This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation and compensation on the employees’ work performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable conducted at the National Land Agency, the Regency of Bekasi. The research used a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 103 respondents out of a population consisting of 140 employees. Meanwhile, the data analysis was conducted using the coefficient of determination and simultaneous coefficient. Based on the study results, it reveals that (i) job motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (ii) compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (iii) job motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, performance, (iv) compensation partially have a positive and significant effect on work performance, (v) job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on work performance, (vi) work motivation and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (vii) work motivation and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work performance. The two independent variables, i.e., work motivation and compensation, have a partial effect and can also work together (simultaneously) and have a positive and significant effect which can be proven by all the results of the proven hypotheses.

Success in realizing the objectives company relies heavily on existing human resources in organizations in such company. To realize the objectives of the company, the company must consider factors that affect the performance of Civil Servants Work Motivation among others factors, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction. With the achievement of expected performance of Civil Servants Kebon Jeruk District Company can achieve its objectives. Kind research used is descriptive method, Pearson Correlation and Path Analysis is useful to know the response of employees on Work Motivation, Compensation for Job Satisfaction and Their Impacts on Civil Service Performance Kebon Jeruk District Company District Company where the employee population of 60 respondents. Provided the results of a calculation of the structural equation, Y = 0.579 X1 + 0.325 X2 + 0.644 ε1, where R2 = 0.585, sub-structure structural equation 2 ie, Z = 0.191 X1 + 0.239 X2 + 0.618 Y + 0.402 ε2 where R2 = 0.838 Conclusions and Recommendations of this research work motivation (X1) and Compensation (X2) jointly have a significant influence on job satisfaction (Y) equal to 58.8%. Work motivation (X1), Compensation (X2), and Job Satisfaction (Y) jointly have a significant influence on the performance of Civil Servants (Z) equal to 83.8%.

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Work Discipline at Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar amounted to 57 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linier regression is Ŷ = 26,243 + 1,232X1 + 0,681X2, means there is a positive influence between leadership and job satisfaction on work discipline. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,752. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low work discipline 56,5%, and the remaining 43,5% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the leadership and job satisfaction applied Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (35,062)> fhitung (3,17) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. The Effect of Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Job Performance of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk Branch Pematang Siantar Sudirman. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee work performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. The method used in this study is a survey approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The method of data collection is done by a list of questions and documentation study. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed simultaneously and partially work motivation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee work performance. The coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.918 which means that the ability of work motivation (X2) and Organizational Culture (X3) can explain variations of work performance by 91.8% and the remaining 8.2% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables studied.

Human resources play an important and strategic role in determining company policy. Superior human resources are required to carry out their duties in a quality and good manner. Human resources need to be well-managed and emphasised so that employees can feel satisfaction at work. Job satisfaction is vital upon measuring the work performance. If the employee is satisfied with the job, the work performance will be better. Job satisfaction also becomes an indicator for the company survival. The purpose of this study is to analyse the significance of the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and work environment on employees’ job satisfaction. This type of study is survey research on the employees at PT Tri Usaha Sejahtera Pratama company. The study population included 800 people. The research sample was 80 employees, which comprised 32 male and 48 female respondents. The sample is taken using the proportional cluster random sampling technique with criteria based on their education background and working period. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, model accuracy test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that all variables, including leadership style, work motivation, and work environment have positive influence towards employees’ job satisfaction. The leadership style, work motivation, and work environment have an essential effect on job satisfaction of the employees at PT Tri Usaha Sejahtera Pratama company. Therefore, it can be concluded that job satisfaction at PT Tri Usaha Sejahtera Pratama company can be measured using three variables: leadership style, work motivation, and work environment

A leader who has an entrepreneurial spirit or entrepreneurial leadership and motivation is absolutely necessary as an intangible culture, a non-physical structural capability that is able to move a physical figure, dare to take risks and prioritize work performance. so this study aims to determine the Effect of Entrepreneurship Leadership and Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction at Serang Raya University. This study uses a descriptive method and in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 77 respondents who were the samples of this study, the data came from populations that were normally distributed and had the same variance. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. correlation coefficient R = 0.723, while the coefficient of determination seen from R Square = 0.522 which means that entrepreneurial leadership and motivation of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable by 52.2% the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other factors such as work culture, employee discipline, environment work, etc. which were not included in this study. And there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial leadership and motivation on employee job satisfaction at Serang Raya University in the t test, the results obtained t count&gt; t table (4,281&gt; 1,992), it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial leadership (X<sub>1</sub>) and motivation (X<sub>2</sub>) on employee job satisfaction (Y) at Serang Raya University.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of facilities, motivation, and workdiscipline on the work performance of PT Zebra Asaba Industrui employees. The research methodused is descriptive method with regression and correlation approaches which is a method that aims todescribe the influence and relationship of something that is going on at the time the research isconducted. The results of this study indicate partially or simultaneously facility variables,motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude ofthe correlation value (R) is 0.924 which means that there is a strong correlation / relationshipbetween facilities, motivation, and work discipline with employee performance. The amount ofadjusted coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.793 or 79.3%, which means that independentvariables can explain changes in employee performance variables by 79.3% while the remaining20.7% is explained by other factors beyond this research.

The study aimed to:  - Identifying with the degree of The practice of heads educational management for type of transference leadership from the views of supervisors. - Acquaintance with the level of job satisfaction of educational supervisors in Afif Educational management. - Recognizing the statistical significance relation between the practice of heads educational management degrees' in Afif Educational management for the style of transference leadership and job satisfaction of educational Study Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive method (survey ) & descriptive method (Correlative) Study Population and Sample: The study population consists of all heads educational department and educational supervisor whether they are mails or females in Educational Management of AFIF. Study Tool: The researcher built tow questionnaires, the first questionnaire to measure using of the transference leadership and it consist of two parts one is personal information anther is phrases for measuring the practice of heads educational management degrees' in Afif Educational management from the points of view of educational supervisors , also it contain forth transference leadership diminutions( typical effective, mental- excitation, personal considerations, accusatory motivation) in (39) sentences. The second questionnaire to measure the level of educational supervisors' job satisfaction in (28) sentences. Moreover, the researcher used the fifth Grading scale to measure the responses of study sample. Study Results: the results of the study can firmed the following: - The overall average of total to the degree of transference leadership applying for Heads Department (4,10) , so this is the mean between fourth category which indicated to high degree. - The general average of the responses of the study sample at the axis of educational supervisors job satisfaction for in Educational management in AFIF that is mean (3,85 over 5) indicated to (high) degree of study tool. The results proved that there is connective, direct, strong relation & statistical function at (0,01) between the practice of heads educational management degrees' in Afif Educational management for the style of transference leadership and job satisfaction of educational. Also, the result show that connective the relation between general degree of the measure of transference leadership and general degree of the measure of job satisfaction is (0,56) , so it is positive direct relation. Study Recommendations: - Encouraging and training the Heads of educational management to be attention in knowing the weakness points about their work which is hinder the transference leadership practice. - Caring of training and qualifying staff who have primitive readiness for having transference leadership properties and characters. - Necessity of hold periodical specialist courses to create leaders and trine them about modern administrative styles that make job satisfaction for personnel.

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Cultural Organization and Commitment to the Teacher Performance at SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar amounted to 64 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linear regression is Ŷ = 68,710 + 0,715X1 + 0,914X2 means there is a positive influence between cultural organization and commitment on teacher performance. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,672. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low employee performance 45,2% and the remaining 54,8% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the cultural organization and commitment applied SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (25,170) > fhitung (3,15) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. The principal should have caring to improving the quality of education. Such caring should be demonstrated with the will and ability to develop themselves optimally, so the teachers and education personnel can improve their performance. The teacher's performance is influenced by several factors are situational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to know and analyse the influence of situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction on the teacher's performance, the influence of situasional leadership style and job motivation to the performance of teachers moderated in job satisfaction. The population of this research is the teachers of accredited pre-primary school in Singaraja Cit Bali. The data collection techniques in this research are the observation and distribution of questionnaires. This research uses data analysis methods using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction affects the teacher’s performance of the accredited pre-primary schools in Singaraja City Bali, and the situational leadership style, and job motivation have no effect the teacher’s performance who are moderated job satisfaction at the pre-primary school accredited in Singaraja City Bali.
