A leader who has an entrepreneurial spirit or entrepreneurial leadership and motivation is absolutely necessary as an intangible culture, a non-physical structural capability that is able to move a physical figure, dare to take risks and prioritize work performance. so this study aims to determine the Effect of Entrepreneurship Leadership and Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction at Serang Raya University. This study uses a descriptive method and in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 77 respondents who were the samples of this study, the data came from populations that were normally distributed and had the same variance. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. correlation coefficient R = 0.723, while the coefficient of determination seen from R Square = 0.522 which means that entrepreneurial leadership and motivation of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable by 52.2% the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other factors such as work culture, employee discipline, environment work, etc. which were not included in this study. And there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial leadership and motivation on employee job satisfaction at Serang Raya University in the t test, the results obtained t count&gt; t table (4,281&gt; 1,992), it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial leadership (X<sub>1</sub>) and motivation (X<sub>2</sub>) on employee job satisfaction (Y) at Serang Raya University.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on job satisfaction,Entreuprunersip and motivation of employees at PT. Panarub Industry Tangeranang. This study used a descriptive questionnaire (questionnaire), which were distributed to 77 (seventy-seven) a sample of respondents of this study, the data come from populations that are normally distributed and have the same variance.The method used is descriptive method that aims to elaborate or provide an overview of the properties or characteristics of a particular phenomenon, and methods of verification or causal to analyze the relationships between the other variables or the way the other vaiabel using statistics.Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample based on the sample is saturated. Test Instrument with the data analysis and hypothesis testing.Based on the research and statistical calculations, it is known that resgresi linear equation Y = 14.885 + 0.614X1+0.053X2, the correlation coefficient R = 0.723, while the coefficient of determination is seen from R Square = 0.522 means that leadership and motivation of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable 52.2% of the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other factors such as work culture, discipline, work environment, etc. are not included in this study. And There is a significant relationship between leadership and motivation on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Panarub Industry Tangerang in the t test, the results obtained t test > t table (4,281> 1,992) it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between leadership entreupreunership (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y) on PT. This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation and compensation on the employees’ work performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable conducted at the National Land Agency, the Regency of Bekasi. The research used a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 103 respondents out of a population consisting of 140 employees. Meanwhile, the data analysis was conducted using the coefficient of determination and simultaneous coefficient. Based on the study results, it reveals that (i) job motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (ii) compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (iii) job motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, performance, (iv) compensation partially have a positive and significant effect on work performance, (v) job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on work performance, (vi) work motivation and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (vii) work motivation and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work performance. The two independent variables, i.e., work motivation and compensation, have a partial effect and can also work together (simultaneously) and have a positive and significant effect which can be proven by all the results of the proven hypotheses.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of facilities, motivation, and workdiscipline on the work performance of PT Zebra Asaba Industrui employees. The research methodused is descriptive method with regression and correlation approaches which is a method that aims todescribe the influence and relationship of something that is going on at the time the research isconducted. The results of this study indicate partially or simultaneously facility variables,motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude ofthe correlation value (R) is 0.924 which means that there is a strong correlation / relationshipbetween facilities, motivation, and work discipline with employee performance. The amount ofadjusted coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.793 or 79.3%, which means that independentvariables can explain changes in employee performance variables by 79.3% while the remaining20.7% is explained by other factors beyond this research.

Proper employee compensation will keep them motivated to improve their performance in a vigorous manner so that the results achieved from the job can give their employees satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee job satisfaction on the production in PT. Etowa Packaging Indonesia, to determine the effect of non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction on the production at PT. Etowa Packaging Indonesia, and to know the influence of financial compensation and non-financial compensation simultaneously to job satisfaction of production employee at PT. Etowa Packaging Indonesia. The research design conducted by researchers is explanatory research. With a population of 253 respondents taken a sample of 171 respondents. The instrument of data collection used is observation and spreading of questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results stated that financial compensation and non financial compensation after tested partially or together significantly influence the employee job satisfaction in the production at PT. Etowa Packaging Indonesia.

Success in realizing the objectives company relies heavily on existing human resources in organizations in such company. To realize the objectives of the company, the company must consider factors that affect the performance of Civil Servants Work Motivation among others factors, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction. With the achievement of expected performance of Civil Servants Kebon Jeruk District Company can achieve its objectives. Kind research used is descriptive method, Pearson Correlation and Path Analysis is useful to know the response of employees on Work Motivation, Compensation for Job Satisfaction and Their Impacts on Civil Service Performance Kebon Jeruk District Company District Company where the employee population of 60 respondents. Provided the results of a calculation of the structural equation, Y = 0.579 X1 + 0.325 X2 + 0.644 ε1, where R2 = 0.585, sub-structure structural equation 2 ie, Z = 0.191 X1 + 0.239 X2 + 0.618 Y + 0.402 ε2 where R2 = 0.838 Conclusions and Recommendations of this research work motivation (X1) and Compensation (X2) jointly have a significant influence on job satisfaction (Y) equal to 58.8%. Work motivation (X1), Compensation (X2), and Job Satisfaction (Y) jointly have a significant influence on the performance of Civil Servants (Z) equal to 83.8%.

Abstract  –  Compensation is one of the important parts in an effort to meet job satisfaction for employees in an organization. With high job satisfaction employees are expected to feel happy at work, more motivated in work, increased productivity, and make employees become more loyal to the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta. The study was conducted by dividing the questionnaire to a number of 35 people, all employees of the general section and HR who were used as research samples. Data analysis using simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate a positive and direct effect between compensation for employee job satisfaction. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained a result of 0.723 where the number of scores shows the strong relationship of compensation to employee job satisfaction. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that compensation affects employee job satisfaction by 52.3% while the remaining 47.7% is influenced by other factors beyond research. Key Word: Financial compensation, non financial compensation,  Job Satisfaction

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Work Discipline at Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar amounted to 57 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linier regression is Ŷ = 26,243 + 1,232X1 + 0,681X2, means there is a positive influence between leadership and job satisfaction on work discipline. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,752. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low work discipline 56,5%, and the remaining 43,5% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the leadership and job satisfaction applied Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (35,062)> fhitung (3,17) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. <p>The purpose of this research is to know and examine whether their effect compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan-Sidoarjo.</p><p>This type of research in this study is an explanatory research and research using quantitative approach with the survey method. This study will determine the effect of pre-defined variables that explain the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline and employee performance on office PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. Total population in this study is as many as 400 people. Samples taken as many as 80 people, based on the Slovin formula with techniques proportional stratified random sampling procedure. Data collection techniques with survey method were using a questionnaire. Instruments used in collecting the data must meet two requirements, namely the validity and reliability. And the results are all valid and reliable. So that the instrument can be used in research methods analysis in this research is the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was using the Linear Regression Analysis.</p>This research result significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction with compensation and motivation significance value of 0.000 &gt; 0.05 and a significance value of 0.019 job satisfaction. This case shows that both variables expressed Ho rejected. It can be concluded that there is significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan, Sidoarjo.<p> </p>
