in schools. The quality of learning depends on how the teacher runs the learning, so the goal of education is achieved, the learning process becomes innovative and fun and learners do not feel bored during the learning process takes place. The formation of students’ character becomes the main goal in education, therefore comic is a tool that can help teachers in instilling the values of characters contained in the comic.

The COVID-19 pandemic has influenced the manner in which school activities are organized and the way that interactions occur between all educational actors. According to both teacher and parent opinion, the quality of cooperation and communication between the school and the families has not been affected. The use of modern means of communication is considered by both parents and primary school teachers as an optimal strategy for strengthening the school-family partnership. This study presents several types of activities that parents have enjoyed and which could be organized in the online environment. The authors of the study have discovered that for some parents it was very comfortable to interact with the teacher in the online environment. For these parents, the main advantage of using communication platforms or applications refers to economy of time; thus, travel from their home or job to the school was avoided.
