This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The sample of this study were employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Bengkulu Utara, which amounted to 96 employees by taking a minimum sample of employees. The results found that: (1) Reward significantly influencedthe performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the t test results show the value of t sig for the variable Reward value (X1) Namely, thit > t (4.123 > 1.98580) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050) means that Hα is accepted and H0α/2 is rejected. (2) Punishment significantly influenced the performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with t test results showed the value of t sig for the Punishment Value Variable (X2) > t(α / 2) (2.929 >1.98580) and (sig α = 0.004 < 0.050 means that Hα was accepted and H0 was rejected. (3) Reward and Punishment Variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the results of the F test hypothesis above obtained by F count of 99.917 with Ftable value of 3.09 that is (99.917 > 3.09) and (sig α =0.000 < 0.050), then it can be concluded that H3 is accepted.Keywords : Reward, Punishment and employee performance

Good and poor person's performance can be influenced by many factors, among others is the granting of reward and punishment. Reward and punishment are two forms of methods to motivate, encourage and encourage employees to do good and improve their performance. This research aims to determine the influence between Reward and Punishment PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Samarinda branch both partially and simultaneously to the employee's performance. The population of this research is all employees of PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) branch of Samarinda. Data collection in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis tools used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and T test. From this research concluded that effect of apartial reward of the employee’s performance amounted to 48.5%, of the results Tcount>Ttable (3,919>1,993), and a partial punishment influence on the employee’s performance of 60.9%, of the result Tcount>Ttable (3,748>1,993), and simultaneously there was an influence between reward and punishment to performance by 50.2%, from the result of Fcount>Ftable (38,529>3,123). The results showed that the partial and simultaneous reward and punishment have significant effect on the employee's performance.  PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) should provide appropriate reward and punishment to improve employee performance.

This study aims to determine the conformity of adolescents in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Galur and SMP Muhammadiyah Al Manar Boarding School and to analyze the differences there. This research is survey research using a quantitative approach with a comparative study method. The population in this study was 171 students, while the sample size was 120 students. The data analysis technique used the Mann Withney test to see the results of differences in adolescent conformity. The final results of this study indicated that (1) the level of conformity of the students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Galur was medium; (2) the conformity level of the students of SMP Muhammadiyah Al Manar Boarding School was medium and high; (3) there was no significant difference regarding the level of adolescent conformity between students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Galur and students of SMP Muhammadiyah Al Manar Boarding School as evidenced by the results of the Mann Withney test with the Sig. 0.129 0.05.

Abstract: The Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) 2017 at the Land Office of Semarang Regency successfully completed the entire target of 50,000 fields with achievement of 100% realization. The success of a Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activity is related from the Executor (ASN) side of the activity which will relate to the performance of the employees in carrying out PTSL activities, so it is necessary to prove this in order to optimize the performance of employees and various factors that support the performance of these employees in carrying out activities in accordance with the planned targets. This research is a survey research quantitative approach with research location in Land Office of Semarang Regency. Technique of data collection used are spreading questionnaires to respondents and study documents. Technique of data analysis is conducted by using Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The results showed that based on the test results of each employee performance supporting variable the most dominant positive and significant correlations were member variables, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient value r = 0.393 *, p-value = 0.029 with a significance of 97.1%, if the ability of members improved it will increase success in implementing PTSL. Overall, a significant positive correlation between employee performance against the success of PTSL implementation in 2017, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient r = 0.360, p-value = 0.016 with a significance of 98.4%, if the factors that affect employee performance are improved it will increase success in PTSL implementation. Based on the test results, the research hypothesis can be accepted. Keywords: correlation, employee performance, PTSL. Intisari: Pelaksanaan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap (PTSL) Tahun 2017 di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang berhasil menyelesaikan seluruh target 100 %. Keberhasilan PTSL berhubungan erat dengan Pelaksana (ASN), penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mendukung kinerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan kegiatan PTSL. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif, analisa data dilaksanakan menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment (PPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel pendukung kinerja pegawai yang paling dominan berkorelasi positif dan signifikan adalah variabel anggota, terbukti dengan nilai koefisien korelasi korelasi r=0.393*, p-value= 0.029 dengan signifikasi sebesar 97.1%, jika kemampuan anggota ditingkatkan maka akan meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan PTSL. Secara keseluruhan, korelasi positif yang siginifikan antara kinerja pegawai terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan PTSL Tahun 2017, terbukti dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0.360, p-value= 0.016 dengan signifikasi sebesar 98.4%, jika faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai ditingkatkan maka akan meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan PTSL. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan karakter peserta didik, terutama karakter menghargai prestasi peserta didik kelas VIII SMP N 5 Muaro Jambi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian survei dengan instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII A dan VIII E SMP N 5 Muaro Jambi, dengan jumlah total responden sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Sedangkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angket karakter menghargai prestasi peserta didik digolongkan dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Pada kelas VIII A, terdapat 16,7 % pernyataan yang dijawab dengan baik oleh peserta didik, dan terdapat 83,3 % pernyataan yang dijawab dengan sangat baik oleh peserta didik. Sedangkan pada kelas VIII E, terdapat 25,9 % pernyataan yang dijawab dengan baik oleh peserta didik, dan terdapat 74,1 % pernyataan yang dijawab dengan sangat baik oleh peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil angket tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta didik SMP N 5 Muaro Jambi, khususnya kelas VIII A dan VIII E, telah memiliki sikap yang sangat baik dalam menghargai prestasi. Kata Kunci: Karakter, Menghargai Prestasi, Peserta Didik, Pendidikan ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify the character of students, especially the character of respecting the achievements of class VIII students of SMP N 5 Muaro Jambi. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. While the type of research used is the type of survey research with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII A and VIII E SMP N 5 Muaro Jambi, with a total number of respondents as many as 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical. The results of the study indicate that character questionnaires value achievement classified in the category of "very good". In class VIII A, there were 16.7% statements that were answered well by students, and there were 83.3% statements that were answered very well by students. Whereas in class VIII E, there were 25.9% of statements answered well by students, and there were 74.1% statements that were answered very well by students. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it can be concluded that the students of SMP N 5 Muaro Jambi, especially classes VIII A and VIII E, have had a very good attitude in respecting achievement. Keywords: Character, Respect for Achievement, Students, Education

This study aims to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on the Employee Performance of KFC Artha Gading North Jakarta. Reward is a form of appreciation to a certain achievement given, both by and from individuals or an institution which is usually given in the form of material or speech. Punishment is a way to direct a behaviour in accordance with the behaviour that applies in general. Performance is the result or level of success of a person as a whole during a certain period in carrying out tasks compared to various possibilities, such as standard results of work, targets or targets or criteria that have been determined in advance and have been agreed upon. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 32 respondents who are employees of KFC Artha Gading North Jakarta. Research results show that : reward has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta, punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta, reward and positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta. Punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta.

Abstract The low budget absorption capacity of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) and cases of corruption involving government employees reflects the low awareness of employee religiosity and has an impact on the lack of performance of government employees. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the performance of employees within the Provincial Government of North Sumatra in terms of education, experience, motivation with religiosity as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis used the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The results obtained that partially, experience and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the North Sumatra Provincial Government employees. But partially, education has no significant effect on the performance of the North Sumatra provincial government employees. Simultaneously, education, experience and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the North Sumatra Provincial Government employees. Meanwhile, Religiosity strengthens the influence of Education, Experience, and Motivation on Employee Performance.

The study aims to: (1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (2) determine and analyze partial influence of work motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (3) determine and analyze partial influence of compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City. This research uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 42 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results show that (1) the sig. F value of 0.002 < 0.05 means that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; (2) the sig. t value of 0.013<α 0.05 means that work motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance. (3) the sig. t value of 0.821>α 0.05 means that compensation has non-significant influence on employee performance.  Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 42 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, disimpulkan: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel motivasi kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,013 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel kompensasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,821 > α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The game is one of the effective approaches in implementing swimming learning activities in children. The purpose of this research is to find out the most popular swimming game learning students and increase the courage to learn to swim. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 12 female students with age criteria 5-6 years with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that providing a variety of swimming aids equipment that is attractive to children will provide an interest in playing, and the courage of children to play with water. It also will provide benefits when playing while learning with swimming, thus providing the basic ability of swimming for children to make movements such as gliding, moving with legs, jumping and others.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance with Islamic motivation as a moderating variable at the Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Restaurant, Malang Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with the object of research at the Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Restaurant, Malang Branch. The selection of the company was because the Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Restaurant still existed and developed rapidly until now, behind the success there must be quality human resources who play an important role in developing it. The method used in this study with interviews and questionnaires. Using Data Analysis Scale and Moderation Analysis Range (MRA). The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Islamic motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and Islamic motivation moderates the influence of work motivation on employee performance but is not significant. The conclusion in this study work motivation still affects employee performance without the motivation of Islam as a moderating variable.
