Motivation and work discipline are the important things in an organization, because theh are a factor which plays a role in obtaining the optimal work. With the motivation accompanied by good work discipline of the employees will greatly affect the personal performance which in the end the organizational goals will be easily achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance, both together and partially. The approach of this research is quantitative with a population of 149 and sample 108. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using t test and F test. The results showed motivation has an influence on the performance of the Directorate of Ports of the Ministry of Transportation's employees by 15.6%. Discipline has an influence on the performance of the Ministry of Transportation's Port Directorate's employees by 19.4%. Motivation and Discipline together have an influence of 27.6%.

This research aimed to describe the employee performance, organizational culture and cultural relations organization with the performance satisfaction at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The hypothesis of the proposed research is “organizational culture is  significantly correlated with the performance of employee at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto”. The present research is correlational which to see organizational culture with employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The population is 69 people and samples is 61 people. Large instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire type a Likert scale that have been valid and reliabel. The techhique of data analysis is done by using the formula Product Moment Correlation and T-test. The result of the dataanalysis showed that (1) employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto is in the category is good (85,15%), (2) organizational culture are on the category good (89,54%), and (3) there is a significant organizational culture between leadership with employee performance with a correlation coefficient = 0,327. So it can be concluded tha organizational culture affects employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto.

The purpose of this study to determine factors that affect the performance of employee at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. Samples in this study were mostly employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru which amounted to 61 people. Sampling selected randomly using random sampling techniques (Sugiyono, 2010:93). While the variables studied in this research is the ability and motivation. Data analysis using multiple regression linear, using validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, F test, t test R2. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results of research on the ability and motivation variables on performance can be seen from Table F value obtained for F (0,05) (58) = 4,01, while F count on the F test is obtained from the data processed by 55,820, meaning F count = 55,820 > 4,01 means there is he ability and motivation variables on performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. From the results of the t test that most affect employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru is ability with t value 8,062 > 2,00172 meaning the partial motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, while the results of the regression equation linear is Y = 14,456 + 0,894X1 - 0,041X2.Therefore means that any changes in the ability amd motivation of both positive and negative will be amended also on the performance of employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru

This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The sample of this study were employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Bengkulu Utara, which amounted to 96 employees by taking a minimum sample of employees. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multipleregression analysis. This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The results found that: (1) Reward significantly influencedthe performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the t test results show the value of t sig for the variable Reward value (X1) Namely, thit > t (4.123 > 1.98580) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050) means that Hα is accepted and H0α/2 is rejected. (2) Punishment significantly influenced the performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with t test results showed the value of t sig for the Punishment Value Variable (X2) > t(α / 2) (2.929 >1.98580) and (sig α = 0.004 < 0.050 means that Hα was accepted and H0 was rejected. (3) Reward and Punishment Variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the results of the F test hypothesis above obtained by F count of 99.917 with Ftable value of 3.09 that is (99.917 > 3.09) and (sig α =0.000 < 0.050), then it can be concluded that H3 is accepted.Keywords : Reward, Punishment and employee performance

The performance of an organization can be determined by the existence of a good organizational culture that exists within an organization. This work culture will not just appear, but must be pursued in earnest through a controlled process involving a controlled process involving all Human Resources (HR) in a set of systems, tools and supporting techniques. The objectives of the research carried out by the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng are: to find out the description of organizational culture and employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet, Soppeng Regency. To answer these questions, the stages of the research method were used, starting from the literature review and field study, proposal preparation, testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the work culture of the employees at the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng was high, as well as the employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet showed that the employee's performance was very good in achieving organizational goals.

The purpose of this study is to determine the development of agrotourism Kampoeng Kopi Banaran and to analyze employee performance in supporting the development of agrotourism in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, in Semarang Regency. In particular the goal is to find out how management efforts in developing agrotourism Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, management of human resources, employee performance in supporting the development of agrotourism.The study is mixed methods using 56 respondents as samples. While data analysis in this research using multiple regression analysis using F test and t test. The results of the data analysis of socio-demographic explain that influence on the performance showed that age, gender, education, family status, employment status and work experience positively affect employee performance. While F-test states that jointly age, gender, education, family status, employment status and work experience affect the performance. t test in this research shows there is no significant influence of gender on the performance, no significant influence of the family status on the performance. The conclusions of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of socio-demographic on emplyoee performance and there is a positive and significant influence between employee performance against agrotourism understanding in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran. The purpose of this study is to determine whether competence, compensation and work discipline partially and simultaneously affect employee performance in PT. United Motors Centre Suzuki Ahmad Eigis Surabaya. Types research is explanatory research with quantitative analysis. The sample population is employees in the service division totaling 46 employees. Data collection techniques using survey with questionnaire as instrument. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t-test aand F-test to test the hypothesis with the SPSS program. The resuls of this study shows that competence, compensation and diciplines as partially and simultaniously significant effect on employee performance, and the effect of competence on employee performance is the most significant among the other three variables. Its indicate that increasing performance of employees can be determined by competence, compensation and work discipline of employees at division service PT. United Motors Centre Suzuki Ahmad Yani Surabaya.

This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is all employees of Jamu Jago Joyokusumo Factory Banyuwangi, amounting to 40 employees with the sampling technique using the census method. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Discipline has no partially significant effect on the Employee Performance of Jago Jago Joyokusumo Jamu Factory. This can be proven by the T test of 0.576 which is greater than 0.05. (2) Work motivation has a partially significant effect on the Employee Performance of Jago Jago Joyokusumo Jamu Factory. This can be proven by the T test of 0.000 which is less than 0.05. (3) Work Discipline and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Employee Performance of Jamu Jago Joyokusumo Factory Employees. This can be proven by the F test of F count 8.174 with a significant level of 0.001, so the significant value is much smaller than 0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Jaya Jaya Utama. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of PT.Tunas Jaya Utama employees. This study has the aim to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of PT.Tunas Jaya Utama employees. The population of this research is 32 employees of PT. Tunas Jaya Utama. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, documentary studies and questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used were the classic assumption test, multiple regression, T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. There is an effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT. Tunas Jaya Utama where the count is 0.349. The multiple correlation coefficient values ​​together between motivation and workload on performance obtained Rx1x2y = 0.723. This positive value means that if compensation and motivation are increased the performance will increase. From the F test it was obtained 15,853 with sig 0,000 <0,05, indicating that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) had a significant effect on performance (Y) at the 0.05 level. The coefficient of determination obtained (R-Square) is 0.522 or 52.20%, indicating that around 52.20% the variable Y can be explained by the compensation variable (X1) and motivation (X2) or practically it can be said that the contribution of compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) on performance (Y) is 52.20%, the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.

The aim of this research are to find out the simultaneous and partial influence between partnership, facility and brand image toward visit decision at Ibis Hotel in Surakarta. The population in this study were ibis hotel customers in Surakarta in the October-November 2019 period, totaling 209 registered members. The samples in this study were 104 respondents. Data collection techniques in this research were using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Technical data analysis in this research were using classic assumption test, multiple linier test, t test, f test, the coefficients determined. The result of this study: there is simultaneous influence between partnership, facility and brand image toward visit decision at Ibis Hotel in Surakarta.
