The purpose of this study is to see how the form of empowerment of school committees in improving the quality of education especially in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Research findings The existence of a school committee is an important element in improving the quality of school education services, its existence with all the tasks and functions it has can play a role in realizing better quality education services. Efforts to empower school committees are carried out in various ways although they are still not ideal as stated in the regulations related to school committees. In principle, so far the participation of school committee members and the form of empowerment of school committees is still limited to routine meetings and the fulfillment of supporting facilities for student learning facilities that are done voluntarily by school committees. Based on this, the efforts to empower school committees have been made but are still limited to routine agendas that are not yet optimal as the actual duties and functions of school committees.

This study examines how the recruitment management pattern was carried out by Madrasahs at MTs Negeri 2 as an effort to improve the quality of education, how recruitment is in its implementation, and whether there are obstacles during implementation and the solutions offered by madrasah management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study technique. The results of the study include the recruitment process which includes the socialization of the announcement of the admission of new educators, administrative selection, written tests, Madrasah interview tests, and school tests (microteaching, school interviews, computer tests, and Al-Qur'an reading and writing tests) carried out accordingly. procedures prepared by the Recruitment Team. Recruitment is carried out following the implementation procedure by prioritizing the main objective of selecting the most qualified educators according to the standards set by MTs Negeri 2 Medan. Supervision of the Recruitment Team carried out by Madrasahs and Heads of MTs Negeri 2 Medan to avoid the possibility of misappropriation or deviation from the Recruitment Team. Meanwhile, for the supervision and evaluation of new educators obtained from the recruitment selection results, they are given time for internships. Internships are carried out to evaluate new educators, see efforts to improve themselves, and see innovations made even to evaluate moral behavior and work behavior during the internship.

ABSTRACTThe problem of this research is about improving the quality of education output which is reflected in the achievements of the students, is the expectation of all schools starting from the principal and also teachers who teach as well as both parents, but in reality there are still many students who actually have achievements but not yet seen or even do not know the achievements in themselves, so they can and have the achievements as expected. The problem in this study is limited around the principal's leadership and teacher performance, as well as the achievement of the students themselves.The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. This research is correlational because this study seeks to investigate the effect of school principal leadership and teacher performance on student achievement.The results showed that (1) there was a positive influence between the principals' leadership variables on the achievement of students obtained the value of the analysis of 2.464 so that the positive results were concluded, the level of strong influence. (2) there is a positive influence between teacher performance on student achievement obtained value of 2.868 so that concluded positive results, the level of influence is strong. (3) simultaneously the leadership of the school principal and the performance of the teacher have a very significant effect on the achievement of students in MA NurulFurqon, Cibinong District, Bogor Regency.keywords of Education, Leadership, school, teacher, achievement

<em>The research intend to analysis and find out the application of hypnoteaching method increas of student learning activities in Hindu learning at SMAN 7 Denpasar which will be a hope in improve the quality of education. This study use qualitative research method whose research characteristic adjective in the focus of the research function to find hypotheses in certain cases or limited samples. Hypnoteacing method is part of the application of hypnotic science that can bring students to an atmosphere of relaxation in receive subject matter. The work system of hypnoteaching method is the teacher communicating to students' subconscious by change brain waves from beta to alpha. Hypnosis in learning is not a model of hypnosis that is perceived in television show hypnosis in learning is only try to build conducive and pleasant conditions in the learning process of students not made asleep. In alpha conditions, the concentration of students will be focused, when relaxed the learning process will become more meaningful. Hypnoteaching method is a learning that is suitable to be applied as the development of students' potential in modern times. It can be concluded that the implementation of hypnoteaching method at SMAN 7 Denpasar is very effective in increas student learning activity</em>

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keberhasilan menggunakan media pembelajaran gambar dengan memperhatikan ada atau tidaknya peningkatan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas VI SD Negeri No. 101/II Muara Bungo. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan salah satu pendekatan dalam penelitian yang berbasis kelas atau sekolah untuk melakukan pemecahan berbagai permasalahan yang digunakan dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Hasil penelitan, diperoleh hasil bahwa pertama, pada dasarnya para peserta didik kelas VI mampu untuk membuat suatu puisi sederhana, hanya saja diperlukan media yang dapat merangsang imajinasi mereka. Kedua, media gambar ternyata dapat digunakan untuk merangsang imajinasi para peserta didik kelas VI, sehingga pada akhirnya mereka dapat membuat satu bait puisi. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the success of using image learning media with regard to whether or not the increase in the ability to write class poetry students VI SD Negeri No. 101/II Muara Bungo. The research method used is Classroom Action Research. Classroom Action Research (PTK) is one approach in classroom or school-based research to solve various problems used in the context of improving the quality of education. Layanan pendidikan diukur melalui kualitas pendidikan yang diselenggara-kan di sekolah. Kualitas mutu sekolah dijabarkan pada program-program pembelajaran yang menjadi brand untuk ditawarkan kepada masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa layanan pendidikan yang diberikan oleh sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah melalui program-program ung-gulan sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Kristen Kalam Kudus Surakarta yang menerapkan program unggulan berbasis kerohanian, pem-belajaran, dan life skill atau kecakapan hidup. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif, penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara kepala sekolah dan guru, kemudian pengamatan langsung atau observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dikumpulkan dan dicatat dalam bentuk catatan lapangan dan transkrip wawancara sebelum direduksi dan disajikan. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa program unggulan sekolah dapat memberikan dampak pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. AbstractEducation services are measured through the quality of education held in schools. The quality of schools is described in learning programs that become brands to be offered to the community as users of educational services provided by schools. This study aims to describe the principal's strategy in improving the quality of education in schools through excellent programs in schools. This research was conducted at the Kalam Kudus Christian High School Surakarta which implemented a superior program based on spirituality, learning, and life skills. The research method is qualitative, research is conducted by interviewing principals and teachers, then direct observation or observation, and documentation studies. Then the data obtained is collected and recorded in the form of field notes and interview transcripts before they are reduced and presented. The results of the study found that the school leading programs have an impact on improving the quality of education.

Improving the quality of education is done by improving the quality of learning devices. Learning devices are important to facilitate students' conceptual understanding and creativity. Utilization of information technology such as the use of learning management systems (LMS) can make learning effective. The final goal of this research is to produce LMS tools in mechanics courses that are feasible to use and can improve students' conceptual understanding and creativity. This study is a research and development using a 4-D model consisting of 4 stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The validity test was conducted by 3 expert lecturers and it was concluded that the device developed was suitable for use. Expert assessment on learning devices is reliable, which means there are no significant differences in each assessment. Criticisms and suggestions given are used as material for revision/improvement so that learning devices are obtained that are intact and ready to be used for learning.
