This research examines the meeting of the Prophet Musa and Khidir which is mentioned in the Al Qur'an in al-Kahfi. They met at a place called "Majma'al Bahrain". This meeting was motivated by Allah's admonition to Prophet Musa for considering himself the smartest and His orders that he should meet Prophet Khidir. Prophet Khidir as a teacher taught some material to Prophet Musa. His meeting with Prophet Khidir made Prophet Musa understand about inner knowledge and gain various knowledge and experiences that he had not previously obtained. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, and procedurally this study uses the comparison method with literature study techniques in data collection. The author uses several classical and modern Qur’an interpretation books as references in this study. Research result shows that this teaching and learning process raises educational interactions which include: educational goals, educators, students, educational methods, and educational media. The educational interaction components in this study are very useful for educators and students in carrying out teaching and learning activities

in this article the researcher will discuss material about the administration of special services, in this study researchers used literature study techniques by gathering reading material. Special service administration is a form of service that is not provided directly, but supports student optimization in teaching and learning. Special services that can be provided consist of libraries, laboratories, workshops, offices, religious facilities, dormitories, cooperatives and transportation.

In the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation No. 19/2005, regarding National Education Standards (SNP), it is stated that the curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the objectives, content, and learning materials and the ways used as guidelines for organizing learning activities to achieve certain educational goals.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan struktur, nilai filosofis, dan bahan pembelajaran apresiasi sajak di SMA kelas XI. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif, sedangkan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik studi pustaka. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada 45 judul sajak karya Ari Andriansyah dalam buku kumpulan sajak Lengkah. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan kajian struktur, ditemukan ada 45 kata yang termasuk diksi sesuai dengan tema, 529 kata yang termasuk ke dalam imaji, 101 kalimat simbol untuk menjelaskan maksud, 168 kalimat yang termasuk irama, 73 kalimat yang menunjukan suasana isi dari sajak, 65 kalimat yang termasuk gaya basa, sedangkan tema dari keseluruhan sajak yaitu mengenai perjalanan dan pengalaman kehidupan. Nilai filosofis dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan ada tiga nilai, yaitu nilai moral, nilai agama (religi), dan nilai atikan. Setelah ditemukan struktur dan nilai filosofis, oleh karena itu bisa digunakan untuk bahan pembelajaran apresiasi sajak di SMA kelas XI. Penelitian ini bisa menambah pengetahuan mengenai sajak, sebagai salah satu karya sastra Sunda modern.AbstractThis study aimed to explain the structure, philosophical values, and poetry appreciation teaching and learning material in Grade XI senior high school. This study employed descriptive methods, while to collect the data it used literature study techniques. The data sources in this study were 45 poems in Lengkah poems collection of Andriansyah works. The results of the structural study found that there are 45 words including diction correspond to the theme, 529 words included in the imagination, 101 sentences of symbols to explain the intentions, 168 sentences including rhyme, 73 sentences that show the atmosphere of poetry, 65 sentences included in language styles, while the theme of the whole poem is about traveling and life experiences. This study found three philosophical values, i.e. moral values, religious values, and achievement values. Since it contained structure and philosophical values, his works can be used for poetry appreciation teaching and learning material in grade XI senior high school. This research can improve knowledge on poetry as one of the modern Sundanese literary works.

This article was written with the aim of increasing readers' understanding of the concept of administration of students in schools so that what is the goal of education is achieved. The technical writing of the article is done with a literature study, the researcher collects material from several books or sources that discuss the administration of students and then develop with descriptive methods.Administration is a process carried out by a personnel in an organization to achieve the goals of the organization. While students in KBBI, means people (children who are studying / studying, attending school). Thus it can be concluded concisely that student administration is a process carried out by a personnel in an effort to manage students to achieve educational goals.In education facilities and infrastruktur be useful to support the implementation of teaching and learning processes, both directly and directly in an institution in order to achieve education goals.Educational infrastukture and facilities are one of the resources that measure school quality and need continouos improvement along with the development of sophisticated science and technology. A matter that strongly support the achievement of an objective of education we are required to masker and undesrtand the administration of facilities and infrastruktur, to increase work power effectively and efficiently and appreciate work ethic harmony,comfort and pride and ownership of both the school community and surrounding community. Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of administration in an education. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Educational administration is the whole process of directing, coordinating, supervising, reporting, planning and integrating everything that includes personnel, spiritual and material related to achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently. The educational administration's goal is to have good teaching and learning conditions. Because by creating good and structured teaching and learning conditions, it can achieve the educational goals to be achieved by the school in the future. If there is no structured education administration in a school it will be difficult for the school to achieve the school's goals and objectives. Educational administration is an important determinant of success or failure of education. That is because the scope of education administration covers the field of school administration, the field of student personnel, the field of teacher personnel in the field of supervision (supervision) and also the field of curriculum implementation and guidance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami: 1.) Essensi pendidikan yang ada di Malaysia dan Indonesia; dan 2.) Peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di Malaysia dan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik studi literatur dengan harapan dapat memberikan penjelasan secara komprehensif terkait kualitas mutu pendidikan di negara berkembang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1.) Essensi pendidikan yang ada di Malaysia dan Indonesia; dan 2.) Peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di Malaysia dan Indonesia. Essensi pendidikan baik di Malaysia atau di Indonesia hampir sama yaitu untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam ranah pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan. Malaysia dalam pengejawantahkan tentang essensi pendidikan lebih fokus dalam mengoptimalkan keterampilan peserta didik dengan kata lain peran guru sebagai pendidik di Malaysia sangat mempengaruhi keberlangsungan pedidikan. Peran yang dilakukan kepala sekolah yang ada di Indonesia dalam kaitannya untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah yaitu dengan cara membentuk tim peningkatan mutu, melakukan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan dengan cara berkomunikasi dan meneruskannya kepada seluruh anggota yang ada dilembaga pendidikan, dan menciptakan suasana tempat bekerja yang nyaman. Sedangkan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang ada di Malaysia diimplementasikan dengan cara kepala sekolah dapat mewujudkan visi dan misi sekolah, fokus dalam pengelolaan proses belajar mengajar dengan tujuan meningkatkan peringkat sekolah, dan komitmen dalam menciptakan kondisi atau lingkungan belajar yang positif sambil mendayagunakan seluruh warga sekolah dengan pendekatan yang ramah dan terbuka. AbstractThis study aims to understand 1.) The role of the principal in the country of Indonesia in relation to improving the quality of schools is by forming a quality improvement team, make improvements on an ongoing basis by communicating and forwarding it to all existing members of the educational institution, and create a comfortable work environment. Whereas the principal's leadership role in Malaysia is implemented in a way that the principal can embody the vision and mission of the school, focus on managing teaching and learning processes with the aim of improving school rankings, and commitment to creating positive learning conditions or environments while empowering all school residents with a friendly and open approach.

The process of effective communication depends on the principles of credibility (trust), attractiveness, and power. Then the content (meaningful message to receiver), clarity (clarity of message),   continuity   (repetition),   channels (channels of communication) and the capability of the audience. These principles can also be applied in the educational process of learning communication.  In the whole process of education, teaching and learning activities are the most basic activities. Here, it means that the success or failure of educational goals depends on how teaching and learning processes are undertaken by the students and teachers. The effective learners can be measured from indicators such as personality,  attitude,  experience and ability to reach the goal.   This opinion illustrates that educators can successfully carry out their duties if they have a good personality, intelligence, and ability to communicate.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh menguatnya wacana mengenai pentingnya perlindungan data pribadi  dan terbitnya Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Nomor 20 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi dalam Sistem Elektronik. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja implementasi Peraturan Menteri tersebut di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten. Penelitian  dilakukan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Gianyar, Temanggung, dan Sleman dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, sedangkan pengum­pu­lan data menggunakan teknik studi pustaka, wawancara, dan observasi. Pembahasan dilakukan dengan menggunakan konsep implemen­tasi model Edwards yang melihat implementasi berdasarkan variabel komunikasi, sumber-sumber, kecenderungan-kecenderu­ngan, dan struk­tur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjuk­kan bahwa penyelenggaraan administrasi kependudukan yang di dalamnya termasuk perlindungan data pribadi oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil merujuk pada Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 61 Tahun 2015, sedangkan Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Nomor 20 tahun 2016 sama sekali belum mereka ketahui. AbstractThis research is motivated by the strengthening of discourse regarding the importance of protecting personal data and the issuance of Minister of Communication and Information Regulation No. 20 of 2016 concerning Protection of Personal Data in Electronic Systems. The research objective is to determine the performance of the implementation of the Ministerial Regulation within the District Government. The study was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration at the Government of the Regency of Gianyar, Temanggung, and Sleman by using a case study method, while data collection using literature study techniques, interviews, and observations. The discussion was carried out using the concept of implementation of Edwards model that looked at implementation based on communication variables, sources, trends, and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that the administration of population administration which included the protection of personal data by the Population and Civil Registry Office referred to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 61 of 2015, while the Minister of Communication and Information Regulation No. 20 of 2016 was completely unknown to them.
