This study reports the implementation feedback on sport performance of athlete at the PPLD East NusaTenggara (ENT) Province. This study used a qualitative approach with type of phenomenology. The research subjects were two athletes who had have international achievements which determined by using purpose sampling technique. The data was collected by participation observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the study found that the extrinsic feedback is still dominates in improving sport performance of PPLD athletes. Coaches and athletes used verbal and non-verbal feedback which are positive, affirmative, and constructive this enhancing self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-efficacy of the athletes. Moreover, with the feedback make the athlete more eager and diligent in practice to improve their sport performance.

Six personality measures used in health psychology; the NEO Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) criterion measures of stress, self-reported health status, and coping; and a measure of social desirability were administered to samples of college students and adult community volunteers ( N = 589) in a series of four confirmatory and exploratory factor analytic studies. The hypothesis that the six independently developed personality measures of ego-strength, hardiness, self-esteem, self-efficacy, optimism, and maladjustment would share common variance and that a hierarchical factor model with a single, higher-order Health Proneness factor loading two lower-order factors—Self-Confidence and Adjustment—would account for the covariance in these measures was tested against single and three-factor models and confirmed. The factor model was examined with respect to general personality as represented in the “Big Five” Model. Adjustment was related negatively to NEO-FFI Neuroticism and positively to NEO-FFI Conscientiousness and Agreeableness, whereas Self-Confidence was related to NEO-FFI Extraversion. None of these relationships is extensive, nor does any one account for more than 40% of the variance. Evidence of the validity of Self-Confidence and Adjustment was found in their moderate relationships to measures of stress, health status, and coping, and in their weak relationships to social desirability and negative affectivity.

Abstract    This study aims to examine the effectiveness of NLP (Neuro Languistic Programming) training in increasing adolescent self-confidence. This study uses an experimental approach with a quasi-experimental research design. The research subjects were taken by purposive sampling technique with the condition of low self-confidence. The data collection technique used is the confidence scale. Data analysis techniques used in this study used the analysis of independent sample test using Mann-Whitney. The results of the study based on the Independent Sample Test analysis obtained t value of 6.439 with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that the respondents' confidence varies significantly. So it is known that the mean of the experimental group is higher than the control group (36.04> 12.96). This shows that NLP (Neuro Languistic Programming) training is effective significantly to increase the confidence of adolescents who experience self-confidence barriers.                 Keywords: NLP training, self-confidence, education level

This study aims to analyze the ability of mathematical creative thinking regarding student self-confidence in learning mathematics on the matter of building a rectangular flat. In this study using a descriptive method with the qualitative approach by analyzing the level of mathematical creative thinking seen from the level of student confidence. The population of this research is 30 students of class VIII in Senior High School of 3 Cimahi academic year 2017-2018. The results of this study show that students who have high self-esteem (KDT) will have a high creative thinking ability, students who have moderate confidence (KDS) will have the ability to think creatively that, as well as students who have low self-confidence will have low creative thinking ability.

English Self-efficacy is a self-confidence in English proficiency which is important to student behaviour on learning process. This study aims to investigated the role of english self efficacy in mediating the relationship between mastery goal orientation and student engagement on learning English. The method was quantitative using survey approach with 173 subjects. The subject was 173 students of 10th and 11st grade in SMA Negeri 9 Yogyakarta in 2016/2017 selected by purposive sampling technique. The Morgan-Jinks Student Efficacy State modification scale, student engagement modification scale, and mastery goal orientation scale were used in this study. The result showed that English self-efficacy was partially mediated. The mastery goal orientation directly had positive role to the student engagement (B= 0,468; p<0,001). The mastery goal orientation had positive role to the student engagement on learning English with self-efficacy as mediator (B’=0,369; p<0,001), English self-efficacy on boys were higher than girls.

Aktualisasi Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup dalam segala aspek kehidupan perlu untuk diwujudkan. Salah satu upaya mengaktualisasikan nilai nilai Pancasila dapat melalui bidang olah raga, dalam hal ini khususnya adalah sepak bola Indonesia. Tujuan yang penelitian ini ingin mengulas tentang aktualisasi Pancasila melalui olah raga sepak bola. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penentuan subjek penelitian mengunakan teknik sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling) yakni pelatih dan pemain. Sebagai pelengkap hasil penelitian, sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari hasil penelitian yang relevan dan berita di media massa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya aktualisasi Pancasila melalui aktivitas sepak bola di lapangan saat pertandingan maupun di luar lapangan. Aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh pelatih, pemain, dan perangkat pertandingan telah menunjukan pengalaman nyata nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam sila-sila Pancasila. Melalui aktualisasi yang terdapat pada masing-masing sila Pancasila dapat memberikan sebuah pemahaman kembali mengenai arti pentingnya nilai-nilai pancasila itu sendiri. Sehingga sepak bola dapat dijadikan metode untuk pengembangan, pemahaman, dan pengamalan nilai-nilai Pancasila. The actualization of Pancasila as a view of life in all aspects of life needs to be realized. One of the efforts to actualize the values of Pancasila can be through the field of sports, in this particular case is Indonesian football. The purpose of this study is to review the actualization of Pancasila through soccer. This type of research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling technique, namely coaches and players. As a complement to research results, the data sources used come from relevant research results and news in the mass media. The results of this study indicate the actualization of Pancasila through football activities on the field during matches and outside the field. Activities carried out by coaches, players, and match equipment have shown real experience of the values contained in the principles of Pancasila. Through the actualization contained in each Pancasila principle, it can provide a re-understanding of the importance of the values of Pancasila itself. So that football can be used as a method for developing, understanding and practicing the values of Pancasila.

Pada observasi awal di SMP Negeri 2 Martapura ditemukan siswa yang mempunyai sikap kepercayaan diri rendah, seperti siswa takut maju kedepan untuk menjawab soal karena teman dikelasnya suka mengejek tulisan siswa membuat siswa tersebut takut mengeluarkan pendapat dan bertanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan rasa percaya diri siswa introvert melalui layanan konseling individual dengan pendekatan gestalt pada siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Martapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eskperimen dengan singel subject design.subjek penelitian sebanyak 3 siswa yang memiliki rasa kepercayaan diri rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan skala percaya diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa percaya diri pada siswa introvert di kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Martapura dalam hasil analisis data dengan Wilcoxon dengan nilai sig 0,109 maka dengan demikian maka analisis tersebut ditolak karena pada dasarnya pengambilan Wilcoxon adalah > 0,05 jika hasilnya lebih besar pada hasil yang sudah ditentukan maka (Ho) ditolak ditolak maka dapat dikatakan jika sampel 3 siswa dapat mempengaruhi hasil signifikan terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa dalam memberikan layanan konseling individual dengan pendekatan gestalt.Saran yang diberikan : kepada guru bimbingan konseling hal menarik dalam siswa agar siswa tertarik menceritakan permasalah mengalami kesulitan dalam kehidupannya, agar siswa berani memiliki sikap, perilaku, dan kepribadian yang positif. Kepada peneliti selanjutnya agar menggunakan waktu dengan sebaik-baiknya._________________________________________________________ In the initial observation at SMP Negeri 2 Martapura, students who had low self-confidence attitudes were found, as students were afraid to come forward to answer questions because their classmates like to mock students' writing making them afraid to express their opinions and ask questions. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in self-confidence of introverted students through individual counseling services with a gestalt approach in class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Martapura. This study used the experimental method with single subject design. The research subjects were 3 students who had low self-esteem. Techniques for collecting data with a scale of confidence.The results showed that confidence in introverted students in class VII in SMP Negeri 2 Martapura in the results of data analysis with Wilcoxon with a sig value of 0.109 so that the analysis was rejected because basically taking Wilcoxon is> 0.05 if the results are greater on the results which has been determined then (Ho) is rejected rejected so it can be said if the sample of 3 students can influence the significant results on students' confidence in providing individual counseling services with a gestalt approach.

This study further extends a theoretical model of psychological empowerment by investigating the relationships between self-efficacy, self-confidence and self-esteem. A sample of by 383 of Malaysian undergraduates participating in Work Integrated Learning (WIL)programmes across five public universities is used to test the model employing partial-least squares based structural equation modelling .The results have demonstrated  that self-efficacy and self-esteem have a positive and significant relationship with self-confidence. This study also confirms the moderating effect of self-esteem on the relationship between self-efficacy and self-confidence.  Furthermore, the findings of this study provide insight of the influence of WIL programmes on the undergraduates’ psychological attributes. These findings have implications for WIL stakeholders, which are highlighted in the paper.

Diarrhea is a condition where a person experiences defecation more than 3 times a day with a watery consistency. The level of knowledge will affect the management of a disease as well as the self-confidence or self-efficacy that a person has. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and maternal knowledge in the management of toddlers with diarrhea. In this study, sampling using the Accidental Sampling technique. This research was conducted by collecting sample data of 60 mothers who brought their children to posyandu (Integrated Service Post) either who were experiencing diarrhea or had had diarrhea through structured questions or research questionnaires using descriptive methodology. This study was measured using chi-square tests. Chi-square tests showed that the results of this study obtained a value of ρ value of 0.001 <0.05. So that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is a relationship between maternal self-efficacy and knowledge in the management of toddlers with diarrhea in the Palakka Health Center, Bone Regency. Where if self-efficacy is low, the value of knowledge is also low. Self-efficacy or self-confidence has a positive influence on one's knowledge. There is a relationship between maternal self-efficacy and knowledge in the management of children under five with diarrhea in the Palakka Health Center, Bone District.
