Layanan pendidikan diukur melalui kualitas pendidikan yang diselenggara-kan di sekolah. Kualitas mutu sekolah dijabarkan pada program-program pembelajaran yang menjadi brand untuk ditawarkan kepada masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa layanan pendidikan yang diberikan oleh sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah melalui program-program ung-gulan sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Kristen Kalam Kudus Surakarta yang menerapkan program unggulan berbasis kerohanian, pem-belajaran, dan life skill atau kecakapan hidup. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif, penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara kepala sekolah dan guru, kemudian pengamatan langsung atau observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dikumpulkan dan dicatat dalam bentuk catatan lapangan dan transkrip wawancara sebelum direduksi dan disajikan. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa program unggulan sekolah dapat memberikan dampak pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. AbstractEducation services are measured through the quality of education held in schools. The quality of schools is described in learning programs that become brands to be offered to the community as users of educational services provided by schools. This study aims to describe the principal's strategy in improving the quality of education in schools through excellent programs in schools. This research was conducted at the Kalam Kudus Christian High School Surakarta which implemented a superior program based on spirituality, learning, and life skills. The research method is qualitative, research is conducted by interviewing principals and teachers, then direct observation or observation, and documentation studies. Then the data obtained is collected and recorded in the form of field notes and interview transcripts before they are reduced and presented. The results of the study found that the school leading programs have an impact on improving the quality of education.

Abstract. This article aims to determine the achievement of the standard education process at Cisaat 1 Public Middle School. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by collecting data in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the attainment of process standards at Cisaat 1 Public High School is 96.2% when compared to all the maximum scores that should be achieved in the standard process forms. This study recommends exploring the indicators that have not been optimally achieved, especially indicators of a maximum of 32 people. Although it feels good, empowerment, utilization and maintenance of the learning process in schools must be improved. This is intended to improve the quality of education and satisfaction of community expectations.Abstrak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian standar proses pendidikan di SMPN 1 Cisaat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitaian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian standar proses di SMPN 1 Cisaat sebesar 96,2% jika dibanding dengan seluruh skor maksimum yang seharusnya dicapai pada borang standar proses. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk mendalami indikator-indikator yang belum tercapai dengan optimal khususnya indikator  rombongan belajar maksimum 32 orang. Meski dirasa telah baik, namun pemberdayaan, pemanfaatan dan pemeliharaan proses pembelajaran disekolah harus ditingkatkan. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan pemuasan harapan masyarakat.

<p class="Abstrak"><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to determine the’ recruitment process of teacher in Darul Ulum 2 Jombang High School because the quality of the teacher depends on the recruitment and selection procedures carried out by the committee. This research method was qualitative research, while data collection used interviews, and document studies. The results‘show that the implementation of recruitment aims to get professional educators. Before carrying out recruitment, it is necessary to prepare the recruitment process. Preparation and recruitment process must be completely well-planned so that the recruitment obtain good teachers since it impacts on student output.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses rekrutmen guru di SMA 2 Darul Ulum Jombang dikarenakan kualitas tenaga pendidik di sekolah sangat bergantung pada prosedur rekrutmen dan seleksi yang dilaksanakan oleh panitia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Adapun pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan implementasi rekrutmen tenaga pendidik bertujuan untuk mendapatkan tenaga pendidik yang profesional dan memiliki kualifikasi yang terbaik. Sebelum melakukan kegiatan perekrutan diperlukan persiapan dan proses yang matang. Persiapan dan perekrutan tenaga pendidik ini harus benar-benar ”matang” sehingga melalui rekrutmen tersebut sekolah dapat memperoleh tenaga pendidik yang profesional sesuai dengan kriteria sekolah kerena akan berdampak pada <em>output</em> siswa.”

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan tilawah al-Qur’an bagi calon peserta didik musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an di pondok pesantren al-Qur’an M. Thoha Al-fasyni Bogor. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan berusaha melaksanakan pengkajian deskriptif yang akan dituangkan dalam bentuk laporan dan uraian. Adapun jenis penelitiannya dengan mengambil studi kasus di pondok pesantren al-Qur`an M. Thoha Al-fasyni kota Bogor. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan metode terpola, dalam manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan tilawah al-Qur`an bagi calon peserta didik musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an, metode ini diterapkan dengan pertemuan guru dan para peserta didik untuk mempraktekan apa yang telah guru sampaikan dan contohkan, dalam setiap kali pertemuan sehingga mampu memperoleh pola lagu tilawah dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pihak pondok pesantren terutama berkaitan dengan manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan tilawah al-Qur`an, dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan pelatihanya. Dan agar hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan peningkatan prestasi peserta didik dalam setiap perlombaan musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an di berbagai tempat.Kata kunci: manajemen pelatihan, manajemen pendidikan, musabaqah tilawatil Qur`an, peserta didik, tilawah Al-Qur`an. AL-QUR`AN READING EDUCATION MANAGEMENT FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS READING RACE AL-QUR’ANABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how the recitation of the Qur'an management education for prospective students boarding school race koran reading the Koran Muhammad Al-Fasyni Thoha Bogor. This research method is using qualitative research with descriptive trying to carry out an assessment to be formulated in the form of reports and descriptions. The type of research by taking a case study in a boarding school Al-Quran muhammad Thoha fasyni city of Bogor. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Results of the analysis in this study shows the method patterned, in education management is reading the Quran for prospective learners race reading the Quran, the method is applied to meeting the teacher with the students to practice what the teachers say and demonstrated, in every meeting so as to obtain the pattern of the song reading well. The results of this study can be used by the boarding school related to education management reading the Quran, in an effort to improve the quality of education of reading the Quran. And so it can be evidenced by the increase achievement didikdalam participants race each race recitation of the Qur'an in various places.

The role of guidance and counseling in coaching individual students in solving problems, challenges, and difficulties is a demand that must be given by the guidance and counseling program in the madrasah. The implementation of counseling guidance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri throughout Banjarmasin has not yet been implemented in accordance with the objectives and functions of counseling guidance. The application of guidance and counseling is still visible in the routine curriculum of guidance and counseling activities. So that many types of main activities in counseling have not been implemented optimally. This research method is descriptive qualitative research on the role of guidance and counseling in public madrasah aliyah throughout Banjarmasin. This study provides a description of how the pattern of guidance and counseling in state madrasah aliyah throughout the city of Banjarmasin. The result of this research is that counseling guidance at state madrasah Aliyah throughout Banjarmasin has played an active and optimal role in carrying out preventive, curative, or corrective functions and perseverative functions, which have positive implications for achieving optimal educational goals and improving the quality and quality of education in State Madrasah Aliyah throughout the city of Banjarmasin.

The development of ICT offers an improvement in the quality of education. The use of ICT greatly contributes to the improvement in the quality of education. ICT provides various facilities in obtaining information. The easiness of obtaining information can improve the quality of the learning process. However, behind the benefits derived from the use of ICT, there is concern about plagiarism. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited in the world of education. The sanctions imposed for the action is even set in the Law. The Formulation of Problems: How is the development of ICT in education?, How is the view of plagiarism among students? The research objective is to analyze the development of ICT in education. This research uses a qualitative research method comprising of the data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the analysis indicate that 43.24% of respondents intentionally commit plagiarism. Most of informants in the research state that the respondents know that the students commit plagiarism. The use of the Garuda portal and turnitin.com portal may prevent the plagiarism among students from happening

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between Principal Transformational Leadership and Teacher Work Discipline with the Quality of Education Services in East Jakarta High School. This research uses survey and correlation methods. The study used questionnaires, tests and structured interviews. The number of samples was 145 teacher employees who were randomly selected using the Slovin formula. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between Principal Transformational Leadership and Teacher Work Discipline with the Quality of Education Services in East Jakarta High School. This finding recommends that to improve the quality of teacher services it is recommended to increase the value of transformational leadership and improve teacher work discipline in order to become a culture of teacher virtue in providing good educational services.

The main problem of the low quality of education is that the person most responsible for education (parents) has given full trust to the teacher in the school so that the purpose of this study is how partnership between parents and teachers is intertwined in improving the quality of education in the school. Based on the theory that parents have a big role to play in the quality of school education and their participation can improve performance, especially in the foundation stage of the education system. This research method is to use qualitative research with sampling methods for parents and teachers in their expectations and forms of participation in improving the quality of education. The results of this study indicate that the expectation of parents and teachers is hight to build partnership and the form of their involvement is to constantly improve communication between them and ready to give fully what teachers need for their children's education.

This study was conducted to evaluate how the Glossarial Visualization Program of Virtual Reality (VR) technology affects the visual interactivity among Chinese Rural Dyslexic Students in social studies content. The study employed a qualitative research method, where students were selected to engage in virtual reality, after which access an article online and write a reflection of the article. Writing samples and interviews were used to review the responses. The research was conducted in a high school in Quanzhou, China. The results proved that virtual reality technology could give rural dyslexic students the advantage of visual compensation and stimulate their interests in learning social studies content to improve the quality of teaching. So, it is a great innovative approach to explore the significance of reforming rural dyslexic students' teaching mode.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">The school's low quality is strongly influenced by the quality of the leaders who manage the institution. Therefore, to create a quality school, a leader who understands his leadership duties is needed. This research discusses leadership in the book Adabud Dunya wad Din by Abu Al Hasan Ali bin Muhammad bin Habib Al Mawardi and its implementation at Muhammadiya High School 2 Balikpapan.  The research method used is a qualitative research method, which starts from deepening leadership in 2 books by Al Mawardi and field observation at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Balikpapan School. The study results explained that the leadership of Islamic principals should have the criteria of leaders and the attributes of Islam. First, Muslims, believers and pious. The second follows the leadership of the Messenger of Allah. that brings grace. The three principals should be toddlers, fourth, knowledgeable and practising religion. The five compassions have good morality, are commendable morals, firmly hold the trust, and will not have the Sixth, fair. Seventh, Honestly, the Eighth has power, the Ninth. Competence and knowledge, Tenth, perfect. Eleventh has the science of school administration. Twelfth, bring the people he leads to be good human beings, namely servants and ready to become caliphs on this earth</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16cKataKunci">Rendahnya kualitas sekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pemimpin yang mengelola lembaga tersebut. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah Islam hendaknya memiliki kriteria pemimpin dan sifat-sifat Islam. Pertama, muslim, beriman dan bertaqwa. Kedua mengikuti kepemimpinan Rasulullah. yang membawa rahmat. Ketiga kepala sekolah hendaknya baligh, Keempat, berilmu dan mengamalkan agama. Kelima kasih sayang memiliki moralitas yang baik, berakhlaq terpuji, teguh memegang amanah, dan tidak akan bermaksiat Keenam, adil. Ketujuh, Jujur, Kedelapan memiliki power (kekuasaan), Kesembilan. Kompetensi dan berilmu, Kesepuluh, sempurna. Kesebelas, memiliki ilmu administrasi sekolah. Keduabelas, membawa orang-orang yang dipimpinya menjadi manusia yang baik yaitu sebagai hamba dan siap menjadi khalifah di bumi ini. </p>

Hidden curriculum is an integral part of the implementation of the education system. The existence of a hidden curriculum is absolutely necessary as a means of transfering positive character values to students. This study aims to determine the shape and implementation of hidden curriculum at Ehipassiko High School as one of the schools characterized by Buddhism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique of this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the study show that the hidden curriculum that appears in actual curriculum practice is reflected in learning activities such as: (a) the initial, core, and final activities of learning, (b) attached to all subjects; (c) student attitudes and comliance, and (d) exemplary teacher. Hidden curriculum in the learning process has a function as a tool and methid to increase the repertoire of students knowledge as well as a melting atmosphere of learning, resenting a respected and interesting teahing educator mode, so as to arouse students interest in learning. This research is expected to be an input for Ehipassiko Hidh School n particular and Buddhist schools in general to improve the quality of good Buddhist education.
