This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The sample of this study were employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Bengkulu Utara, which amounted to 96 employees by taking a minimum sample of employees. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multipleregression analysis. This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The results found that: (1) Reward significantly influencedthe performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the t test results show the value of t sig for the variable Reward value (X1) Namely, thit > t (4.123 > 1.98580) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050) means that Hα is accepted and H0α/2 is rejected. (2) Punishment significantly influenced the performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with t test results showed the value of t sig for the Punishment Value Variable (X2) > t(α / 2) (2.929 >1.98580) and (sig α = 0.004 < 0.050 means that Hα was accepted and H0 was rejected. (3) Reward and Punishment Variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the results of the F test hypothesis above obtained by F count of 99.917 with Ftable value of 3.09 that is (99.917 > 3.09) and (sig α =0.000 < 0.050), then it can be concluded that H3 is accepted.Keywords : Reward, Punishment and employee performance

Abstract: The Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) 2017 at the Land Office of Semarang Regency successfully completed the entire target of 50,000 fields with achievement of 100% realization. The success of a Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activity is related from the Executor (ASN) side of the activity which will relate to the performance of the employees in carrying out PTSL activities, so it is necessary to prove this in order to optimize the performance of employees and various factors that support the performance of these employees in carrying out activities in accordance with the planned targets. This research is a survey research quantitative approach with research location in Land Office of Semarang Regency. Technique of data collection used are spreading questionnaires to respondents and study documents. Technique of data analysis is conducted by using Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The results showed that based on the test results of each employee performance supporting variable the most dominant positive and significant correlations were member variables, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient value r = 0.393 *, p-value = 0.029 with a significance of 97.1%, if the ability of members improved it will increase success in implementing PTSL. Overall, a significant positive correlation between employee performance against the success of PTSL implementation in 2017, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient r = 0.360, p-value = 0.016 with a significance of 98.4%, if the factors that affect employee performance are improved it will increase success in PTSL implementation. Based on the test results, the research hypothesis can be accepted. Keywords: correlation, employee performance, PTSL. Intisari: Pelaksanaan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap (PTSL) Tahun 2017 di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang berhasil menyelesaikan seluruh target 100 %. Keberhasilan PTSL berhubungan erat dengan Pelaksana (ASN), penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mendukung kinerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan kegiatan PTSL. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif, analisa data dilaksanakan menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment (PPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel pendukung kinerja pegawai yang paling dominan berkorelasi positif dan signifikan adalah variabel anggota, terbukti dengan nilai koefisien korelasi korelasi r=0.393*, p-value= 0.029 dengan signifikasi sebesar 97.1%, jika kemampuan anggota ditingkatkan maka akan meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan PTSL. Secara keseluruhan, korelasi positif yang siginifikan antara kinerja pegawai terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan PTSL Tahun 2017, terbukti dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0.360, p-value= 0.016 dengan signifikasi sebesar 98.4%, jika faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai ditingkatkan maka akan meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan PTSL. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is all employees of Jamu Jago Joyokusumo Factory Banyuwangi, amounting to 40 employees with the sampling technique using the census method. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Discipline has no partially significant effect on the Employee Performance of Jago Jago Joyokusumo Jamu Factory. This can be proven by the T test of 0.576 which is greater than 0.05. (2) Work motivation has a partially significant effect on the Employee Performance of Jago Jago Joyokusumo Jamu Factory. This can be proven by the T test of 0.000 which is less than 0.05. (3) Work Discipline and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Employee Performance of Jamu Jago Joyokusumo Factory Employees. This can be proven by the F test of F count 8.174 with a significant level of 0.001, so the significant value is much smaller than 0.05.

This research aimed to describe the employee performance, organizational culture and cultural relations organization with the performance satisfaction at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The hypothesis of the proposed research is “organizational culture is  significantly correlated with the performance of employee at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto”. The present research is correlational which to see organizational culture with employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The population is 69 people and samples is 61 people. Large instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire type a Likert scale that have been valid and reliabel. The techhique of data analysis is done by using the formula Product Moment Correlation and T-test. The result of the dataanalysis showed that (1) employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto is in the category is good (85,15%), (2) organizational culture are on the category good (89,54%), and (3) there is a significant organizational culture between leadership with employee performance with a correlation coefficient = 0,327. So it can be concluded tha organizational culture affects employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto.

<p>The purpose of this study was to influence of leadership style on employee performance in institution Bumi Damai Madiun. The sample in this study all existing employees in the institution Bumi Damai Madiun, totaling 34 people. Data collection using questionnaires. In analyzing the data used statistical methods to test the product moment correlation is valid whether or not the instruments used and the method of regression tests for testing the hypothesis put forward in this study. </p>The results showed that leadership style has relationships and a positive influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. It is obtained from the correlation test that shows the value of rhitung is rtabel 0.339 0.740 whereas, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value rhitung ≥ rtabel (0.740 ≥ 0.339) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 to show that leadership style has a relationship with employee performance on Institute <br /> Bumi Damai Madiun.  Further test results were also obtained Fisher, Fhitung value is 38.843 while the F table at 4.149, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value Fcount Ftabel ≥ (≥ 38.843 4.149) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which indicates that there is the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. Besides t test results obtained, is 6.232 whereas tcount ttabel of 2.037, on the other hand is 0.000 while the value Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that tcount ≥ TTable (6.232 ≥ 1.694) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which shows that there are different leadership style influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. R 2 of 0.548 results showed that 54.8% of employees affected by the performance variable leadership style, while the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to influence the investment of gold on investment decisions on the employees of Bank Mandiri branch of Padang, To determine the effect of stock investment on investment decisions on employees of Bank Mandiri branch Padang, To determine the effect of gold and stock investment on investment decisions on employees of Bank Mandiri branch Padang and For knowing which investment decisions are most preferred by employees of Bank Mandiri branch Padang. Data collection methods used in this research is by using research lapanga and research library. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The test results t t Investment Gold Investment Decision obtained t value of 2.152 is greater than t table of 2.002 and the value of sig of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 so that Gold Investment variables significantly influence the Investment Decision ,2) The result of t test of Investment Tests on Investment Decision found t value equal to 13,498 bigger than t table equal to 2,002 and value of sig equal to 0,001 less than 0,05 so variable of Investment of Saham has significant effect to Investment Decision 3) Result of F test test Gold Investment and Stock Investment to Investment Decision found the value of F arithmetic equal to 123,233 bigger than F table equal to 4,00 and sig value equal to 0.000 less than 0,05 so that variable of Gold Investment and Investment of Stock have significant effect to Investment Decision 4) Based on the answers given by employees quizoner of PT. Bank Mandiri branch of Padang is known type of investment is the most other selected by 25 respondents, gold by 20 respondents and shares of 15 respondents. (YG)

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge, ability and experience of work to the performance of employee at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja. The object of research is the performance of employees at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja. This type of research is associative quantitative, the type of data is primary data, and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. While the type of sample used is a saturated sample, with samples are the entire population of employees at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja of 43 persons.            The results showed that there was no influence between knowledge to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja, with the results of tcount <ttable (1,122 <2,023), there was no influence between ability to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja, with tcount < ttable (1,861 <2,023), there is a influence between work experience to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja, with t test results where tcount > ttable value (4,110> 2,023), and there are influence of knowledge, ability, and simultaneous work experience to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja with the results of Fcount> Ftable (5.958> 2.85).

Motivation and work discipline are the important things in an organization, because theh are a factor which plays a role in obtaining the optimal work. With the motivation accompanied by good work discipline of the employees will greatly affect the personal performance which in the end the organizational goals will be easily achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance, both together and partially. The approach of this research is quantitative with a population of 149 and sample 108. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using t test and F test. The results showed motivation has an influence on the performance of the Directorate of Ports of the Ministry of Transportation's employees by 15.6%. Discipline has an influence on the performance of the Ministry of Transportation's Port Directorate's employees by 19.4%. Motivation and Discipline together have an influence of 27.6%.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on the performance of PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana Surabaya. This study used  a quantitative approach and data collection through questionnaires and observations. With a population of 76 respondents. Analysis of the data used  the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the effect of work motivation and compensation on the performance of PT. Delami Brands Khasrisma Busana Surabaya showed positive and significant results. The F test results are 70,878> F table = 2,92 simultaneously. Partially work motivation of 8.433> t table 1.993 has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation of 4.564> 1.993 has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana Surabaya.

Applying religion value is one of the more dominating learning in RA (Raudhatul Athfal) Darul Ulum. The applying of religion values include learning of Qur'an and Al Hadith also Islamic Education. Based on the parent’s observations, the applying religion values can be the interest point to form parent’sperception. This study aimmed to investigate the implementation, activities, results, and the parent’s perception of applying religious values in groups A1 and A2 RA Darul Ulum to form the parent’s perception. The research sample of this study are 33 parents. The writer uses quantitative approach. The techniques of data collection are questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentations. This study uses data analysis techniques of statistics descriptive and hypothesis test by using t test of right side. The results of the data analysis of applying religion value can be known that the percentage of applying religion values is 96%, the activity percentage of applying religion values is 75%, the result percentage of applying religion values is 68%, and the perception percentage of applying religion values is 82%. Based on the percentage results can be inferred that applying religion value in RA Darul Ulum is very effective to form parent’s perception.
