Thiss study aims to determine work experience, job training, organizational climate, and its influence on employee performance at PT. Trengginas Jaya either partially or simultaneously. The sample used as many as 30 employees. This research uses descriptive and verification methods. Hypothesis testing techniques T-test and F-test and data analysis techniques for Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS v25 for Windowss software. The result of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of work experience, job training, and organizational climate on employee performance simultaneously of 26.907. In addition, work experience, job training, and organizational climate also partially have a significant effect on employe performance. Among these variables, partially Work Experience has a significantly greater level than the other three variables, which is 3.778

This study entitled the effect of Compensation, Job Training and Job Satisfaction onMarketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. The formulation ofthe problem in this study was whether the effect of Compensation, Job Training and JobSatisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. Thepurpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of Compensation, JobTraining and Job Satisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung ToyotaBengkulu.This research was conducted on marketing employees of PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu.While the time of this study was conducted for 11 days, namely on 18 January to 28January 2020. The population of this study were employees at PT. Agung ToyotaBengkulu, while the sample of this research is marketing employees of PT. Agung ToyotaBengkulu, amounting to 97 people. This means that the sample material uses quantitativemethods.With research test data analysis techniques, the results of the study can be concluded thatthe respondents' perceptions about Compensation (X1), Job Training (X2) and JobSatisfaction (X3) affect the Performance of Marketing Employees (Y) with the results ofmultiple linear regression obtained the following equation: Y = 1.734 + 0.378 (X1) +0.570 (X2) + 0.328 (X3) and the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.802 orapproximately (802%) through hypothesis testing simultaneously (simultaneously) andindividually (partial) in this study by using the f test and t test, Compensation (X1), JobTraining (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3), = 0.000, it means that values <0.05 show togetherand have significant influence.Keywords: Compensation, Training, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this. Conclusions, abilities and work experience have an impact on employee performance Keywords: Ability, Work Experience, Employee Performance.

Performance as the results of work functions or activities of a person or group in an organization within a certain period of time at KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita. This study aims to partially determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita, with a total of 70 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and uses the SPSS for windows 25 computer program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect. and significant on employee performance and simultaneously work motivation, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 33 pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of motivation, competence and work environment on the performance of employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Kendari Management and Retribution Agency. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and was carried out on 33 employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The sampling technique used was the census method and data testing techniques used in this study include the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that simultaneous motivation, competence, and work environment influence employee performance and partially the dominant influence on employee performance is motivation.

The research aims to empirically examine the effect of Employee Conflict through the workplace of Islamic spirituality and Analyze Employee performance at Islamic Banks. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The total sample of 36 employees at the Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using linear regression and path path. The results showed that the Spiritual Workplace influenced the conflict of Islamic Bank employees. Conflict affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Spiritual Islamic Workplace affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Indirectly employee conflict through Islamic Workplace employees has a significant effect on the performance of Islamic Bank employees. The results of the study are expected to be an input for managers to reduce conflicts in the company with Islamic spirituality workplaces

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the leadership, incentives and training on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch. The population in this study is the population in this study is the employees who are in the office of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch as much as 40 people.. The sample is used as many as 40 employees in Bank Syariah Mandiri Office, Pematangsiantar, amounting to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, the partial leadership testing has significant effect on employee performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Training partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous testing of leadership influences, incentives and training significantly affects employee performance.

The aims of this study are to find out (1) the effect of MSDM strategic practice variable, employees performance, (2) the effect of employee performance on company performance and the impact on company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company Yogyakarta.This type of research is explanatory research. Its population is 30 employees company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company. Number of samples were 30 respondents by using saturated sampling technique (census). Methods of data collection were conducted with questionnaire media, while data analysis techniques used simple multiple linear regression analysis.The result shows that multiple linear regression equation is Y (company performance) = 0.059X1 (MSDM strategic practice) + 0.205X2 (employee performance). There is no significant effect between MSDM strategic practice on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,773>0,05). No significant effect between employee performance on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,322>0,05)

This study aims to examine the effect of incentives and motivation on employee performance at PT. Hurip Utama Cikampek. This research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions. Samples were collected using the Incidental Random Sampling method with a total sample of 128 respondents from a population of 281 people. Data analysis techniques used are scale range analysis techniques and SPSS version 22 path analysis. The results of this study prove that there is an influence between incentives and motivation on employee performance at PT. Hurip Utama Cikampek both partially and simultaneously.
