This study aims to analyze the comparison of employee performance before and after the provision of education and job training at PT. Intra Asia Insurance Medan Branch. Data collection by interviews and documentation. The population is all employees of the company and the sample in this study uses saturated samples, namely sampling to all agents totaling 35 people. Data analysis techniques with different test two average paired samples. The results of the study resulted in a level of difference before and after the provision of education and job training showed a z_count value of 24.23> 1.96 which means that there were significant differences between the performance of employees after and received training before getting training. From the results of hypothesis testing, the formulation of the hypothesis proposed for validity test shows that there are significant differences in employee performance before and after the provision of education and job training. Thus, the hypothesis proposed in this study can be accepted.Suggestions given, the company should provide education and training regularly, especially for employees with performance that does not meet the standards and providing education and training for employees who have met the standards also need to be done in an effort to increase the policy targets set by the company.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the leadership, incentives and training on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch. The population in this study is the population in this study is the employees who are in the office of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch as much as 40 people.. The sample is used as many as 40 employees in Bank Syariah Mandiri Office, Pematangsiantar, amounting to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, the partial leadership testing has significant effect on employee performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Training partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous testing of leadership influences, incentives and training significantly affects employee performance.

The formulation ofthe problem in this study was whether the effect of Compensation, Job Training and JobSatisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. Thepurpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of Compensation, JobTraining and Job Satisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung ToyotaBengkulu.This research was conducted on marketing employees of PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu.While the time of this study was conducted for 11 days, namely on 18 January to 28January 2020. The population of this study were employees at PT. Agung ToyotaBengkulu, while the sample of this research is marketing employees of PT. Agung ToyotaBengkulu, amounting to 97 people. This means that the sample material uses quantitativemethods.With research test data analysis techniques, the results of the study can be concluded thatthe respondents' perceptions about Compensation (X1), Job Training (X2) and JobSatisfaction (X3) affect the Performance of Marketing Employees (Y) with the results ofmultiple linear regression obtained the following equation: Y = 1.734 + 0.378 (X1) +0.570 (X2) + 0.328 (X3) and the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.802 orapproximately (802%) through hypothesis testing simultaneously (simultaneously) andindividually (partial) in this study by using the f test and t test, Compensation (X1), JobTraining (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3), = 0.000, it means that values <0.05 show togetherand have significant influence.Keywords: Compensation, Training, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Caturkarda Depo Serpong Tangerang Building. The method used in this study uses associative quantitative approach while the sample used in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, data analysis techniques with validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, Ftest, Ftest, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.091X1 . Tcount value of 3.086> ttable 1.989 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination of 28.5%. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.173X2 . Tvalue 4.612> ttable 1.989 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination 36.6%. Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by the value of Fcount 31.222> Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the Rvalue of the coefficient of determination of 43.2% Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Serpong Tangerang. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, tehnik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis uji thitung uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,091X1. Nilai thitung 3,086 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 28,5%. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,173X2. Nilai thitung 4,612 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi 36,6%. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung 31,222 > Ftabel 3,11 dengan siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai R nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,2%. The purpose of this study is to find out about education and training, leadership and industrial relations on employee performance. The population in this study were 158 people with the method of determining the sample using purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results showed that education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Industrial relations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Conducive and harmonious industrial relations practices create a calm work so as to minimize disruption and problems in the work environment. When industrial relations are well maintained there will be an increase in employee productivity. Increasing employee productivity will affect the improvement of company performance. Good company performance is better able to improve employee welfare. Keywords: training, leadership, industrial industrial relation, performance

<p>The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Working Guidance and Motivation on Performance of Central Bureau of Statistics of Geger, Madiun Regency Partially, and which variable is the most dominant influence on employee performance. Respondents in this study amounted to 83 people. Data collection techniques used were observations, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of partial data analysis found that there is a positive and significant influence between job training and work motivation variables on the performance of officers at BPS Partners in the Economic Census 2016 Geger District, Madiun District. Thus it is evident that there is a positive and significant effect of job training and work motivation on performance at the Economic Census 2016 Geger District. So it can be concluded that job training and work motivation. Masalah sumber daya manusia masih menjadi sorotan bagi organisasi untuk tetap dapat bertahan di era globalisasi. Sumber daya manusia mempunyai peran utama dalam setiap kegiatan organisasi. Walaupun didukung dengan sarana dan prasarana serta sumber dana yang berlebihan, tetapi tanpa dukungan sumber daya manusia yang andal, maka kegiatan organisasi tidak akan terselesaikan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan pelatihan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien korelasi maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh secara serempak atau bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Persandian Kabupaten Deiyai. The issue of human resources is still in the spotlight for organizations to remain viable in the era of globalization. Human resources play a major role in every organization's activities. Although supported by facilities and infrastructure as well as excessive sources of funds, without the support of reliable human resources, the activities of the organization will not be completed properly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent to which the influence of leadership style, work discipline and training on employee performance, as well as to analyze the extent to which the influence of leadership style, work discipline and training simultaneously on the performance of employees. Data collection techniques are through observation, questionnaires and documentation, with data analysis techniques using the research instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results found that leadership style, work discipline and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the correlation coefficient analysis, it can be concluded that the leadership style, work discipline and training have an influence simultaneously or jointly on improving employee performance in the Department of Communication, Information and coding of Deiyai ??Regency.

The research aims to empirically examine the effect of Employee Conflict through the workplace of Islamic spirituality and Analyze Employee performance at Islamic Banks. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The total sample of 36 employees at the Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using linear regression and path path. The results showed that the Spiritual Workplace influenced the conflict of Islamic Bank employees. Conflict affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Spiritual Islamic Workplace affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Indirectly employee conflict through Islamic Workplace employees has a significant effect on the performance of Islamic Bank employees. The results of the study are expected to be an input for managers to reduce conflicts in the company with Islamic spirituality workplaces

This study aims to determine the influence of recruitment and training on employee performance. Sampling method using saturated sample. Data were collected using the method of observation, interviews, and quitionaires. Respondents of the study by 55 employees at the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative analyses. The program were used to perform data analysis is SPSS version 22 for Windows. These results indicate that recruitmen effect on employee performance at  the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa. Training effect on employee performance at  the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa. Recruitment and training has a positive affect on employee performance at  the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa.

This research was motivated by the low motivation of the participants in participating in the 3 in 1 embroidery pin training at the Padang Industrial Education and Training Center. The goal is to see a picture of the motivation of the participants in following the pinhead embroidery training. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The number of respondents in this study was 40 people consisting of training participants for pinhead embroidery training generation II and XIII. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that the motivation to follow the training participants of the 3 in 1 head embroidery training is still low, namely 71% for 40 respondents.

This study aims to analyze; (i) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on employee performance; (ii) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction; and (iii) the effect of job satisfaction variables on employee performance. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee performance. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The population in this study were all employees who had been mutation in 2018 by 114 people. Withdrawal the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that the variable of work mutation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work mutation variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
